Transfer from Sunny Isles Beach to the Steve Lacy Concert at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Sunny Isles Beach to Steve Lacy at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on Monday, October 26, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and the same bilingual chauffeur handles dinner, the drive downtown and the ride back up Collins Avenue.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Sunny Isles Beach Cost for a Bayfront Park Concert? 📋

Each vehicle below has one flat hourly rate, and bookings have a five-hour minimum that covers dinner, the drive downtown, the show and the ride home.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each person, so a group of friends shares one rate. The Black SUV XL suits couples and small groups. The two Sprinter tiers carry larger groups, and the Platinum SUV gives you a more polished cabin for a unique night. A concert evening from Sunny Isles Beach commonly starts with a late-afternoon pickup, moves through dinner and the show, and ends with the drive back up the coast. Numerous groups plan for more than the minimum from the start so the night never feels rushed. Tell us your headcount first. The right vehicle is the one where nobody has to squeeze in, especially when everyone is dressed up for a night out.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur and Premium Vehicle for Concert Night? 🥂

With a reserved chauffeur, a Monday concert becomes one seamless, upscale evening from pickup to drop-off.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. Nobody else rides with you, you never switch cars, and you never stand at the curb waiting for a stranger to reach. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The person who drove you to dinner is the same one holding the car while Steve Lacy plays. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book. There is no surge on a hectic show night and no change for a slow Biscayne Boulevard or a sudden rainstorm. You can message us directly on WhatsApp before or during the night. If plans change, such as a later dinner or an extra stop, you get a swift answer instead of a new fare. That is what upscale service means to us: fewer things to manage, a clean vehicle, one driver who knows your plan, and a better experience for everyone in the group, whether that’s two people or fourteen.

Which Service Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 🕴️

  • Your chauffeur is available 24/7, daytime or evening, every day of the week.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • You can make one quick comfort stop during the booking at no change to the flat rate.
  • Bringing something big, like merch bags or signs? Tell us in advance so we can confirm space.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.

This matters on a downtown show night. The chauffeur covers parking and waiting costs while you are inside, and tolls on the way down from Sunny Isles Beach never appear as a separate charge. The driver’s waiting time is also part of your booking. You pay for the car and chauffeur by the hour, not by the mile or by the stop. A long dinner or a late encore costs nothing extra within your booked hours. A few items can add to the total, and we tell you about them upfront. The night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, and most concert rides home fall in that window. Hours you add beyond your reserved block are billed as described in the payment section. Those are the only extras. Nothing else gets added to your bill after the night.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted, and When Do You Pay? 🎊

You pay the full fare upfront, and any extra hours are settled after the night.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home After the Show? 🌆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips in that window have no surcharge. It’s easiest to plan for the surcharge from the start. For the SUV it is one flat add-on per trip. For the Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value. Earlier parts of the day, like a beach lunch or a shopping stop at Aventura Mall before dinner, fall within daytime hours and cost nothing extra. We point out the surcharge when we confirm your booking on WhatsApp, before you pay, so you know the full picture ahead of time.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚙

We have four private vehicle tiers, from a couple’s date night to a full group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5. It’s the usual choice for couples and small groups heading downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9, so a mid-size group rides together instead of splitting into several cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14, for a big birthday group or a large group of fans.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 in a more polished, executive-class cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private to your group and consistently comes with our chauffeur. We don’t offer vehicles without a driver, and no other passengers ever join your ride. Dinner, a show and plans afterward are more relaxing with some room to spare. If your headcount is right at a tier’s limit, consider moving up a size. Send your final number over WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle to it.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work From Sunny Isles Beach? 🚐

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours and decide how to use them.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough pickup time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the amphitheater, or a late bite afterward. The booking starts with a five-hour block, timed from your pickup to your final drop-off. For that whole block, the same chauffeur stays with your group. They drive you to each stop, wait while you eat or watch the show, and are ready when you walk out. You set the order and the pace. You can add a stop, stay somewhere longer, or skip a stop on the day. If the night runs long, you don’t need to cut it short. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, so you can keep the car as long as you require it.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Sunny Isles Beach?

Your chauffeur can pick you up at any address in Sunny Isles Beach, such as a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, the entrance of an oceanfront condo tower, or a private home. You agree on the exact spot when you book. The driver can also start anywhere else in Miami, including a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you’re arriving by ship that day, you can go straight to the show.

How Do You Get From Sunny Isles Beach to Steve Lacy at Bayfront Park? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives south from Sunny Isles Beach to downtown Miami and picks the route based on live traffic.

Sunny Isles Beach is near the northern edge of Miami-Dade’s coastline, and Bayfront Park is on Biscayne Boulevard along the downtown waterfront. The trip is a straight run down the coast to the city center. Groups frequently underestimate this part of a concert night. It’s a Monday evening, there’s a headline show, and downtown office traffic is still clearing out. With a chauffeur, the drive becomes part of the night instead of a chore. You leave from your lobby or driveway. Nobody has to follow directions or look for a garage near the park, and anyone who wants a drink at dinner can have one. Because you book by the hour, the same vehicle takes you home, so your ride back is settled before you leave. The two questions below cover the roads and how much time to allow.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Sunny Isles Beach to Downtown Miami?

There are two usual routes. One goes west on Sunny Isles Boulevard to Biscayne Boulevard or I-95 and then heads straight south into downtown. The other follows Collins Avenue south through Bal Harbour, Surfside and Miami Beach, then crosses the MacArthur Causeway with Biscayne Bay on both sides. Your chauffeur chooses between them on the night based on current traffic.

How Long Does the Drive From Sunny Isles Beach Take on a Show Night?

Allow noticeably more time than you would for a normal evening drive. On October 26, concertgoers head downtown while the weekday commute is still thinning out, and the streets around the park fill quickly. Most groups add dinner at the start of the booking so they aren’t cutting it close, and the timing then works out on its own.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park? 🎆

Your chauffeur drops you off as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night.

On show nights, traffic around Bayfront Park frequently changes, and the nearest usable drop-off point can move with street closures and police direction. Your driver adjusts on the spot, pulls in as close to the entrance as access allows, and lets everyone out together so nobody has to walk far in concert shoes. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup spot neighboring that the chauffeur can reach once the crowd starts moving. We share it on WhatsApp so everyone has it on their phone. The venue sets its own entry and bag rules, so check FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park before you go. The amphitheater is outdoors and faces the bay, so arriving relaxed, instead of hurrying from a parking garage, makes the evening better.

How Early Should You Leave Sunny Isles Beach for Steve Lacy?

Leave early enough to arrive well before the 8:00 PM start. For most groups, that means a late-afternoon pickup in Sunny Isles Beach, dinner on the way or near the venue, and a relaxed final drive downtown. Leaving early costs you nothing, since the chauffeur is already booked for your block, and it keeps you ahead of the pre-show traffic on Biscayne Boulevard.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Waiting is the main reason to book by the hour. While Steve Lacy plays, your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle and doesn’t leave for other work. When the show ends, message the driver on WhatsApp, walk to the agreed pickup spot, and ride home to Sunny Isles Beach without fighting the crowd for a car.

Where Can You Eat in Sunny Isles Beach Before the Concert? 🍸

Collins Avenue and neighboring Bal Harbour Shops offer good dinner options close to home before the show.

Sunny Isles Beach has oceanfront resort restaurants along Collins Avenue, so an early dinner near your lobby is easy. The driver waits outside, and you head south once the check is paid. Just down the road, Bal Harbour Shops is a popular stop before a night out. Makoto, with its Japanese menu, is one of the top-known restaurants there, and it’s on the Collins Avenue route toward downtown. If you’d rather eat closer to the show, the chauffeur can take you past the park to Brickell, which stays lively on weeknights, or to Bayside Marketplace beside Bayfront Park for a casual meal by the water. We don’t book tables, so reserve wherever suits your group and the driver will plan the timing around it. For a quieter start, take an evening walk on the Newport Fishing Pier before pickup.

Can You Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One booking covers the whole evening: pickup, dinner, the show and the ride home. The driver waits outside the restaurant, and you head downtown whenever you’re ready. Include the restaurant and your reservation time in your WhatsApp message so the chauffeur can plan the pickup and the drive around it.

Is There Time for a Late Stop in Brickell or Wynwood After the Show?

Often, yes, if your hours allow it. Brickell’s late-night spots are a short drive from the park, and Wynwood’s bars suit groups who aren’t ready to call it a night. Tell the driver when you walk out of the show. If the evening goes past your booked block, the extra time is simply added to your booking.

What Should Fans Expect From the Steve Lacy “Oh yeah?” Tour in Miami? 🎭

Anticipate a guitar-driven show with a full band from one of alternative R&B’s most recognizable voices.

The Miami date is part of Steve Lacy’s “Oh yeah?” tour across North America. The tour supports his new album of the same name, which features SZA and Erykah Badu. On stage, he relies on his guitar and falsetto with a full band behind him, moving between neo-soul, funk and indie-pop. The crowd knows every word of “Bad Habit” and the songs from his Grammy-winning album Gemini Rights. Fans who followed his work with The Internet, or his collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, the Creator and Frank Ocean, tend to treat this show as a full night out. They plan outfits, book dinner and bring friends from across South Florida. The outdoor setting on the bay, with the downtown skyline all around, adds to the occasion. A chauffeured evening suits this crowd well: people who want to reach together, dressed up, and get home without a scramble.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Steve Lacy From Sunny Isles Beach? 🏝️

For a group making a night of it, a private chauffeur by the hour is the simplest choice.

If you drive yourself, someone has to skip drinks, someone has to circle for downtown parking, and everyone waits in the garage line after the show. Splitting into several cars scatters the group before the first song. A reserved vehicle solves both problems. The group leaves Sunny Isles Beach together, goes through dinner and the show as one party, and rides home in the same car with the same chauffeur. It also takes the guesswork out of a Monday concert downtown, because one person handles the timing, the drop-off and the exit after the show all night. Couples get the same benefit on a smaller scale. Larger groups benefit most, since one Sprinter replaces several cars. The questions below cover what riders ask most before they book.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Sunny Isles Beach to Bayfront Park?

Yes, in the way most people mean it: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour. We never sell seats on a scheduled van or mix groups together. Your group sets the pickup time in Sunny Isles Beach, the stops along the way and the ride home, and the van is yours for the whole booking.

Can a Couple Book the Concert Ride Just for Two?

Yes. The Black SUV XL is the natural choice for a couple’s concert night, and the Platinum SUV is available if you want a more polished cabin. Pricing is per vehicle, so two people pay the same hourly rate a small group would. You still get the same chauffeur, the dinner stop and the ride home.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Hourly Service Go Beyond the Miami Area?

This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Sunny Isles Beach. Hourly bookings don’t go to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

When Should You Book Your Sunny Isles Beach Concert Chauffeur? 🥂

Book as soon as your tickets are confirmed so your vehicle and chauffeur are set well before October 26.

Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough pickup time in Sunny Isles Beach and the stops you’d like, such as dinner, the amphitheater and any late plans. We confirm the right vehicle, and your payment reserves your date. Last-minute plans are welcome too. If you book a ride for the next 24 hours, the date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day if the night is going well. Check availability for Monday, October 26 and confirm your booking with one message.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
