Transfer from Miami Design District to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur from Miami Design District to Kany Garcia at Kaseya Center on October 3, 2026 puts your group in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your chauffeur picks you up anywhere in the Design District and stays with the group from the pre-show dinner to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Design District to Kany Garcia Cost? 📋

The hourly rate depends on your group size and vehicle, and every booking has a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each hour pays for the vehicle and the chauffeur, whether the car is driving down Biscayne Boulevard or parked while you sing along inside. Couples and small groups of friends commonly fit in the Black SUV XL. A birthday group or a family spanning three generations can move up to the Sprinter so everyone arrives together. The Platinum SUV is for riders who want our most polished cabin for a Saturday night out. You select the vehicle when you reserve, and your chauffeur arrives in exactly that vehicle.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night Instead of Driving Yourself? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives you one continuous, premium service from door to door.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin stays yours from the first pickup to the last drop-off. One chauffeur covers the whole booking, so the person who greets you in the Design District is the same one who opens the door after the encore. Your hourly rate is locked in when you book. There is no surge on a hectic Saturday downtown and no change for traffic or weather. Your chauffeur is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish. That suits a crowd that sings every word and families who switch languages at the dinner table. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp before and during the night. That is the better experience we offer: nobody in your group has to drive, look for a garage, or skip a toast to get everyone home.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate for a Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour you book.

Your chauffeur’s parking is covered while the group is at dinner or at the concert, and so are any toll roads on the route. There are no receipts to split at the end of the night. Each hour covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and their time, whether the car is moving along the bay or parked outside a restaurant. Two extra charges are worth knowing about before you ride. The first is the night surcharge, explained further down this page. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. We confirm both on WhatsApp before your date is locked in, so there are no surprises later.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work for a Downtown Miami Concert? 🚙

Booking by the hour means you reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a set block of time.

First select the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. Your booking starts at pickup, and the driver stays with you the whole time, waiting at every stop, including the venue, until you are ready to move again. Pickup can be at any Miami address agreed at booking: a hotel lobby, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you want to head straight into your concert day. You set the stops and the pace, and nothing is locked in. To add a rooftop drink or skip a detour, just tell your driver. When the night ends, the chauffeur takes everyone back to the address you select.

What Happens If the Night Runs Longer Than You Planned?

You just keep the car. Every hour after your five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to negotiate, and extra hours are settled after the night, not on the spot. If the encore runs long or the group wants a late bite, just tell your driver.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply to an Hourly Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare when you book.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled once the day wraps up.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami Design District? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes Biscayne Boulevard south from the Design District, the most direct route downtown.

The drive runs through Edgewater, where condo towers line the bay, then past the Adrienne Arsht Center and the Arts and Entertainment District to the Downtown waterfront. The arena is right on the bay, next to Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park, and the last stretch is where concert traffic builds up. If the boulevard backs up, your driver may switch to I-95 and I-395 or take North Miami Avenue, depending on traffic that evening. You never have to create that call yourself. The chauffeur handles traffic while you finish getting ready or pick the playlist in the back seat. Because the car stays with you all night, there is no scramble after the show to get back to the Design District. The drive home is the same route in reverse, with the group still humming the last ballad.

How Long Is the Drive From Miami Design District to Downtown on a Concert Night?

The Design District is one of the closer neighborhoods to Downtown, so on a normal evening the drive is typically short. On a Saturday concert night, allow extra time for event traffic on Biscayne Boulevard and around the bayfront, especially in the last hour before the show starts.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District? 🏙️

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in the Miami Design District, agreed when you book.

That could be a hotel lobby, a private home in Midtown or the streets around the district, a salon where the group got ready, or the curb outside a favorite boutique after one last round of shopping. The district is compact and walkable, so numerous groups select one clear meeting point, such as the Palm Court or the restaurant where they are finishing an early dinner. The driver pulls up there at the agreed time. Send the exact spot on WhatsApp with a contact name for the night, so the chauffeur knows exactly where to go and who to ask for. Bringing signs, a gift for a friend, or anything bulky? Tell us in advance so we can plan space.

Can We Combine Dinner in Miami Design District and the Show in One Booking? 🍸

Yes. One hourly booking covers a pre-show dinner in the Design District and the concert.

Numerous groups start with an early table at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, a longtime neighborhood favorite for seasonal food, or in the garden courtyard at Mandolin Aegean Bistro on the district’s northern edge. Your driver drops everyone at the door, keeps the car close, and is back at the curb when the check comes. Nobody has to feed a parking meter or walk a dressed-up group through a garage. Book your table directly with the restaurant. We provide the car and the chauffeur, so you are free to select any restaurant you like. Keep dinner relaxed but not too long, because Saturday traffic toward the bay gets heavier as the evening goes on. A shared starter, a round of toasts for the birthday or the reunion, and dessert saved for later works well. The chauffeur keeps an eye on the time, and you can focus on your group.

What Else Is Worth Seeing in the Design District Before You Leave?

Leave some time to walk around. The Palm Court, with Buckminster Fuller’s Fly’s Eye Dome, is a natural spot for a group photo. The Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami is a short walk away, and there is public art in courtyards across the district. Your chauffeur can wait nearby and pick everyone up wherever the walk ends.

Can Friends Joining From Wynwood or Edgewater Ride in the Same Booking? 🌆

Yes. One booking can pick up friends at several addresses on the way to the concert.

Wynwood is right next to the Design District, and Edgewater is on the route south. A cousin finishing work near the murals or a friend in a bayside condo is a simple stop on the way. Send every address when you book, and the driver plans the order so the whole group ends up in one vehicle and arrives together, not in separate cars. It also answers the question that divides so numerous concert groups at the end of the night: who gets everyone home. The same vehicle takes each person back to their own door afterward, in whatever order works top. For a large group of friends, select a bigger vehicle so nobody has to follow in a second car. Extra stops just utilize time from your booked hours, and the chauffeur keeps things on schedule so the group still arrives with time to spare.

Can You Add a Late Stop in Wynwood After the Show?

Yes. If the group wants a nightcap after the last song, the driver can head back up to Wynwood’s bars and restaurants and wait outside while you celebrate. Then everyone gets dropped at their own door. Your booked hours keep counting down, so check the time before ordering one more round.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District for Kany Garcia? 🎤

Leave the Design District with plenty of time before the 7:00 PM start.

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, the arena will be full of fans who know every lyric, and the streets around Biscayne Boulevard and the bayfront get hectic well before a large concert starts. Arriving early gives you time to buy merch, locate your seats, and settle in before the first song instead of rushing through security. Check the Kany Garcia event page for the venue’s latest entry details, then tell us your ideal arrival time when you book. Your chauffeur plans back from that time, allowing for dinner, any friends to pick up, and the evening’s traffic. Locals know to leave a little earlier than seems necessary. You can consistently enjoy the bayfront breeze outside the arena, but you can’t get the opening songs back. Once the car is moving, all that’s left is warming up your voice.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur drops you as close to the venue as event-night access allows, typically along Biscayne Boulevard. Street closures and traffic control change from event to event, so your driver adjusts on the night to keep the walk to the entrance short for everyone in the group.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the show is what the hourly booking is for. While you are inside, your chauffeur waits nearby with the vehicle and can be reached on WhatsApp the whole time. If anyone needs to leave early, one message is enough to have the car ready.

How Do You Find Your Driver After the Concert Ends?

Before you go in, agree on a pickup spot with your chauffeur, ideally an easy-to-recognize corner a short walk from the crowd. When the last song ends, send a WhatsApp message as you walk out. The driver brings the car to that spot as quickly as post-show traffic allows, then takes everyone home.

Does the Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside those hours have a surcharge. The amount depends on your vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For SUV groups, the surcharge is a fixed amount per journey. For Sprinter groups, it is a percentage of the journey value, as shown above. We list it next to your vehicle and hours when we confirm the booking on WhatsApp, so you see the full cost before you pay. Nothing about the service changes after dark: you keep the same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same care until the last drop-off.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

We offer four private vehicle options, from a date night to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: Seats up to 5 passengers. A good fit for couples, a few friends, or a small family.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for a birthday group or two families sharing the night.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a large group of friends arrives together in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: Seats up to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

If you’re unsure, select the bigger vehicle, particularly when the group is dressed up and carrying jackets or gifts. A little extra room keeps outfits fresh for the arena. Tell us how many people are coming when you book, including children, and we’ll match the vehicle to your group.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Reserve Your Chauffeur? 🍾

  • The hourly service runs every day of the week, around the clock.
  • One reservation keeps one vehicle and one chauffeur with your group the whole time.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are already covered by the hourly rate.
  • Your driver waits between every stop, so you never need to book another ride.
  • Your group sets the stops, and the plan can change on the night.
  • Onboard WiFi is available through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One short comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to Kany Garcia? 🎊

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur is a fully private way to get to the concert and back.

Every vehicle carries only your group, whether that is two people in an SUV or a large group of friends in a private Sprinter van, and it never picks up anyone else. If you are looking for a private van or a group ride to the show, the Sprinter is exactly that, with your own chauffeur instead of a fixed schedule. The October 3 audience spans generations, from friends who grew up on her early albums to couples and mothers bringing their grown daughters. A private vehicle works for all of them. The car becomes part of the evening: a place to practice the choruses on the way in and a quiet space to relive the ballads on the way out.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Miami Beach, Brickell, and the Rest of the City?

Yes. The hourly service covers the Miami area: Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It is an on-call local service, so it does not go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can a Pet Come Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Can a Booking for Within the Next 24 Hours Be Moved?

When you book service for within the next 24 hours, that date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we cannot guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready for October 3? Send us your group size, a rough start time, your Design District pickup address, and the stops you want over WhatsApp. We’ll confirm your vehicle and chauffeur for the night of Kany Garcia’s concert.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
