Transfer from PortMiami to the Ricky Martin Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur from PortMiami to Ricky Martin at Hard Rock Live on October 10, 2026, puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur collects you anywhere in PortMiami, handles the drive north for the 8:00 PM show, stays on call through the encore, and brings everyone home. You get one car, one driver, and no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to Ricky Martin Cost? 📋

Rates are per vehicle per hour, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each figure covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur, not a single seat, so the cost divides across everyone riding with you. For most concert groups, five hours is enough for the PortMiami pickup, the drive north to Hollywood, the show itself, and the ride back into Miami. Friends who want a long dinner before the doors open or a nightcap afterward commonly reserve a longer block from the start. Choose your tier by headcount first, then by the mood of the night: a relaxed couple’s outing, a loud birthday crew, or a polished arrival in a luxury SUV. The next section explains each vehicle so you can match it to your group.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Concert Group Best? 🚙

Four private tiers cover everything from a quiet date night to a full birthday crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural pick for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9 passengers): keeps a mid-size group together in one vehicle so you don’t have to split into two cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14 passengers): carries a big fan club or a family celebration as a single party.
  • Platinum SUV (1-5 passengers): the upscale choice for an anniversary or a polished arrival. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, so the vehicle carries only your party from the first pickup to the last drop-off. The Platinum SUV reference cars show the class of vehicle to anticipate, not a promised create and model. A Latin pop night tends to bring out groups who want to ride up together: sisters and cousins, college friends reuniting, couples doubling up. A Sprinter lets everyone share the playlist and the pre-show excitement in one cabin. There is room for what concertgoers commonly carry, such as signs, merch, or a change of clothes for dinner, so if you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include, and What Costs Extra? 🍸

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.

That matters on a concert night north of the city. Tolls on the way up and parking during the show are covered, so nobody has to hand over a card at a booth or a garage. Your rate also covers the chauffeur’s time for the whole block and one brief comfort stop whenever someone needs a restroom, a snack, or a stretch. Just ask the driver, and your rate stays the same. A few things can add to the bill, and each one is spelled out before you commit. Rides outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge explained further down this page. Any hours you add on top of your reserved block are billed as the payment terms describe. There are no other charges: no fuel adjustment, no toll charge, and no parking receipt.

Need the Essentials Before You Reserve a Concert-Night Chauffeur? 🕴️

  • Every booking covers a minimum block of five hours with your chauffeur.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one driver stay with your group the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service is available every day of the week, 24/7.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed entirely over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Methods Work, and How Does Payment Hold Your Date? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled once the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, reserves October 10 for your group.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only your starting block. Keep the car longer any time you like: every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From PortMiami on Show Night? 🎤

Your chauffeur drives north from PortMiami to the Seminole Hard Rock resort in Hollywood.

Hard Rock Live is the concert hall inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Hollywood in Broward County, and it’s the main indoor stage for the whole Miami–Fort Lauderdale region. Ricky Martin brings his Latin pop show there on Saturday, October 10, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM. It’s his only Florida stop on a short tour, so fans will be driving in from across South Florida that same evening. Anticipate a crowd dressed for a night out and ready to sing along in Spanish and English, on top of the usual Saturday flow of casino and hotel guests. That mix is why a reserved car makes sense. Your chauffeur handles the drive up, the approach to the resort, and the timing while your group relaxes in the back. The two answers below cover the usual route and how to plan for drive time on a hectic Saturday.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From PortMiami to Hollywood?

The usual route leaves Dodge Island through the PortMiami Tunnel, picks up I-395 west, and joins I-95 north. From there the chauffeur takes a Hollywood exit and heads west toward State Road 7 (US 441), where the resort sits. If I-95 is backed up, Florida’s Turnpike is a common alternative, and your driver picks the route based on traffic that evening.

How Long Is the Drive From PortMiami on a Concert Saturday?

Drive time depends far more on traffic than on distance, so allow a generous cushion. Saturday-evening traffic on northbound I-95, plus a full house of concertgoers arriving at once, typically makes the trip much longer than a quiet weekday run. Plan the evening around arriving early rather than cutting it close. The timing section below explains how.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🚐

Your driver meets you at any address in PortMiami, agreed when you book.

If you’re coming off a ship, that commonly means the arrivals curb outside your cruise terminal, where the chauffeur meets you as you come out. If your group is staying on the mainland, pickup is frequently a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard, in Downtown Miami, or in Brickell, a short hop across the bridge from the port. It can also be a private residence neighboring. Tell us the exact spot, the name on the booking, and a contact number for the day, and your chauffeur will send a WhatsApp message when the vehicle is in position. Because the whole block is yours, there’s no scramble to find a car in a hectic terminal lot or a crowded hotel driveway. The vehicle, the driver, and the start time are all set before the day begins. If plans shift on the morning of the show, a quick message is enough to fine-tune where you’ll meet.

Can You Go Straight From a Cruise Ship to the Concert?

Yes. If you disembark on October 10, your cruise day can roll straight into concert night. The chauffeur meets you at the terminal, and the day carries on from there: hotel check-in, lunch in Brickell, dinner by the bay, then the drive north. A ship-to-show day is long, so reserve enough hours to cover all of it.

Can the Driver Collect Your Group From a Downtown Hotel Near PortMiami?

Yes. Hotel lobbies across the water from the port in Downtown Miami and Brickell are among the most common pickup points on concert nights. Share the hotel name and the lobby or entrance you prefer, and your chauffeur will be waiting there at the agreed time, with the vehicle ready for the whole group to board together.

Where Should You Eat Near PortMiami Before Heading to the Show? 🥂

Bayside Marketplace, just across the water from PortMiami, is the easiest pre-show meeting spot.

Its waterfront restaurants and open-air bars along Biscayne Bay suit a group gathering before a large night, and your chauffeur can meet you out front when everyone is ready. For a more polished sit-down dinner, Brickell is just to the south, with rooftop lounges, steakhouses, and plenty of spots for a birthday toast. For a meal that sets the mood for a Latin pop concert, Little Havana has Cuban kitchens and live music, and the driver can loop over there before joining I-95. Another choice is to skip the city meal and eat at the Seminole Hard Rock resort itself, which has restaurants on site. That way you arrive early, eat without watching the clock, and walk to the hall afterward. Because you book by the hour, the car merely waits between stops, so there’s no parking hunt, no re-booking, and no one splitting off to fetch a vehicle.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner is just another stop inside your reserved block. Tell us the restaurant when you book, and your chauffeur will drop the group at the door, stay nearby while you eat, and then head north for the concert. You don’t need a second booking or a second fare, and nobody has to watch for a ride afterward.

Is It Better to Eat in Miami or at the Resort Before the Concert?

It depends on how your group likes to pace the night. Eating in Miami gives you more choice and a relaxed start near PortMiami. Eating at the resort gets the drive done first, which removes any worry about timing. Your chauffeur can suggest either plan based on the traffic that afternoon.

When Should You Leave PortMiami to Beat Ricky Martin Pre-Show Traffic? 🎆

Leave PortMiami early enough to reach Hollywood well before the 8:00 PM start.

On a Saturday, northbound I-95 carries weekend traffic into Broward. On October 10 it will also carry fans from all over South Florida heading to the same resort. The final approach along State Road 7 slows down as concert traffic mixes with casino and hotel guests. If you’re eating in Miami, book an early dinner and plan to be heading north in the early evening. If you’d rather dine at the resort, leave in the late afternoon so the drive is done before the rush builds. Either way, arriving with time to spare gives you room to walk through the resort, clear security at the hall, grab a drink, and find your seats before the lights go down. Your chauffeur watches traffic through the afternoon and will message you on WhatsApp with an earlier departure time if the roads look heavy, so the group never has to guess.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Live?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, following the resort’s traffic flow on show night to the drop-off point near the entrance. Before you step out, you agree on a meeting spot for after the concert, so nobody has to wander the property looking for the car when the show ends.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert and Take Us Home?

Yes. Because you hire the car by the hour, the chauffeur parks on site and stays through the whole show, and parking is already covered. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message and the vehicle will come to your agreed meeting spot while the crowd is still spilling out and hunting for app rides. From there it’s straight home or on to a late stop.

Can We Make a Late Stop on the Way Back to Miami?

Yes, the itinerary is yours. After the show, some groups keep the night going with a nightcap on South Beach, a rooftop in Brickell, or a late bite in Wynwood before the final drop-off. Just tell the driver. If the night runs past your booked hours, the extra time is billed exactly as the payment terms explain.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Smarter Way to Do Concert Night? 🕴️

With a private vehicle reserved only for your group, concert night becomes a upscale service experience.

Nobody else shares the cabin, so the ride up becomes part of the celebration: music on, outfits checked, plans made. Your rate is flat and locked when you book, with no surge on a crowded Saturday, so the budget you set at booking is the budget you finish with. One dedicated driver stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so one person knows your group, your stops, and your timing all night. For a show sung in Spanish and English, a bilingual chauffeur fits the evening naturally, whether your group talks in one language or both. You also get direct WhatsApp contact with your driver, so a changed dinner reservation or a late meet-up takes a single text to sort out. Add a clean upscale vehicle and a driver who plans around concert traffic, and you get better service and a better experience than piecing the night together one ride at a time.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Day? 🚙

When you book by the hour, you reserve a vehicle and a driver, not a single ride.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list. Your booking opens with a five-hour block, and from pickup onward the car and chauffeur belong to your group alone. The driver picks up at any Miami address you choose: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking. After that, you set the stops and the route. That could be dinner first, then the show, then a late detour, or whatever the night calls for. The driver stays with you for the whole block, so there’s nothing to re-book between stops. When the five-hour block runs out, you don’t have to end the night, as the answer below explains.

What Happens If the Night Runs Longer Than Your Booked Hours?

The chauffeur keeps driving, and each additional hour is added at your vehicle’s same flat per-hour rate. There’s no renegotiated fare, so you can keep the car as long as you need. You don’t have to pay on the spot either. The added hours are settled after the night, with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home After the Concert? 🌆

Yes. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and outside that window these terms apply:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For a concert that starts at 8:00 PM, the late window is exactly when your group needs the car most, so it’s worth planning for from the start. The SUV surcharge is a single amount per journey, while the Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the journey value. Both terms are shown here before you commit, and your chauffeur confirms how they apply to your itinerary when the booking is set. Groups that stretch the night with a nightcap on South Beach or in Brickell fall under the same terms. No other after-dark fees are added on top.

Can You Book a Private Driver From PortMiami to Hard Rock Live? 🏙️

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm your October 10 booking.

Include your group size, where you’ll be in PortMiami, a rough start time, and any stops you want before or after the show. We check availability for your preferred tier, reply with the plan, and your payment locks in the date. If you’re looking for a way to get a whole group from the cruise port to Hollywood without anyone driving, the answer is the same: one private vehicle with its own chauffeur, reserved for you alone and never shared with strangers. A Saturday show by an artist of this stature draws fans from across South Florida, and cars for the evening are in demand, so reserving now gives you the widest choice of vehicle. The questions below cover the other details guests commonly ask about before they confirm.

Is Hollywood Inside Your Hourly Service Area?

Yes. Hollywood is part of the nearby stretch toward Fort Lauderdale that our hourly service covers. The service is local and on call, and it stays around Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the airport area. It doesn’t run out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Less Than a Day Before the Show?

That’s fine. Once the day and time are agreed inside that final 24-hour window, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the night itself.

Is There a Private Van to the Concert for a Big Group From PortMiami?

Yes. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tiers carry a large group as one private party, never mixed with other passengers. Everyone boards together in PortMiami, rides north together, and comes home together with the same chauffeur. For groups too big for one SUV, the Sprinter is usually the simplest and most sociable way to do the night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
