Transfer from Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center on Monday, December 21, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM, and the same bilingual driver handles the ride over the bay, the arena drop-off, and the journey back to your door.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Each vehicle has one hourly rate, and bookings start with a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by the size of your group and the comfort you desire, not by distance. The rate covers the vehicle and your chauffeur for every hour of the block, whether the car is crossing the causeway or parked downtown during the fourth quarter. A group of friends coming over from a South Beach hotel usually fits in the SUV, and an office outing of Bulls fans has plenty of room in a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits couples and small parties who desire the most polished cabin for a night out during the holiday week. You pay per vehicle, not per seat, so when the cost is split across a full group the evening is easy to budget.

Which Payment Methods Reserve Your Game-Night Chauffeur? 📋

Payment works in three parts: how you pay, the full fare at booking, and any hours you add.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, holds your date.
  • Hours: Every booking runs at least five hours, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour past the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on a Heat Game Night? 🥂

The hourly rate includes fuel, tolls, parking, the vehicle, and your chauffeur’s time.

You won’t pay for a downtown garage, split a toll, or see a fuel charge added to the bill after the final buzzer. You pay for time, and that time gets you a clean premium vehicle and a chauffeur who knows the roads between the beach and the arena. A few extras can apply, and we tell you about each one before you book. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge covered in the next section, which matters for a game that tips off in the evening. Signs, team jerseys, and a bag of merch fit easily, but tell us in advance if you plan to bring something big.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply When the Game Ends Late? 🌆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside those hours carry a surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is charged once per journey, not per hour. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value. Either way, you know the amount in advance, and we confirm it along with your booking. The surcharge doesn’t change your hourly rate. It appears as one separate line on top of it. Miami gets busy with visitors during the holiday week, and knowing this figure ahead of time leaves your group free to spend the ride home talking about how the fourth quarter played out.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening.

First, choose the tier that fits your group. Then tell us your start time and the stops you’d like to create, such as dinner, a hotel change, or a quick stop for team gear. The first block is five hours, and the same chauffeur stays with your group for all of it, leaving when you’re ready rather than on a dispatcher’s schedule. You decide the stops and the pace, and nothing is fixed in advance. You can add a round of drinks in Brickell or skip a planned stop without a new fare. If the five hours are nearly up and the night is still going, just keep the car. Every hour after the first block is added at the same per-hour rate, and there’s no fare to renegotiate.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Miami Beach, whether that’s a hotel lobby on Collins Avenue, a condo or home in Mid-Beach or North Beach, or a rental near Sunset Harbour. If your day starts somewhere else, we can pick you up at a PortMiami cruise terminal and take you straight toward the game. We can also meet you at the Miami International Airport arrivals curb or at a home anywhere in Miami. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.

Can the Booking Start Earlier in the Afternoon?

Your block starts whenever you choose, so the evening can begin long before tip-off. You can fit a hotel checkout, a stop to collect family from across town, or a slow drive along Ocean Drive into the same booking. The same car then takes everyone to the game and home again.

Which Quick Facts Matter Most Before You Book? 📋

  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • You can book any day of the year, daytime or evening, around the clock.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your hourly rate.
  • No one in your group drives, parks, or hunts for a downtown garage.

Why Is Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls a Big Night in Downtown Miami? 🏟️

The Heat host the Bulls on Monday, December 21, 2026, and tip-off is at 7:30 PM.

This regular-season Eastern Conference game comes with real history. The two teams have met in memorable playoff series, and the rivalry still gets the building loud. The Bulls have fans across the country, so expect plenty of Chicago jerseys in the stands, from people who’ve moved to South Florida and winter visitors escaping the cold. The game falls on the Monday before Christmas, one of the busiest weeks of the year in Miami Beach, when hotels are full of holiday travelers and snowbirds have already arrived for the season. Downtown Miami gets lively well before tip-off, which is why a reserved car makes sense. The arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard along the bay, and holiday traffic on top of game traffic can create a short journey slow. Check seating, entry rules, and the latest event details on the official Kaseya Center site before you head out.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Beach? 🚙

Your chauffeur takes a causeway across Biscayne Bay straight into Downtown Miami.

On a quiet evening the drive across is typically short, but game night the week before Christmas won’t be quiet. Leave plenty of extra time and let the chauffeur judge the traffic. The route depends on where you’re staying. From South Beach, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway, which comes in at the downtown end of the bay. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway is often smoother, entering the city north of downtown before a final stretch south. Your chauffeur picks the route on the night based on current conditions, including traffic near the cruise port. Nobody in the car has to follow a map, merge into arena traffic, or circle for a parking spot. You can relax, talk about the game, and step out ready to go in.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls?

Leave Miami Beach well ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, and noticeably earlier than you would on an ordinary weeknight. Holiday visitors, cruise-port traffic, and fans heading downtown all add up on this date. Including dinner in your booking helps. Eat in Miami Beach or next to the arena, and your chauffeur will time the last leg so you’re in your seats before the opening tip.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Miami Beach Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Miami Beach has classic spots for a pregame dinner, and your chauffeur drives you between them.

Joe’s Stone Crab, near the southern tip of South Beach, is the classic winter choice, and dinner there before a Heat game is a longtime Miami ritual. Lincoln Road has a walkable mix of restaurants and cafés, so a group can split up and meet back at the car. For something quieter, Sunset Harbour on the bay side has relaxed restaurants close to the causeway, which keeps the drive downtown simple. If you’d rather eat closer to the game, Bayside Marketplace sits on the water next to the arena, so it’s a short walk from dinner to your seats. These are suggestions for your booked hours, and we don’t create reservations. Book your table yourself and send us the time. Your chauffeur will plan the evening around it and pull up to the door when you’re ready to leave.

Can the Chauffeur Stop in Brickell or Wynwood on the Way?

You can add a detour anytime, and it simply uses your booked hours. Brickell’s rooftop bars and restaurants are just south of downtown, and Wynwood’s murals and breweries are a short drive north, so your group can stop for a drink or photos before the game. The same car takes you from stop to stop, so nobody has to think about parking or timing.

What Does Game Night Look Like From Drop-Off to Postgame Pickup? 🎤

Your chauffeur handles the downtown arrival, stays close by during the game, and picks you up afterward.

The plan is set before you leave the beach. On the way in, your chauffeur times the arrival around the pregame rush, so your group steps out with tickets in hand instead of walking from a distant garage. Once you’re inside, all you have to do is watch the game, and your chauffeur takes care of everything outside the arena. Near the end of the game, message the driver and agree on a meeting spot. After big downtown events, street closures often reroute cars, so the pickup spot may not be where you were dropped off, and your chauffeur will tell you exactly where to walk. From there, it’s a straight ride back across the bay to your hotel or home, or on to a late dinner if the result is worth celebrating.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as access allows on game night. That’s usually on the Biscayne Boulevard side or a nearby street, depending on which roads are closed that evening. Before you get out, the chauffeur will point out a landmark to help you find your way back, which makes meeting up after the game quick.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Your chauffeur stays on duty for the whole game, because the car is booked by the hour rather than by the trip. The vehicle waits nearby and is reserved for your group until the booking ends. Whether you leave at halftime or stay until the last second, one WhatsApp message brings the car to your meeting spot.

Why Do Heat Fans Choose Our Private Chauffeur Over Driving Themselves? 🥂

We give you a premium service built around your group, which makes game night a better experience.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and arrives clean and ready, with a courteous chauffeur who treats the night as the occasion it is. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. There’s no surge and no change for traffic, weather, or a packed holiday week, so you pay exactly the rate you agreed to for those hours. You have one dedicated driver for the entire block, so no one has to explain the plan to a stranger or wonder who’s picking them up. You can also reach our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the night, so adding a stop or changing plans takes one message. Compared with driving yourselves, you avoid the garage, the wrong turns, and the long walk back to the car. It’s a better service: peaceful, private, and on your schedule.

How Many Guests Fit in Each Vehicle From Miami Beach? 🚐

Our four private vehicle options suit anything from a couple to a large group of fans.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for friends or a family heading to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with space to spread out and talk strategy on the way over.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger group): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole office outing or extended family arrives together.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Your group’s size decides the vehicle, and every option includes the same chauffeur for the whole night. If your group falls between two sizes, the larger vehicle gives coats and holiday shopping enough room. A Sprinter also keeps a big group together, with one arrival and one pickup, instead of splitting into separate cars and trying to find each other outside a packed arena.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Beach to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls? 🎊

For this game, private transportation means your own SUV or private van and a chauffeur.

Nothing about the ride is shared. The vehicle picks up only your group in Miami Beach, makes only your stops, and takes only your group home. That matters on a busy game night during the holiday week, when downtown curbs and meeting points get crowded and Heat and Bulls fans are all heading the same way. Everyone in the car is part of your group, so you can talk freely about tickets, plans, and playoff hopes on the way over. Your chauffeur knows the plan before you set off, including who’s riding, where you’re having dinner, and roughly when you desire to be in your seats, so the evening runs smoothly from the start. The questions below cover booking without forms, how confirmation works, the final 24 hours before your booking, the service area, and traveling with a pet.

Can You Book the Car by WhatsApp Message or Voice Note?

WhatsApp is the fastest way to book, and you don’t need to fill out a form or create an account. Send a typed message or a voice note with your group size, a rough start time, and the places you want to go, such as dinner, the arena, and the ride home. We’ll reply with the vehicle and number of hours that fit your plan.

How Does the Quote and Confirmation Work Before the Game?

To work out your quote, multiply your vehicle’s hourly rate from the price list above by the hours you reserve. Once you agree, your payment secures your date. We then confirm the vehicle, your pickup address in Miami Beach, the start time, and your planned stops with you on WhatsApp, so everyone knows the plan for the evening.

Can You Change a Game-Night Booking Inside the Final 24 Hours?

When a booking is less than 24 hours away and the date and time are agreed, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the night itself.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover Around Miami?

Our hourly chauffeur stays local and on call around the city. We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. This hourly service doesn’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on the Game-Night Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

To check availability for December 21, send us your group size, your pickup address in Miami Beach, a rough start time, and any dinner plans on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm your vehicle and hours so your game night is set, from the ride over the bay to the drive home.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
