Transfer from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls at Kaseya Center on Monday, December 21, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver picks you up in Miami, drops you off Downtown before the 7:30 PM tip-off, and stays on call until the final buzzer.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

You pay your vehicle’s hourly rate for the hours you book, and every booking is at least five hours long.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is charged per vehicle, not per passenger. When a group fills a Sprinter, everyone shares one hourly price instead of paying for each seat. Five hours is enough for a Heat game night: pickup in Miami, dinner before the game, the drive Downtown, the whole game, and the ride back to your hotel or home. If you’d like a more polished cabin for a smaller party, the Platinum SUV has its own tier. Night hours have a separate surcharge, explained further down the page. Nothing else is added to the hourly price, so the full cost of your evening is clear before you pay.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening runs on your schedule.

First, pick the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner in Brickell, picking up friends at another hotel, the arena, and a drink afterward. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and stays with your group for the whole block. You decide when to leave, where to spend more time, and when to head home. Nothing is locked in: add a stop, skip one, or stay longer somewhere if plans change. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more round after the final buzzer, just keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day is over.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your driver can pick you up at any Miami address, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. It can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coconut Grove or Coral Gables, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive by cruise that day, your driver can take you straight into your game-night plans.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving to the Game Yourself? 🕴️

A private chauffeur means no parking search, no designated driver, and no scramble for a ride after the game.

The vehicle is reserved for your group only. There are no strangers and no shared seats. One bilingual chauffeur takes care of the whole evening, from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your hourly rate is locked when you book, so a packed Monday night, heavy Downtown traffic, or rain on Biscayne Boulevard never changes the price. There is no surge pricing. Your driver stays with you through the game, so you never have to hunt for a ride while the crowd pours out of the arena. You can message your chauffeur on WhatsApp all evening, and any change of plan takes one message. Everyone in the group can enjoy the game, a drink, and the ride home because nobody has to drive. The goal is a premium service and a better experience than driving and parking yourself, from your hotel door and back again.

  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time you like. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new fare, and you settle it after the day.

What Vehicle Fits Your Group for Heat vs. Bulls? 🚐

We have four private vehicle types, from a couple’s date night up to a full office outing.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good choice for friends or a family heading Downtown together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a larger group can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big group arrives and leaves together.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

The Platinum reference cars show the type of vehicle in that class. They don’t promise one specific model. Choose by group size first, then by style. The Black SUV XL is quick and low-key for a small party. The Sprinters keep a large group in one vehicle. The Platinum SUV suits a client evening, a birthday, or anyone who wants the most refined ride to the game. Every vehicle arrives clean, comes with its own chauffeur, and is reserved for your group only.

How Many People Fit in the Van From Miami?

One Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries your whole group, so nobody splits into two cars or has to find each other outside the arena. Pick the smaller Sprinter for a mid-size party or the larger one for a bigger group. The same private van and the same driver handle pickup, dinner, the game, and the ride back.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls? 🏟️

Yes. You can hire a private chauffeur by the hour to take your group to the December 21 game and back.

Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls tips off at 7:30 PM on Monday, December 21, 2026, at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on the bayfront in Downtown Miami. The two teams have a real rivalry, going back to the playoff series between the Wade and LeBron Heat and Derrick Rose’s Bulls, and more recently their play-in meetings. The Bulls also have fans all over the country, so expect plenty of red jerseys in the stands. This season has extra excitement, with Giannis Antetokounmpo now playing next to Bam Adebayo under coach Erik Spoelstra. The game falls on the Monday before Christmas, when holiday visitors, snowbirds, and Chicago transplants are already in town, so the whole Downtown area will be hectic. With a reserved car and driver, your group rides together, arrives relaxed, and gets home the same way.

Can Bulls Fans Visiting Miami Book a Driver for Game Day?

Yes, and the service works well for visitors. A group from Chicago flying in for the holiday week can book a chauffeur for game day, spend the afternoon on South Beach or in Wynwood, and leave the drive Downtown to the driver. You arrange everything on WhatsApp before you land, so the car is ready when you are.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives you straight Downtown and takes care of the drop-off, the waiting, and the ride home.

The route depends on where your evening starts. From Brickell, the driver commonly takes Brickell Avenue or Biscayne Boulevard north into Downtown. From South Beach, the MacArthur Causeway takes you across Biscayne Bay. From Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, or near the airport, I-95, US-1, or the Dolphin Expressway lead into Downtown. The drive is commonly short from most Miami neighborhoods. On game nights, though, traffic around Biscayne Boulevard and the bayfront gets heavier as tip-off gets closer, so give yourself plenty of extra time. Your chauffeur watches the traffic and changes the route when needed. Nobody in your group has to deal with a parking garage or circle the block looking for a spot. The car takes care of that, and your driver stays neighboring for the whole game.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Heat vs. Bulls?

Leave early enough to arrive well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, with extra time for Downtown traffic, security lines, and finding your seats. If your group is having dinner in Brickell or Wynwood first, plan the meal so the short drive to the arena comes right after. Your driver will suggest a departure time based on where you’re picked up.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows that night, which depends on the traffic plan Downtown for the game. You get out a short walk from the entrance. Before you head inside, the driver tells you on WhatsApp exactly where the car will be after the game, so you have a clear meeting point.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby for the entire game, and you can reach them on WhatsApp if you need to drop off a jacket or leave early. When the final buzzer sounds, the car comes to the agreed pickup point and your group heads home without waiting in a ride line.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before Tip-Off? 🥂

Brickell, Wynwood, and the bayfront around Bayside Marketplace are good places for dinner before the game.

Brickell has lots of restaurants and rooftop bars close to the arena. It’s the easiest choice for a group that wants a sit-down dinner and a relaxed drive to the game. Wynwood is more casual and lively, with murals, breweries, and laid-back spots that suit friends in jerseys. Little Havana is a good pick for visitors who want Cuban coffee and a classic Miami meal before the game. Bayside Marketplace is right on the water next to the arena, if you’d like to eat close by. Since you have the car by the hour, the same driver drops you at dinner, waits while you eat, and takes you to the game when you’re ready. You don’t have to park twice or worry about timing. These are just ideas for your booked hours. You choose and reserve the restaurant yourself.

What Can You Do in Downtown Miami After the Game?

There’s plenty to do. After the game, people head to lounges in Brickell, bars around Mary Brickell Village, or a late dinner back in South Beach. The car is already yours for the booking, so your chauffeur can take the group out for a last drink instead of straight home. The extra time just becomes part of the same booking.

Can You Plan Tickets, Hotel, and Game-Day Logistics Around One Driver? 🏝️

Yes. You book the tickets and hotel, and one chauffeur connects everything on game day.

Many fans turn a Heat game into a full trip: a flight into Miami, a few nights in Brickell or on Miami Beach, and the game as the main event. We don’t sell tickets, hotel rooms, or travel packages. We handle the transportation, which is what keeps the rest of the trip running smoothly. Buy your seats from the arena or its official ticket seller, choose your hotel, and then send us your plan. On game day, your chauffeur takes you from the hotel lobby to lunch or dinner, makes a quick stop for jerseys or snacks, then drives you to the arena and back. If you’re staying longer, you can book the car for another day at the beach, in Wynwood, or in Coconut Grove. Real people plan the logistics with you, so there’s no app to deal with.

Does a Real Person Handle Your Booking?

Yes. Every booking is arranged with our team on WhatsApp, not through an automated form. Send your group size, a rough start time, and the places you want to go, and a real person confirms the vehicle, the pickup, and the timing. On game night, you can message your chauffeur directly if anything changes.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Game Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your game night.

We cover the costs of running the car while it’s yours. That includes fuel for every part of the evening, tolls on the expressways between your hotel and Downtown, and parking for the vehicle during the game. You don’t get a garage ticket, a toll bill weeks later, or a fuel stop that eats into your hours. We confirm that fee when you book. There’s plenty of room for jerseys, signs, and merch bags. If you’re bringing something big, let us know in advance. Only two things can be added to the hourly rate: the night surcharge explained below and any extra hours you choose to add on the day. Everything else is already included in the rates listed at the top of this page.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Final Buzzer? 🎆

Daytime service runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside those hours have a night surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is one fixed charge per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. Either way, you know the amount before you book, and we confirm it with your payment so game day holds no surprises.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Game-Night Driver Cover? 🏙️

Our hourly chauffeur service is local and covers Miami and the neighborhoods around it.

That includes Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because we stay near the city, your driver is always close to your next stop and doesn’t spend half your booking on the highway. That works well for a Heat game, since the hotel, dinner, arena, and after-game drinks are all in and around the city. We don’t run this hourly service to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s a local car that stays with you for Miami days and nights. If friends are coming down from neighboring areas to join you, the chauffeur can pick them up as another stop on your route.

Is the Private Van to the Arena Shared With Other Fans?

No. Every vehicle is private and reserved only for your group. If you searched for a private shuttle to the Heat game, this is it: a private van or SUV with its own chauffeur, carrying only the people you invite. There are no extra pickups, no strangers, and no waiting on anyone else’s schedule.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If You Book the Car Less Than a Day Before Tip-Off?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time stay as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

How Far Ahead Should You Reserve for a December Heat Game?

Reserve as soon as you have your tickets. The Monday before Christmas is a busy week in Miami, with holiday visitors and snowbirds already in town, so booking early gives you the most choice of vehicles. Full payment holds your date, and you can still change your stops as your plans for the evening take shape.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Where Do You Book the Heat vs. Bulls Chauffeur From Miami? 🍸

You book on WhatsApp in a few quick messages, and you can confirm your whole game night in one conversation.

Send us your group size, your pickup spot in Miami, a rough start time, and the places you want to go, such as dinner in Brickell, drinks in Wynwood, the arena, and a late meal afterward. We’ll reply with the right vehicle, confirm the timing around the 7:30 PM tip-off, and send payment details so your date is reserved. Before game day, you’ll get your chauffeur’s contact details, so your group knows who is picking you up and where. After that, the evening is yours: one car, one driver, and no need to think about parking, directions, or finding a ride when the arena empties. Check availability for December 21 now and confirm your booking while you still have the widest choice of vehicles for Heat vs. Bulls.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
