Transfer from Coral Gables to the Steve Lacy Concert at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to the Steve Lacy concert at Bayfront Park on Monday, October 26, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up in Coral Gables, gets you downtown before the 8:00 PM start, stays with the car through the show, and brings everyone home at a rate locked when you book.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost? 📋

You pay a flat hourly rate for the vehicle, based on your group size and the tier you choose.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every concert booking covers at least five hours. That leaves plenty of time for a Coral Gables pickup, a dinner stop, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride home. You pay for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so a group of friends splits one price instead of paying per seat. Couples and small groups usually choose the Black SUV XL. Bigger friend groups move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter so everyone rides together and walks in at the same time. If you desire the most polished arrival of the night, choose the Platinum SUV, the most lavish cabin we offer. Your total is merely your tier’s hourly rate multiplied by the hours you keep the car.

How Do You Get to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park From Coral Gables? 🎤

The simplest way is to book a private chauffeur who drives your group from Coral Gables straight to the downtown bayfront.

If you drive yourself, you have to circle downtown for parking, pay for it, and then inch out of a packed lot after the encore. A booked chauffeur takes care of all of that. From the Gables, the trip runs northeast through some of Miami’s busiest roads. On a Monday concert evening it typically takes longer than the same drive on a quiet afternoon, because office traffic leaving Brickell mixes with fans heading to Biscayne Boulevard. Allow plenty of time, and let the driver pick the departure time based on live traffic. Your chauffeur knows how downtown works on a show night: which approaches back up first, where curb traffic thins out, and how to keep the group moving. Before the night, the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park site lists the venue’s schedule and visitor information, and it’s worth a quick look alongside your tickets.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Downtown?

Most nights the chauffeur takes US-1 north past the edge of Coconut Grove into Brickell, then continues onto Biscayne Boulevard. If that route is jammed, the driver can take LeJeune Road to the Dolphin Expressway, or take I-95 north to the downtown exits. The driver picks whichever route has the best live traffic when you leave.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🚙

Your chauffeur picks you up at any Coral Gables address you choose, and you agree on the spot when you book.

Hotel guests usually meet the car at the front entrance of their hotel, whether that’s the grand Mediterranean-style Biltmore Hotel or a smaller boutique hotel near Miracle Mile. Locals are picked up right outside their homes on the Gables’ banyan-shaded streets, and students or visiting friends can be met near the University of Miami campus. Since the whole group rides in one private vehicle, the pickup sets the tone for the night: everyone gets in together, settles into the cabin, and stops worrying about directions. When you confirm, send the exact pickup spot, a rough departure time, and the number of guests, and the driver will plan the start of the evening around them. Late-October evenings in the Gables are usually mild, so meeting the car at a hotel entrance or a front porch is a pleasant way to start the night.

Can Friends Be Picked Up From Different Coral Gables Addresses?

Yes. You set the stops, so the chauffeur can pick up one friend near the Biltmore, another near Miracle Mile, and a third near the university before heading downtown. List every pickup when you confirm on WhatsApp, and the driver will plan the order so the whole group leaves the Gables together with time to spare.

What Should You Plan in Coral Gables Before the Show? 🍸

Most groups start with dinner on Giralda Plaza or Miracle Mile while the car waits nearby.

Giralda Plaza is a pedestrian street lined with outdoor tables and string lights, and it’s the classic Gables meeting spot before a night downtown. Miracle Mile, right next to it, adds steakhouses, Latin kitchens, and quieter wine bars. The restaurants at The Shops at Merrick Park also create a simple, polished first stop. The show is on a Monday, so check that your restaurant is open that evening and reserve the table yourself. The chauffeur is happy to suggest places but does not book tables. Some friend groups skip a sit-down dinner in the Gables and ask for a stop in Coconut Grove or Brickell on the way instead, for a drink by the water before the last stretch downtown. Whatever you choose, the evening moves at your pace, and the car is ready as soon as you step outside.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just one of the stops in your hourly booking. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, stays nearby while you eat, and drives on to the concert when you’re ready, all in the same booking. Start your hours early enough to cover dinner, the drive downtown, and the show.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Steve Lacy? 🎆

Leave Coral Gables well before the 8:00 PM start so your group arrives ahead of the rush.

A Monday show overlaps with the end of the downtown workday, and the roads along Biscayne Boulevard fill up as the concert crowd heads to the bayfront. The smart move is to be on your way downtown while most fans are still finishing dinner. Arriving early gives you time to obtain through the entry line, buy merch, locate your spot, and settle in before the band takes the stage. Work backward from the start time: decide how long dinner should last, then let your chauffeur suggest when to leave based on live traffic that evening. Drivers go by what’s happening on the road rather than a fixed schedule, and they can offer you a heads-up when it’s time to pay the check. Leaving early also gives you time for a quick photo by the bay before the lights go down.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue entrance as event-night access allows, usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side of Bayfront Park. Street closures and traffic plans change on show nights, so the driver confirms the exact drop-off point when you arrive and tells everyone where the car will be waiting after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home After?

Yes. Because you book by the hour, the car and chauffeur stay with you through the whole show instead of leaving after the drop-off. When the encore ends, message the driver on WhatsApp, walk to the pickup point you agreed on, and ride home together while the rest of the crowd is still figuring out how to leave.

Is There Private Transportation for Steve Lacy’s Oh yeah? Tour in Miami? 🎤

Yes. Our private chauffeur covers the Miami stop of Steve Lacy’s Oh yeah? tour from any Coral Gables address.

The tour supports “Oh yeah?”, Lacy’s first album in several years, with features from SZA and Erykah Badu. It follows the Grammy-winning Gemini Rights and the chart-topping “Bad Habit.” Lacy plays with a full live band, mixing alternative R&B, neo-soul, funk, and indie-pop built around guitar and falsetto. Fans desire to be there from the first song, not reach halfway through because they got stuck in traffic. The Miami date is at one of the city’s best-known open-air venues, with Biscayne Bay and the downtown skyline all around. That makes it a natural night out for couples and friend groups, not a quick in-and-out. Numerous fans are making a full evening of it, with dinner, the show, and a late stop after. A private car booked by the hour fits that plan exactly.

Why Choose a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night From Coral Gables? 🥂

A private chauffeur gives your group a upscale service that starts in the Gables and ends at your door.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin works as your own pre-show lounge: your conversation, your pace, and no one else’s stops. One chauffeur is assigned to you for the whole booking, so the person who picks you up is the same person who drives you home. Every driver speaks English and Spanish, which helps when relatives visiting from abroad join the group. Your flat hourly rate is locked as soon as you confirm, with no surge and no change for traffic, rain, or a packed crowd. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, so changing the plan takes a single message. All together, it’s a better experience than piecing a concert night together yourself: calmer on the way in, easier on the way out, and polished from start to finish.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose by headcount. Every tier is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur for the night.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers and keeps a mid-size group together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, with room for a birthday group or a whole circle of friends.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most luxurious SUV class. The models listed are examples of that class, not a promise of a specific model. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Count everyone riding, including friends who are only joining for dinner, and pick the tier that seats the whole group at once. Arriving together is half the fun. If your headcount grows after you book, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a larger tier is available for your date. Planning to bring a big sign or carry home a lot of merch? Tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big.

Which Vehicle Suits a Couple Heading to the Show?

Couples usually book the Black SUV XL for a relaxed, roomy ride, or upgrade to the Platinum SUV to make the concert a date night with a more luxurious arrival. Both are private and come with the same chauffeur for the whole booking, and neither is ever shared with other riders.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🕴️

Fuel, tolls, parking, and your chauffeur’s time are all included in the hourly rate.

That covers all the driving for the evening, whether you go from your door to Giralda Plaza, on to Brickell, and then to the bayfront, or loop back for a late stop after the encore. Downtown parking, which usually adds a lot to the cost of a concert night, is the chauffeur’s job, not yours. Toll roads the driver uses to avoid traffic never show up as a surprise charge. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets or sending photos from the ride. If someone needs a quick restroom, snack, or stretch break during the booking, just ask the driver. One short comfort stop does not change the flat rate. The main extra charge on a concert night is the after-hours surcharge explained in the next section. Let us know in advance on WhatsApp so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it for your booking.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🌆

Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside those hours carry an after-hours charge based on vehicle type. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on the time and the vehicle type, never on traffic or demand, so you know about it before you confirm. For an SUV it’s one fixed amount per trip. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it’s a percentage of the trip value, so a larger group splits it among more people. The daytime-hours rule is the same every day of the week, so a Monday show is treated like any other night. Confirm the full total, including the surcharge, on WhatsApp before the night, and there’s nothing new to settle when you’re dropped off at home.

How Is Payment Handled? 📋

You pay the full fare when you reserve.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date and vehicle.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and you settle it after the night is over.

Which Key Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🏙️

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour block of chauffeured time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group all evening.
  • Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Bookings run every day of the week, around the clock.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a set number of hours, then plan the evening however you like.

First, choose the tier that seats your group and send us the date, headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to create. The booking covers a five-hour block, and the same driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Pickup can be at any Miami address, such as a hotel, a home, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you reach on a cruise that day, you can ride straight to the concert). You agree on the exact spot when you book. After that, you set the stops and the pace: dinner, the show, a nightcap, or a detour you decide on during the night. If the night runs longer than planned, keep the car. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it once the evening is over.

Is a Private Driver Worth It for a Monday Night Concert From Coral Gables? 🎭

Yes. On a work and school night, a private driver gets everyone home quickly and ready for Tuesday.

A Monday concert is harder for a group than a weekend show. People are coming from offices and classes, someone has an early meeting, and nobody wants to end the night walking to a faraway garage or waiting on a crowded corner. With a chauffeur booked, the evening runs on your schedule: picked up in the Gables, dropped off downtown, and driven home in the same car without anyone searching for a ride on their phone. Nobody in the group is stuck being the designated driver, and the friend who lives farthest away still gets dropped off at their own door. For couples, it turns an ordinary weeknight into a real date. For a group of friends, it keeps everyone together from the first toast to the last song. The questions below cover the other details people ask about before they confirm.

Is the Ride to the Concert Private or Shared?

Every ride is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved only for your group, and we never add other concertgoers. Even for a large group, you ride in a private SUV or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with only the guests you choose, for the whole evening.

Which Areas Does the Chauffeur Serve Beyond Coral Gables?

The hourly service stays local and on call around Miami, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Little Havana, Wynwood, Key Biscayne, Doral, Miami Beach, and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps each evening unhurried and close to the city.

What If We Book the Concert Ride Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book within the last 24 hours, your time slot is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. At that short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Can We Stop Somewhere After the Show Before Heading Home?

Yes. A late stop is one of the things an hourly booking is for. Many groups head to Brickell for a nightcap or get a late bite in Little Havana before the ride back to Coral Gables. The chauffeur waits and drives on when you’re ready. Just keep an eye on your booked hours.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
