Transfer from Coral Gables to the Sting Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Coral Gables to the Sting at Hard Rock Live on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver stays with your group from dinner near Miracle Mile through the 8:00 PM show and the ride home, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost per Hour? 🚙

Pricing depends only on your vehicle, and every booking runs at least five hours:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

A couple heading up from Coral Gables for a night of Sting’s catalog usually fits the Black SUV XL. An anniversary often calls for the Platinum SUV, and a larger circle of friends sharing one vehicle will find a Sprinter the easier choice. Each rate on this list is the price of the whole vehicle for an hour, not a per-seat fare, so filling the car spreads the cost across everyone riding. Dinner, the drive north, the concert, and the trip home all fit inside a single booking. The main add-on to plan for is the evening surcharge, covered further down the page.

What Should Fans Expect at the Sting on November 25? 🎤

Sting brings his STING 3.0 power-trio show to Hollywood on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at 8:00 PM.

The stage is Hard Rock Live, the arena-style theater at the Guitar Hotel inside Seminole Hard Rock, just across the county line in Broward. The trio format strips the music back to its bones: Sting on bass and vocals, longtime guitarist Dominic Miller beside him, and drummer Chris Maas behind the kit. Even in a big room, the night feels closer to a musicians’ show than a stadium spectacle. Most of the crowd are grown-up fans who wore out The Police records the first time around, and many come as couples or old friends who turn the concert into a full evening with dinner first. The date is also the night before Thanksgiving, so the region will be busy with holiday travelers and celebrations. That affects how early a Coral Gables group should set out.

Who Opens for Sting at the Hollywood Show?

Chance Emerson is listed as the opening act alongside Sting for the Hollywood date. If you arrive with time to spare, your group can catch the support set from your seats instead of hearing it from the concourse. Tell your chauffeur whether the opener is a priority, and they’ll plan the Coral Gables departure time around it.

Why Was a Florida Date Added to Sting’s Fall Tour?

Hollywood was announced as an additional US date on the fall leg of a long world tour, the night after Sting’s Tampa and Orlando stops. He also played this same room on the tour’s earlier run and drew a big, enthusiastic crowd. For Coral Gables fans, that means a headline show close to home, with no drive to Central Florida.

Which Songs Is Sting Known for Playing on This Tour?

The trio has leaned on Police classics and solo favorites, including “Roxanne,” “Every Breath You Take,” “Message in a Bottle,” “Fields of Gold,” “Englishman in New York,” and “Shape of My Heart.” Set lists can change from night to night, so treat these as the tour’s signature songs rather than a promise. You can queue a few for the drive north.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Coral Gables on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from Coral Gables on I-95 or the Palmetto Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike.

Your driver chooses the route on the night based on live traffic, and the final approach usually runs along State Road 7 toward the Guitar Hotel. The trip typically takes the better part of an hour when the roads are clear. A Wednesday evening on the eve of Thanksgiving rarely is clear, so allow a generous cushion. With a chauffeur, the drive becomes part of the night instead of a chore: the playlist is queued, nobody at dinner has to skip the wine to drive, and no one is circling a resort garage looking for a space. Arriving unhurried matters at a seated show, where walking in late means squeezing past a row of fans already settled for the first song. The three questions below cover the rest of the evening: when to leave, where you get out, and how the ride home works once the encore ends.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 8:00 PM Show?

Leave Coral Gables in the late afternoon or early evening, well ahead of the pre-show rush. Holiday getaway traffic fills the northbound lanes that night, so extra time is cheap insurance. If you’re having dinner near Miracle Mile first, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that keeps both the meal and the opening set unhurried.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, follows the resort’s show-night traffic routing, and lets everyone out at the designated drop-off point near the entrance. There’s no walk from a distant lot and no parking stub to keep track of. You get out together and head straight inside.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Concert and Take You Home?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what the hourly booking covers. Your chauffeur stays close by for the whole show, and when the encore ends you message the driver on WhatsApp to meet at the agreed pickup point. While the rest of the crowd sorts out rides, your group walks to a car that already knows the way back to Coral Gables.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks up the group at any address in Coral Gables you choose.

The Biltmore Hotel lobby is a natural starting point for visitors, and guests at the boutique hotels around Miracle Mile can meet the driver right at the front door. Residents are picked up at home, whether that’s a house in Cocoplum, a condo near the University of Miami, or a quiet street beside one of the neighborhood golf courses. The exact spot is settled when you book, so nobody is texting directions from the curb on show night. Guests staying near the Shops at Merrick Park can use their hotel lobby the same way. Your driver arrives in the reserved vehicle at the agreed time, and the evening starts the moment the doors close. Coral Gables’ shaded, residential streets make for a calm first leg before the expressway north.

Can the Driver Collect Friends From Several Coral Gables Addresses?

Yes. One booking can pick everyone up in a single loop before heading north. Your driver might start at a home in Cocoplum, stop at a hotel near Miracle Mile, and pick up the last couple in Coconut Grove next door. List every address over WhatsApp when you book, and the route is planned in the order that makes sense.

Where Can You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Concert? 🍸

Miracle Mile and its side streets are Coral Gables’ go-to pre-show dinner district.

The corridor packs chef-driven restaurants, wine bars, and long-running local favorites into a few walkable blocks, so a group can linger over a table without thinking about the car. For a more classic evening, the Biltmore Hotel’s restaurants and bar set a grand, historic mood that suits a night of Sting’s songbook. Couples who want something breezier often head into Coconut Grove next door, where CocoWalk and the bayfront restaurants make an easy first stop. Some groups prefer to eat closer to the music, since the resort in Hollywood has its own restaurants. That means leaving Coral Gables earlier and eating on-site before the show. Reserve your table directly with the restaurant. Your chauffeur knows these neighborhoods well and will gladly suggest an order of stops that fits the timing.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is simply another stop inside your hourly block. The car stays nearby while you eat, then picks the group up at the restaurant door for the drive north. Many groups start with cocktails in Coral Gables, sit down for dinner, and still arrive in plenty of time, all under one reservation with one driver.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Show Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of at least five hours.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send the plan over WhatsApp: headcount, a rough pickup time, the dinner stop, the show, and any late stop you have in mind. The driver picks up at any Miami address (a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home), and the exact spot is agreed at booking, so even a cruise-day arrival can go straight to dinner and the concert. From there, you set the stops and the pace. Add a stop, drop one, or linger at the table, and the plan adjusts with you. The same vehicle and chauffeur stay assigned to your group for the whole block instead of changing between stops, so coats and bags can stay in the car all night. Nobody in your group has to drive, park, or book another ride all evening.

What Happens If the Night Runs Past Five Hours?

Every extra hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate and nothing resets. If the encore runs long or the group wants a nightcap in Coconut Grove on the way home, tell the driver and keep going. You settle the added time after the night wraps up, with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Options Hold Your Concert-Night Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra time is settled once the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: You pay the full fare when you book, and that locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. You can keep the car longer at any time, and every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate. The fare is never renegotiated, and extra hours are settled after the day.

Which Details Matter Most Before You Reserve? 📋

  • Every booking reserves one dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur for your group alone.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Chauffeurs are available every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop along the way never changes the hourly rate.
  • Every stop, time, and change is confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That matters on a run from Coral Gables to Hollywood, where expressway tolls and resort parking would otherwise land on somebody’s card. The rate covers the vehicle and the chauffeur’s time for the entire block, whether you’re on the road or sitting at dinner. Apart from any hours you choose to add, only two extras can apply. The first is the evening surcharge for travel outside daytime hours, explained in the next section. Tour merch, a light jacket, and a small bag fit easily; tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. You’ll never see a fuel surcharge, a parking reimbursement, or a toll bill added to your fare.

Is There a Late-Night Surcharge for the Ride Home From the Show? 🎆

A surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is one fixed add-on per trip, while the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. If you plan for it now, the final total holds no surprises when the night wraps up. Nothing else changes after dark. You keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, the same inclusions, and the same hourly rate all the way to the last drop-off in Coral Gables, however late the encore runs.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group for the Sting Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night for two to a big friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a couple or two couples sharing dinner and the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 6 to 9: room for a whole friend group to ride north together instead of splitting across cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 10 to 14: keeps a milestone-birthday crew or an extended family in one vehicle from Coral Gables and back.
  • Platinum SUV for 1 to 5: a top-tier luxury SUV for couples and small groups who want a more polished arrival. These models are examples of the class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, and one vehicle stays assigned to your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off. If the guest list grows after you book, send the new headcount over WhatsApp so we can confirm the right vehicle before show night.

Why Do Coral Gables Concertgoers Book Our Chauffeur? 🕴️

Coral Gables riders choose us for a premium service that stays with them all night.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. The flat hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, so a holiday-eve crowd or a late encore never changes the rate. One dedicated chauffeur covers the whole block (dinner, the drive north, the concert, and the ride home), so you see one familiar face all night instead of a new stranger at every stop. You plan directly over WhatsApp with the team that runs the cars, and a changed dinner time or an extra stop gets a direct answer from a real person. Clean premium vehicles, a courteous bilingual chauffeur, and an evening paced around your group make for a better experience than juggling parking, directions, and a designated driver. That’s the premium service we offer: you focus on Sting and the people beside you, and we handle the driving from your Coral Gables doorstep and back.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Close to Miami? 🏙️

This is a local, on-call hourly service that stays around Miami and neighboring areas.

Your chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because the service reaches that far north, a concert in Hollywood fits easily into an evening booking from Coral Gables. The hourly service is designed to stay close to the city, where the driver can wait, loop between stops, and adjust to your plans without a long highway drive eating into your hours. For that reason, we don’t run hourly bookings to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Those trips make for a very different day from an unhurried evening around town. For a night of dinner, Sting, and a nightcap, everything you need is within the local area we serve every day.

What’s the Best Way to Get From Coral Gables to the Sting? 🎭

A private chauffeur by the hour is the easiest way to reach the show from Coral Gables.

Driving yourself turns a excellent night out into a logistics job: holiday-eve traffic on the way up, a resort garage to figure out, and a tired late-night drive south after the encore. If you split a group across two or three cars, you get separate arrivals, separate parking, and a scattered exit after the show. A single chauffeured SUV or Sprinter keeps everyone together from Coral Gables to the concert and back. Nobody watches the clock at dinner, because the driver already knows the timing. For couples, the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV makes the drive itself part of the date. The group arrives together and relaxed, with time to settle in before the first song. The questions below cover the last few things groups ask before booking: bigger groups, short-notice reservations, pets, and whether anyone else rides in the vehicle.

Can a Big Group of Friends Ride Together From Coral Gables?

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a large group in one vehicle from the first pickup to the ride home. Choose the tier on the price list that matches your headcount, and everyone travels, arrives, and leaves together. Nobody has to coordinate a second car across the county line on a busy holiday eve.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Send a quick WhatsApp note with the details when you reserve. That way everything is settled before your chauffeur arrives in Coral Gables, and nobody is left guessing on the evening of the show.

Will Other Concertgoers Ride in Our Vehicle?

No. Every booking is private, so only the people you invite ride in your vehicle. We never mix groups or sell individual seats. The SUV or Sprinter belongs to your group from the Coral Gables pickup to the final drop-off, and the itinerary follows your plans, not anyone else’s.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

When Should You Reserve Your Coral Gables Chauffeur for the Show? 🎊

Reserve as soon as you have your tickets, because the night before Thanksgiving is busy.

Send one WhatsApp message with your group size, the Coral Gables pickup address, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list: dinner, the concert, and any nightcap on the way home. We check availability, confirm the vehicle and the plan, and hold the evening for your group. On November 25, the chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, the stops follow your pace, and the ride home is arranged long before the house lights come up. Couples planning a quiet date night and old friends celebrating the songs of their youth get the same care, the same premium vehicle, and the same clear pricing listed at the top of this page. Message us below to confirm your booking for Sting’s night in Hollywood.

🚗 Do you only offer airport pickup?

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
