Transfer from Downtown Miami to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Downtown Miami to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or Platinum SUV at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. That rate is locked at booking with no surge, and one bilingual driver stays with your group for the whole evening.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost From Downtown Miami? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, and each booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so friends splitting a Sprinter share one private van instead of paying separate fares. Choose the tier by headcount first and then by the mood you desire for the night: the Black SUV XL suits couples and small groups, the Sprinter keeps a larger birthday or family party in one cabin, and the Platinum SUV adds a more polished arrival. Every tier comes with the same chauffeur for the whole block. Only the size and finish of the vehicle change.

Which Core Facts Define This Downtown Miami Chauffeur Service? 🚙

  • Service is available every day, around the clock, for daytime or evening bookings.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all block.
  • You choose every stop, the order, and the pace of the evening.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the flat hourly rate.
  • Every booking is confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

Why Hire a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night? 🥂

A private chauffeur turns concert night into one smooth, upscale service from lobby to encore.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so nobody shares the cabin. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, and it never climbs because the arena is hectic or rain rolls in off Biscayne Bay. Your bilingual chauffeur is equally at ease in English and Spanish, which matters on a night built around emotional Spanish-language ballads and a crowd that sings along from the first song. One dedicated driver covers the whole block, so the person who greets you at pickup is the same one who takes you home. Nobody swaps in, and you never wait on a stranger. You can also message that driver and our team directly on WhatsApp, so a change of dinner plans or a later exit takes a quick note, not a scramble. That is the better experience fans recall: dressed up, relaxed, and never hunting for a car.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It fits couples, close friends, or a small family heading to the show together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers in one private van, so the whole birthday group arrives together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for larger groups: seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a bigger circle of friends or relatives in a single private van for the night.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers and has a more polished, executive feel for an anniversary or milestone evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your group sits right on the edge of a tier, the next size up keeps everyone relaxing after a long night of singing along. If anyone is bringing signs, a garment bag for a change of outfit, or something large, tell us in advance so we can plan the space.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept for Hourly Bookings? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The booking is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never renegotiated, and settled after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply on Concert Night? 🌆

Yes. Rides outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The SUV surcharge is a single add-on per journey, while the Sprinter surcharge is a share of the journey value, so either one is simple to factor in before you book. Nothing else about the hourly service changes after dark: you keep the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same inclusions through to the last drop-off. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Event Day? 📋

You pick a vehicle and a start time, and one chauffeur covers your entire block.

Start on WhatsApp with your group size, a rough pickup time, and the stops on your wish list, such as dinner, a hotel change, or a friend’s apartment tower. Pickup can be any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. That means a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the concert. From there the plan stays yours. Add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert without a new fare to discuss. Your booking opens with a five-hour block, and it doesn’t have to end there. Every hour after those first five is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, so if the group wants a nightcap in Brickell after the encore, the car keeps going. Those extra hours are settled once the night wraps up, never negotiated at the curb.

Who Is Kany Garcia and What Is the October 3 Show Like? 🎤

Kany Garcia plays Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 3, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM.

The Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and multiple Latin Grammy winner fills arenas with sweeping ballads, heartfelt lyrics, and upbeat Latin-pop moments that turn the crowd into one large choir. Full details for the night are on the venue’s official Kany Garcia event page. Expect a warm, emotional Saturday-night audience spanning several generations: mothers and daughters, couples on a date, and groups of friends who know every word by heart. For many fans it’s also a celebration, like a birthday, an anniversary, or a reunion with cousins in town for the weekend. That is why a private chauffeur fits the night so well. Nobody wants to be the designated driver, circle for parking in dress shoes, or cut dessert short to beat the traffic. With your own car, the evening is one continuous celebration, from the first toast in Downtown to the last chorus on the ride home.

What Do Fans Usually Wear to a Kany Garcia Concert?

Most fans dress up in smart-casual style for a night like this. Flowing dresses, fashionable tops with jeans, and outfits in white, cream, and warm earthy tones echo the tour’s imagery. With a chauffeur doing the driving, the new shoes and the nicer jacket make sense: no long walk from a distant garage and no rain-soaked sprint across Downtown.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Downtown Miami? 🏟️

The arena sits on the Downtown bayfront, so the drive from most Downtown pickups is typically short.

Short on the map rarely means quick on a concert night, though. As showtime approaches, traffic on Biscayne Boulevard slows, police direct lanes around the arena, and fans stream across the crosswalks from Bayside Marketplace and the nearby towers. Your chauffeur picks the approach based on where the night begins. Biscayne Boulevard works from the hotels and residences along the bay, Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue work from the Brickell side, and I-95 to I-395 works when the group joins from the west or the airport region. A local driver knows which blocks back up first and when to commit to a lane, so nobody in the back seat is refreshing a map or arguing over turns. Once the group is inside, the chauffeur handles every remaining detail of the evening.

How Early Should You Leave Downtown Miami for Kany Garcia?

Plan to leave well ahead of the 7:00 PM start instead of timing the ride to the minute. Even from a nearby hotel, the final approach is typically the slowest part of a concert night. Arriving early leaves room for photos, merch, and finding your seats calmly. If dinner comes first, start the booking earlier and let the restaurant set the pace.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as access allows that evening. Traffic plans around the arena can change on event nights, so the exact drop-off point depends on which lanes are open when you arrive. Before you step out, the driver confirms where the after-show pickup will be and sends it on WhatsApp.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The car and chauffeur stay booked for your group while you’re inside. You don’t need to find a new ride when the lights come up. The driver stays nearby, watches for your message, and heads to the agreed pickup point as the crowd pours out. That waiting time is part of the hours you reserved.

Do You Need to Plan Directions and Parking?

No. Directions and parking are the chauffeur’s job, not yours. The group never compares garages near Bayside, pays for a spot, or walks back across Downtown in the dark looking for the car. You ride in, enjoy the concert, and ride out, with a driver who knows these streets handling the route home.

Where Should You Eat in Downtown Miami Before the Show? 🍸

Bayside Marketplace, right beside the arena, is the easiest pre-show meeting spot in Downtown.

Its waterfront restaurants and bars let a group share a bite and a drink with the bay in view before the show. For a more polished dinner, Brickell sits just across the Miami River, where Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre offer a wide mix of restaurants, lounges, and rooftop bars. Groups who desire a classic Miami flavor frequently head west to Little Havana, where Versailles has served Cuban plates and strong Cuban coffee to generations of Miami families. Hosting friends at home first? Your chauffeur can collect everyone from a residence tower and still fit in a dinner stop on the way. Because you book by the hour, the same driver loops between these stops and waits outside each one, so nobody feeds a meter or circles the block between courses and curtain. The driver is happy to suggest what fits your timing, but table reservations are yours to make.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Downtown Miami?

Pickup can be any address in Downtown Miami that you agree on at booking. That might be a hotel lobby along Biscayne Boulevard, the front drive of a residential tower, an office building near Flagler Street, or a friend’s condo in Brickell. The chauffeur messages when they arrive, so the group can finish getting ready upstairs instead of waiting outside.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking can cover dinner, the concert, and the ride home. Start the block early enough to enjoy the meal without watching the clock, and the chauffeur takes the group from the restaurant to the arena when you’re ready. The car stays yours the whole time, so a late dessert or a nightcap afterward fits in the same booking.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate for your vehicle.

You won’t collect toll receipts, split a garage ticket while the group is inside the arena, or see a fuel top-up added when the night ends. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for sharing clips from the show or checking the next stop while you ride. The rate also covers the vehicle you choose and your chauffeur for every hour of the block, including the time spent waiting between stops. Two charges can be added to that base rate, and both are shown on this page. The first is the night surcharge for rides outside daytime hours, which most concert evenings will feature. The second is any extra time you add beyond your reserved block.

Is There Private Transportation From Downtown Miami to Kany Garcia? 🚐

Yes. You can reserve a private SUV or private van for your group alone.

If you were searching for a private shuttle to the concert, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter booked by the hour is exactly that: your own van, your own guest list, and no strangers along for the ride. We never sell individual seats or run fixed routes. Every booking belongs to one party from start to finish. Smaller parties commonly choose the Black SUV XL, while the Platinum SUV suits a milestone night that deserves a more refined arrival. Because the car is yours for the whole block, you can start with drinks at a friend’s apartment, collect a cousin from another Downtown tower, and head to the concert together instead of trying to find each other in the crowd. For a mixed group with distinct hotels and distinct arrival times, a chauffeur is the simplest way to reach the show as one party and leave together after the final song.

Does the Hourly Service Reach Beyond Downtown Miami?

Yes, across the local Miami area. Your chauffeur can cover Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. This is a local, on-call service that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Still Book Within 24 Hours of the Concert?

Yes, as long as a vehicle and driver are available. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can a Pet Ride Along During Your Booked Hours?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Book Your Concert-Night Chauffeur From Downtown? 🎆

Send one WhatsApp message with your group size, pickup time, and stops to start the booking.

Tell us where the evening begins in Downtown Miami and whether dinner, drinks, or a friend’s place comes before the show. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your party and the hours your plan needs. Full payment secures your date, and from there the car, the chauffeur, and the route are ready before anyone has picked an outfit. Saturday concert nights bring heavy Downtown traffic, so settling the plan early gives the group time to agree on dinner, sort out who is riding, and share the pickup details with everyone. On October 3, all that’s left is getting ready, meeting in the lobby, and letting someone else handle the road while the group warms up the playlist. Send your details to check availability and confirm your booking.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
