Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets at Kaseya Center on January 12

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, January 12, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinters for bigger groups. Tip-off is 7:30 PM; the rate is locked at booking with no surge, and one bilingual driver stays with you all night.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell Cost for the Heat Game? 📋

Every rate below is charged per vehicle, per hour, and each game-night booking covers a minimum of five hours with your chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Those four tiers cover every group size we carry to the game. Couples and small groups of friends usually pick the Black SUV XL. Office crews and birthday groups leaving Brickell after work tend to fill a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits a client evening or an anniversary, where the car is part of the occasion. Choose the tier that seats everyone with a little elbow room and send the details on WhatsApp. The vehicle and chauffeur are then reserved for your group alone, from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Is the Hourly Rate Charged per Person or per Vehicle?

The hourly rate is charged per vehicle, never per seat. When a group of friends rides in one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, they split a single hourly figure, so the cost per guest drops as the group grows. Everyone rides, arrives, and heads home together in the same private vehicle, and nobody has to sort out a separate ride after the game.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Heading Out From Brickell on Game Night? 🚙

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a date night to a full office outing.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural pick for couples, families, and a small crew of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-sized group rides to the arena together in one vehicle.
  • Larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for a birthday group, a team outing, or a fan club rolling in together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in a flagship luxury SUV class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The models listed for the Platinum tier are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific make. Fans heading to a Heat game frequently carry signs, a jersey in a tote, or merch bought at the arena, and every tier has room for that. Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. If your group falls right between two sizes, the larger Sprinter keeps the ride home comfortable after a loud evening downtown.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one driver by the hour, and they stay with you all evening.

First, choose the tier that seats your group. Then message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you want, such as dinner, the arena, and a nightcap on the way home. Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed at booking. Every booking starts with a five-hour minimum block, and within it you set the order and the pace. You can linger over dessert, add a stop, or drop one without a new fare. Once the booking is confirmed, the car and driver are held for your group, and nobody has to drive downtown on a Tuesday night.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Game Runs Late?

Yes. After the five-hour block, every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, never a renegotiated fare. Overtime, a postgame dinner, or one more stop all work. Tell the driver, keep the car as long as you need, and settle the added hours after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Brickell to Kaseya Center on January 12? 🏟️

A private chauffeur is the simplest way to reach the 7:30 PM Heat-Nets tip-off from Brickell.

The drive from Brickell to Kaseya Center is typically short on a quiet evening. A Tuesday home game, though, puts arena traffic on top of the downtown rush hour, so allow a comfortable buffer. Most chauffeurs head north on Brickell Avenue, cross the Miami River on the Brickell Avenue Bridge, and continue up Biscayne Boulevard past Bayfront Park. When surface streets jam, I-95 toward the downtown exits is the usual alternative. The arena sits on Biscayne Bay next to Bayside Marketplace. On game night the whole stretch fills with a very Miami crowd: Cuban-American families, Venezuelan and Colombian fans, and Brickell office workers still in work clothes, all arriving at once. With a reserved car, you don’t circle for a garage, you don’t walk back to a parking deck in the dark, and you don’t have to figure out the ride home.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group along Biscayne Boulevard, as close to the venue as access allows on game night. Event traffic control changes which curb is usable from night to night, so the driver picks the cleanest spot at that moment and lets you out near the entrance. The driver then confirms on WhatsApp exactly where the car will meet you after the game.

Can the Driver Wait for You During the Game?

Yes. The car and driver are reserved for your whole block, so the driver stays nearby while you watch the game. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message and the chauffeur moves to the agreed drop-off point to pick up the group. Nobody has to wait out the postgame crowd on a busy Biscayne Boulevard.

Where Should You Eat in Brickell Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Brickell has plenty of restaurants, so dinner makes an easy first stop before tip-off.

Mary Brickell Village has casual restaurants and sports-friendly bars within a few walkable blocks, which works well for a group that wants burgers and a first round in team colors. Brickell City Centre has upscale restaurants and shopping under one roof, a good fit when half the group comes straight from the office. For a bigger night, Komodo’s multi-level dining room makes dinner an event of its own. Groups with extra hours sometimes head west to Little Havana for Cuban coffee and pastries on Southwest Eighth Street, then ride north to the arena. The chauffeur waits outside each stop, so nobody has to watch the clock or look for a valet ticket. These are ideas for your booked hours; tables are reserved directly with each restaurant.

Can the Chauffeur Loop to Bayside Marketplace or Wynwood After the Game?

Yes, as long as your hours allow. Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena if you want a waterfront drink once the crowd thins, and Wynwood is a short ride north for late food among the murals. You set each stop. The driver takes you from one to the next and brings everyone back to Brickell at the end of the night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🏙️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Brickell, set when you confirm the booking.

Hotel guests usually meet the car at the lobby entrance or valet lane along Brickell Avenue, where it pulls in at the agreed time. If you live in one of the condo towers on Brickell Key or along the bayfront, the driver picks you up at your building’s front drive, and the concierge desk doesn’t need to call a car. Because this is a weeknight game, numerous groups start at the office. The driver pulls up outside a financial-district tower on Brickell Avenue, and the group goes straight from work to dinner. When you book, send the building name, the entrance you prefer, and a contact number for the day. The driver messages you on WhatsApp once the vehicle is in position, so the evening starts on time and nobody waits on the sidewalk wondering which car is theirs.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Different Brickell Buildings?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up your group from several addresses before heading downtown. For example, one friend might be in a Brickell Key condo, two more at an office tower on Brickell Avenue, and the rest at a hotel. List the order on WhatsApp, and every pickup happens within your booked hours with the same car and driver.

Need the Quick Facts on a Brickell Game-Night Chauffeur? 🚐

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You set the stops, and the plan can change during the evening.
  • The vehicle is private and carries only your group, never strangers.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, including late game nights.
  • Bookings are made and confirmed over WhatsApp with your group size and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Brickell-to-Downtown Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so downtown costs never land on you.

Parking and tolls add up fast on arena nights, but your group doesn’t pay any of it. Parking while the driver waits downtown, tolls along the way, and fuel for every trip between Brickell, dinner, and the game are all covered. The car has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you’re pulling up digital tickets or sharing highlights on the ride home. You can ask for a brief comfort stop mid-booking, whether for the restroom, a snack, or a quick stretch, and it doesn’t change the rate. Two items can add to the total, and both are explained before you book. The first is extra hours beyond your booked block, billed at your vehicle’s same hourly rate. The second is the night surcharge for service outside daytime hours, explained further down this page.

Why Do Brickell Fans Pick a Private Chauffeur for Heat Nights? 🕴️

With a private chauffeur, a Heat night is a premium service experience from start to finish.

Your group rides in a vehicle reserved for you alone. There are no strangers aboard, no splitting into separate cars, and no scramble at the curb. The hourly rate is flat and locked at booking, so a packed arena, a rainstorm, or a traffic jam on Biscayne Boulevard never changes the price. You also don’t have to worry about surge pricing when the crowd pours out after the final buzzer. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, so you see the same person at pickup, at dinner, and after the game, and the car is close by the whole time. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a call center. After a loud fourth quarter, you step into a quiet, clean cabin. The result is a better experience on a big night: fewer moving parts, no parking decisions, and more attention on the game itself.

How Do You Pay for Your Brickell Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋

You pay the full fare up front to reserve the car.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour past the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Is There a Night Surcharge on the Late Ride Back to Brickell? 🌆

Service between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM has no surcharge, but hours outside that window do. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends on the vehicle type, not the length of the evening. An SUV booking has one flat add-on per trip. A Sprinter has a percentage of the trip value, and a larger group splits it among more riders. Finishing before the 6:00 PM cutoff would avoid it, but that rarely works with a 7:30 PM game, so most groups simply plan for it from the start. When we confirm the details on WhatsApp, we explain exactly how the surcharge applies to your booking, so the final total holds no surprises.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Around Brickell and Greater Miami? 🏝️

Yes. This hourly service is local, built around Miami and its neighborhoods.

During your booking, the chauffeur moves between the places where Miami nights actually happen: Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city keeps the service on call and unhurried. The driver is never racing to keep a long highway schedule, so there’s always room for one more stop or a slower dinner. That local focus suits a Heat game, since everything from the pregame dinner to the postgame nightcap is in this part of town. The hourly service doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s meant for days and nights spent around Miami, with one car and one driver close at hand the whole time.

What Else Do Brickell Fans Ask Before Tip-Off? 🎤

Here are straight answers to the questions Brickell groups tend to ask before a Heat home game, covering timing, group size, pets, and last-minute plans. Each answer uses the same facts that apply to your own booking, so you can plan the whole evening before you send a single message.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Heat vs. Nets?

Leave Brickell with a generous buffer before the 7:30 PM tip-off, earlier than the short distance suggests, because weeknight rush hour and arena traffic overlap downtown. Many groups spend that extra time on dinner in Brickell. They then ride north with enough time to find their seats, grab a drink, and catch warmups without rushing.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to Brooklyn Nets vs. Miami Heat?

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur runs from Brickell to Kaseya Center for the January 12 game in a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone. The same car and driver take you to dinner, to the arena, and home again. The same setup works for any other home game or concert at the arena.

How Many Guests Fit in a Private Van From Brickell?

Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so even a large Brickell group can ride to the game together in one private van instead of splitting across several cars. Find your headcount in the price list at the top of this page. If your group is at the upper edge of a tier, choose the next size up.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Ride to the Game?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. The good news is that you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
