Transfer from Miami to the Steve Lacy Concert at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Steve Lacy at FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park on October 26, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One driver handles dinner, the 8:00 PM show, and the ride home, waiting between every stop, with the fare locked at booking and never surged.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami to Steve Lacy Cost? 🚙

You pay per vehicle, per hour, and every reservation covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each hour is billed at your vehicle’s rate from the first pickup to the final drop-off, whether the car is moving down Biscayne Boulevard or parked while the band plays. Couples and small groups of friends usually take the Black SUV XL, and bigger groups spread out in one of the two Sprinter sizes. Groups who desire extra polish usually choose the Platinum SUV. A typical concert evening fills the block on its own: a pickup, a relaxed dinner, the full show, and the drive back. Choose the tier that matches your headcount and share your start time, and you’ll know the cost of the night before anyone gets in the car.

Which Payment Methods Confirm Your Concert-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare to hold your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour past that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

Does the Drive Home After an 8:00 PM Show Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Trips outside the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daytime window carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Those two lines are the full surcharge schedule. The SUV line is a single flat add-on per journey, and the Sprinter line is a percentage of the journey value. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the stops you planned. Daytime hours cover the part of your booking before 6:00 PM; everything later falls outside them. When you confirm over WhatsApp, ask us to spell out the surcharge for your vehicle so you know the full cost of the night before the lights go down.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur, and the evening runs on your schedule.

First, pick the tier that fits your group. Then send us a WhatsApp message with your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind: a dinner spot, the amphitheater, maybe a late lounge afterward. Once the chauffeur arrives, the car is yours. It goes where you desire and stops where you stop, and nobody in the group drives or circles a downtown block looking for parking. Plans can change during the evening too. Add a stop, drop one, or stay longer over dessert, and the driver adjusts the route. You don’t have to lock in an itinerary ahead of time, and there’s no fare to renegotiate when plans change. Most groups sketch a simple outline for a concert night (pickup, dinner, show, home) and fill in the rest as the evening goes.

Where Does the Chauffeur Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address, and you agree on the spot when you book. That could be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coral Gables, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can go straight into the evening. There’s no fixed meeting point; the car comes to you.

Can You Keep the Car Longer Than Five Hours?

Yes. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the encore runs long or the group wants one more stop, tell the driver and keep going. You settle the extra hours after the night, not on the spot.

Why Is Steve Lacy’s October 26 Show Worth a Full Night Out? 🎤

Steve Lacy plays Bayfront Park on Monday, October 26, 2026, and the show starts at 8:00 PM.

The Miami date is a stop on his “Oh yeah?” North American tour, named for his third studio album, which features SZA and Erykah Badu and is his first full-length release in years. Expect alternative R&B, neo-soul, funk, and indie-pop built around his guitar and falsetto, with a full live band. Fans know him from the breakout single “Bad Habit,” the Grammy-winning album Gemini Rights, his work with The Internet, and collaborations with Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, the Creator, and Frank Ocean. The venue suits the music: FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park is an open-air stage on Biscayne Bay, surrounded by the downtown skyline. The crowd leans toward friend groups and couples who dress up for the evening, which is why a chauffeured night works well even on a Monday.

Where Can Your Group Have Dinner in Miami Before the Show?

Brickell is the easy choice for dinner before the show, with Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre full of restaurants and rooftop bars. For a classic Miami meal, Versailles on SW 8th Street in Little Havana serves Cuban staples to a lively crowd. To stay close to the show, try Bayside Marketplace, right beside Bayfront Park, for waterfront food and drinks.

Where Can the Night Continue After the Concert?

Wynwood is the natural late stop, with its murals, breweries, and bars that stay lively late into the night. South Beach has the neon-lit strip along Ocean Drive, and Brickell’s lounges suit a quieter nightcap. Your driver takes the group wherever the evening leads and then home, so nobody has to split up or find their own ride.

How Do You Get From Miami to FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives into downtown and onto Biscayne Boulevard, where the amphitheater faces the bay.

The route depends on where your night starts. From Miami Beach, the MacArthur Causeway crosses the bay and connects to I-395 toward downtown. From Brickell, Brickell Avenue crosses the Miami River and becomes Biscayne Boulevard, the street that runs along the park. From Coral Gables, Doral, or the airport region, the Dolphin Expressway or I-95 takes the car to the downtown exits. On concert night the last stretch is the slow part, because the blocks around the park fill with arriving fans and drivers circling for garages. How long the drive takes depends on your starting neighborhood and how heavy the pre-show traffic gets, so leave plenty of extra time instead of cutting it close. Your chauffeur follows live traffic and adjusts the route on the way. Since nobody in the car has to park, the group skips the downtown garage search completely.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the Steve Lacy Show?

Leave Miami well before the 8:00 PM start. The goal is to arrive when doors open, not when the lights go down, which gives you time for the entry line, a drink, and merch. If dinner is part of the plan, book it for early evening near downtown so the last leg to the show is short.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Amphitheater?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue entrance as access allows along Biscayne Boulevard, which depends on event-night traffic control. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on a pickup point for after the show, so everyone knows where to meet when the encore ends.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take You Home After?

Yes. Because you booked by the hour, the chauffeur stays nearby with the car for the whole concert. When the show ends, message the driver on WhatsApp and walk to the agreed pickup point. Nobody has to find a ride in the crowd leaving the show or watch prices climb, and the whole group rides home together.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Can the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami’s neighborhoods and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your night can start in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Little Havana, Doral, or Key Biscayne, or in the region around Miami International Airport. The same car moves freely between them for dinner, the show, and any late stop. Friends coming from neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale can be included in the plan too. Staying local is what makes the service work: an on-call driver who knows these streets, stays close to the city, and never has to rush between stops. The hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built for an unhurried evening around Miami. If your group is spread across a few neighborhoods, share every address when you book and we’ll plan the pickups.

Why Do Friend Groups Choose Our Private Chauffeur for Concert Nights? 🥂

Your group gets a private vehicle, a bilingual chauffeur, and a rate set before pickup.

Together, those create a better experience from the first stop to the last. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so the playlist, the pace, and the conversation are yours. The hourly rate is set when you book and never surges, even on one of the busiest nights downtown. One chauffeur stays with you all evening and keeps the car neighboring through the show. Nobody has to be the designated driver, and nobody ends up stuck on a crowded sidewalk. You talk directly with our team on WhatsApp, so questions about timing, a dinner change, or an extra stop obtain a straight answer from the people running your night. It adds up to a upscale service built around one evening, one group, and a plan that can change when you require it to.

Need the Key Service Facts at a Glance? 📋

  • Every reservation covers a block of at least five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • The hourly service is available 24/7, daytime or evening.
  • You choose the stops, and the plan can change during the booking.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Bookings and confirmations are handled directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

We have four private tiers, from a couple’s date night to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and suits a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, with room for everyone to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: carries 10 to 14 passengers for a big celebration.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a more luxurious cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition — examples of the vehicle class.

Choose by headcount first, then by the feel you desire. The Black SUV XL keeps things simple for a small group. Either Sprinter size keeps a bigger group together in one vehicle instead of split across several cars. The Platinum SUV makes for a more upscale arrival on a birthday or an anniversary. Every tier comes with our chauffeur behind the wheel.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with onboard WiFi.

The WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, which helps for pulling up digital tickets or sharing photos on the way home. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Two charges can be added to a concert night: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours and any hours you add past your reserved block. Everything else the chauffeur does for your group, including waiting, adjusting the route, and a mid-evening pause, is covered by the hourly rate you booked.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Steve Lacy From Miami? 🎊

A private chauffeur booked by the hour is the simplest way to obtain to the show from Miami.

Driving yourself means downtown traffic, a garage fee, and someone who has to stay sober for the ride home. Splitting a group across several cars means people reach at distinct times and have to regroup afterward. A reserved vehicle solves both problems: everyone leaves together from one pickup, you plan the evening’s stops in one message, and the group arrives at the show together. The booking covers dinner, the concert, and the ride back, so the night is one plan instead of several separate trips. Everyone can also unwind, with a cocktail at dinner, a drink at the show, and a ride home where no one in the group has to drive. For couples, it turns a Monday concert into a real date night. For friends, it keeps everyone together from the first toast to the last song.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit in one hourly booking. Tell us the restaurant when you reserve. The chauffeur drops you there, waits while you eat, and then drives the group downtown to the show. You don’t need to arrange a second trip, and the extra stop doesn’t change the fare.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami to the Concert?

Yes. It’s a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your group, with no other passengers and no fixed schedule. It leaves when you’re ready, stops where you choose, and takes your whole group to the show and back together. For a smaller party, the Black SUV XL or Platinum SUV works the same way.

Can a Couple Book a Private Chauffeur for Just the Two of Them?

Yes. The Black SUV XL works just as well for two people as for a small group, and couples often choose the Platinum SUV for a more upscale date night. The price is per vehicle, per hour, not per person, so a couple books exactly the same way a group of friends does.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the date and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Concert Night From Miami? 🍾

To book, send one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and stops.

Tell us how many people are coming, roughly when you’d like the evening to start, and the stops you have in mind, such as a dinner spot in Brickell, the Steve Lacy show on October 26, and a nightcap in Wynwood if you’re in the mood. We’ll check availability for your vehicle tier, confirm the plan, and send payment details so you can reserve your date. Stops on a national tour draw large crowds, so confirming early gives you the widest choice of vehicles. On the night, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed pickup, and from there the evening is yours: the music, the bay, the city lights, and your car ready for the ride home when the show ends. Utilize the details below to confirm your booking.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
