Transfer from Coral Gables to the Don Omar Concert at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur drives your group from Coral Gables to Don Omar at Kaseya Center on Friday, March 12, 2027. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver takes you to Downtown Miami, stays with you through the 8:00 PM show and brings everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost per Hour? 📋

The price is set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each rate pays for the whole vehicle and its chauffeur, not for a single seat, so friends can split the cost however they like. Couples and small groups usually pick the Black SUV XL. Bigger groups move up to a Sprinter so nobody has to arrange a second car. The Platinum SUV suits a birthday or anniversary, when the group wants a more luxurious ride Downtown. A typical concert booking from Coral Gables covers dinner, the drive to the arena, the show and the trip home in one block, so you use all the hours you book. Choose the tier by the size of your group, send the number of people on WhatsApp, and we hold the vehicle for your date.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your concert night.

This matters on a show night Downtown, when parking around a sold-out arena is one of the biggest headaches of the evening. You don’t pay for any of it. Expressway tolls between Coral Gables and Downtown are covered, and you never need to think about fuel. You book the vehicle and chauffeur for the whole block, so a jacket, merch from the show or a change of shoes can stay in the car while you’re inside. Two extra charges can apply, and both are explained on this page. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Nothing else is added at the end of the night.

Which Facts Matter Most When Booking From Coral Gables? 🚙

  • Every booking holds one dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish with every guest.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, including late finishes after an arena concert.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A quick comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with your group size, start time and stops.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Concert-Night Booking? 🕴️

Payment is simple: you pay the full amount when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car as long as the night lasts. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to agree on, and you settle it after the day.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of time, and that time is all yours.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight to the evening’s plans), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree the pickup spot when you book. The same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block, including the hours you spend inside the show. You decide the order of the night, whether that’s dinner, a drink, the concert or a late bite. Five hours is the minimum, not the limit. Each extra hour after that block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to agree on, so you can keep the car as long as you need it. You can also add a stop, drop one or stay longer somewhere on the spot.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If your service starts within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. At such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Is Don Omar’s “The Last King World Tour” Worth a Full Night Out in Miami? 🎤

Yes. It’s a greatest-hits arena show from the artist fans call the King of Reggaeton. The Miami date is Friday, March 12, 2027, and the show starts at 8:00 PM.

The tour celebrates his landmark album “King of Kings,” so expect the club anthems that took reggaeton around the world and a whole arena singing along. The Miami show was added as a second date after the first one sold out, which shows how much this city loves him. The concert is Downtown, at the home of the Miami Heat, and a night like this deserves better than circling for parking. Groups of friends usually make a full evening of it. They dress up, eat together first, arrive full of energy and go somewhere afterward to keep the night going. With a car and chauffeur booked for the whole night, the group can do all of that together. Nobody has to be the driver, and nobody is stuck on an app at midnight.

Who Usually Goes to a Don Omar Concert in Miami?

The crowd comes mostly from Miami’s Latin communities: Puerto Rican, Cuban, Dominican, Venezuelan, Colombian and more. Many are millennials and older Gen Z who grew up with reggaeton on the radio. People tend to come as friend groups or couples, often with dinner plans first. A private chauffeur by the hour is built for exactly that kind of night.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the Don Omar Show? 🏟️

Leave Coral Gables with plenty of spare time before the 8:00 PM start.

On a quiet evening the drive to Downtown is short, but a sold-out show night is different. Expressway ramps back up, Biscayne Boulevard slows down around the arena, and every car is heading for the same few blocks. Offer yourself enough time for the group to get inside and settled before the lights go down, with room for merch and a drink. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on traffic while you’re at dinner and tells you when it’s time to go, so nobody has to watch the clock. Leaving earlier than seems necessary is rarely wasted. It’s better to arrive relaxed than to sit in traffic while the first song starts. Before you go, check entry rules and event-day updates on the official Kaseya Center site. The same driver takes care of everything from drop-off to the ride home.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur drops your group as close to the venue as access allows on show night, using whatever drop-off point event-day traffic control has open around the arena. Street access changes with closures, so the driver picks the easiest approach when you arrive. You also agree on a simple meeting spot for after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Because you book the chauffeur by the hour, the car stays with your group through the whole show instead of leaving after the drop-off. The driver waits nearby. When the encore is winding down, you send a WhatsApp message, and the same vehicle picks you up for the ride back to Coral Gables. You never have to hunt for a ride in the after-show crowd.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Downtown Miami? 🌆

Most show-night drives take US-1 north, or LeJeune Road up to the Dolphin Expressway.

US-1, known locally as South Dixie Highway, runs past the edge of Coconut Grove and into Brickell. From there the chauffeur can join I-95 or follow the bay toward Biscayne Boulevard and the arena district. The expressway route heads north on LeJeune Road past the airport region, then east on the Dolphin Expressway straight into Downtown. Neither route is always faster. The better choice depends on where in Coral Gables you start, where you have dinner and what traffic is doing that evening. If the group wants a stop on the way, such as a drink in Brickell or a photo with the lit-up skyline, the driver adjusts the route. After dark it’s a beautiful drive, with Brickell’s towers lit up and Biscayne Bay close by as you near Downtown. The only thing your group has to watch is the view.

Does the Chauffeur Switch Routes if Traffic Backs Up?

Yes. Your driver checks traffic before leaving Coral Gables and again on the way. If one route stalls, the driver can switch between US-1 and the Dolphin Expressway or use Brickell’s side streets. A detour doesn’t change the price, because you pay for hours, not miles, and nobody in the group has to give directions.

Where in Coral Gables Does Your Chauffeur Pick You Up? 🚙

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Coral Gables, agreed when you book.

Hotel guests are met at the lobby entrance, whether that’s the Biltmore’s grand front drive, a boutique hotel on Ponce de Leon Boulevard or a hotel near Miracle Mile. If you live in the region, the driver comes to your front door, whether that’s a home off Granada Boulevard or a condo near the Shops at Merrick Park. If the night starts straight from work, the driver can collect you at an office on Alhambra Circle. Friends coming from different addresses can meet at one place, or the driver can make a short loop to pick everyone up before dinner. Just list the addresses when you reserve. Since the pickup spot is set in advance, the chauffeur arrives knowing exactly where to wait, and you can reach the driver directly on WhatsApp if plans change. Coral Gables is right next to the airport, so friends flying in the same day are simple to include.

Can Friends Landing at Miami International Airport Go Straight to the Show?

Yes. The chauffeur can meet the group at the MIA arrivals curb and stop at a Coral Gables hotel so everyone can check in and change. From there the driver continues to dinner and then Downtown for the concert, all in the same hourly booking. The airport is right beside Coral Gables, so a same-day flight fits easily into the night.

Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Concert? 🍸

Giralda Plaza and Miracle Mile are the natural places for dinner in Coral Gables before the show.

Giralda Plaza is the pedestrian-only block of Giralda Avenue, lined with restaurants and outdoor tables. It’s a simple place for a group to eat, toast the night and walk out to a car that’s already waiting. Miracle Mile, the stretch of Coral Way just around the corner, has more sit-down restaurants and a lively evening feel. For a birthday or anniversary, the historic Biltmore Hotel makes a memorable first stop before the drive Downtown. If your group would rather eat closer to the arena, the chauffeur can take you to Brickell’s busy dining scene or through Little Havana for a Cuban dinner before the last leg to the show. The car stays with you, so there’s no valet line and nobody has to leave the table early to fetch a car. We don’t book tables, so reserve your restaurant yourself, and your chauffeur will plan the timing around it.

Can You Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just another stop in your hourly block. The chauffeur picks you up in Coral Gables, drops the group at the restaurant and waits while you eat. Then the driver takes you to the show and home afterward. Stops don’t cost extra, so dinner, a drink before the show and the concert all fit in one booking.

Can the Night Continue After the Show With the Same Driver? 🪩

Yes. The same car and chauffeur can take the group somewhere else after the encore.

Reggaeton nights rarely end with the last song. Brickell, south of the arena, has rooftop bars and late-night lounges. Wynwood, north of Downtown, keeps its murals lit and its bars busy late into the night. Coconut Grove is a quieter place for a last drink on the way back toward Coral Gables. Some groups skip the bars and go for a late bite before heading home. Whatever the plan, your car is already waiting, so you just walk to it instead of fighting the rest of the crowd for a ride. If the night lasts longer than the hours you booked, just tell the driver you’d like to keep going. At the end, the chauffeur drops each guest at their own door, even if that means several Coral Gables addresses in one last loop.

What Makes Our Chauffeur the Premium Way to the Show? 🥂

Your group gets a private vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur, and nobody else shares them.

The car is never shared or reassigned during the evening. The chauffeur who greets you in Coral Gables is the same one who drives you home. That is why this is a better experience: your driver learns the plan, remembers the group’s stops and speaks English or Spanish with whoever prefers either. Your hourly rate is locked in when you book, with no surge pricing, so a sold-out arena night costs exactly what you agreed, however heavy the traffic. You message your driver directly on WhatsApp when dinner runs late or when the group is ready to leave the show. The driver waits through the concert with the car, and the vehicles are clean and ready for a night out. You set the pace all night. For friends celebrating, that means everyone dresses up, arrives together, and nobody gets stuck being the designated driver. That is premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

When Does the Evening Surcharge Apply on Show Night? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside those hours carry a surcharge. The amount depends on the vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Plan for the surcharge from the start. The SUV tiers add one flat charge per trip, not an hourly charge. The Sprinter tiers add a percentage of the trip value, which keeps the math simple for a larger group splitting the bill. If you start early, with a late lunch or sunset drinks in Coral Gables, more of your block falls in daytime hours. Everything else stays the same after dark: the same car, the same chauffeur and the stops you planned.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Choose the vehicle by the size of your group. Every tier is private and comes with a chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5, the usual choice for couples and small groups of friends going to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 6 to 9: seats 6 to 9, so a mid-size group rides together with room to spread out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 10 to 14: seats 10 to 14, so a big birthday group or extended family stays in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 in a luxury-class cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The reference cars show the class of the Platinum tier, not a guaranteed make or model. If the size of your group changes after you book, message us and we’ll confirm the right tier for the new number. If you’re bringing something big for the show, like signs or a birthday banner, tell us in advance so we can make sure it fits.

Is There a Private Van From Coral Gables to the Arena for a Larger Group?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as a private van for groups too big for one SUV. It’s reserved for your group only, with the same chauffeur all night. A large group of friends travels, waits and comes home together instead of splitting across several cars and trying to meet up at the show.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Don Omar’s Show? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur booked by the hour takes your group from any Coral Gables address to the concert and back, in a vehicle only your group uses. Book the tier that fits your group and choose your start time. The same bilingual driver then takes care of dinner, the show and the ride home on March 12, 2027.

Each vehicle is held for one group for the whole evening, so every booking takes that car out of the schedule for the night. Booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. The rates, hours, payment terms and timing for a Coral Gables concert night are all on this page. The answers below cover the remaining questions about where we drive, traveling with a pet and keeping the car to yourselves.

Does This Hourly Service Stay Around the Miami Area?

Yes. This hourly service covers the local Miami area: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close by, on call and never in a rush.

Can You Bring a Pet Along for the Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Is the Vehicle Private to Your Group for the Whole Night?

Yes. Every booking is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your group only, with no seats sold to strangers and no extra pickups along the way. Whether it’s two people in an SUV or a full Sprinter, the car carries only your guests and goes only where you ask.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

How Do You Reserve Your Coral Gables Show-Night Chauffeur? 🍾

Book over WhatsApp by sending your group size, start time and planned stops.

One swift message is enough to check availability for Friday, March 12, 2027. Tell us how many people are coming and roughly when you’d like to leave Coral Gables. Tell us where you’re having dinner, or ask for ideas, and whether you might go somewhere after the show. We’ll confirm the right vehicle for your group and the number of hours that fits your plan. Full payment then reserves the date. From that point the car and chauffeur are set aside for your group only. On the night, your driver arrives at the agreed Coral Gables address. Dinner, the ride Downtown, the concert, any late stop and the drive home all happen at your pace. If you’re celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, let us know so your chauffeur can plan the evening around it. Send us a message today to confirm your booking.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
