Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to HAVASI SYMPHONIC: Journey of Wonders: Finding the Holiday Spirit at Hard Rock Live on Saturday, December 12, 2026. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Coral Gables, stays with the car through the 8:00 PM show, and drives everyone home afterward.
Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every concert-night booking has a five-hour minimum.
Choose your vehicle by the size of your group, not by distance. The hourly rate covers the vehicle and its chauffeur whether you head north on the highway or come back through Coral Gables for a nightcap. Five hours is usually enough for a HAVASI night: dinner in the Gables, the drive up, the show and the ride home. If the encore runs late or the crowd is slow to leave, the clock simply keeps running. The price covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so a fuller car spreads the cost further. Splitting the total among friends is easy.
You book one vehicle and one chauffeur, and the car is yours all evening.
Send us your group size, a rough start time and the stops you want on WhatsApp, and we’ll match a vehicle to your group. The chauffeur meets you at the pickup spot agreed at booking. That can be any address in Coral Gables or anywhere else in Miami: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving off a cruise and going straight to the concert. From there, you decide the order: dinner first, a quick stop for flowers or a forgotten jacket, then the drive north. Five hours is the minimum booking, and the chauffeur stays with you for all of them, waiting wherever you stop. If the evening runs long, nothing gets renegotiated. Each extra hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate and paid after the night ends.
Yes. Your plan for the evening is never fixed. Tell your chauffeur on the spot if you want to stop at a bakery on the way, skip a planned stop, or stay longer over coffee before heading north. The plan adjusts to your evening, and there’s no new fare to work out when it does, as long as the timing allows.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and that sets the tone for the whole night.
Nobody else rides with you, and no new driver shows up halfway through the evening. One bilingual chauffeur handles the pickup, the dinner stop, the concert and the ride home. Your hourly rate is fixed when you book. It doesn’t go up when holiday traffic gets heavy or the show draws a full house, so you spend exactly what you planned. You arrange everything directly with us on WhatsApp, and you can use the same chat on the night to add a stop or change the pickup time. The car is held for your full booking, so it’s still yours while the orchestra plays. That makes the end of the concert a short walk instead of a scramble. It’s the difference between just getting somewhere and a better experience from start to finish: premium service, a premium vehicle, and an evening where all you have to do is enjoy it.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.
That matters on a show night in Hollywood. The drive north uses toll roads, and parking at a busy resort takes planning of its own. None of it ends up on your bill or your to-do list. The car has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up digital tickets before you reach the doors. If someone needs a restroom, a snack or a stretch on the way, one short comfort stop is easy to fit in. Just ask the chauffeur, and the rate doesn’t change. The one extra charge that usually applies on a concert night is the evening surcharge, covered in its own section below.
Payment is simple: the full fare is paid at booking, and you don’t pay for extra hours on the spot.
Once we agree the day and time for a service within the next 24 hours, that slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
We have four private vehicle options, for anything from a date night to a holiday office outing.
Every vehicle arrives reserved for your group alone, ready from the first pickup. Not sure which size you need? Send us your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the right fit. Let us know in advance if you’re bringing something big, like a garment bag or a celebration cake.
This HAVASI production is a symphonic holiday show on Saturday, December 12, 2026.
HAVASI is the stage name of Balázs Havasi, a classically trained Hungarian pianist and composer whose music mixes classical, modern and rock. HAVASI SYMPHONIC: Journey of Wonders: Finding the Holiday Spirit is his new symphonic production. It tells the story of a young wanderer searching for the holiday spirit, through original music and film-style visuals. On stage are a full orchestra and choir, solo violin and flute, lasers, pyrotechnics and fire. The show starts at 8:00 PM at Hard Rock Live, the live entertainment venue inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, in neighboring Broward County. That’s why the evening deserves a car of its own. People dress up, the mood is festive, and most couples and groups of friends want dinner first and maybe a toast afterward. With one chauffeur for the whole night, nobody has to watch the clock.
Tickets are sold through the venue’s official channels, which are linked from its event listings. We don’t sell or hold tickets ourselves. We handle the ride: once you have your seats, send us your group size and when you’d like to be picked up, and we’ll confirm the vehicle and chauffeur for your evening.
The Journey of Wonders tour also goes to New York, Chicago, Warsaw and other European cities.
The production plays The Town Hall in New York and the Riviera Theatre in Chicago, then continues across Europe. Over his career, HAVASI has played venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Royal Albert Hall, the Sydney Opera House, Wembley Arena and the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin. He comes back to the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood regularly and has built a loyal following in South Florida. For fans in Coral Gables, the December show is the South Florida stop on the holiday tour, so it’s an easy evening to plan rather than a trip. If you love cinematic concerts where an orchestra meets rock, with a sweeping film-score sound, big choir moments and theatrical lighting, this date makes a good start to the holiday season. It also works well as a night out for several generations of a family.
Yes. Dinner in Coral Gables fits into the same hourly booking, so you don’t need a second ride.
Miracle Mile and the walkable Giralda Plaza are the classic choices. Both are lined with restaurants where a group can take its time over an early holiday dinner while the chauffeur keeps the car close. For a dressier start, the historic Biltmore Hotel, with its landmark tower, makes a memorable setting for drinks or a meal. The Shops at Merrick Park are handy if someone still needs a last-minute gift before the evening. You’re paying for time, not per ride, so the order is up to you: cocktails at one place, dinner at another, then straight onto the highway. Book your table early enough that dessert doesn’t eat into the drive north. On a Saturday in December, holiday shoppers and concertgoers are on the same roads. Your chauffeur is happy to suggest an order for your stops, but you create the restaurant reservations yourself.
Yes, as long as your booked hours allow it. Some groups head back toward Coral Gables for a nightcap or a late dessert. Others stay for a drink at the resort before leaving. Tell the chauffeur where you’d like to go. If you go past your booked hours, the extra time is simply added to your evening.
A private chauffeur is the simplest way to create the drive north from Coral Gables.
Your chauffeur usually leaves Coral Gables by LeJeune Road to State Road 836, or along US-1 to I-95. From there, the route heads north on I-95, or on the Palmetto Expressway to Florida’s Turnpike, and finishes on State Road 7 toward the Seminole resort in Hollywood. The chauffeur picks the route on the night based on live traffic. That matters more than distance on a Saturday in December, when holiday shoppers, airport traffic and concertgoers crowd the same lanes. The drive is long enough that nobody wants to be behind the wheel in evening clothes. It’s also easy enough to feel like part of the celebration: play HAVASI’s music, swap dinner stories, and arrive relaxed instead of frazzled. Traffic gets heavier on the last stretch as everyone heads to the resort, which is why your departure time matters more than any shortcut.
Leave Coral Gables well before the 8:00 PM start. Allow plenty of extra time on a Saturday in December, and more if dinner is part of the plan. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on that evening’s traffic, with the aim of getting you to your seats early instead of rushing to the doors.
Your chauffeur drops the group at the passenger drop-off point, as close to the venue as access allows on a busy show night. You get out together and walk in, with no garage to circle and no parking spot to remember. Access lanes can change on event nights, and the chauffeur follows the directions given on-site.
Yes. That’s the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur waits nearby with the car while the orchestra plays. When the show ends, you send a WhatsApp message and meet at the pickup spot you agreed on. You skip the after-show rush for rides and the long wait at the curb, and go straight home to Coral Gables.
Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and a surcharge applies outside them.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. That means the evening surcharge applies to almost every HAVASI booking:
The amount depends on your vehicle, not on how late you stay. The SUV has one fixed amount per trip, and the Sprinters add a percentage of the trip value. Nothing else changes after dark: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle and the same route home. You can ask us to include the surcharge in your WhatsApp confirmation so the cost of the whole evening is in writing before your group leaves Coral Gables.
The most comfortable way to create the trip is a private chauffeur booked by the hour.
If you drive yourself, you have to deal with unfamiliar resort traffic, pay for parking, and choose a designated driver for a night built around a festive dinner. If you book separate app rides, you obtain a different car for each part of the night and a crowded wait after the encore, when everyone leaves at once. A reserved vehicle solves both problems. Your group stays together from the first pickup in Coral Gables to the last drop-off at home, and the evening stays premium and unhurried. It works as well for two people celebrating an anniversary as for an office team marking the end of the year, because you’re booking the whole car, not seats in it. Looking for a private shuttle to the concert? Book a private Sprinter instead. It comes with its own chauffeur and is reserved for your group alone.
Your chauffeur picks you up wherever you choose in Coral Gables. That could be the lobby of the Biltmore Hotel or another hotel on Ponce de Leon Boulevard, a home on a quiet residential street, your office, or the restaurant where you have dinner. Give us the exact spot when you book, and the chauffeur will be there at the agreed time.
Yes. The booking reserves the whole vehicle, so two people get the same private car and chauffeur a larger group would. You get dinner in the Gables, the show and a quiet ride home without sharing the car with anyone. The Platinum SUV is a good choice for an anniversary or a holiday date night.
The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood for this show. We don’t take the hourly service out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. It’s an on-call service that stays around the city.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
