Transfer from Hollywood to Don Omar at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Don Omar at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 4, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with you from the Hollywood pickup through the 8:00 PM show and the ride home.

How Much Does a Hollywood Chauffeur to Don Omar Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so everyone riding with you shares the cost of the evening. Select your tier by group size and by how polished you want the arrival to feel. Then plan the night around the show instead of around a parking garage. A typical concert evening from Hollywood has four parts: an early pickup, a relaxed dinner, the concert itself, and the drive back north after the last song. That is why a longer block frequently makes sense, and the how-it-works section below explains how extra time is billed. Apart from the hours you use, the charge most likely to be added is the after-hours surcharge listed further down.

Before You Book, What Should Hollywood Riders Know? 🚙

  • One dedicated vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur stay with your group all night.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, including late Sunday nights after concerts.
  • Everything is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp before show day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

We have four private vehicle tiers, so you can match the car to the size and style of your group.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples and small groups of friends riding down from Hollywood.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so the whole group rides together and the singalong starts before you reach the highway.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, built for extended families and birthday groups who want one arrival and one ride home.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier comes with its chauffeur, and you never drive any of these vehicles yourself. The Black SUV XL keeps things simple and discreet. The Platinum SUV has a more polished cabin for anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or clients you are hosting. With either Sprinter, cousins, coworkers, and old friends from the neighborhood all arrive downtown together instead of in separate cars. If your headcount changes before October 4, message us and we will check whether a different tier is free for your hours. Not sure which one fits? Tell us who is coming and what the evening looks like, and we will point you to the right size.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your vehicle’s hourly rate.

That covers the toll lanes on the way south, fuel for the round journey, and parking downtown while you are inside, so nobody has to budget for a garage or be the designated driver. The chauffeur’s time is part of the rate too, whether the car is on the highway or parked while you eat dinner. A few things can add to the total, and each one is spelled out before you commit: any hours you add past your booked block and the after-hours surcharge for trips outside daytime hours. There is room for flags, signs, and the merch you pick up at the show. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood? 🏟️

The easiest way is a private chauffeur who drives your group straight south to Downtown Miami.

Hollywood is in southern Broward County. The drive runs south through Miami-Dade to the Biscayne Boulevard waterfront, where the arena faces the bay next to Bayside Marketplace. On a quiet evening it is an easy ride, but a big Sunday concert draws a full house to the same few downtown blocks, so treat the drive as part of the night. If you drive yourself, you have to deal with that traffic, circle for a garage, and ask one friend to sit out the celebrating. You also have to figure out downtown parking signs. An hourly chauffeur handles all of that: the group gets in the car in Hollywood, the playlist is already playing, and you can just watch the downtown skyline come into view.

Which Highway Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood?

Most evenings the chauffeur takes I-95 south, the most direct route between Hollywood and Downtown Miami, often using the express lanes when they are moving better. If the interstate backs up, US-1 runs parallel toward Biscayne Boulevard. Groups who want a beach stop first can ride down A1A and cross a causeway into downtown.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks up the group at any Hollywood address you agree on at booking.

That can be a hotel lobby along Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, a condo tower on A1A, a family home in Hollywood Hills or Emerald Hills, or an apartment near Young Circle in downtown Hollywood. Pickups in neighboring Hallandale Beach and Dania Beach work the same way. The chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, messages you when the vehicle is out front, and picks up the group right at the door. If friends are staying in two different places, add a second Hollywood pickup as one of your stops and everyone rides south together. Tell us the exact entrance for your building, such as the lobby circle, a side door, or a guest drop-off lane, so the driver finds you on the first try. Because the car is yours for the whole block, there is no rush at the curb. Finish getting ready, grab the flag, and come out when everyone is there.

Can the Chauffeur Meet You at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport or Port Everglades?

Yes. If you fly into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport or get off a ship at Port Everglades on show day, the chauffeur can meet you at the arrivals curb or the cruise terminal, and your hourly block starts right there. Check in at your Hollywood hotel on the way, freshen up, and head straight into the evening.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood on October 4? 🎤

Leave Hollywood well before the 8:00 PM start, ideally by late afternoon.

A Sunday-night arena concert draws fans from across South Florida. The blocks around Biscayne Boulevard fill up as showtime gets closer, with security lines at the doors and a crowd that wants to be inside for the first note. Leaving early gives you breathing room: time for dinner on the way, time to walk in without rushing, and time to find your seats while the arena is still filling. Your chauffeur checks traffic before the pickup and may suggest leaving a little sooner if I-95 looks heavy. On an event night, anticipate slowdowns near downtown instead of counting on a normal evening’s drive time. It pays off at the end of the night, when the crowd pours out and your group already knows how it’s getting home to Hollywood.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as access allows on show night, so the walk to the entrance stays short. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on a nearby pickup spot for after the concert, and you keep each other’s WhatsApp handy for the rest of the night.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole concert, and the waiting time is simply part of your booked block. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message. The driver heads to the agreed pickup spot, and the whole group rides home to Hollywood together instead of hunting for a car in the post-show crowd.

Where Can You Have Dinner in Hollywood Before the Show? 🍸

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and downtown Hollywood around Young Circle are both good spots for a pre-concert dinner.

The Broadwalk is Hollywood’s oceanfront promenade. It is lined with open-air restaurants where a group can share plates and toast the night with the Atlantic in view. Inland, Hollywood Boulevard around ArtsPark at Young Circle has restaurants and bars packed into a few walkable downtown blocks, which is handy if your group is staying neighboring. If you’d rather eat closer to the arena, your chauffeur can head south first. Stop in Brickell for dinner among the towers, or at Bayside Marketplace on the bay, a short walk from the arena. If your group wants Cuban food before a reggaeton night, you can detour through Little Havana on the way downtown. Wherever you go, the car stays with you between stops, so there is no re-parking and no rush to pay the check. These are only ideas for your booked hours. We supply the car and chauffeur, and you create the restaurant reservation yourself.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit easily into one hourly booking. The block starts at your Hollywood pickup and covers the restaurant stop, the show, and the ride home. Tell us the restaurant and your reservation time when you book, so the chauffeur can plan the route and a departure time that leaves room for dessert before heading downtown.

Why Is Don Omar’s October 4 Show Such a Big Night? 🎆

Don Omar brings The Last King World Tour to Downtown Miami on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

For numerous fans, Don Omar is the soundtrack of the 2000s reggaeton boom. His Miami shows draw Puerto Rican, Cuban, Venezuelan, Caribbean, and other Latin American fans of every age, from parents who wore out the CDs to grown kids who found the hits later. It is the kind of concert friend groups plan outfits for and families attend together. Anticipate a high-energy party: flags waving in the stands, every chorus sung back at full volume, phones in the air, and dramatic lighting built around the tour’s black-and-gold king imagery. A night like that deserves a ride to match. With a private chauffeur, the celebration starts in the car in Hollywood and ends back at your door, and nobody has to leave early to go get the car.

What Do Fans Wear to a Don Omar Concert?

Many fans wear black and gold to match the tour’s king branding, or go for Y2K reggaeton style: denim or cargos, oversized tees or jerseys, gold jewelry, and clean sneakers. Plenty bring a flag from home. With a private car, you can leave a jacket for the air-conditioned arena or a spare pair of shoes in the vehicle.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home? 🍾

Yes. Trips outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry the surcharge below. With an 8:00 PM start, the ride home after the concert falls in that window.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Plan on it from the start so it isn’t a surprise. For an SUV booking it is a single per-journey amount. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value, and we confirm which one applies when you reserve. It doesn’t change the hourly rate itself. If you want to create a day of it, you can start earlier. An afternoon at the beach, a walk past the Wynwood murals, or coffee in Coconut Grove before dinner all fall within daytime hours, which carry no surcharge. Either way, the late ride home to Hollywood is in the same car with the same chauffeur who brought you downtown.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then select the stops.

First pick the tier that fits your group. Then send us the date, a rough start time, and the places on your list, such as your pickup, dinner, and the concert. Your booking starts with a 5-hour block, and the same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. After that block, every extra hour is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare. If the encore runs long or the group wants a late bite, you just keep the car. Beyond Hollywood, the chauffeur can also pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. Let us know in advance so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it for that booking.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept? 📋

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Why Book One Dedicated Chauffeur for Reggaeton Night? 🥂

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes the whole night a upscale service.

Your bilingual chauffeur greets the group in English or Spanish, handles the route, and stays with you for the whole block. The same person who picks you up in Hollywood is waiting for you after the encore. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge even when the whole city is heading downtown at once, so the hourly rate you planned around is the rate you pay. You also get direct WhatsApp contact with your driver, which helps when the arena is too loud for a phone call. Because the vehicle is reserved for your group alone, the cabin is your own lounge before the show and after it. That is what we mean by better service: fewer moving parts, one person responsible for your evening, and a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off at home.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Don Omar? 🎊

Yes. Every ride we run from Hollywood to the concert is private and reserved for your group alone.

We don’t sell seats to strangers, we don’t add stops for other passengers, and there is no fixed schedule to work around. The vehicle leaves when your group is ready and goes where your group wants. Every tier works this way on every booking, from the Black SUV XL to the larger Sprinter. That matters on a concert night, when the outfits, the flags, and the pre-show playlist are part of the fun. It also means the conversation in the car stays private, whether it’s plans for after the show, setlist predictions, or a friendly argument over which classic will get the loudest reaction. The questions below cover what Hollywood riders commonly ask next: where the service runs, last-minute bookings, bigger groups, and whether the same setup works for other nights downtown.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover?

The hourly service stays local to the Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood. It’s an unhurried, around-the-city service, so it doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Still Book a Hollywood Pickup Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Yes, when a vehicle is available. Once a service within the next 24 hours is agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle set aside, so it goes ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Is a Private Van Available From Hollywood for a Big Group?

Yes. Both Mercedes-Benz Sprinter sizes are private vans reserved for your group alone, so a big group of fans leaves Hollywood together, arrives downtown together, and rides home together. Pick the size that fits your headcount from the vehicle list above, and tell us early if your numbers might grow before show night.

Can the Same Hourly Booking Cover Other Nights at the Arena?

Yes. The same private hourly service works for Miami HEAT home games and other concerts at Kaseya Center. You get a Hollywood pickup, dinner if you like, and the same car and chauffeur from pickup to the ride home. Send the date and your plans on WhatsApp and we will check availability for that night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Hollywood Pickup for Don Omar? 🚙

Message us on WhatsApp with your group size, Hollywood address, and plans for the evening.

Feature a rough pickup time, the restaurant if you have one in mind, and whether anyone is joining from a second address. We will confirm the vehicle tier and the number of hours that fit your night. Once the details look right, your payment secures your date. The rest of the planning happens in the same chat, so you consistently know who to message. Questions about the route, the drop-off, or adding a stop on the way home get answered there too. On October 4, all you have to do is get dressed, grab the flag, and walk out to a car that is already waiting. The show starts at 8:00 PM, but your night starts whenever you decide. Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
