Transfer from Miami Airport to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Miami Airport to Kany Garcia’s concert at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver collects your group at the airport, keeps the car for you through the 7:00 PM show, and drives everyone home afterward. The rate is locked when you book, and it never surges.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur Cost by the Hour in Miami? 🚙

Each rate below covers one private vehicle and one chauffeur for every hour you book, whichever size fits your concert group.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking carries a 5-hour minimum. That effortlessly covers an airport pickup, an unhurried dinner, the concert, and the ride back to your hotel or home. You pay per vehicle, never per seat, so a group of friends shares one hourly figure instead of each person paying for their own rides. Tell us whether the evening starts at the arrivals curb or at a hotel near the airport, and your hours start at that pickup. Send a quick WhatsApp message with your group size and a rough start time to check availability for October 3. The vehicle is yours alone from the first pickup to the final drop-off.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work From Miami Airport? 📋

You select a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and one chauffeur stays with your group the whole time.

Start by telling us on WhatsApp how many people are coming, when you land or want to be picked up, and the stops you have in mind for October 3. We match your group to the right vehicle and confirm the booking, which starts with a five-hour block. From the first pickup, the car and chauffeur belong to your group alone. You decide when to leave, where to stop, and how long to stay, and you can change the plan at any point. If the night runs long, there’s nothing to renegotiate. Every extra hour after the five-hour block is merely added at the same flat per-hour rate, so you can keep the car as long as you like and settle the extra time after the evening ends. Your group never has to drive or look for parking, and nobody ends up hunting for a ride home.

Where in Miami Airport Does the Pickup Happen?

The chauffeur meets you wherever your evening begins, and we agree on the exact spot when you book. It could be the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, a hotel lobby along Blue Lagoon Drive, a nearby home, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you’re coming off a cruise that day, you can go straight to the concert. Any other Miami address works too.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book an Hourly Chauffeur? 🕴️

  • Every booking starts with a minimum block of five hours.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, so plans are easy to share.
  • You set the stops, their order, and the pace of the night.
  • A brief comfort stop is easy to add and never changes the rate.
  • The service runs 24/7, so a late finish is never a problem.

Does a Late Concert Finish Add a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside that window add one fixed charge, and the amount depends on your vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

It makes sense to plan for that from the start. SUV groups pay one added amount for the journey, and Sprinter groups pay a percentage of the journey value. Both charges are fixed and listed above, so you can include them in your budget before the night begins. Nothing else changes. The evening runs exactly as you booked it, whether you head back to an airport hotel after the encore or stop for a late meal in Brickell first. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

What Payment Options Hold Your Concert-Night Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book, and any hours you add aren’t due until the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking secures your October 3 booking.
  • Hours: Five hours is the starting block, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate. The fare is never renegotiated, and you settle the extra hours once the night wraps up.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are built into the hourly rate, and onboard WiFi is included too.

You won’t see an expressway toll charge on the way Downtown, a garage fee near the arena, or a fuel charge at the end of the night. A mobile hotspot keeps the group online on the way, so you can share photos or look up the setlist. If you’re bringing something bulky, like signs, a stack of merch, or a garment bag for a change of outfit, tell us in advance so we can have the right vehicle ready. Only two other charges can apply: the night surcharge above, and any hours you select to add beyond your booked block, billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate. Everything else is already covered, so the evening’s cost is simple to plan from your first message.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Better Way to Reach the Concert? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes concert night one premium service from the airport to the encore.

Your group gets a vehicle reserved for you alone and a bilingual chauffeur who stays with you for the whole block. The flat hourly rate is locked when you book, and there’s no surge when the arena empties. Nobody in the group has to drive, hunt for parking Downtown, or skip a drink to obtain everyone home, so the whole group can sing through the last ballad. You reach us directly on WhatsApp, so changing the dinner spot or pushing back a pickup takes one message. Your ride home is already reserved, so the end of the night feels as unhurried as the start. You obtain privacy, the same familiar driver, a fixed price, and someone who knows the Downtown streets. That adds up to a better experience than managing the logistics yourself on a large Saturday night in Miami.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Show? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a couple’s night out to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, an easy choice for couples and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for everyone to ride and sing along together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger configuration: 10 to 14 passengers, for extended families or big fan groups.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more polished luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle comes with our chauffeur, so none of them is ever a self-drive rental, and each one is fully private to your group. If you’re looking for a limo or luxury car service for the concert, the Platinum SUV is what we offer: a chauffeured full-size luxury SUV instead of a stretch limo. Not sure which option fits? Send your headcount on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle, moving up a size if needed so nobody feels cramped on a night meant for dancing.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Airport? 🏟️

The simplest way is a private chauffeur driving east from the airport straight into Downtown Miami.

Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Bay at the edge of Downtown, right beside Bayside Marketplace, so the journey from the airport runs straight toward the water instead of across the county. On an ordinary afternoon it’s one of the shorter drives in the city. On a Saturday concert evening, though, fans, waterfront diners, and Brickell traffic all head to the same few blocks, so it pays to leave extra time. Your chauffeur handles the route, the timing, and the approach to the arena. Meanwhile, the group can rest after the flight or change into concert outfits at the hotel. You don’t need to find a parking garage, and nobody has to drive. The venue’s listing for Kany Garcia has the official event details to check before the night.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take Toward Downtown?

Most evenings the chauffeur takes the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) east from the airport. It flows into I-395 and comes off near Biscayne Boulevard and the arena. If the expressway backs up, Flagler Street and other surface routes through Little Havana are a steady alternative. The driver chooses the route based on that evening’s traffic.

How Long Is the Drive From the Airport on a Concert Saturday?

The drive is typically short by Miami standards, but allow extra time on October 3. A Saturday concert brings heavier traffic around Downtown and the waterfront, and the last stretch to the drop-off area slows as arrivals pile up. With some extra time built in, you can walk in relaxed instead of rushing to your seats.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off for Kany Garcia? 🎤

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as event access allows.

On concert nights, traffic around the waterfront arena follows event patterns. That evening’s access sets the exact drop-off point, and your driver gets you as close to the entrance as it allows. Before you obtain out, agree on a meeting spot for after the show and swap WhatsApp numbers so your pickup is one text away. During the show, the chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle. There’s nothing to rebook and no rush to find a ride at the end. When the last song ends, message the driver and walk to the meeting spot. The same car takes the group home, back to an airport hotel, or on to a late dinner in Brickell. Thousands of fans leave the arena at the same moment, and having your own car waiting means a peaceful exit instead of a long wait at the curb.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Airport for the Show?

Leave the airport area well before the 7:00 PM start, so you have time to find your seats, get a drink, and settle in. Many groups start their booking in the late afternoon, fit dinner into their hours, and head Downtown with extra time for Saturday traffic. Once your plan is set, your chauffeur can suggest a departure time.

Can the Driver Wait During the Concert?

Yes. Waiting through the show is exactly what the hourly booking is for. The chauffeur and vehicle stay reserved for you for every hour of your block, so you don’t need to find another ride when the concert ends. Message the driver as you walk out, and your ride home will be ready at the meeting spot you agreed on.

When Is Kany Garcia Playing Miami in October 2026? 🎭

Kany Garcia plays Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, October 3, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM.

Her current tour brings heartfelt songwriting and upbeat Latin pop to Miami for an emotional Saturday night. Most of the crowd are Spanish-speaking fans with roots in Puerto Rico and across Latin America, and they span several generations. Anticipate groups of girlfriends, couples on a date night, and families sharing a favorite artist, with nearly everyone singing along to every ballad. Outfits range from smart-casual to dressed-up: flowing dresses, fashionable tops, and jeans, often in the warm whites and earthy tones of the tour’s imagery. That’s why a private car suits this night so well. Your group arrives together and dressed for the occasion, the chauffeur handles the drive, and nobody has to leave early to beat traffic or miss the last song to obtain the car. If friends are flying in from distinct cities, the airport is a natural place to meet before the evening starts.

Where Can You Eat Near Miami Airport Before the Concert? 🍸

Little Havana, just east of the airport, is the classic place for a pre-show dinner on this route.

Versailles Restaurant on SW 8th Street is a Cuban institution in Little Havana, conveniently located between the airport and Downtown. It’s a natural first stop for a group that wants a proper meal before a long night of singing. Groups staying in Doral often meet at a favorite local spot there before heading east. Friends who prefer the waterfront select Brickell, close to the arena, for cocktails and an early dinner. Your driver waits between stops, so you can take your time over coffee and pastries and then get back into the same car without thinking about parking. The chauffeur is happy to suggest a place that suits the group’s mood. You make your own reservations, and your booked hours cover the time.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes, one booking covers both. The five-hour block easily fits a pickup, a sit-down dinner, the drive Downtown, the concert, and the trip home, all with the same car and driver. If the evening runs longer than planned, you can extend on the spot with a quick word to your chauffeur.

What Is Near the Arena for a Drink Before Doors Open?

Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena on the bay, with waterfront bars, casual restaurants, and views across the marina. It’s an easy place to meet friends who are arriving separately. Your chauffeur can drop the group there early and you can walk over when you’re ready. One WhatsApp message tells the driver where to go next.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami Airport to the Arena? 🚙

Yes. Booking a private chauffeur by the hour is the most direct way to obtain from the airport to the concert.

Booking takes a few WhatsApp messages. Send your group size, where the evening starts near the airport, a rough start time, and any stops you want to make before the show. We confirm the vehicle, lock in the date with your payment, and stay in touch with you on WhatsApp all the way to the day. The car is reserved for your group alone, so there’s no shared seat, no fixed timetable, and nobody else’s stops added to your evening. It works the same way whether you land that afternoon or spend the day relaxing at a hotel by the airport before the concert. The questions below are the ones fans ask most before they book. They cover large groups, pets, how far the service travels, and what happens if you book at the last minute.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Airport to Kany Garcia?

Yes. We run private transportation only, so the vehicle and chauffeur you book carry your group and nobody else, from the airport area to the concert and back. Looking for a private shuttle to the show? We offer a private van or SUV reserved by the hour, never a shared ride or a seat on a timetable.

Can a Big Group of Fans Ride Together From the Airport?

Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a large group of friends or family in one private vehicle, so everyone arrives together and leaves together. Choose the option that matches your headcount from the list above. Riding together means one pickup plan and one meeting spot after the show, instead of coordinating several cars in Downtown traffic.

Does the Hourly Service Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local, which keeps your driver close by and on call all evening. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

You can still book, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a ride within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for you. That means we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Chauffeur for October 3? 🎊

Send your group size, pickup spot, and plans on WhatsApp to check availability for concert night.

Tell us how many people are coming, where the evening starts near the airport, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like to make. That might be dinner in Little Havana, drinks at Bayside, or a late bite after the show. We match the right vehicle, confirm your booking with full payment, and your chauffeur handles the rest. Reaching out early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for the date. Our team answers questions about the route, timing, or which vehicle suits your group directly on WhatsApp. On the night itself, you don’t need to check traffic, look for parking, or work out who drives home. All that’s left is to pick your outfit, warm up your voice, and let someone else drive to Kany Garcia’s Saturday night in Miami.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
