Transfer from Coral Gables to Chayanne at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur runs your group from Coral Gables to Chayanne at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in a Black SUV XL with a bilingual driver, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Pickup is at any address in Coral Gables, the price is locked at booking with no surge, and the same driver brings everyone home after the final song.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost? 🚙

Every vehicle has its own hourly rate, and each booking runs a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate belongs to the vehicle, not the headcount, so four friends in a Black SUV XL pay the same hourly figure as a couple riding alone. That block fits a concert night from Coral Gables neatly: an early dinner near Miracle Mile, the drive downtown, the full show, and the ride back to your door. Larger parties simply step up to a Sprinter tier and share one reservation instead of juggling several cars. Split across a full car of friends, a private chauffeur for the evening frequently feels surprisingly reasonable. The main add-on worth planning for is the after-hours surcharge covered just below. Select the tier that seats your group comfortably, and the math stays simple all night long.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. Outside that window, one of these applies to the booking:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV figure is a single charge per journey, while the Sprinter tiers add a percentage of the journey value, and both are spelled out before you confirm, so nothing on the night comes as a surprise. Share your group’s plans when you book, and the driver will time the return leg around the final song. Daytime starts are welcome too, and nothing about the service changes once the sun goes down: same car, same chauffeur, same plan.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a large family outing.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples, close friends, or a sisters’ night out on the town.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger circle of fans can ride in together, sing along together, and arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger tier: 10 to 14 passengers, a fit for extended families, a birthday crew, or a company hospitality night at the show.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers for a more polished arrival downtown; the tier is a vehicle class, and these are typical examples. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Select by comfort rather than by squeezing: when your group sits right at a tier’s limit, stepping up one level gives everyone room to stretch out in their concert outfits and still leaves space for the evening’s extras.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Kaseya Center Concert? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns concert night into one seamless, unhurried evening. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and never shared, and one dedicated chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, waiting through the show so nobody has to line up a ride home late at night. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, so heavy Saturday traffic or a packed arena night never moves the price. Nobody circles downtown looking for parking, nobody draws the short straw as designated driver, and nobody stands on a crowded curb after the encore wondering what comes next. You reach your driver and our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening. That is what upscale service means here: a clean upscale vehicle, a chauffeur who plans around your night, and a better experience from the opening ballad to the last dance number.

Need the Quick Facts Before You Book? 🎊

  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service runs 24/7, including late Saturday nights after a concert.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate.
  • Every vehicle always comes with our chauffeur; nothing is ever self-drive.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🥂

Beyond fuel, tolls, and parking, the hourly rate covers every hour of waiting. Because the booking is priced by the hour, the time your driver spends neighboring during the concert is simply part of the hours you reserved. Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot, handy for pulling up digital tickets on the way downtown or sharing concert videos on the ride home. There’s room aboard for fan signs and merch, too — tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. A few charges can sit on top of the rate: the after-hours surcharge explained above, and any extra hours you decide to add once the night is underway.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for Concert Night? 📋

You select a vehicle, reserve a five-hour block, and set every stop yourself. Match the tier to your group, then message us your start time and the places on your wish list — an early dinner, a quick photo stop along the bay, then downtown for the concert. Your chauffeur stays with you for the entire block and waits at the arena while you’re inside, so the ride home is settled before the show begins. The plan is never locked: add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert, and the driver adjusts on the spot. When the five hours are up and the night is still going strong, simply keep the car. Every additional hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and those extra hours are settled after the day rather than mid-evening. Some groups extend for a late bite in Brickell after the show.

How Can You Pay? 📋

Yes — payment is simple, flexible, and handled mostly over WhatsApp.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you by WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid up front, secures the booking.
  • Hours: a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like — every hour beyond the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

When and Where Is Chayanne Playing in Miami in 2026? 🎤

Chayanne plays Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The show begins at 8:00 PM, with doors opening ahead of the start, and the official Chayanne event page carries the latest details. Anticipate a big Saturday-night celebration: romantic ballads, dance hits, elaborate choreography, and an arena singing along in Spanish from the first chorus. The crowd spans generations — longtime fans who grew up with his early hits, their grown children, couples on a date night, and plenty of mother-daughter groups making an occasion of it. Many dress for the evening in black, red, or white, with denim or polished evening outfits, which is one more reason to arrive by private car instead of walking in from a distant garage. The arena sits on Biscayne Bay beside Bayside Marketplace, and the surrounding blocks fill rapidly on a night like this, so arriving together by chauffeur keeps the group on the same page.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for Chayanne? 🏟️

Leave Coral Gables with generous time to spare on this Saturday concert night. The drive downtown is typically a short cross-town journey, but a main arena show pulls a wave of traffic toward Biscayne Boulevard at the same moment, so permit extra time and aim to arrive around the time doors open rather than close to the 8:00 PM start. The easiest rhythm is an early dinner in Coral Gables, a departure with a relaxing cushion, and time to settle into your seats before the lights go down. Arriving early also means a calmer walk from the drop-off point, time to pick up merch or a drink inside, and no scramble if traffic around the bay backs up. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on conditions that evening and will suggest heading out sooner if downtown looks heavier than usual, so the group simply climbs in when it’s time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows along Biscayne Boulevard, at whichever drop-off point is open that night. You step out near the entrance, skip the garage entirely, and walk straight in, while the driver moves the vehicle to a nearby spot to wait for the end of the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes — your chauffeur stays nearby for the whole concert, however long the encores run. Before you head inside, agree on a pickup spot over WhatsApp; when the final song ends, send a quick message and the same driver meets you there, ready to take everyone home to Coral Gables together.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🏙️

Pickup happens wherever your group gathers in Coral Gables, agreed when you book. That might be the lobby of The Biltmore, a hotel near Miracle Mile, a family home on a quiet banyan-lined street, or a friend’s apartment near the University of Miami. If the group is spread out, the chauffeur can collect everyone in turn — one stop in Coral Gables, another in Coconut Grove — before heading downtown, all inside the same hourly block. Because you’re booking a dedicated car rather than a single ride, there’s no meeting point to hunt for: the driver pulls up at the door, you walk out dressed for the show, and the evening starts right there. Share the exact address and any access notes, such as a building entrance or valet stand, when you confirm, and the chauffeur arrives ready. Pickups beyond Coral Gables work the same way, as the two cases below show.

Can the Driver Meet You at Miami International Airport on Concert Day?

Yes. Fans flying in for the show can start a booking at the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, where your chauffeur meets you and drives you to your Coral Gables hotel to check in and change. For the concert itself, a separate evening block often works best, covering dinner, the show, and the ride back.

Can a Cruise-Day Arrival Go Straight to the Concert?

It can. The booking may begin at a PortMiami cruise terminal, where your chauffeur meets you as you come ashore. From there the group can head to Coral Gables to settle in, stop for a meal, or ride straight to the concert downtown if the timing fits — the stops are always yours to set.

Can We Combine Dinner in Coral Gables and the Show in One Booking? 🍸

Yes — dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit inside one hourly booking. Coral Gables is made for a pre-show meal: Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza, the pedestrian dining street just off it, line up a string of restaurants and cafés within a short stroll, while The Biltmore sets a grand scene for a birthday or anniversary dinner. The Shops at Merrick Park adds another cluster of dining for groups who desire to browse first. Your chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and has the car at the curb when the check is paid, so nobody watches the clock or feeds a parking meter. After dessert, the same driver takes the group straight downtown for the show. These are ideas for your own plans — you reserve the table, and we handle the road between every stop, keeping the whole evening on one flexible schedule.

Is Little Havana Worth a Stop on the Way Downtown?

It makes a lively detour. Little Havana sits between Coral Gables and downtown, so a quick stop for Cuban coffee, a pastry, or photos in front of the colorful murals fits naturally into the route. The driver waits while you explore, then continues on toward the arena with the evening’s timing still on track.

Where Can You Grab a Drink Near the Arena Before the Show?

Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena on the bay, and the lounges of Brickell are both easy pre-show options. Bayside sits steps from the venue, so the chauffeur can drop you there and you simply stroll over; from Brickell, the driver makes the short final run downtown once the group is ready.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, keeping your chauffeur close and on call. The driver covers the neighborhoods a concert day is likely to touch: Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Little Havana, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Doral, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That footprint suits a night like this one, where the plan is dinner close to home, the show downtown, and a simple ride back. Staying around the city is what keeps the service unhurried: your chauffeur isn’t committed to a long highway run, so there’s consistently time to wait, loop back, or add a stop. Far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this hourly service, which is built to stay on call around Miami. A friend joining from Doral or a nightcap in Wynwood after the show fits right in.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Coral Gables? 🚙

The easiest way is a private chauffeur who handles the drive both ways. From Coral Gables, drivers typically take US-1 north through Brickell and up Biscayne Boulevard, or head east on the Dolphin Expressway toward downtown, choosing whichever is moving better that evening. Along the way the Brickell skyline rises ahead and the bay comes into view, a fitting start to a big night. Driving yourself means paying for event parking downtown, inching out of a packed garage after the show, and deciding who skips the celebration to drive home. A private booking removes every one of those decisions: the group rides together, sings along on the way, and nobody touches a steering wheel all night. Groups who only need one leg have an option too, and the questions below cover that along with pets and last-minute changes.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Chayanne?

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur is reserved for your group alone, with tiers running from the Black SUV XL for small parties to the larger Sprinter for big ones. You set the Coral Gables pickup, the stops, and the timing, and the same bilingual driver stays with you until everyone is home.

Can You Book Just a One-Way Drop at the Arena?

Yes — a plain point-to-point private transfer runs in the same vehicles when nobody needs the driver to wait. For concert night, though, the hourly booking usually makes more sense, since the ride home after a big show is the hardest part to arrange. Message us on WhatsApp with your plans to check availability for either option.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Evening?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Share a few details about your plans, and we’ll confirm before the day.

What If Plans Change Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

Once a booking is set for within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a chauffeur and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed — and you can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Chayanne Night From Coral Gables? 🎆

Send one WhatsApp message to start your booking for October 24. Include your group size, a rough pickup time in Coral Gables, and the stops on your wish list — the restaurant, any friends to collect along the way, and the concert downtown — and we’ll confirm the right vehicle and your chauffeur for the night. Tell us the occasion, too, whether it’s a birthday, an anniversary, a reunion with old friends, or a girls’ night out, so the timing can be planned around it. Big Saturday concerts keep the whole city hectic, so booking ahead gives you the widest choice of vehicles. After that, all that’s left is choosing an outfit, picking a restaurant, and warming up your voice for the singalong. Your chauffeur takes care of the road all evening, so the only thing your group needs to think about is the next song.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
