Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Memphis Grizzlies at Kaseya Center on January 5, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your driver collects you at any address in PortMiami, handles the downtown traffic, and keeps the same car ready for your group until the final buzzer.
Each tier bills one flat hourly rate per vehicle, with a five-hour minimum on every booking.
The rate covers the whole vehicle rather than each seat, so a group of friends splitting a Sprinter pays for one car, not one fare per rider. Choose the tier that matches your headcount and decide how many hours the evening needs, and the math is done before anyone leaves the port. Five hours suits a game night well: a relaxed pickup at the cruise terminal, an unhurried dinner, the full game, and the ride afterward. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
A private chauffeur reserves one premium vehicle and one bilingual driver for your whole game night.
That car belongs to your group alone from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so no strangers join along the way and nobody hunts for a ride as the crowd pours out. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge when a full arena empties onto Biscayne Boulevard and no change for rain or a slow Tuesday commute. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which suits Miami’s own crowd just as well as it suits cruise guests arriving from across Latin America. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to the person driving you, so a changed dinner plan or a late exit is one message away instead of a call center queue. The result is premium service in the plain sense: a clean vehicle, a courteous driver, and a better experience from the port to the arena and back.
Two premium SUV tiers suit couples and small parties, and the Sprinter handles larger groups.
Both SUVs offer a small party a peaceful cabin for the ride off the port island and an easy step-out downtown. The Black SUV XL is the everyday favorite for Heat fans who want comfort without fuss, while the Platinum SUV adds a more polished arrival for a birthday, a client night, or courtside seats. If your party is larger, such as a family reunion off a cruise, a group of coworkers, or friends traveling together, the Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle so nobody arrives separately or waits for a second car.
The private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so a bigger group still rides together in one vehicle.
Send your final headcount on WhatsApp and we match the size to your group.
Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to the January 5, 2027 game.
The Heat host the Grizzlies in a regular-season NBA game with a 7:30 PM tip-off at Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena in Downtown Miami. Heat home nights fill the building and get loud, and this one falls on a weeknight, so the downtown streets carry office traffic and arriving fans at the same time. The crowd looks like Miami itself: longtime Cuban-American fans, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican supporters, Caribbean and Black neighbors, local professionals coming straight from work, couples on a date night, and clients hosted in suites. Families bring kids in jerseys, and visitors fresh off a cruise ship make it their first night in the city. A private chauffeur works for all of them, whether your group wants a quiet ride, a lively one in Spanish, or just a car that is there when the building empties.
The arena’s official website, linked above, has the current calendar of Heat games, concerts, and other events.
If your trip overlaps another night on that calendar, the hourly booking works the same way: one vehicle, one chauffeur, and your own stops. Send the date and group size on WhatsApp to check availability.
Your chauffeur leaves the port island over Port Boulevard and heads up Biscayne Boulevard toward the arena.
On an ordinary evening the trip across the bay is typically short, since the port and the arena sit on opposite sides of the same stretch of water. Game night is different. Biscayne Boulevard and the surrounding downtown blocks fill up well before tip-off, and on a Tuesday office commuters add to it, so allow plenty of extra time rather than cutting it close. When surface streets back up, a chauffeur can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward the MacArthur Causeway and Interstate 395, then come back into Downtown from the north side. Your driver watches live traffic the whole way and picks the approach that suits the moment. Arriving early also leaves time to find your seats, grab food inside, and watch warmups instead of hearing the opening tip from the sidewalk.
Pickup happens at the spot in PortMiami you agree on at booking, usually the arrivals curb outside your cruise terminal.
Guests leaving a ship walk out to the ground-transportation area, where the chauffeur is ready and the vehicle details have already been shared on WhatsApp. If your group is starting somewhere else on the port, any address in PortMiami works just as well, and the driver confirms the exact meeting point by message.
The driver brings you as close to the arena entrance as event-night police and traffic access allow.
That is typically on the Biscayne Boulevard side, where your group steps onto the sidewalk and walks a short way to the entrance. Event-night traffic control can change which curbs are open, so your chauffeur chooses the drop-off point in real time instead of relying on a fixed spot.
Yes. The driver stays nearby for the whole game, so your ride is ready the moment you walk out.
Nobody in your group has to find a garage or sit in an exit line. Near the final buzzer, send a quick WhatsApp message and your chauffeur will share the exact pickup point, which may be a short walk away if traffic control keeps cars off the curb. From there, the night moves on to wherever you are headed next.
Bayside Marketplace, right across the water from the port, is the easiest spot for a pre-game dinner.
Its waterfront restaurants and open-air bars look out over the bay and the cruise ships, and the arena is right next door, so it is a natural place to start the night. Groups that want a more polished sit-down dinner often choose Brickell, where the towers, rooftop lounges, and busy restaurant rows fill with after-work crowds. For a meal that feels like Miami, the driver can loop through Little Havana to Versailles Restaurant for Cuban classics and a strong coffee at the walk-up window. Arriving early from a cruise? Wynwood’s murals make a colorful photo stop in daylight before dinner. The car is yours by the hour, so moving between these spots never means hunting for parking. These are only suggestions, and you book your own tables.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and they stay throughout.
Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount, then book at least five hours, which effortlessly covers a pre-game dinner, the game, and the trip afterward. The driver can collect you at any Miami address, whether that is a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home, and the exact pickup spot is agreed when you book. After that, you plan the stops: dinner first, a hotel detour for a change of clothes, or straight to the arena. Nothing on the plan is locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer at dinner. If the game runs long or the group wants a late bite in Brickell, keep the car. After the first five hours, every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and settled once the night wraps up.
Yes. The chauffeur can meet you as you leave the ship and build the whole day around tip-off.
A longer block lets the driver take you from the terminal to your hotel to check in and freshen up, then to an early dinner, and then downtown for the game. The same car carries you through each step.
The full fare, paid at booking, reserves the date.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry the add-on below.
For an SUV the add-on is one flat charge per trip, and for a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so you know the amount before you confirm. An afternoon start gives the group daylight for photos at Bayside or a slow dinner in Brickell before heading over, and the chauffeur keeps the car ready through the late finish.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included, so downtown garage fees never reach your group.
That covers any tolls along the route and wherever the chauffeur parks while you are inside the arena. Fan gear rides along effortlessly: jerseys, signs, a banner for the kids, or a stack of new merch all fit without trouble, and if you plan to bring something large, just tell us in advance. A few extras can apply, and each one is listed here. Evening trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge shown above. Extra hours past your block are billed, not included. Everything else, including the dedicated car, the bilingual chauffeur, and every stop you choose, is covered by the price you confirmed.
The hourly service stays local, running across Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
Think of it as your own on-call car for the city and its neighborhoods. The chauffeur moves freely between PortMiami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, and serves nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale too. That covers everything a Heat night usually involves: the port pickup, a dinner district, the arena, and a late stop in South Beach or a return to a hotel in Brickell. The service is built around unhurried hours close to home, so it does not go out to faraway destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying around the city keeps the evening relaxed and the chauffeur close by.
Leave PortMiami with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off. Game-night traffic builds downtown well before the opening tip. The drive is typically short on a quiet evening, but allow extra time on January 5, 2027, when fans and weeknight commuters share Biscayne Boulevard. Your chauffeur times the departure around live traffic.
The simplest plan ties your departure to dinner. If the group eats at Bayside Marketplace, the arena is steps away, so a later start from the port works. A dinner in Brickell or Little Havana means leaving earlier, finishing the meal without watching the clock, and letting the chauffeur handle the final stretch. Aim to be in your seats for warmups, when the building starts to buzz and the pregame lineup introductions begin. Share your dinner plans on WhatsApp and the driver will suggest a departure time that fits the evening.
Yes. The car is yours for the full block, so the night can continue anywhere in the local area. Popular choices include a Brickell rooftop, a Wynwood bar, or a late dinner in South Beach, and afterward the chauffeur drops everyone at a hotel, a home, or the port.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mentioning it early lets us plan the right vehicle and keeps the pickup at the port smooth.
If your service is within the next 24 hours, your booking is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserving takes one WhatsApp message with your group size, start time, and stops.
Send your headcount, a rough pickup time at PortMiami, and the places you want to fit in around the game, whether that is Bayside, a Brickell dinner, a Little Havana detour, or straight to Kaseya Center. We reply with the vehicle that fits, confirm the hours, and lock in your date once the payment is in. Large game nights draw a full downtown crowd, so reserving early makes it easier to get the tier you want. On game night, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot, greets your group by name, and stays with you until the last drop-off, whether that is a hotel, a home, or the cruise terminal. Check availability for January 5, 2027, and confirm your booking in a few WhatsApp messages.
