Transfer from Miami Design District to Monster Jam at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Design District to Monster Jam on Saturday, January 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same chauffeur gets you to the ballpark before the 5:00 PM start, stays close through the show and drives everyone home. Your rate is locked when you book and never surges.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From the Design District Cost? 📋

Every rate below is per vehicle, with a 5-hour minimum on each booking.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat. A couple and a full family pay the same for the same tier. A larger party that shares one Sprinter arrives together and leaves together. On a Saturday at the show, most groups split their hours into three parts: a relaxed pickup and early dinner in the Design District, the drive across town and the show, and the ride home once the stands empty. For most families, all of that fits into a single booking. Because the rate stays the same all night, you can work out the full total from your planned hours before anyone leaves the house.

Key Facts to Know Before Your Show-Night Ride 🚙

  • Every vehicle comes with its own chauffeur, and nothing is ever self-drive.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, the route, and the pace of the day.
  • Rides are always private and never shared with other passengers.
  • Service runs every day, from early morning through late evening.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving the Design District? 🚐

We have four private tiers, from one family up to several households traveling together.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the natural choice for one family with a grandparent along.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room for two families riding together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, larger layout: seats 10 to 14 passengers, for a birthday crew, a youth sports team or several households.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose a size for comfort, not just headcount. Young fans usually arrive wired and leave worn out, so it helps to leave a little spare room for sleepy kids on the ride home. If your group is right at the top of a tier, moving up one size keeps everyone in one vehicle instead of splitting across two. Tell us the children’s ages when you book so the seating is ready before pickup.

Which Tier Works When Two Families Share the Night?

A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is usually the right choice when two households go to the show together. Everyone rides in one vehicle, the kids sit side by side trading predictions about the freestyle round, and the parents don’t have to coordinate two cars through show-night traffic. For a smaller pair of families who want something more upscale, the Platinum SUV is worth a look.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover on Show Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

This matters on a stadium night. Parking near a big show is one of the costs families dread most, and here it’s already covered by the rate. Onboard WiFi comes from a mobile hotspot, so kids can watch truck highlight videos on the drive over while parents pull up digital tickets without hunting for a signal. Apart from the hours themselves, only two extra charges can apply. The first is the night surcharge for any trip outside daytime hours. The exact figures are in their own section further down this page.

Can We Make a Quick Stop on the Way to the Show?

Yes. One short comfort stop for a restroom, a snack or a stretch is easy to fit in during your booking. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change your flat rate. With young fans aboard, that could be a last bathroom break before the stands or a quick snack so nobody runs out of energy before the first race.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami Design District to Monster Jam? 🏟️

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from the Design District to the show and back.

Monster Jam returns to loanDepot park, the Miami Marlins’ ballpark on the edge of Little Havana, on Saturday, January 30, 2027. The show starts at 5:00 PM. For one night the baseball diamond disappears under a dirt track. Huge custom trucks compete in racing, two-wheel skills and freestyle rounds that count toward the Stadium Championship Series East title. The crowd is mostly families: parents and grandparents with young fans in team shirts, homemade signs and toy trucks. Some families search for a private shuttle to the ballpark, but what they really want is a ride that stays with them all evening. That’s what we supply: a private SUV or private van reserved only for your group, with no strangers aboard. The kids can talk about their favorite trucks all the way there, and the adults don’t have to plan anything beyond the tickets.

Which Trucks Could You See, Like Grave Digger?

The promoter sets the lineup for each tour stop, but the series is famous for trucks like Grave Digger, Megalodon, Sparkle Smash and JCB DIGatron. Check the official event listing closer to the date for the confirmed roster. Then let the kids plan who they’ll cheer for on the ride over, with matching shirts and signs ready for the stands.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Design District on Show Night? 🌆

Leave the Design District well before the 5:00 PM start so you can walk in without rushing.

The drive across town is usually short on a normal afternoon. On show night, allow plenty of extra time, because traffic builds on the roads to the ballpark as the crowd arrives from every direction. A Saturday start also overlaps with weekend traffic heading toward Downtown and the beaches. Arriving early pays off with young fans. There’s time for restrooms, a lap past the merchandise stands and settling into your seats before the first engines start, instead of rushing in as the opening race begins. When you book, your chauffeur plans the pickup time with you, working back from the start time, your dinner plans and how long your group needs to obtain out the door. If anyone is running behind, a quick WhatsApp message lets the driver adjust. At the end of the night, the same driver is ready as soon as you are, so the trip home is as easy as the trip there.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

Your chauffeur takes the group as close to the venue as event-day access allows and lets everyone out at the drop-off point nearest your entrance. You don’t circle for a space or walk in from the far corner of a lot. The kids hop out, you head inside together, and the driver takes care of the vehicle.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole show, so the car is yours all evening. When the last freestyle run ends, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the pickup point you agreed on. The same driver takes everyone home while much of the crowd is still walking back to their cars.

Where Can You Eat in the Design District Before the Trucks Roll? 🍸

Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink is a longtime Design District favorite for an early family dinner.

Its relaxed dining room and seasonal menu work for hungry kids and parents alike. Palm Court is a short walk away, and the Buckminster Fuller Fly’s Eye Dome there makes a excellent backdrop for a photo in matching truck shirts. Just north of the district, Mandolin Aegean Bistro has garden seating that suits a larger group. Wynwood is right next door if the family would rather eat somewhere casual among the murals. Wherever you choose, the chauffeur drops you at the door and keeps the car close while you eat. Then everyone heads toward the show without searching for parking on the district’s busy streets. We don’t reserve tables, so book your own dinner and tell us the time, and we’ll plan the evening around it. Allow enough time at the table that nobody has to rush dessert before the drive.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One booking covers the pickup, dinner, the show and the ride home, because the hours belong to your group rather than to one trip. Tell us your reservation time when you book. We’ll set a pickup early enough that you can eat without watching the clock and still reach your seats before the opening race.

Can We Add a Little Havana Stop After the Show?

Yes, if your hours allow. Little Havana surrounds the ballpark, so a late bite or a walk past its cafés and colorful murals is easy to add on the way out. Wynwood is next to the Design District if you want one last photo on the ride home. The driver changes the route for you, and you don’t need to rebook anything.

What Is Monster Jam Like for Families With Young Kids? 🎊

It’s a loud, high-energy monster truck competition built around families and young fans.

Kids watch trucks the size of small houses fly over dirt ramps, balance on two wheels and tear through freestyle runs while the crowd cheers for its favorites and waves homemade signs. Parents and grandparents fill the stands with them, and more and more girls are cheering alongside the boys. A private chauffeur changes the evening for the adults too. Nobody has to drive home tired after a long, loud night. The youngest can fall asleep before you’ve left the neighborhood. There’s room aboard for the signs, merch bags and souvenir trucks fans carry home, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. For grandparents, skipping the long walk from a parking lot makes the night much easier, and they obtain to enjoy the show instead of worrying about how to obtain home.

Is the Show Too Loud for Little Kids?

Monster trucks are genuinely loud inside a stadium, and many parents bring ear protection for young children. Pack ear defenders in your bag before pickup so they’re ready at the entrance. It also helps to choose seats with an easy exit in case a toddler needs a quiet break during the show. A snug pair of ear defenders can be the difference between a thrilled kid and an overwhelmed one.

How Does Payment Work? 🕴️

Paying is simple: the full fare, paid when you book, holds your date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: There’s a five-hour minimum, and you can keep the car as long as you like. Every hour after the first five is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and it’s settled after the day.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After the Show Ends? 🎆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM have no surcharge.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Whether it applies to you depends on how long the show runs and what the family adds afterward. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. You may decide on the night to stay for every last freestyle run and then stop for dessert on the way home. If so, the same fixed terms above apply, and there’s nothing to negotiate at the curb.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the evening however you like.

Start by choosing the tier that seats your group, then send us the details on WhatsApp. We confirm the vehicle, send the payment link, and your date is booked. On the day, your chauffeur arrives at the agreed spot and your hours begin. Every booking covers at least five hours. The car and driver are yours for the whole time and wait between stops, so you never have to request another ride. If the night runs long, keep the car. Every extra hour after the first five is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. You can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer as the evening goes on. Families often use the flexibility for small things: going back for a forgotten jacket, stopping for an ice cream treat, or taking a tired toddler home early.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Design District?

The driver can pick up at any address in Miami Design District, such as a hotel lobby, a residence or the restaurant where you’re having dinner. We can also pick up anywhere else in Miami: a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport or a home. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.

What If Plans Change Within 24 Hours of the Show?

When a ride is within the next 24 hours and its day and time are agreed, that slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. At such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Show Night? 🥂

We give you a premium service built around one family, one vehicle and one chauffeur.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone and arrives clean, cool and ready, whether it’s the Black SUV XL or a Sprinter for the whole crew. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book, with no surge, so a packed Saturday crowd never changes what you pay. The same bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking, gets to know your group’s names and pace, and stays through the event instead of leaving after the drop-off. You message that driver directly on WhatsApp rather than going through a call center or an app queue. A last-minute change of plan is just a quick text. For parents juggling kids, snacks and tickets, it makes for a better experience from the first pickup in the Design District to the last goodnight at home.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Miami Design District? 🏙️

The usual route is I-195 west, then I-95 south, then the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) west. From the expressway, the driver takes local streets to the ballpark near Little Havana. When the highways back up on a busy Saturday, your chauffeur can switch to surface streets, heading south along NW 17th Avenue through Allapattah.

Choosing between those routes on the spot is exactly what a local driver is for. The family talks and snacks in the back while the chauffeur checks live traffic and picks the clearer road. Nobody in your group has to study a map, merge through stadium traffic while the kids ask if you’re there yet, or watch for exit signs. The ride home works the same way when the expressway ramps near the ballpark fill with fans leaving the show.

Which Miami Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover?

This hourly service stays local and on call around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t take it out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your driver is never far away.

Can We Bring the Family Dog Along?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If Our Tickets Include the Pre-Show Pit Party?

Tell us when you book, and we’ll set an earlier pickup so you reach the ballpark with plenty of time. Pit Party access and times come from your tickets, not from us, so check the promoter’s details. The extra early time is simply part of your booked hours, and the kids get more time to see their favorite trucks up close.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

Ready to Reserve Your Design District Pickup for Show Night? 🎤

To reserve, send us your group details on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm everything else.

Feature your headcount, the Design District address for pickup, any dinner reservation, and any stops you’d like before or after the show. We’ll reply with the right tier for your group, a clear total for the hours you have in mind, and a secure payment link for the full fare. Once the full fare is paid, your date is booked and the vehicle is held for your family. Put any questions about a pet or something big you plan to bring in the same thread, and you’ll obtain answers from real people who know the city. Getting in touch early gives you the widest choice of vehicles and pickup times for a Saturday that plenty of Miami families have marked on the calendar. Then all that’s left is deciding which truck to cheer for when the engines start.

💵 Can I pay in cash on arrival?

No. The full fare is paid in advance by card or Apple Pay, through the secure checkout on the site or a Stripe payment link we send on WhatsApp; online payments carry a 4% processing fee.

🚗 Do you only offer airport pickup?

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
