The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, and the running costs of the evening. The few extras are listed plainly below.
A few items fall outside the base rate, and you’ll know about each one before the night begins. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Any hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. They aren’t free, but they’re never marked up either. There’s room for signs, merch, and a spare pair of dancing shoes. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
You pay the full fare when you book, so your date is secured early.
In the final 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead exactly as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day, at the same hourly rate.
