Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Dallas Mavericks at Miami Heat at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Dallas Mavericks at Miami Heat at Kaseya Center on Monday, October 26, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:30 PM. Your bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Hollywood Beach and stays with your group all evening, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach Cost Per Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your price depends only on the vehicle you select and how many hours you keep it. A couple or a family heading down from the beach fits comfortably in the Black SUV XL. A crew of coworkers or a birthday group can move up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, so everyone rides together and walks in at the same time. The Platinum SUV tier suits guests who desire a more polished cabin for a client evening or a unique occasion. The car is held for your whole block, so the same hourly figure covers the ride south from Hollywood Beach, the hours you spend watching the game, and the trip home afterward. Nothing resets between stops. Pick the tier and set your start time, and the evening is priced before you leave home.

What Is the Heat vs. Mavericks Game Night Like for Hollywood Beach Fans? 🌆

Dallas Mavericks at Miami Heat tips off Monday, October 26, 2026, at 7:30 PM. It is an NBA regular-season night in Downtown Miami, and the energy builds well before the opening jump ball.

Anticipate a crowd in black, red, and yellow, plenty of white Heat jerseys, and a pocket of royal blue and silver from visiting Mavericks supporters. You will see families with kids, couples on a date night, groups of friends, and companies hosting clients. A huge Hispanic fan community gives the building an unmistakably Miami sound. Dress runs to jerseys, caps, and sneakers rather than formalwear. For a Hollywood Beach group, the real challenge is a weeknight drive south, a packed downtown, and a late finish before a workday. Follow the official Dallas Mavericks at Miami Heat event page for arena updates, then leave every mile between the beach and the bay to your chauffeur.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Beach Before Leaving for the Game?

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is the classic pre-game move. It is a paved oceanfront promenade lined with casual cafés and seafood spots, where a group can eat early with the Atlantic in view. Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort sits right on the Broadwalk with several restaurants under one roof. For a quieter sit-down meal just inland, try the dining rooms around Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard in Downtown Hollywood. These are ideas for your hours, and the reservations are yours to make. Your chauffeur picks everyone up at the restaurant door once the check is paid.

Is There Time for a Stop in Downtown Miami Before Tip-Off?

Yes, if you leave Hollywood Beach early enough. Bayside Marketplace sits along the bay right beside the arena, and its waterfront restaurants and bars fill with jerseys before tip-off. Brickell, just south of downtown, offers rooftop lounges and steakhouses for a more polished dinner. One car stays with you all evening, so dinner in Brickell and the short hop to the arena feel like one easy trip.

Which Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Hollywood Beach to Downtown Miami? 🚙

Most chauffeurs head inland to I-95 and ride it south into Downtown Miami.

From a Broadwalk hotel or a condo along A1A, the driver typically crosses the Intracoastal on Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street to reach the interstate. From there it follows I-95 past North Miami toward the downtown exits by the bay. When the highway backs up, Biscayne Boulevard is the natural alternate, running south through Aventura and the Upper East Side straight into the arena district. A1A along the coast is scenic but slow through the beach towns, so it rarely wins on a game night. On a quiet evening the drive typically takes between half an hour and an hour. A Monday game overlaps the tail of the weekday commute, though, so allow extra time. Your driver checks live traffic before leaving and picks the faster route on the day, so nobody in the back seat has to think about exits or lanes.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for a 7:30 PM Tip-Off?

Plan to leave Hollywood Beach in the late afternoon if you want dinner downtown, or in the early evening if your group eats at the beach first. Arriving ahead of the crowd leaves time to clear security, find your seats, and catch warmups before tip-off. Your hours begin whenever you choose, so an earlier start simply moves the block rather than changing the rate.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows.

Kaseya Center stands along Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace. Before a 7:30 PM tip-off, the surrounding blocks fill with traffic, police-directed lanes, and crowds on foot. Timing is how you beat it. Leave Hollywood Beach with room to spare and you reach the curb before the heaviest wave, while fans driving themselves are still circling for a garage space. You step out near the entrance, walk in together, and never deal with a parking ticket or a garage line. Groups coming from a Brickell or Bayside dinner have it even easier: the final leg is short, and the driver already knows which drop-off point is moving best that night. Tell your driver about anyone who needs a shorter walk, and they will aim for the nearest workable curb.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game at Kaseya Center?

Yes, and waiting is exactly what an hourly booking is for. The block belongs to your group alone, so the vehicle stays nearby for the whole game instead of leaving for another job. Before heading inside, agree on a pickup point with your driver and keep the WhatsApp thread handy so you can reach each other the moment you need the car.

How Does Pickup Work When the Final Buzzer Sounds?

When you start walking out, one message brings the car to the agreed spot, and the ride north begins while garage exits are still backed up. Groups not ready to call it a night can swing through Brickell or Wynwood for a late bite before heading back to Hollywood Beach, all in the same vehicle with the same driver.

Which Key Facts Should Hollywood Beach Riders Know Before Booking? 🏝️

  • Bookings run every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Your group sets the stops, the pace, and the order of the night.
  • One quick comfort stop mid-booking never changes the hourly rate.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.
  • Every vehicle comes with its chauffeur; nothing is ever self-drive.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Heat Game? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, not a single ride.

First, select the tier that seats your whole group. Then share your start time and a rough plan, such as dinner on the Broadwalk, a drink near the bay, the game, and a late bite on the way home. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time, and from that moment the car is yours, whether you are riding, eating, or watching the fourth quarter. Once the opening five-hour block is used, every extra hour is merely added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more stop, you just keep the car. Those extra hours are totaled and settled after the day, never at the curb at midnight. The rhythm is simple: book the block, savor the night, and extend it whenever the evening runs long.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach?

Pickup can be any address in Hollywood Beach you choose: the lobby of a Broadwalk resort, a condo tower along A1A, a vacation rental near Hollywood Boulevard, or the restaurant where your group just ate. The same goes for anywhere in Miami, including a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal, where a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. The pickup spot is agreed at booking, so your driver is waiting at the right door.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Game-Night Booking? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

That matters on an arena night, because downtown parking is the cost fans dread most, and here it never reaches your bill. Tolls on the way down and back are covered too, so the driver can take whichever road is moving fastest without anyone keeping track of receipts. There is room for what fans actually carry, like signs, jerseys, and a haul of merch; if you are bringing something large, just tell us in advance. The only other charges are extra hours you select to add past your block and the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours. Both are laid out plainly on this page.

How Many Fans Fit in One Vehicle From Hollywood Beach? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full office outing.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the easy pick for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): seats 6 to 9 passengers in a private van that keeps a mid-size crew together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): seats 10 to 14 passengers, built for team outings, office groups, and big families.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

If your group is right at the limit of a tier, size up so nobody rides home cramped after a late game. Mavericks fans traveling together and Heat regulars bringing friends can land in a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV suits a client night where the cabin matters as much as the ride.

What Payment Methods Work for a Hollywood Beach Chauffeur Booking? 🕴️

You pay the full fare when you reserve.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid when you book, locks in your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Can You Change a Game-Night Booking Inside the Final 24 Hours?

Inside the final 24 hours before your ride, your date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. On that short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, so the evening goes ahead exactly as agreed. You can still add time, though: on game day you can keep adding hours to your booking whenever the night runs long.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Monday Night Heat Game? 🍾

Your group gets a private vehicle reserved only for you, all evening long.

That is upscale service in the plainest sense: nobody else rides with you, and nobody else’s schedule affects yours. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book, with no surge when the arena empties and no fare that climbs with the traffic. One bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays with the group for the whole block. The welcoming face who greeted you in Hollywood Beach is the same one waiting after the game. You can message your driver directly on WhatsApp to add a Brickell stop or push the pickup back while you finish a postgame drink. The result is a better experience on a work night: nobody has to be the designated driver, nobody hunts for parking downtown, and everyone rides home talking about the game instead of the drive.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After a 7:30 PM Tip-Off? 🎆

Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For Sprinter bookings, the surcharge is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Arena nights run late by nature, so we flag the charge here rather than let it surprise you later. Your WhatsApp confirmation spells out the full cost of the evening before you leave Hollywood Beach.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Around Miami? 🏙️

This hourly service stays local, built around Miami and its close neighbors.

Hollywood Beach is well within that region, so a game-night booking from the Broadwalk is easy to arrange. During your block, the chauffeur can take you anywhere in Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus neighboring communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local keeps the service on call and unhurried. The driver never has a long highway run to create, so there is room to linger over dinner or add a late stop. We don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It is built for the city, where having a car wait for you makes the biggest difference. For a Heat night, that covers Hollywood Beach, the arena, and every dinner or late-night stop in between.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood Beach to the Mavericks-Heat Game? 🎤

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes you there and back from Hollywood Beach.

There is no need to piece together separate rides or to park your own car downtown. You book one vehicle for the evening, the driver picks you up at the beach, and the same car brings everyone home after the game. If you are searching for a private shuttle or a car service for the Heat game, this is the answer: a private SUV or private van with your own chauffeur, reserved for your group alone. Mavericks fans in town for the trip, local Heat regulars, and families on a school-night outing can all book the same way. It works for a quick game-and-home evening or a longer night with dinner beforehand and drinks afterward. The answers below cover what Hollywood Beach riders ask about most.

Can Visiting Mavericks Fans Book a Driver From a Hollywood Beach Hotel?

Yes. Mavericks supporters staying at a Hollywood Beach hotel book the same way locals do, over WhatsApp, and the chauffeur meets the group in the lobby at the agreed time. If it is your first trip to South Florida, the driver can suggest an easy pre-game plan, from an oceanfront dinner on the Broadwalk to a drink at Bayside Marketplace.

Can a Group Split Pickups Between Two Hollywood Beach Addresses?

Yes. Because you set the stops, the driver can pick up half the group at a Broadwalk hotel and the rest at a home off Hollywood Boulevard before heading south together. List both addresses when you book so the start time allows for the extra pickup. Everyone still arrives downtown in the same vehicle.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Hollywood Beach?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
