Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks at Kaseya Center on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is 7:00 PM, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with your group from the Hollywood pickup to the ride home, with the rate locked at booking and no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Rates depend only on the vehicle, and every booking starts with a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Each figure is an hourly rate for the whole vehicle, not a fare per seat, so a bigger group splits one price instead of paying person by person. The hours cover the whole evening as one block: the drive south from Hollywood, the time your group spends inside watching the game, and the ride back north afterward. No leg of the trip is charged separately. Choose the tier by head count first, then by comfort. The Black SUV XL suits couples and small families, the Sprinters keep a larger group of friends together, and the Platinum SUV adds a more polished ride for a birthday or a big night out. The night surcharge and the few extras that can apply are covered further down, so you can see the full cost on this page before you confirm.

Quick Facts: What Should You Know Before a Hollywood Game Night? 🚙

  • Every booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the entire block.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available every day, around the clock, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on a Heat Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking for the vehicle are built into the hourly rate.

That covers the real running costs of an evening between Hollywood and Downtown Miami: fuel both ways, any toll lanes your chauffeur takes to keep the group moving, and parking for the vehicle. None of it is added to your bill at the end of the night. Only a few extras can apply, and each one is explained in advance. A trip outside daytime hours carries the night surcharge explained below after the first has an extra fee that we confirm when you book. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. There is room for what fans usually bring, like signs, jerseys, and a bag of merch from the game. If you plan to bring something big, just tell us ahead of time.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for Game Day? 🕴️

You pick a vehicle, reserve a block of hours, and set the evening’s plan.

Start with a WhatsApp message listing your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you want: a dinner spot, a friend to collect on the way, the arena, a nightcap afterward. Your driver can pick you up at any address in Hollywood. The service covers all of Miami, so a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home works just as well. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. From then on, the same chauffeur and vehicle stay with your group for the full block. You decide the order of stops and the pace, and the plan can change at any time. Add a stop, drop one, or linger over dessert, and the driver adjusts.

Can You Keep the Car Longer Than Five Hours?

Yes. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle, and the fare is never renegotiated. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late bite in Brickell, just tell the driver and keep going. You settle the added hours after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp, not on the spot.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After a 7:00 PM Tip-Off? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Trips outside that window carry a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is one set amount per trip. For a Sprinter it is a percentage of the trip value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Traffic, weather, and the size of the crowd leaving the arena do not change it. Daytime hours cover the part of your booking before 6:00 PM; everything later falls outside them.

How Many People Fit in a Private Sprinter or SUV From Hollywood? 🚐

We have four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from two fans to a group of fourteen.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, a good fit for couples, families, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, with room for the whole group to ride together and talk through the matchup.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, so a big birthday group, a fan club, or an extended family can all ride in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers, the most polished ride we offer. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These are examples of the vehicle class, not a specific model we promise.

Every tier is private, so the whole vehicle belongs to your group from the Hollywood pickup until the last drop-off. If your head count is right at the top of a tier, choose the larger vehicle. A couple who joins at the last minute fits effortlessly in a Sprinter but not in an SUV that is already full. The Platinum SUV suits a smaller party that wants a sharper arrival for a unique night Downtown.

What Makes Heat vs. Bucks on November 18, 2026 a Must-See Game? 🏟️

It is Milwaukee’s first trip to Miami since Giannis Antetokounmpo joined the Heat.

The Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks regular-season game tips off at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at Kaseya Center on the Downtown Miami bayfront, and ESPN is showing it nationally. The trade that brought Giannis south also sent Bobby Portis to Miami. Tyler Herro, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Kel’el Ware now play for Milwaukee, so both benches have familiar faces with something to prove. Bam Adebayo, Andrew Wiggins, and Davion Mitchell round out a Heat team coached by Erik Spoelstra, and the building should be loud from the opening introductions. Heat tickets have been some of the most sought-after in the league since the trade. That makes this a night to arrive early, settle in, and watch the warmups instead of circling Biscayne Boulevard looking for parking.

Who Fills the Arena on a Heat Home Game Night?

A Heat crowd looks like Miami itself. Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families sit next to a large Black fan base, Caribbean fans, and longtime regulars. Young professionals come straight from the office, parents bring kids in matching jerseys, and groups of friends treat a big game like this as a night out. That is why so many groups choose to ride together in one vehicle.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Hollywood on Game Night? 🌆

Your chauffeur drives the group south to Downtown Miami, drops you close to the arena, and waits.

The arena is on the bayfront along Biscayne Boulevard, next to Bayside Marketplace. On a weekday game night, Downtown fills up from two sides at once: commuters heading home and fans heading in. To beat the traffic before tip-off, leave Hollywood early enough and let the driver follow traffic in real time while your group relaxes in the back. Once you arrive, the evening comes down to three steps: the drop-off, the game, and the pickup. Your chauffeur handles each one, so nobody has to locate a garage, pay event-night parking prices, or walk blocks back to a car in the dark. The questions below cover the route, where you obtain out, and how you meet up after the game.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami?

Most trips run straight down I-95 south from Hollywood, using the express lanes when they are moving faster than the general lanes. When the interstate backs up on a Wednesday evening, Biscayne Boulevard (US-1) is a steady surface-street option that runs right past the arena. Your chauffeur chooses the route on the day based on live traffic, not habit.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

The driver brings you as close to the venue as access allows. That is usually along Biscayne Boulevard or the nearest open street, depending on how traffic is being directed that evening. Before you get out, your chauffeur agrees on a meeting point for after the game and shares it on WhatsApp, so everyone knows where to walk when the game ends.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the entire game, because the car is reserved for your group for the whole block. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message, walk to the agreed meeting point, and get in while other fans are still waiting to get out of the garages. If someone in the group wants to leave at halftime, the driver can come early.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Before Heading to the Game? 🍸

Hollywood has two easy areas for a pre-game dinner: the Broadwalk and Downtown Hollywood.

The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk runs along the ocean, lined with casual seafood spots, cafés, and patios that suit a relaxed early dinner by the beach. Inland, Hollywood Boulevard around Young Circle and ArtsPark has Latin, Italian, and gastropub-style restaurants within a few walkable blocks. It works well for a group that wants to linger over a drink before the drive. Just south, Gulfstream Park Village in Hallandale Beach has more restaurants and outdoor seating along US-1 on the way down. These are suggestions from a local driver, not reservations we make. Pick a spot and book your own table, and the same car will be ready at the curb when you’ve paid the check. Because you are booking by the hour, dinner is just part of the booking rather than a separate trip, and nobody has to look for parking twice in one night.

Can We Stop for Dinner in Downtown Miami Instead?

Yes. Some groups leave Hollywood a little earlier and eat near the arena instead. Bayside Marketplace is right next to it and has waterfront restaurants, so you can walk over after dinner. Brickell, just south of Downtown, has everything from steakhouses to rooftop lounges, and from there the driver takes you the short distance to the game in time for warmups.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover Beyond Hollywood? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering greater Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Hollywood sits well inside that area, between Fort Lauderdale to the north and Miami to the south, so a game-night booking from here is as easy as one from Brickell. Our chauffeurs regularly work Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus the neighboring communities to the north. We stay close to the city on purpose. It keeps the service on call and unhurried, and focused on the neighborhoods where people actually spend a game night. Far-off destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach are outside this hourly service. A Heat evening from Hollywood fits right in: dinner by the ocean, the drive to the arena, and a late loop through Downtown before heading home.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for a Heat Game From Hollywood? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes the whole game night one premium service, from start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the conversation, the music, and the post-game debate stay among friends. Your rate is a flat hourly price locked at booking. There is no surge on a packed night, and the fare doesn’t jump when Downtown is gridlocked. One dedicated chauffeur handles the whole evening and stays on call through all four quarters. They switch effortlessly between English and Spanish, which helps families and friend groups who speak both. You reach your driver directly on WhatsApp, so a new dinner plan or an early exit is one message away. All of this makes for a better experience than dealing with a car, a garage, and a designated driver. Everyone rides together, everyone enjoys the game, and the same familiar face is ready at the end of the night.

How Does Payment Work for Your Booking? 📋

Payment for your game night comes down to three simple points.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare is paid at booking and locks in your date.
  • Hours: there is a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

Is There a Private Ride From Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks? 🎊

Yes. A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to the game and back.

Many Heat fans live or stay in Hollywood, and a Wednesday-night game Downtown is a lot for whoever ends up driving. There is weekday traffic on the way in, event parking once you obtain there, and a late drive north after a long, loud evening. Booking a chauffeur by the hour takes care of all of that and keeps the group in one vehicle from the first pickup to the last drop-off. It works for couples on a date night, families bringing kids to see Giannis in a Heat jersey, friends who flew into Fort Lauderdale for the week, and coworkers celebrating a win of their own. The answers below cover what Hollywood riders most often ask before a game like this: timing, pickup, short-notice bookings, and using the same service for other nights at the arena.

How Early Should We Leave Hollywood for the Heat vs. Bucks Game?

Plan to leave Hollywood by late afternoon so you are in your seats well before the 7:00 PM tip-off. Weekday traffic toward Downtown can make the drive take much longer than usual, so allow plenty of extra time. That matters more for this game, because the pre-game introductions will be worth seeing. If you add a dinner stop, leave earlier still.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

Your driver meets you wherever your evening starts in Hollywood: a hotel lobby on Hollywood Beach, a condo or home off Hollywood Boulevard, or a restaurant on the Broadwalk. Fans flying in can be picked up at the arrivals curb at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and cruise passengers at the Port Everglades terminals. Send the address on WhatsApp and the driver will meet you there.

What Happens If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once we agree on a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group, so the booking runs exactly as planned. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day, though.

Can I Book the Same Chauffeur for Other Heat Games and Concerts at Kaseya Center?

Yes. The same hourly service works for any night at the arena, from other Heat home games against teams like the Pelicans or Timberwolves to the Red, White & Pink Game and big concert nights. It also works for a daytime visit such as the arena’s All-Access Tour. Your tickets are separate. Send us the event and date on WhatsApp, and we will check availability for your group.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

This is a big matchup on a Wednesday night, so check availability as soon as you have your tickets. After that, the evening is yours. 🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
