Transfer from Coral Gables to 2027 CFP Semifinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to the 2027 CFP Semifinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl at Hard Rock Stadium on Thursday, January 14, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The rate is locked when you book, and one premium vehicle and driver stay with you from the Coral Gables pickup to the ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coral Gables to the Orange Bowl Cost? 📋

Hourly pricing is set by group size and vehicle tier, and every choice below is private to your party.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking starts with a block of five hours, so plan that block around the whole evening: the Coral Gables pickup, any pregame stop, the drive north, the game itself, and the trip home. Each rate is charged per vehicle rather than per person, which means a full group splits one hourly figure between everyone aboard. A family and a car full of college friends pay the same for the same SUV, and a larger crew in the bigger Sprinter shares one rate across every seat.

Which Payment Methods Hold Your Game-Day Booking? 🕴️

Payment is simple: the full fare, paid at booking, secures your date early.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings carry a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and it’s settled after the day.

Does a Night Kickoff Add a Surcharge to the Hourly Rate? 🌆

Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carries no surcharge; trips outside those hours add the amounts below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. SUV bookings add one fixed amount per trip, while Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, exactly as listed. Nothing else about the booking shifts: the same vehicle, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly structure carry through from an afternoon pickup to a late return. When you share your timeline on WhatsApp, we flag whether the surcharge applies before you pay, so you know the full cost up front.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Crew Leaving Coral Gables? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a couple to a full alumni crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples, friends, and small families.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger circle of friends rides together in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished ride for a premium game night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

There is room aboard for what fans usually carry, like a cooler, team signs, or a bag of merch. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle. If your group is right at the limit of a tier, moving up keeps everyone comfortable on the late ride home, when a full day of cheering catches up with people.

Why Do Coral Gables Fans Book a Dedicated Chauffeur for Bowl Night? 🥂

A private vehicle reserved only for your group turns a playoff night into a genuinely premium service.

Your hourly rate is fixed the moment you book and never climbs with surge pricing, even on one of the busiest nights of the college football season. The same bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, handles the entire block, so one person knows your plans, your stops, and where everyone needs to be. Nobody in the group has to be the designated driver, and nobody ends the night on a curb wondering how to get home after the final whistle. You also message your driver directly on WhatsApp, which helps when the whole crowd is moving at once and phones are the only way to locate each other. The result is a better experience from start to finish: a clean premium vehicle, a calm ride through heavy traffic, and a chauffeur focused on one group all night: yours.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then decide how to use them.

Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount, then message us on WhatsApp with your plan for the day. The booking covers a five-hour block, and the car and driver are yours for all of it. There are no hand-offs, no second vehicle, and nothing to re-book between stops. Want a pregame dinner, a detour to collect a friend, or a quick stop for team gear? Just tell your driver, because the itinerary is never locked. Game nights rarely end on schedule, and that is where booking by the hour pays off: after the first five-hour block, every additional hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is nothing to renegotiate. If the game runs long or the group wants a late bite in Coral Gables afterward, you keep the car as long as you need.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables?

Your driver picks up at any address in Coral Gables, whether that’s a hotel lobby on Ponce de Leon Boulevard, a home on one of the city’s banyan-shaded residential streets, or an office in the Gables business district. The pickup can also be anywhere else in Miami. That includes a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game, the Miami International Airport arrivals curb, or a friend’s place across town. We agree on the exact spot when you book.

Which Service Details Should You Know Before Reserving? 🎊

  • Every booking reserves at least five hours of chauffeur time.
  • Service is available every day, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi is available through a mobile hotspot during the ride.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Every vehicle comes with a chauffeur; self-drive rental is never part of the service.

What Is the 2027 CFP Semifinal at the Capital One Orange Bowl? 🏟️

The game is a College Football Playoff semifinal played at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens on Thursday, January 14, 2027.

The winner moves on toward the national championship. That gives the night the weight of a true playoff game, played under one of the most storied names in college bowl history. The two teams have not been decided yet, so the colors in the stands are still unknown, but expect jerseys, caps, and plenty of school spirit either way. The crowd mixes traveling alumni and students with families, and local fans who simply love big-game football. The day builds from the afternoon, with the official Fan Fest, bands, food, and tailgating ahead of a night kickoff. The Orange Bowl calendar also includes the AvMed Orange Bowl Beach Run, the AutoNation Orange Bowl Golf Classic, and the Orange Bowl Cheer Championships. The same hourly booking can take your group to any of them.

Does the Ride Work for Champions Club and Premium Experiences Ticket Holders?

Yes. The ride works the same whatever seat your group holds, from General Tickets to Premium Experiences, Corporate Hospitality packages, or the Champions Club. Tickets and hospitality access come through the Orange Bowl and its official ticketing channels, not through us. Our part is the private vehicle and chauffeur that bring everyone to the game and back to Coral Gables.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Stadium From Coral Gables on Game Day? 🏟️

Your chauffeur drives north from Coral Gables, typically on the Palmetto Expressway toward Miami Gardens.

The driver usually leaves the Gables by way of Bird Road or LeJeune Road and joins the Palmetto Expressway heading north. I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike serve as alternates when traffic calls for it. The driver picks the route on the spot from live traffic rather than a fixed plan, which matters on a night when a full playoff crowd heads for one venue. On an ordinary day the drive typically takes under an hour; on game day, permit noticeably more. This semifinal also falls on a Thursday, so the afternoon commute out of Coral Gables and Downtown Miami adds to the football traffic. None of that is your problem in the back seat. The group can talk matchups, trade predictions, and arrive rested instead of worn out from driving. The three questions below cover when to leave, where the car stops, and how the ride home works.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the Orange Bowl Semifinal?

Plan to leave Coral Gables in the afternoon, and earlier still if Fan Fest or tailgating is on your list. Because this is a weeknight game, leaving before the evening commute peaks keeps the drive smooth. Share your ticket plans and group size, and your chauffeur will suggest a departure time that fits the whole crew.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

Your driver brings the group as close to the entrance as game-day access allows, following the traffic plan in place that night. Before you step out, you agree on a meeting spot for after the game. Your driver stays reachable on WhatsApp, so finding each other in a big crowd is easy.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Whole Game on Semifinal Night?

Yes. Your driver stays with the vehicle for the entire game, because the car is reserved for your group for the whole booking. You don’t need to leave early to beat the crowd. Stay for the postgame celebration, walk to the agreed meeting spot, and head back to Coral Gables together in the same car that brought you.

Where Can You Eat in Coral Gables Before Heading to the Game? 🍸

Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza make the easiest pregame dinner plan in Coral Gables.

Both are lined with restaurants and cafés where a group can settle in for an early meal. Your chauffeur drops everyone at the curb and waits nearby, so nobody circles the block looking for parking. For a meeting point before dinner, the Shops at Merrick Park work well, and the grand lobby of The Biltmore Hotel makes a memorable backdrop for a team photo. If the crew wants a change of scene, Coconut Grove is right next door, and a Cuban coffee stop in Little Havana along SW 8th Street fits naturally on the way to the expressway. Tell your driver the order you prefer; the car loops between stops and waits wherever you are. You arrange your own reservations and tables, but every ride between them is covered, from the first stop in the Gables to the moment the group heads north for kickoff.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🍾

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, and every minute of waiting time.

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included too, so the drive north, any toll roads on the route, and parking the vehicle during the game never become separate charges. Waiting is billed exactly like driving: an hour parked during the third quarter costs the same as an hour on the expressway. A few charges can apply on top, and each one is listed here. The night surcharge, covered earlier, applies to trips outside daytime hours, which is worth planning for on a night game. Tickets, food, and drinks at the venue are separate, since the booking covers the car and chauffeur, not admission.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to the Orange Bowl Semifinal? 🎤

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to the semifinal and back.

For a playoff night, booking by the hour is the simplest way to go. One reserved vehicle handles both the trip north and the trip home, so the ride back is settled before you leave the house. Fans searching for a private shuttle to the Orange Bowl usually want exactly this for a group, and our answer is a private van: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved only for your party and never shared with anyone else. If you want a limo-style arrival, the Platinum SUV gives you that polished feel without a stretch vehicle. Whatever the tier, nobody else’s schedule touches yours, there is no fixed departure time to catch, and you never have to locate a ride at the end of the night. The answers below cover the practical details: larger groups, the service area, pets, and short-notice bookings.

Can Alumni Groups Book a Private Van From Coral Gables for Game Day?

Yes. Everyone rides together from one Coral Gables meeting point, arrives as a group, and leaves as a group, so a big party doesn’t get split up in the crowd. Send your headcount and pickup plan on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local and on call around Miami: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, which keeps every booking unhurried and close to the city.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Your Booking?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. A game night keeps the vehicle waiting for hours, so mention it early, along with your group size and pickup address.

What Happens If You Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Game?

A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time run exactly as agreed, and we can’t guarantee a date change or refund on that short notice. You can still add more hours on the day at any time.

Ready to Reserve Your Game-Day Chauffeur From Coral Gables? 🎆

Reserving early secures your vehicle tier and chauffeur for Thursday, January 14, 2027.

Here is how one reserved chauffeur compares with piecing the night together ride by ride.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

To book, message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, your Coral Gables pickup address, a rough departure time, and any pregame stops. We confirm the vehicle, suggest how many hours to plan for, and send the payment link, and your ride to the Orange Bowl semifinal is set.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

🎉 Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
