Transfer from Miami to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked when you book, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual chauffeur and one upscale vehicle stay reserved for you all night, never shared. Fuel, tolls, and parking are included, and you set the stops.

How Much Does an Hourly Chauffeur From Miami Cost? 📋

Concert-night pricing is one flat hourly rate per vehicle, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select the line that matches your headcount. That rate runs for every hour on the clock, from the first pickup in Miami to the final drop-off at home. The figure is per vehicle, not per seat, so when a full group splits it, each person’s share stays modest. A couple celebrating an anniversary, a birthday table of cousins, and three generations of one family all book the same way: one vehicle, one rate, one running clock. Pickups outside those hours add a surcharge, which is laid out in its own section.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Concert Night? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a natural choice for a couple or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, keeping a mid-size group together in one comfortable cabin.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for bigger groups: 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole birthday table or fan group arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers, a luxury class for an anniversary or a VIP-style evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

Select by headcount first and by mood second. The SUVs feel intimate for a date night or a small circle heading out to sing every ballad together. The Sprinters let a larger group keep the celebration going inside one vehicle instead of splitting across several cars. The Platinum tier is the most polished choice, with a roomier cabin and a presence at the curb that suits a milestone.

What’s the Kany Garcia Show at Kaseya Center Like? 🎤

Kany Garcia brings her arena show to Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

The evening is set to start at 7:00 PM and plays out like a Saturday-night reunion for Latin-pop fans. The Latin Grammy-winning Puerto Rican singer-songwriter draws a warm crowd that spans generations: groups of girlfriends, couples on date night, mothers and daughters, and friends who have followed her songs for years. The arena turns into one long sing-along through the heartfelt ballads and the upbeat anthems. Anticipate Spanish-language lyrics sung back at the stage, phones lit up for the slow songs, and plenty of emotion. There are no official fan colors, but the tour’s imagery leans toward white, cream, and warm earthy tones. Smart-casual looks fit right in, like a flowing dress or a sharp top with jeans. The venue sits on the bayfront beside Bayside Marketplace, and the surrounding streets fill with fans well before the music starts.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Concert Night? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes the most direct road downtown from wherever your evening begins.

From South Beach and the rest of Miami Beach, the route typically crosses the MacArthur Causeway, which comes in right at the edge of the arena district. From Coconut Grove and Brickell, the driver heads north along Brickell Avenue onto Biscayne Boulevard. Groups starting in Coral Gables, Doral, or near Miami International Airport usually ride the Dolphin Expressway east into downtown. Wynwood and the neighborhoods to the north come down Biscayne Boulevard or I-95. The drive is typically short from Brickell and longer from Doral or the beach. Every approach slows as a Saturday event night builds, so permit extra time instead of cutting it close. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and changes the route as needed, while the group relaxes and queues up the playlist for the night ahead.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for Kany Garcia?

Leave early enough to arrive well before the 7:00 PM start, because downtown streets fill quickly on a Saturday event night and entry lines take time. Groups coming from Doral or the beach typically need a bigger cushion than groups in Brickell. Many riders start the booking in the late afternoon and fit dinner in, so the timing never feels rushed.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, typically at a designated drop-off point near the entrance. Police and venue staff set the traffic patterns on show nights. The driver follows their routing, lets everyone out together, and agrees on a pickup spot with you before you head inside.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is exactly what the hourly booking covers. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole show and keeps a phone close. When the last song ends, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the agreed spot. Then ride home, back to the hotel, or on to a late-night bite together.

Where Should You Have Dinner in Miami Before the Concert? 🍸

Brickell, Little Havana, and Bayside Marketplace are natural pre-show stops before a downtown concert.

Brickell is the easy classic, with sleek restaurants and rooftop bars among the towers. It is close enough to downtown that dessert never feels rushed. Little Havana suits this crowd particularly well: Cuban cooking, strong coffee, and live Latin music set the mood for a night of sing-along ballads. For groups who desire to linger by the water, Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena with casual waterfront dining and bay views. A first stop in Wynwood works well for photos in your concert outfits against the famous murals. Because the car is booked by the hour, one driver handles the whole route: pickup, murals, dinner, arena. The driver waits at each stop, so nobody hunts for parking or splits across cars. You make the restaurant reservation, and we take care of every ride in between.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking covers dinner and the concert in a single block. Start the hours early enough for a relaxed table in Brickell or Little Havana and tell us the restaurant when you book. The same car then takes you from dessert to the drop-off, with no second reservation and no new fare.

Which Facts Matter Most When You Book This Chauffeur? 🕴️

  • Every concert-night booking starts with a reserved block of five hours.
  • Your group keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur from pickup to drop-off.
  • Your chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Your group rides alone, and seats are never sold to another party.
  • The service runs every day, with daytime or evening start times.
  • Bookings, stops, and confirmations are all handled directly over WhatsApp.

Which Payment Methods Does the Hourly Booking Accept? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you by WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The booking has a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer whenever you like. Each hour past the five-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night is over.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Kany Garcia Night? 🥂

A reserved chauffeur makes concert night a upscale service from start to finish.

The vehicle belongs to your group alone for the whole block, so the ride becomes part of the celebration: music up, outfits intact, everyone arriving together. Your chauffeur speaks your language, whether the group talks in English or Spanish. The same person drives you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and learns the plan, so you never repeat directions. The flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There is no surge when downtown fills up on a Saturday night and no fare that jumps after the encore. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to the team and the driver. A change of plan, like a later dinner, an extra stop, or one more friend to collect, takes a single message. That is the better experience we build every booking around: peaceful, personal, and on your schedule.

How Does Hiring a Driver by the Hour Work for a Concert? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then you run the night.

Start by choosing the tier that fits your group. When you book, share your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, such as a pickup, a dinner spot, the concert, and maybe a nightcap. From the first pickup, the block of hours is yours to shape. You set the order and the pace: add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert, with nothing to renegotiate. The first five hours are the base booking. After that, every extra hour is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. If the group wants one more stop after the show, just keep the car. Tell the driver and the night continues. You settle those added hours after the day, not on the spot.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address, and you agree on the spot when you book. That could be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. It could also be a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from a cruise-day arrival to concert night.

Is There a Night Surcharge for the Ride Home? 🌆

Yes. Rides outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle type. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The amount depends on your vehicle. SUV bookings add a flat per-trip charge, and Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, exactly as listed above. We confirm everything over WhatsApp when you reserve, so you know how the surcharge applies before the night begins. A booking that stays inside daytime hours carries no surcharge at all, but a Saturday evening concert typically keeps the group out later, so plan on it.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hourly rate.

That covers every toll along the route, downtown parking while the show plays, and every mile between your stops for the whole block, so none of it shows up as a separate line. The vehicle also has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for sharing videos from the show or pulling up digital tickets on the way in. If someone needs a quick restroom, snack, or stretch break during the booking, just ask the driver. One brief comfort stop doesn’t change the rate. There’s room for what fans usually bring, like signs, merch, or a jacket for later. If you’re carrying something large, tell us in advance. Two charges can apply beyond the hourly rate: the night surcharge above, any hours you select to add, explained below.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur covers the neighborhoods concertgoers usually start from: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport. It also reaches the communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local keeps the service on call and unhurried. The driver knows these streets, stays close to your plans, and can swing back for a forgotten jacket or a friend running late without the evening turning into a road trip. Hourly bookings don’t go out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. The car and driver stay around the city, which is where a concert night happens anyway. If your group is staying anywhere in the areas above, the pickup, dinner, show, and ride home all fit inside one booking.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Kany Garcia? 🎊

Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeured SUV or a private Sprinter van by the hour for your group.

You may have searched for a concert car service, a group ride, a private van to the arena, or a driver for the night. This is the answer to all of those: a upscale vehicle and a chauffeur reserved only for your party. There are no shared seats, no fixed departure schedule, and no strangers on board. The vehicle leaves when your group is ready and follows your plan. Select the Platinum SUV when the night calls for polish, or a Sprinter when the whole friend group is going. We don’t sell concert tickets. Those come through the venue’s official box office, and we handle everything on the road. Book the car once your tickets are in hand, and plan the rest of the evening around the music.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Kany Garcia From Miami?

For a group, the most comfortable way is a reserved chauffeur who handles both the drive downtown and the ride home. Nobody has to be the designated driver or circle for a garage, and everyone arrives and leaves together. That matters on a night built around singing every word with the people you came with.

Can I Bring My Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Mention the animal when you reserve, and we’ll sort out the details before concert night.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

A booking made within the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, because a driver and vehicle are already set aside. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Miami to Kaseya Center Now? 🎆

Yes. Send one WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm your booking for October 3.

Tell us how many people are going, roughly when you’d like the evening to start, and the places on your wish list. That means the pickup address, a dinner spot in Brickell or Little Havana, and anywhere you’d like to go after the encore. We’ll check availability for your vehicle tier, confirm the plan in the same chat, and send the payment details so you can lock in your date. Saturday concert nights bring numerous groups downtown, so contacting us as soon as your tickets are confirmed gives you the widest choice of vehicles. On the night itself, your chauffeur arrives at the pickup, the group climbs in dressed for the show, and all that’s left to plan is which song you’ll sing the loudest. For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
