Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets at Kaseya Center on Sunday, February 14, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 1:00 PM, so the same driver can handle a Coral Gables brunch, the Downtown Miami drop-off, the full game and a Valentine’s dinner afterward.
You pay per vehicle and per hour, and every booking has a 5-hour minimum.
Choose your vehicle by group size first, then by how much room you want. Five hours fits a Heat afternoon well: pickup in Coral Gables, the drive downtown, the full game and the ride home, with time left for a meal before or after. The rate is for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so a full SUV or a packed Sprinter keeps each person’s share modest. Distance to Downtown doesn’t add anything, because the price is set by time, not miles. Every vehicle comes with a chauffeur who stays with you all day. Only the cabin size and finish change as you move up. Because the whole block is booked ahead of time, nobody has to pay a fare at the curb.
We have four private vehicle types, for groups from two people up to fourteen.
Every vehicle is private. It carries your group and no one else, from the first pickup in Coral Gables to the last drop-off. If your group size changes after you book, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll check whether a larger vehicle is free on your date. If you’re bringing something big, like a stack of homemade signs or a cooler, please tell us in advance.
For a couple, the Black SUV XL is the natural choice, and the Platinum SUV is the upgrade if you want to arrive in an Escalade-class vehicle. Both give two people plenty of private space for the ride downtown and back. The same chauffeur can then take you to dinner in Coral Gables after the final buzzer.
You pay the full fare when you book, and that reserves your chauffeur.
Everything is confirmed in one WhatsApp thread, so your payment receipt, pickup address and start time are all in one place on your phone.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours and plan the day your way.
First, pick the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like on WhatsApp. The minimum block is five hours. For a 1:00 PM game, that usually means a late-morning pickup and getting home around dinnertime. Your chauffeur stays with the group for the whole booking. You decide when to leave, where to stop on the way and whether to linger over a meal afterward. You can add a stop, drop one or change the order as you go. If the day runs long, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at your vehicle’s same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it once the day is over. Nobody in the group has to drive, park or order another ride.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Coral Gables: a hotel lobby, a home in one of the Gables’ tree-lined neighborhoods, or a condo near the Shops at Merrick Park. We can also pick up anywhere else in Miami, including Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you arrive that morning and want to go straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.
The Heat host the Nets on Sunday, February 14, 2027, and tip-off is at 1:00 PM.
It’s a regular-season Eastern Conference game at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on the bay in Downtown Miami, and it falls on Valentine’s Day afternoon. That timing makes the game a full date or family outing: brunch first, then basketball, then dinner. Interest in Heat home games is up this season now that Giannis Antetokounmpo has joined Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro, so expect a loud, lively arena and busy streets around it. Heat crowds reflect the city. They’re strongly Cuban-American and Latin American, bilingual and festive, and many fans dress up for the game. You’ll see plenty of couples and families in the seats. A Sunday afternoon game also means Downtown is shared with brunch crowds, Bayside Marketplace shoppers and people out along Biscayne Bay. On a day like this, having a car already reserved and a driver who knows your plans makes every leg of the day simple.
1:00 PM is the announced tip-off, but NBA game times can occasionally change, especially for nationally televised games. Keep an eye on your ticket and the Heat’s official schedule. If the start time changes before game weekend, send us the new time on WhatsApp and we’ll move your pickup to match.
Your chauffeur drives north into Downtown Miami, which typically takes well under an hour on a Sunday.
The usual route runs up US-1 past the edge of Coconut Grove and into Brickell, then along Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard to the arena on the bay. If surface streets back up, the driver can take the Dolphin Expressway from Le Jeune Road and come into Downtown from the west, or use I-95 for the last stretch. The best road depends on the time, any construction and how busy Brickell is that Sunday, and your chauffeur makes that call for you. Traffic on the roads into Downtown gets heavier as tip-off gets closer, because the whole crowd is heading to the same few blocks at once. Give yourself more time than you would for a normal weekend errand. The car is yours for the full block, so arriving early just uses hours you’ve already booked and gives you time to find your seats and get food inside.
Most groups leave Coral Gables in the late morning, which gives plenty of time before the 1:00 PM tip-off. Leave earlier if you want to catch warm-ups or eat inside the arena. Downtown streets and security lines both fill up fast on game day, so tell us when you’d like to arrive and your chauffeur will work out the pickup time.
Your chauffeur drops the group off as close to the arena entrance as access allows.
Downtown Miami changes on game day, with lane closures and event traffic control around Biscayne Boulevard, so the exact drop-off point depends on how the streets are set up that afternoon. Getting there before the tip-off rush makes the drop-off quicker and easier, before the streets fill up. Once you’re inside, the car moves to a nearby spot and waits, so nobody has to deal with a parking garage, a parking fee or circling for a space. As the fourth quarter winds down, message your driver on WhatsApp and agree on a meeting point a short walk from the arena, away from the biggest crowds. The same vehicle you arrived in pulls up, and your group heads straight to dinner or home while the sidewalks are still full of fans looking for a ride.
Yes. Waiting through the game is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays nearby for all four quarters, keeps WhatsApp open and is ready whenever you want to leave, whether that’s at the final buzzer or partway through the fourth quarter to get ahead of the crowd.
Overtime isn’t a problem. Your chauffeur waits until you come out, however long the game runs. If overtime and the crowd leaving push the day past your booked block, that time is billed like any other added hour, as explained in the booking section above. Nobody has to watch the clock.
Start with a late-morning brunch on Giralda Plaza or along Miracle Mile.
Giralda Plaza is a pedestrian street lined with restaurant patios just off Ponce de Leon Boulevard, and it works well for a relaxed group brunch before a 1:00 PM game. Miracle Mile is right next to it, with cafés and shops for a short walk. For something more special on Valentine’s Day, the Biltmore Hotel’s grand lobby and courtyard are a memorable place to meet before heading downtown. Families with young fans often prefer a slow start at home and a coffee stop on the way. Whatever you pick, your chauffeur keeps the car nearby and leaves when you’re ready. If friends are coming from Coconut Grove or Brickell, the driver can pick them up on the way so the whole group arrives together. These are just ideas for your booked hours. We provide the car and driver, and you choose and book the restaurants.
Yes, if you want the day to feel truly Miami. Little Havana is between Coral Gables and Downtown. A quick stop on Eighth Street for a Cuban coffee at the Versailles window, or a look at the players in Domino Park, is a great way to warm up before tip-off. From there, the arena is a short drive east.
For a Valentine’s dinner after the game, your chauffeur can stop in Coconut Grove on the way back, where bayside restaurants and CocoWalk sit between Downtown and Coral Gables. Or they can bring you back to Coral Gables for dinner near the Biltmore or along Ponce de Leon Boulevard. You book the restaurant, and we take care of the ride.
There’s no surcharge during daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside those hours, a surcharge applies based on the vehicle:
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is charged once per trip, not per hour. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. Either way, your group knows the cost before deciding to stay out. An early dinner back in Coral Gables usually avoids it. If you already know the evening will run late, mention it when you book so the whole plan is clear from the start.
A chauffeur makes a crowded Downtown game day easy, with premium service from start to finish.
Your group rides in a private vehicle reserved just for you, with a bilingual chauffeur who speaks English and Spanish, which fits a city where conversations at the arena switch easily between the two. Your hourly rate is locked when you book. There’s no surge for Valentine’s Day demand, no change for traffic or rain, and no meter running while you wait to get out of Downtown. One dedicated driver covers your whole block: the same person at pickup, on call through the whole game and at your door when the day ends. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp instead of going through a call center. Nobody in your group spends the afternoon in a parking garage, at a parking machine or as the designated driver, so everyone gets to enjoy the game. The result is better service and a better experience from pickup to drop-off.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
That covers any toll roads your chauffeur takes to Downtown, parking wherever the car waits between stops, and fuel for the whole trip from Coral Gables to the arena and back. The rate pays for the private vehicle and its chauffeur for the full block, and it doesn’t change if you add a stop or hit traffic on the way home. Only a few things can be added on top, and each one is listed on this page: the evening surcharge if the car is still with you after daytime hours and any hours you add past your block. If you have extra passengers or your plans change, let us know on WhatsApp before the day so the right vehicle arrives at your door. The route, the stops and the timing are all yours to decide, and none of them change the price.
This hourly service covers Miami and the nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Your chauffeur works across Coral Gables, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. That covers everything a Heat game day might include: brunch in Coral Gables, picking up a friend in Doral, the arena Downtown, drinks in Wynwood afterward or a sunset stop on Key Biscayne. Staying around the city means your driver stays on call and unhurried for your whole booking instead of spending hours on long highway trips. For that reason, we don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. If your weekend starts in one of those places, meet your chauffeur once you’re in the Miami area, and the rest of the day goes at whatever pace suits your group.
Yes. You can book a private SUV or Sprinter with its own chauffeur by the hour.
It’s the simplest way to get to the game from Coral Gables without driving or splitting your group across several cars. You book one vehicle for the afternoon, the driver picks everyone up at the address you agreed on, and the same car takes you home after the game. Groups looking for a private van to the arena get a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved just for them, with no seats sold to strangers and no fixed departure time. Your chauffeur also takes care of anything that comes up along the way, like picking up a friend in Coral Gables, a coffee stop or a trip back home for a forgotten jersey, and none of it adds a new fare. Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, and it’s a popular day out for couples and families, so booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. When a booking is within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on the day at the same hourly rate.
Yes. The same hourly service works for any Heat home game at the arena, and for the concerts and shows held there between games. The vehicles, the booking block and the Coral Gables pickup all work the same way. Only the date and start time change, so returning fans just send us the new date on WhatsApp.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

We’ll reply with the right vehicle and a secure payment link for the full fare. Once your payment clears, your date is confirmed and a chauffeur is assigned to your group. From then on, the day is yours: the car arrives at your door, follows your plan through the afternoon and brings everyone home when you’re done. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
