Transfer from Miami Airport to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on July 30

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Airport to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies at loanDepot park on Friday, July 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver meets your group at Miami Airport and stays through the game. The rate is locked at booking, with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Airport Cost Per Hour? 📋

You pay per vehicle, not per passenger, so the whole group shares one flat hourly price for the tier that fits.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking starts with a minimum of five hours. That block suits a ballpark day well, because the ride in from the airport, time for a meal, a full nine innings, and the drive home usually fit inside it. The price belongs to the vehicle rather than to each seat, so a couple in the SUV and a full crew of Phillies fans in the larger Sprinter each pay one hourly figure. You choose a tier by headcount and comfort. The Platinum SUV gives smaller groups a more polished cabin when the occasion calls for one. Night bookings carry a separate surcharge, explained further down the page.

Which Key Facts Matter Before Booking a Chauffeur at MIA? 🚙

  • Every booking starts with a five-hour minimum block of chauffeur time.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group throughout.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • The itinerary stays open, so stops can be added or dropped.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • Bookings run every day, covering afternoon games and night games alike.
  • Plans are confirmed over WhatsApp with your group size and stops.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Marlins–Phillies Game? 🚐

The size of your group decides the tier, and every option is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. This is the usual choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): 6 to 9 passengers, all seated together in one cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): 10 to 14 passengers, so a larger fan club or office outing rides as one group.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Phillies weekends tend to bring groups, such as old neighbors from Philadelphia, cousins flying in for the series, or coworkers making a night of it. The Sprinter keeps everyone in one cabin, so the group doesn’t end up spread across several cars that arrive at different times. Smaller parties usually take the Black SUV XL. The Platinum SUV suits anyone hosting a client or celebrating something who wants a more refined ride. Every tier has room for what fans carry to the ballpark, like signs, a jersey bag, or merch from the team store. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance.

Why Ride to the Ballpark With a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving? 🕴️

A private chauffeur takes care of parking, the late-night drive, and a ride home at a price that doesn’t jump.

If you drive yourself to a Friday night game, you deal with traffic around the airport in an unfamiliar car, hunt for parking near the ballpark, and then have to choose a designated driver for the trip back. When you book with us, the vehicle is reserved for your group alone. A bilingual chauffeur handles every turn, and your flat hourly rate is fixed on the day you book. Traffic, weather, and a packed crowd don’t change it. You can reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, so changing plans mid-evening takes one message, not a phone tree. The same person greets you, drives you, and gets you home, which is what makes this a premium service rather than just a ride. It’s a better experience for the whole group, from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Will Your Group Share the Vehicle With Other Fans?

No. Every booking is private, so the vehicle carries only the people in your party. There are no extra pickups along the way, no seats sold to strangers, and no departure schedule to match. Your group decides when to leave the airport, where to stop, and when to head home after the final out.

How Does Payment Work for an Hourly Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra time is settled once the day is done.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum is the starting point. Keep the car longer whenever you like: each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Does an Evening Game Add a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The team hasn’t posted a first-pitch time yet. Once it’s announced, we’ll sketch out your pickup and likely finish time over WhatsApp, so you know the full cost before game day. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour takes your group from MIA to the July 30, 2027 game and back.

Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies on Friday, July 30, 2027 opens a weekend series between two National League East rivals at loanDepot park, the Marlins’ home in Little Havana. The ballpark has a retractable roof and air conditioning, which keep a late-July night comfortable whatever the South Florida weather does. That makes the game an easy outing for visitors who have just landed. Many fans arrive at MIA the same day and go straight to the game without touching a steering wheel or learning a single local road. Because the booking runs by the hour, the evening can include more than the game. Dinner on the way, a change of clothes at the hotel, and a drink downtown afterward all fit into the same block.

Why Does a Phillies Series Feel Different at the Marlins’ Ballpark?

Phillies series bring a big, vocal visiting crowd to Miami. Many Philadelphia and Northeast transplants live in South Florida, and plenty of fans travel down for the games, so red Phillies jerseys fill the seats next to home fans and the rivalry gets loud. If your group roots for both teams, riding in one private vehicle still gets everyone there and home together.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Miami Airport on Game Day? 🚙

From MIA, your chauffeur typically heads east toward Little Havana on the Dolphin Expressway.

The ballpark is in Little Havana, just west of Downtown Miami. From the airport, the most common route runs east on the Dolphin Expressway and then onto local streets toward the stadium. If the expressway backs up, your chauffeur can switch to Le Jeune Road and the neighborhood street grid instead. Your driver makes that call in real time instead of relying only on a phone map. On a quiet afternoon the drive is typically short. A Friday game, though, overlaps with the evening commute, so allow a comfortable buffer. Traffic gets heavier near the venue in the last stretch before first pitch, and that is when a driver who knows the local approaches helps most. Your group stays in the air-conditioned cabin, catching up or checking the lineup, while the chauffeur handles the merges, the lane changes, and the turns into Little Havana.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for the Marlins Game?

Plan to leave MIA with plenty of time before first pitch, and earlier still if dinner comes first. The team hasn’t posted a start time yet. Once it’s announced, we’ll set your pickup time around it on WhatsApp. Arriving early gives the group time to find seats, grab food, and settle in before the anthem.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, using whatever drop-off point game-day traffic control permits. You step out near the entrance and walk in together. The driver then parks nearby and stays reachable on WhatsApp for the rest of the game, so you never have to look for the car in a crowded lot.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes Into Extra Innings?

Yes. Your driver waits through the whole game, including extra innings and the slow exit while the crowd clears out. Nobody is left looking for a ride after the final out. When everyone is ready, send one WhatsApp message and the car meets you at the agreed pickup spot, so you’re heading home while other fans are still walking to their cars.

Where Can You Eat Between Miami Airport and the Ballpark? 🥂

Little Havana is on the way from MIA, which makes it the natural spot for a pregame dinner.

Versailles, the landmark Cuban restaurant on Eighth Street, is a classic meeting spot for groups heading to a Marlins game. It has long tables, strong Cuban coffee at the walk-up window, and a menu that feels like a proper Miami welcome if you’ve just come off a flight. Farther east along the same strip, Domino Park and the live-music lounge Ball & Chain give fans a taste of the neighborhood before first pitch. After the final out, the group might head to Brickell for a rooftop drink or drive through Wynwood to see the murals at night. Your chauffeur drops you at each door and waits while you eat or wander. You don’t have to look for parking near a busy restaurant or split the group into separate cars. These places are suggestions for how to utilize your hours. We don’t make reservations, so booking the table is up to you.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. You set the stops, so a pregame dinner, a postgame drink, or both fit easily into the booking. Tell us the plan when you reserve, or decide on the day and let your driver know. Adding a stop doesn’t change the hourly rate. It just uses some of the time you’ve booked.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate for a Ballpark Day? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included, so the hourly rate covers the whole trip.

The price already covers the expressway tolls between the airport and Little Havana, the fuel for every leg, and parking for the vehicle while you’re inside the ballpark. You won’t have anything to reimburse at the end of the night. If anyone needs a quick restroom break, a snack, or a stretch between stops, just ask your driver. A brief comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. The other charge that can apply is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, covered in its own section above. With those points settled before you land, your group can plan the evening around the game instead of watching a fare climb.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Day? 📋

You pick a vehicle and reserve a five-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you the whole time.

To start, send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. We match you with the right vehicle and confirm the details. On the day, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed pickup spot, and your hours begin. After that, the plan is yours. You can head straight to the game, stop for dinner first, freshen up at the hotel, or add a nightcap downtown after the final out. The car stays with your group for the full block, so you never wait for a ride to show up. If the evening is going well and nobody wants it to end, keep the car. Every hour after the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it after the day.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Airport?

Your driver can pick up the group at any address in Miami Airport: the arrivals curb at MIA, the hotel inside the terminal, a hotel lobby in the surrounding airport district, or a home nearby. Pickups elsewhere in Miami work too. That includes a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a group coming off a cruise that day can go straight to the game. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.

Is a Private Ride From MIA to the Marlins Game Worth It for a Group? 🍸

For most groups, yes. One booked vehicle replaces several cars, the parking bills, and the need for a designated driver.

The value shows up in the small details of a game night. A group that drives itself needs someone to stay sober and someone to find parking. After the final out, everyone has to regroup and walk back to the car alongside thousands of other fans doing the same. With a chauffeur, the group arrives together and leaves together, and nobody has to think about the car. Visitors flying into MIA also skip picking up a car, driving unfamiliar highways, and guessing which exit leads to Little Havana. Phillies fans in town for the whole weekend often build their trip around the Friday opener, and a calm, private ride sets the tone from the start. Add a pregame dinner and a stop afterward, and the hours fill up with time the group actually enjoys.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Airport to the Marlins Game?

Yes, as a private van. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes larger groups from MIA to the ballpark with a chauffeur who stays for the game. It’s never shared with other riders. Your private van runs on your schedule, carries only your party, and follows the stops you choose rather than a fixed route.

Which Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover Around Miami?

The hourly service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s an on-call, unhurried service built around the city, so we don’t run hourly bookings out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride From MIA?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are set aside as soon as the day and time are agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead exactly as planned. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
