Transfer from Coral Gables to Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins on Sunday, January 3, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver handles the drive north to Miami Gardens for the 1:00 PM kickoff and stays with your group all day. The rate is set at booking and never surges.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables to the Bills-Dolphins Game Cost? 📋

Each vehicle is billed by the hour, and a game-day reservation starts with a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay per vehicle, not per passenger, so a full Sprinter of friends shares one hourly rate instead of paying seat by seat. Pick the tier that matches your headcount, then map out the day: a relaxed brunch in Coral Gables, the drive north to Miami Gardens, four quarters of AFC East football, and the ride home. Those hours at your tier’s rate are the full cost of the day. The only possible extra is the evening surcharge explained further down. We confirm these same rates over WhatsApp when you book, with nothing hidden in fine print, and every one of them gets you a clean, upscale vehicle and a chauffeur who works only for your group. If your group grows, you move up a tier instead of booking a second car.

What Comes With the Hourly Rate on Game Day? 🚙

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into every hourly rate, with no separate line items.

That covers the toll roads between Coral Gables and Miami Gardens and whatever the chauffeur pays to park the vehicle while your group is inside the stadium. Onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot lets everyone stream pregame shows, check fantasy scores, or pull up digital tickets on the way north. You’re paying for the chauffeur’s time, so a slow crawl through Sunday traffic just counts as time in your block, never as a surprise fee. The one extra that can apply is the night surcharge for hours outside the daytime window, which has its own section below. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Facts Should Coral Gables Fans Know Before Booking? 🏙️

  • Your group sets the stops, the route, and the pace.
  • One short comfort stop along the way is easy; just ask your chauffeur.
  • Service runs every day of the week, from early morning into the evening.
  • Bookings are confirmed start to finish over WhatsApp, including the payment link.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur, booked by the hour, takes your group from Coral Gables to this rivalry game.

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins kicks off Sunday, January 3, 2027, at 1:00 PM at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, and Miami has made this AFC East rivalry its Rivalries theme game on the home schedule. Expect a loud daytime crowd, aqua and orange clashing with royal blue and red, and plenty of Bills Mafia making the winter trip south. For a Coral Gables group, that means a drive across the county on a Sunday when much of South Florida is heading the same way. A reserved vehicle takes the navigation, the lot circling, and the timing guesswork off your plate, and it keeps your group together all day. The same car that picks you up in Coral Gables brings you home after the final whistle.

Who Heads to Miami Gardens for a Bills-Dolphins Game?

The crowd is a broad NFL mix: Dolphins season-ticket holders, South Florida families, friends in matching jerseys and caps, and a big group of Bills fans who travel south for this matchup. If your Coral Gables group has fans of both teams, one private Sprinter lets everyone ride together, trade predictions on the way up, and settle the argument on the ride home.

Can Your Crew Tailgate on Game Day Without Anyone Driving? 🍾

Yes. With a chauffeur at the wheel, nobody in your group has to be the designated driver.

Rivalry Sundays in Miami Gardens start early, with organized fan meetups and tailgating going for hours before kickoff, and that morning energy is half the reason people go. With someone else driving, the whole crew can join the pregame, trade trash talk with visiting Bills fans, and head into the stands without anyone watching the clock because they have to drive home sober. Tell us where your group is meeting up, whether that’s a friend’s tailgate spot or an organized fan gathering, or whether you’re going straight in, and the chauffeur plans the morning around it. The vehicle also works as a home base, so jackets, sunscreen, and spare merch can stay in the car instead of being carried all afternoon. There’s room for a cooler, flags, signs, and team gear. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

Where Can You Brunch in Coral Gables Before the Bills-Dolphins Game? 🥂

Coral Gables has classic pregame stops, from the Biltmore’s Sunday brunch to the patios on Giralda Plaza.

The Biltmore Hotel’s courtyard brunch is the grand option for a group that wants a proper send-off under Mediterranean-style arches before heading north. Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian street just off Miracle Mile, is lined with casual patios where a crew in jerseys can grab eggs and coffee. For a quick Cuban coffee on the way out, the chauffeur can swing through Little Havana on SW 8th Street, where the Versailles counter has been fueling Miami mornings for generations. Because you’ve booked by the hour, the same driver moves between these stops and waits while you eat, so there’s no meter to feed on Miracle Mile and no second car to coordinate. These are suggestions for your booked hours, not reservations we create. Book your table yourself, and the chauffeur will time the pickup around it.

Where Can You Celebrate After the Game Back in Coral Gables?

Head back to Giralda Plaza or Miracle Mile for dinner, or ask the chauffeur to keep going to Coconut Grove for a table near the bay. The car stays with you between stops, so the group can replay the fourth quarter over dinner and ride the last stretch home together without hunting for a ride.

What Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Miami Gardens? 🌆

Most chauffeurs head north on the Palmetto Expressway, the main route from Coral Gables to Miami Gardens.

From Coral Gables, the usual first move is Bird Road or SW 8th Street west to the Palmetto (State Road 826), which runs north past Doral before bending east toward the stadium area. From there, the final approach usually runs through Florida’s Turnpike or NW 27th Avenue, depending on how game-day traffic is moving. If the Palmetto backs up, the chauffeur can switch to LeJeune Road and the Dolphin Expressway toward I-95. The chauffeur picks the route that morning based on live traffic, because a rivalry crowd changes traffic around Miami Gardens in ways an ordinary weekend doesn’t. You never have to think about the route. You catch the pregame show while a driver who knows these roads makes every call.

How Long Does the Drive From Coral Gables Take on Game Day?

Allow noticeably more time than a normal weekend drive. The trip crosses much of Miami-Dade, and the last stretch slows as the rivalry crowd arrives. The open expressway typically moves well, but the approach near the stadium sets the real pace, so leave a generous cushion before the 1:00 PM kickoff and the morning stays relaxed.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 1:00 PM Kickoff? 🏟️

Leave well ahead of kickoff, because traffic around the stadium builds for hours before the 1:00 PM start.

Visiting fans and local season-ticket holders start heading toward Miami Gardens in the morning, and the roads nearest the stadium are the slowest part of the whole trip. Groups that want to catch warmups, find their seats calmly, or join a pregame gathering should plan to leave Coral Gables in the late morning, and groups doing brunch first just start the booking earlier. Tell us your seat section, your pregame plan, and whether anyone needs extra walking time, and the chauffeur will plan the departure around it. Arriving early just means more time taking in the rivalry atmosphere instead of watching the clock in traffic. After the game, the plan flips: your chauffeur is already nearby, so there’s no long walk to a distant lot and no standing at a curb while the crowd empties out.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on game day, following whatever traffic directions are in place that afternoon. Before you walk in, the chauffeur confirms where to meet for the ride back, so after the final whistle everyone heads to one agreed spot instead of wandering the lots.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game and Drive You Back?

Yes. The chauffeur stays nearby during the game and drives your group back to Coral Gables afterward. Send a WhatsApp message when you leave your seats, walk to the agreed pickup spot, and the same vehicle will be there with your jackets and gear still inside. Overtime or a slow exit won’t leave you stranded, because the car is yours for the whole booking.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for an NFL Sunday? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then set the day’s stops.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then send the day’s plan on WhatsApp: headcount, a rough start time, and the stops on your list, from brunch to a pregame meetup to dinner afterward. Your chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a Coral Gables hotel lobby or home, a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving on a cruise and going straight to the game, or Miami International Airport. We agree on the pickup spot when you book. You never re-book between stops, and the day can change as plans change: add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at brunch. The chauffeur keeps track of timing so the group can focus on the game, and one WhatsApp message is all it takes to change anything along the way.

What Happens if You Want the Car Longer Than the Five-Hour Minimum?

You keep it. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no renegotiated fare. The extra hours are settled after the day, either with the chauffeur or over WhatsApp, so a long post-game dinner never means a rushed goodbye.

When Does a Night Surcharge Apply to Your Game-Day Hours? 🎆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, the following applies by vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The surcharge only applies if your group turns the result into a long night out in Brickell or Coconut Grove, or if an early crew wants a pickup before the morning window opens. For an SUV, it’s a single add-on for the trip. For a Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value.

Which Payment Methods Secure a Game-Day Booking? 📋

Paying for your game day comes down to three simple terms.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is just the starting point. Every hour you keep the car after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Why Do Coral Gables Fans Choose Our Chauffeurs for Bills at Dolphins? 🕴️

Your group gets a private vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a flat hourly rate locked at booking.

That rate never surges, not on a packed rivalry Sunday and not when the whole stadium tries to leave at once. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. You won’t get a stranger or a different car halfway through the day. You talk to us directly on WhatsApp, so a changed pickup time or an extra stop takes one message, not a phone tree. Bilingual chauffeurs create visiting relatives and groups who speak different languages feel at ease from the first hello. All of this makes for a upscale service and a better experience than piecing the day together yourself: you arrive relaxed, you leave together, and nobody spends the fourth quarter worrying about the drive.

Is Hiring a Chauffeur Easier Than Driving and Parking at the Stadium Yourself?

For most groups, yes. Driving yourself means buying a parking pass, hunting for a space, walking from wherever you end up, and then sitting in the post-game exit crawl with a tired driver at the wheel. With a chauffeur, the group can ride, relax, and replay the highlights while someone else deals with the traffic.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Coral Gables Game-Day Group? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple of friends to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for a family or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size watch-party crew rides in one private vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): seats 10 to 14 passengers, keeping an entire fan club under one roof.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier is reserved for your group only, so the choice comes down to headcount and how much room you want. A household split between Bills and Dolphins fans can keep everyone in one Sprinter instead of dividing into two cars and missing half the fun on the ride. Tell us your group size when you book, and we’ll suggest the right vehicle.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to Hard Rock Stadium? 🏟️

Yes. You can book a private driver from Coral Gables for the whole game day over WhatsApp.

The service is built for exactly this trip: a Coral Gables pickup, the drive north, the game itself, and the ride home, all in one reserved vehicle. January 3 falls right after the New Year holiday, when many visitors are still in South Florida and plenty of locals are planning game-day outings, so booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles and start times. Your chauffeur handles the drive both ways, so all you have left to plan is which jersey to wear and who gets the aisle seat. The questions below cover the details Coral Gables groups ask about: where pickup happens, how big groups travel, where the service goes, and what happens with a last-minute booking.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables?

Anywhere in Coral Gables you choose: the lobby of a hotel such as the Biltmore or one near Miracle Mile, a home on one of the banyan-shaded residential streets, or an apartment building near Merrick Park. Send us the address when you book, and the chauffeur will arrive at that spot ready to load the group and head north.

Is There a Private Shuttle for a Big Group of Fans From Coral Gables?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van serves as your group’s own private shuttle, reserved for your crew alone and never shared with other fans. Two Sprinter sizes cover mid-size and large groups, and everyone rides together from the first Coral Gables pickup to the drop-off back home, with room for the whole crew’s game-day gear.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Coral Gables, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings don’t go out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your chauffeur stays close and unhurried.

Can You Book a Game-Day Chauffeur With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice?

Yes, if a vehicle is available. Once the date and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

How Do You Lock In Your Coral Gables Game-Day Chauffeur? 🎊

Message us on WhatsApp with your plan, and we’ll confirm your booking for January 3.

Tell us how many fans are riding, which vehicle you have in mind, where in Coral Gables the day starts, and the rough plan for your Sunday: brunch first, a tailgate meetup, straight to the game, or dinner afterward. We check availability for the date, confirm the hours and vehicle, and send the secure payment link. Once your payment is in, the car and chauffeur are held for your group. You can put questions about seats for young kids, a small pet, or a cruise-day arrival in the same message, and we’ll sort them out before you confirm. After that, all that’s left on game morning is putting on aqua and orange or royal blue and red, grabbing your tickets, and walking out to a car that’s already waiting.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
