Transfer from Coral Gables to Chelsea Handler at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Chelsea Handler at Hard Rock Live on December 17, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Coral Gables, drives north for the evening, stays through the 8:00 PM show, and brings everyone home. You get one car and one locked price, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost per Hour? 📋

Each rate below covers one private vehicle and its chauffeur for every hour of your Chelsea Handler evening.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking covers at least five hours. That’s enough time for a Coral Gables dinner, the drive north, the show itself, and the ride home. Choose the tier by headcount. Couples and small groups of friends usually take the Black SUV XL, while a birthday crew or an office outing fills one of the private Sprinter vans. The Platinum SUV suits a milestone night when the ride should feel like part of the celebration. Each rate is per vehicle, not per guest, so a full car splits the cost across everyone aboard. Most show nights also carry the late-hours surcharge explained further down. It’s listed openly so nothing on December 17 comes as a surprise.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to The High and Mighty Tour? 🎤

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes Coral Gables groups to The High and Mighty Tour.

Chelsea Handler brings the tour to Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood on Thursday, December 17, 2026, and the show starts at 8:00 PM. She built her following hosting late-night television and her own streaming talk show, wrote a string of bestselling books, and filmed several stand-up specials. Her live set is sharp, candid, and gloriously unfiltered, with dating, therapy, cannabis, aging, single life, and politics all fair game. It’s a seated, theater-style comedy night inside a casino resort, the kind of evening people dress up for, toast beforehand, and replay line by line on the way home. That replay is where a dedicated chauffeur earns its place. Nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody circles a garage, and the talk about her best bits carries on all the way back to Coral Gables.

What Kind of Crowd Goes to a Chelsea Handler Show?

Her audience leans toward women who have followed her since her late-night TV years. Think groups of girlfriends, birthday tables, couples on a date night, and friends using the show as an excuse for a proper night out. People dress for dinner, not a ballgame, so a clean, quiet SUV or a private Sprinter van fits the occasion.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables? 🏙️

Your chauffeur meets you at whichever Coral Gables address you choose when you book.

Guests staying at the Biltmore Hotel are met at the hotel’s main entrance. Residents get picked up at the front door, whether that’s a Mediterranean Revival house on a banyan-shaded street or a condo off Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Hotels along Miracle Mile and near the Shops at Merrick Park work the same way: the car pulls up, the driver steps out to greet you, and the group climbs in without walking to a parking lot or waiting at a corner. Send the exact spot over WhatsApp when you book, whether it’s a lobby, a side entrance, or a quieter street with easier access, and that becomes your meeting point. If a friend is joining from near the University of Miami or South Miami, mention that too. The route can collect everyone before the evening heads north, so the whole group arrives together.

Can the Driver Pick Up Guests From Several Coral Gables Addresses?

Yes. You set every stop, so several pickups fit easily into an hourly booking. A typical show-night run might start at a home near Granada Golf Course, stop for a friend’s apartment off Miracle Mile, and finish at the Biltmore before dinner. Share the addresses in order on WhatsApp, and the chauffeur plans the route.

Where Should You Eat in Coral Gables Before the Show? 🥂

Coral Gables has plenty of polished pre-show dinner spots close to your pickup.

Giralda Plaza, a pedestrian street lined with outdoor tables, is popular with groups who want a lively room and a cocktail before a comedy night. Miracle Mile, just neighboring, has steakhouses, small-plates spots, and wine bars. The Shops at Merrick Park combine upscale dining with a chance to grab a last-minute outfit. For a grander setting, dinner at the Biltmore makes the meal an occasion of its own, and Coconut Grove is right next door if someone wants a bayfront patio. Wherever you eat, the chauffeur drops you at the restaurant door and pulls up again once the check is paid. You won’t need a valet ticket or a parking garage, and no one has to go fetch a car. The group walks out, climbs in, and starts the drive to the show with the night already in full swing.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the show fit naturally into one hourly booking. The clock starts at pickup. You spend the early evening at your Coral Gables table, ride north, enjoy the show, and head home with the same driver. The plan you set shapes the evening, so nobody has to watch the clock over dessert.

When Should You Leave Coral Gables for Hard Rock Live on December 17? 🌆

Leave Coral Gables well before the 8:00 PM showtime on December 17.

The casino resort is north of Miami in Hollywood, across the Broward County line. To get there, you cross much of Miami-Dade during a weekday evening rush that the holiday season only makes heavier. Give yourself plenty of time. The drive is typically slower on a hectic event night than on a quiet weekend afternoon, and arriving early lets you find your seats, get a drink, and settle in before Chelsea Handler walks out. Most Coral Gables groups eat dinner first and leave as soon as the meal ends, with extra time built in for traffic. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and suggests a departure time when you confirm the plan on WhatsApp. Leaving early doesn’t cost you anything, because the car is already yours for the whole block. Any spare time just becomes extra time at the resort before the lights go down.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables?

Most evenings, the chauffeur takes LeJeune Road toward the Dolphin Expressway or gets on the Palmetto Expressway. From there, they follow Interstate 95 or Florida’s Turnpike north, then cut across to State Road 7 near the Seminole resort. The exact route depends on traffic that night. The driver picks whichever road is moving, so your group never has to think about it.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

The chauffeur drops you at the resort’s passenger drop-off point, as close to the venue entrance as access allows that night. You step out together and walk straight inside. You won’t climb garage levels or keep a parking ticket, and you won’t have to search for your car when the crowd pours out later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your vehicle is reserved for the whole block, so your driver stays with it for the entire show. Text the chauffeur on WhatsApp as the show wraps up, and they’ll meet you at the agreed spot near the drop-off point. From there, they’ll drive the group back to Coral Gables or on to a late stop.

Need the Key Booking Facts at a Glance? 🚙

  • Every booking begins with a five-hour block reserved only for your group.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with you all evening.
  • Each hour past the opening block is added at the same rate.
  • You choose every stop, and the plan can change during the night.
  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • Plans are confirmed over WhatsApp with your group size, start time, and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🍸

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and parking.

Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which helps when you’re pulling up digital tickets on the way north or sending photos from the lobby. If someone needs a quick restroom, snack, or stretch break, just ask the driver. A brief comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for what show-goers usually carry, like a gift bag or a birthday sign. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

How Do You Pay for the Chauffeur and Extra Hours? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle those hours after the night ends.

Does the Late Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. The surcharge depends on your vehicle:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Both lines are shown in full, so the late-hours cost is part of the plan from your first WhatsApp message, not a surprise at the end of the night. For the SUV, it’s a single flat amount per trip. For the private Sprinter vans, it’s a share of the trip value. Nothing else about the booking changes after dark: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same itinerary you set at the start of the evening. Your group knows the show time well in advance, so you can budget the whole night before December 17 arrives.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for This Show? 🕴️

Booking by the hour starts with one WhatsApp message and your group size.

Send your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, the venue, and maybe a nightcap. We’ll match a vehicle to your group. Your reservation opens with a five-hour block, which covers a typical dinner-and-show evening. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, Miami International Airport, a home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re coming off a cruise that day and heading straight to the show. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. From then on, the same driver stays with you for the entire block while you set the stops and the pace. If the evening runs past those first five hours, there’s nothing to renegotiate. Every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, so you can keep the car as long as the night lasts and settle the extra time afterward.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

If you book a service that starts within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Chelsea Handler? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full office outing.

Every tier comes with its own chauffeur. The choice mostly comes down to headcount and how dressed-up the evening feels:

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a birthday group rides north together instead of splitting across cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers, with room for an office party or an extended family celebration.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers, for a milestone night that deserves the most polished ride. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

If your headcount changes between booking and show night, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm whether a different tier fits better. The right vehicle keeps everyone in one cabin, so the whole group can retell the jokes together on the ride home.

Why Ride With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Yourself? 🍾

A private chauffeur makes the drive part of a premium night out.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. The hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a hectic show night. One dedicated driver covers the whole block, so the person who picked you up in Coral Gables is the same one who greets you after the last laugh. You can reach your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp for any change, like a later pickup, an extra stop, or a friend joining at the last minute. You don’t have to juggle keys, find a garage, or pick a designated driver, which makes for a better experience. Everyone in the group gets to enjoy dinner, drinks, and the show, and the drive home becomes part of the fun. It’s a premium service built around your evening, not around a meter, from the first pickup to the moment you’re back at your door.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables to Hard Rock Live? 🏟️

Yes. You can reserve a private driver from Coral Gables for the whole show night.

Send the date, your headcount, and your pickup address over WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm your vehicle and chauffeur for December 17. Because you book by the hour, the same driver covers every part of your evening: the Coral Gables pickup, an optional dinner stop, the drive to the casino resort in Hollywood, and the late ride home. Groups often add a stop on the way back, such as a nightcap in Coconut Grove, a rooftop lounge in Brickell, or a late bite in Little Havana. The driver just keeps going, and the evening flows from one stop to the next without anyone opening an app or hailing a car. Booking ahead makes it easy to get the right tier for your group, and the earlier the plan is set, the more time your chauffeur has to plan the pickup order and the best departure time.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Stay Around Miami or Travel Farther?

This hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes the Hollywood resort. Hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coral Gables to the Comedy Show?

Yes. A private Sprinter van carries only your group from Coral Gables to the show and back, with no strangers aboard and no fixed schedule. You choose the departure time, the stops, and when to head home, and the same chauffeur drives every leg. Smaller groups get the same private service in an SUV.

Can We Keep the Car for Drinks in Coconut Grove After the Show?

Yes. A stop after the show fits right into the booking. Ask the chauffeur to stop in Coconut Grove for a bayside nightcap or continue to a Brickell lounge, and they’ll stay close by while you celebrate. Any time past your reserved block is billed the same way as the rest of your evening, so you can stretch the night without any new negotiation.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Chelsea Handler From Coral Gables With a Group? 🎭

For a group, the best option is one private vehicle that keeps everyone together.

Splitting a girls’ night or a birthday crew across several cars means several people who can’t have a drink, several parking fees at the resort, and friends arriving at different times. One chauffeured vehicle solves all three problems. The evening starts the moment the doors close in Coral Gables: someone queues the playlist, someone rehearses the toast, and everyone arrives together. Photos on the Biltmore steps or along Giralda Plaza happen without anyone rushing off to move a car. After the show, the cabin is the best place to go over the night, replaying every outrageous line on the way from the casino resort to home. For couples on a double date or friends celebrating a milestone, the shared ride is often the part of the night people remember most after the punchlines.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
