Transfer from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz at Kaseya Center on Thursday, March 25, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. The same bilingual driver stays with your group from the port curb through the final buzzer and the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From PortMiami to the Heat Game Cost? 🚙

Pricing is set per vehicle, per hour, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick your tier by the size of your group, not by how long your plans are. A couple or a small family rides in the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew or an office outing moves up to one of the Sprinter sizes. A group that wants a quieter, more polished game night picks the Platinum SUV. You pay the same hourly figure for every hour of the evening, whether the night has one stop or five. Five hours comfortably covers a pre-game dinner downtown, the full game, and the ride back to your hotel or home. The car stays yours the whole time and is never sent off to another job between legs.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Heat Game Night? 🕴️

A dedicated chauffeur gives your group one private vehicle and one driver for the whole evening.

Nobody else rides with you, and no new driver shows up halfway through the night. Your bilingual chauffeur meets the group in PortMiami and handles every leg of the evening, so the only question on your mind is whether the Heat close out the fourth quarter. Your hourly rate is flat and locked the moment you book. It doesn’t surge when the crowd pours out of the arena, and it doesn’t change for downtown traffic, rain, or a packed cruise day at the port. You can reach our team directly on WhatsApp, so a moved dinner reservation or an extra stop is one message away. The vehicle stays with your group through the game and doesn’t leave after the drop-off. That’s what premium service looks like on a busy downtown weeknight: fewer moving parts, one familiar face, and a better experience from the first hello at the port to the last drop-off.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Final Buzzer? 🌆

A night surcharge applies to trips outside daytime hours, which run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV it is one fixed add-on per trip. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the vehicle your group needs. The same chauffeur and the same vehicle stay with you into the night, whether you head straight back to your hotel or stop for a late bite in Brickell before calling it a night.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then choose the stops.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the places on your wish list over WhatsApp. The chauffeur can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. Once your hours start, the vehicle and driver belong to your group alone, and you decide where to go and when. After the first five hours, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. If the fourth quarter is close or dinner runs late, you don’t have to rush out. You just keep the car. We add up the extra hours after the night ends, so you don’t pay for them on the spot.

Can You Change the Stops Once the Evening Starts?

Yes, your plan stays open all evening. You can add a stop for team gear, skip a restaurant with a long wait, or stay a little longer at Bayside. The chauffeur adjusts without any new fare to negotiate. Just tell the driver what you’d like, and the route changes with you.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From PortMiami? 🏟️

PortMiami sits just across the water from the arena, so the drive itself is typically short.

Kaseya Center stands on Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, facing the port across the bay. On game night, the challenge is the crowd, not the distance. Heat home games draw large, loyal crowds, and a weeknight tip-off adds arriving fans to downtown’s evening traffic on Biscayne Boulevard and the streets around Bayside. Downtown garages fill early and empty slowly after the final buzzer, and street parking near the arena is scarce on a busy game night. With a car and your own driver, you skip the part of the evening most fans dread. You gain at both ends of the game. There’s no exit line to sit in, and nobody in your group has to be the designated driver. You walk in, you watch the Heat, and you walk out to a car that is already yours.

Which Road Does the Chauffeur Take Out of PortMiami?

The chauffeur typically leaves Dodge Island over the Port Boulevard bridge, which lands on Biscayne Boulevard beside the arena district. If your group wants to visit South Beach or Wynwood first, the route can take the PortMiami Tunnel toward the MacArthur Causeway and I-395 instead, then loop back downtown well before tip-off.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows, typically on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street. Before you get out, you agree on a pickup point for after the game and share it in the WhatsApp thread. That way everyone knows exactly where to meet when the crowd heads out.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what the hourly booking covers. While you watch the Heat and the Jazz, the chauffeur stays with the vehicle nearby and moves to the agreed pickup point as the fourth quarter winds down. When the crowd streams out, your car is already there, with no line to join and no garage exit to crawl through.

Where in PortMiami Does Pickup Happen? 🏝️

Pickup happens at whichever PortMiami spot suits your day, confirmed when you book.

Many riders leaving from the port are coming off a ship, so the natural meeting place is the curb outside the cruise terminal where passengers exit after disembarking. Others work on Dodge Island, are finishing a meeting at a port office, or are seeing relatives off before a sailing. The chauffeur can meet you at any address in PortMiami that makes sense. We share the exact meeting point in your WhatsApp thread ahead of time, so nobody has to search a crowded curb or guess which terminal you mean. If your group is split, with some of you on the ship and others at a Brickell hotel, the chauffeur can collect everyone on one route and bring the whole party together before heading downtown. That matters on a cruise day, when the port is busy and plans change by the hour. The car simply goes where you are.

Can a Cruise-Day Arrival Go Straight to the Game?

Yes, you can go straight from your cruise to the game. Your chauffeur meets you as you leave the terminal. The hours between getting off the ship and tip-off become a relaxed Miami day at your own pace. The car stays nearby between stops, so your group isn’t stuck killing time near the arena.

What Is There to Do Near PortMiami Before Tip-Off? 🍸

Downtown Miami has dinner, drinks, and waterfront views right beside the port.

Bayside Marketplace sits on the water beside the arena and looks out at the port. It has open-air restaurants, bars, and views of the cruise ships, which makes it a classic pre-game stop for groups coming off the island. Bayfront Park, next door, is a good place to stretch your legs and take group photos in Heat colors as the light fades. For a sit-down dinner, Brickell, just south of downtown, has steakhouses, rooftop bars, and Latin kitchens within a few walkable blocks. Brickell City Centre is an easy landmark to aim for. You don’t have to plan any of it around parking. The chauffeur drops you at dinner, stays close, and moves the group along when you’re ready. You can eat in Brickell, grab a drink at Bayside, and still get to your seats in time. We don’t reserve tables, but your driver is happy to suggest a spot.

Can We Fit Little Havana or Wynwood Into the Day?

Yes, a longer booking fits both. Calle Ocho in Little Havana is known for Cuban coffee, cigar shops, and the landmark Versailles Restaurant. Wynwood’s mural-covered streets are good for an afternoon of photos and galleries. The chauffeur drives you between neighborhoods and waits at each stop, so the group reaches downtown fed, relaxed, and ready for the game.

Is Miami Beach Too Far for a Pre-Game Plan?

Not with an hourly booking. The chauffeur crosses the MacArthur Causeway, you spend the afternoon on Ocean Drive or Lincoln Road in South Beach, and the car brings you back across the bay for the evening. Weeknight traffic on the causeway can build, so the driver will suggest when to head back based on that day’s conditions.

What Makes Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz on March 25, 2027 Worth Attending? 🎊

Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz tips off Thursday, March 25, 2027, at 7:30 PM in Downtown Miami.

It’s a regular-season home game at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s own arena. It falls in late March, when the push toward the playoffs makes every possession matter more. The Jazz play in the Western Conference, so Miami fans don’t see them frequently. Heat home games are known for loud, packed crowds that reflect the city itself: longtime season-ticket holders, families in matching jerseys, coworkers coming straight from the office, and a large Hispanic fan base that brings its own energy. With the downtown skyline and the bay just outside, it’s a real Miami night out. Because it’s a weeknight, many fans arrive straight from work, or, in your case, straight off the water. That’s when one car and one chauffeur handling every leg turns a rushed evening into an easy one.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From PortMiami? 🚐

The right vehicle depends on your group size, and our largest private van keeps a large party together.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the easy pick for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group rides together in one vehicle.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, ideal for an office outing or a full birthday crew.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, a more polished ride for clients or a milestone night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Every tier comes with its own chauffeur for the whole booking. Each vehicle has room for what fans actually bring to a game, like signs, team gear, or merch from the team store. If you’re bringing something large, just tell us in advance. Not sure which size to pick? Send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend the right fit before you pay.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, using familiar, secure methods.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Which Quick Facts Should Riders Know Before Tip-Off? 🎆

  • One vehicle and one chauffeur stay assigned to your group for the entire booking.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish, so either language works from pickup to drop-off.
  • Chauffeurs are available 24/7, including late nights after the final buzzer.
  • Rates are charged per vehicle for each hour, never per passenger.
  • A quick restroom, snack, or stretch stop never changes the hourly rate.
  • Every detail of your booking is arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

That covers every leg of the evening, whether you go straight from the port to the arena or loop through Brickell and Miami Beach first. Nobody has to split a garage ticket or a toll receipt afterward. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for sharing highlights or checking scores on the way in. Only two extras can apply, and we spell out both before you pay anything. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Everything is listed in your WhatsApp booking summary, so the total you expect is the total you pay.

How Early Should You Leave PortMiami for the Heat Game? 🎤

Plan to leave PortMiami well ahead of the 7:30 PM tip-off, with a real buffer.

The simplest approach is to plan the evening around dinner rather than the game. Book a late-afternoon table at Bayside or in Brickell. After you eat, the chauffeur takes you the rest of the way to the drop-off, which can get you into the arena while the teams are warming up. If you’re coming straight from the ship with no dinner plans, leave early anyway, because security screening and weeknight downtown traffic both favor the groups that show up first. Your chauffeur checks conditions on the day and suggests a departure time in your WhatsApp thread. Because the hours are already reserved, leaving early costs nothing beyond the time you booked. The spare time becomes a walk along the bayfront instead of a sprint to your seats. Treat the start time as the moment you desire to be sitting down, not the moment you leave the port.

Is There Private Transportation From PortMiami to Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz?

Yes. We offer private, hourly transportation from PortMiami to this game on March 25, 2027: your own SUV or Sprinter, one chauffeur, and no other passengers. The driver takes the group to the arena, stays through the game, and brings everyone back to a hotel, a home, or the next stop. Send your group size on WhatsApp to check availability.

Does the Hourly Service Run Beyond Greater Miami?

Our hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet on Game Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of Tip-Off?

Short-notice bookings are welcome. Once the day and time are agreed, your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you, so the booking runs exactly as planned, and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund at that point. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
