Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets at Kaseya Center on Monday, November 16, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked when you book, with no surge on a hectic game night. Your bilingual driver meets you at the terminal curb and stays with the car until the ride back.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami Cost by the Hour? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, per hour, and every game-night booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Choose the tier by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the night. Couples and small friend groups heading to the game usually settle into the Black SUV XL. Birthday crews, office outings, and extended families tend to pick a Sprinter so everyone rides, arrives, and leaves together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want the most polished cabin for a date night or an evening with clients. Five hours fits a Heat game night well: a late-afternoon pickup at the port, an easy dinner, the full game, and the ride home. The listed rate covers each hour of your block, and the car is yours from the first pickup to the final drop-off.

What Does Game Night Look Like for Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets on November 16? 🏟️

The Houston Rockets visit the Miami Heat on Monday, November 16, 2026, with tip-off at 7:30 PM.

This regular-season NBA game is at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on Biscayne Boulevard, facing the bay in Downtown Miami. Because tip-off is on a Monday, fans heading to the game share the streets with the evening commute. The blocks around the arena get crowded well before the opening jump ball as fans stream in from Brickell offices, Miami Beach hotels, and the ships docked across the water. Heat home games have a real large-night atmosphere, with music, red-and-black jerseys everywhere, and a crowd that stays loud through the final possession. That energy is the reason to go, and it’s also why the logistics matter. The best version of the night is one where nobody in your group is circling for a space, checking a parking app, or waiting on a curb afterward. With a private chauffeur, your group can focus on the game instead of the drive.

Who Usually Fills the Arena on a Heat Weeknight?

A Heat crowd looks like Miami itself. Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans sit side by side with Haitian, Caribbean, and African-American families, lifelong locals, and visitors. You’ll see young professionals coming straight from work, groups of friends, couples on a date night, and cruise guests adding a game to their Miami stay. All of them can ride together in one private car for the whole group.

Why Is Downtown Parking So Tough on a Heat Game Night?

Downtown parking is tight on any weeknight, and a Heat game sends a wave of extra cars toward the same few blocks. Nearby garages fill early and the surrounding streets slow to a crawl before tip-off. After the final buzzer, the lines to exit those garages can be long. With a chauffeur, your group skips the garage search and walks out to a car that’s already yours.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives off Dodge Island and straight into Downtown Miami’s arena district.

The port and the arena are close neighbors on the Biscayne Bay waterfront, so the ride is typically a short one. Game night still changes the timing. Monday commuter traffic, hotel arrivals, and fans converging on Biscayne Boulevard all stack up in the hour before tip-off, so leave plenty of extra time instead of timing the ride to the minute. The smart play is to get downtown early and savor dinner or a drink nearby. When it’s time, your chauffeur makes the final short hop to the arena while other fans hunt for a space. Your driver watches live traffic, handles every lane change and road closure, and keeps the group together. After the game, the same car is parked nearby and ready, so the evening ends as calmly as it began. The steps below cover the route, the drop-off, and the post-game pickup in detail.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Out of PortMiami?

Most rides leave the port over the Port Boulevard bridge, which comes out on Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace and the arena district. If the bridge is backed up with cruise traffic, the chauffeur can take the PortMiami Tunnel to the MacArthur Causeway and I-395, then come back into downtown from the north. The driver chooses between the two routes on the night, based on live conditions.

Where Does the Driver Drop the Group Near the Arena?

The chauffeur gets you as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows. That’s usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a side street just off it, depending on that evening’s traffic control. Everyone steps out together at one drop-off point with tickets ready. The driver then moves the car to a nearby waiting spot you’ve agreed on together.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game and Meet Us Afterward?

The driver stays close by for the whole game, because the car and chauffeur are reserved for your block of hours. Send a WhatsApp message late in the fourth quarter and walk out to the pickup point you agreed on earlier. The car will be there when the buzzer sounds, so there’s no scramble at the curb and no searching the crowd for a ride.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in PortMiami? 🚙

Your chauffeur can meet you at any address in PortMiami, most frequently a cruise terminal curb.

PortMiami sits on Dodge Island, and on hectic ship days its terminals see a steady stream of cars and passengers looking for their rides. That’s why the exact pickup spot is set when you book. Tell us your terminal, or your cruise line and ship, and where the port directs cars to meet passengers that day. On the day, your driver messages you on WhatsApp once in position, shares the vehicle details, and waits while your group gathers. Nobody has to scan a line of cars guessing which one is theirs. From there the plan is yours: head directly downtown, stop for dinner first, or swing by a hotel on the mainland before the evening starts. The block of hours starts at pickup and goes wherever you take it.

What’s the Best Pre-Game Plan Near PortMiami Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace sits right where the port road meets downtown, an easy first stop.

Bayside is an open-air waterfront complex facing the marina, with restaurants, bars, and shops along the water. Bayfront Park stretches along the bay next door and makes a good spot for a sunset walk and a group photo with the skyline before the crowds build. The arena is on the same stretch of waterfront, so a Bayside dinner puts your group right in the arena district without a second parking search. For riders fresh off a cruise, it’s an easy way to settle back onto land. Groups who want a sit-down meal somewhere with more character can go farther, and that’s where hiring the car by the hour pays off. The chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, parks, and comes back when you message, then takes everyone to the arena together. Two popular options are below.

Is Little Havana Worth the Detour for a Pre-Game Dinner?

Little Havana makes a memorable pre-game stop for many Heat fans. SW 8th Street is home to Versailles, the famous Cuban restaurant, plus a run of cafes, cigar shops, and the domino tables at Domino Park. It’s a fitting start for a crowd with deep Cuban-American roots. Your driver waits nearby, then brings everyone back downtown in time for tip-off.

Can We Start With Drinks in Brickell Instead?

Brickell makes a great pre-game base. Just south of downtown, it has rooftop bars, steakhouses, and restaurants around Brickell City Centre, and on a Monday it fills with an after-work crowd that fits right in with game night. Your chauffeur drops the group at the door, stays on call while you order another round, and drives everyone north to the arena when it’s time to head in.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for an Event Day? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours that starts at pickup.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group, then set a start time and a rough list of stops. The driver can collect you at any Miami address — a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a guest coming off a cruise that day can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home — and the exact spot is agreed at booking. From there you set the order and the pace: add a stop, skip one, linger over dessert, or leave early to catch warm-ups. Your booking begins with a five-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you for all of it. If the evening runs long with overtime, a late dinner, or one more stop in Wynwood, just keep the car. After the 5-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to discuss, and it’s settled after the day.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover?

The hourly service stays close to home. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so longer trips to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of these hourly bookings.

How Many Fans Fit in Each Vehicle From PortMiami? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers carry everything from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the everyday choice for couples, families, and small friend groups heading to the game.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most upscale cabin, ideal for a date night or an evening with clients. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, shown as examples of the vehicle class.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one private van.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, the largest private van in the lineup and a good fit for birthday crews, office outings, and fan clubs.

Every tier comes with its chauffeur, and each is reserved for your group alone. Matching the vehicle to your headcount keeps everyone comfortable over a long evening. That matters most at the end of the night, when everyone wants a seat after a few loud hours in the arena.

Why Does One Private Van Beat Splitting the Group Across Cars?

One private van keeps the whole group on a single schedule. Everyone leaves PortMiami together, walks into the game together, and meets one driver at one pickup point afterward. You don’t have to coordinate several cars, several drivers, and a group chat full of “where are you?” messages as the arena empties. Dinner before and the ride home stay part of the party.

Why Do Heat Fans Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Downtown? 🥂

A private chauffeur makes game night a better experience than driving yourself downtown.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and no other passengers are ever added, so the cabin is yours for pre-game music and post-game debates. Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. That suits a Miami crowd that switches languages mid-sentence and cruise guests arriving from across the Americas. Pricing is a flat hourly rate locked at booking, with no surge when the whole city heads downtown on the same night. One dedicated driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and keeps the car close through the game so it’s ready when you are. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the booking. Nobody has to skip drinks to drive, and nobody splits off to find parking. To us, premium service means fewer moving parts, more attention on your group, and an evening that feels good win or lose.

Which Key Facts Should You Know Before Booking? 📋

  • Every booking includes at least five hours with your reserved vehicle.
  • Service runs 24/7, every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Daytime rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask the driver.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp with your group’s details.

How Does Payment Work? 🍾

You pay the full fare to reserve your date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥃

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for the whole block.

That means the downtown garage fee, any tolls along the way, and the fuel for every trip between Bayside, dinner, and the arena never show up on your bill as separate charges. Your chauffeur and the vehicle are covered for every hour you book. There’s room for what fans bring along, like signs, jerseys, and a bag of team-store merch; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. Only a few charges can be added to the hourly rate, and you’ll know them in advance: the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours (explained below), and any extra hours you choose to add.

Is There a Surcharge for a Late Ride Home After the Game? 🎆

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge applies per trip, not per hour of your block. Daytime hours cover the part of your booking before 6:00 PM; everything later falls outside them. The amounts are listed right here, so you can work out the full cost of the evening before the first pickup. There are no late-night surprises at the end of the evening. Planning a later start doesn’t change anything else about the booking. The vehicle, the chauffeur, and your stops stay exactly as agreed.

What Do PortMiami Riders Ask Before a Heat Game? 🎤

Most questions from port-side riders are about timing, flexibility, and who can come along.

Cruise guests and other visitors starting at the port are frequently working around ship schedules, hotel check-ins, and a first night back on land. They want to know the plan will hold together from the terminal to the final whistle. Locals meeting friends at the port want an easy trip into downtown on a Monday evening. The short answers below cover when to leave, whether private transportation exists for this game, how pets are handled, and how a last-minute booking works. They utilize the same terms you see everywhere else on this page. For the route, the drop-off, or the driver waiting through the game, see the arrival section above.

How Early Should We Leave PortMiami for Miami Heat vs. Houston Rockets?

Leave PortMiami well before the 7:30 PM tip-off, with plenty of extra time. The drive downtown is typically short, but allow for Monday commuter traffic and fans converging on Biscayne Boulevard. Most groups start their block in the late afternoon, fit in dinner nearby, and reach the arena early enough to settle in before warm-ups end.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Houston Rockets vs Miami Heat?

This private hourly chauffeur service runs from PortMiami to the game in a Black SUV XL, a Platinum SUV, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, with rates listed at the top of this page. We never sell seats to strangers. The vehicle belongs to your group for the night, and the same car takes you home after the final buzzer.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. A quick WhatsApp message while you’re planning is all it takes.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

A booking for a service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Game-Night Chauffeur From PortMiami? 🎊

Booking takes one WhatsApp conversation and a few details about your group.

Send us your group size, the PortMiami terminal or spot where you’ll be waiting, and a rough start time. Add the stops on your wish list, such as dinner at Bayside, a detour to Little Havana, or drinks in Brickell, before the Heat and the Rockets at Kaseya Center. We’ll check availability for Monday, November 16, match the right vehicle to your headcount, and confirm your booking with the pickup details your driver will utilize. Confirming early gives you the widest choice of vehicles and start times. On the night, just walk out at the port, get in, and let your chauffeur handle the driving until the last drop-off. When the night is over, the only thing left to talk about is the game.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
