Transfer from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers at Kaseya Center on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, for the 8:00 PM tip-off. You ride in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver collects you at any address in Hollywood Beach, heads south to Downtown Miami, and stays with you until the ride home after the final buzzer.

How Much Does a Hollywood Beach Game-Night Chauffeur Cost? 📋

Each vehicle has its own hourly price, and every game-night booking runs for at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

A five-hour block fits a game night well. The Hollywood Beach pickup, dinner on the way, the drive south, the full game, and the ride home all fit inside it. The price depends on the vehicle you choose, not on how many stops you add. Couples and small families usually pick the Black SUV XL. A group of friends or a big family moves up to one of the Sprinter tiers so everyone rides together and arrives together. The Platinum SUV suits riders who want a more upscale cabin for a milestone night or a client evening. With one reserved car for the whole group, planning stays simple and the cost is easy to share among friends.

Does a Game That Ends After 6:00 PM Add a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM have no surcharge. Service outside that window adds a set charge for the journey.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. On an SUV it is one fixed amount for the journey, not an extra cost for every late hour. On a Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value. We confirm exactly how it applies when you reserve, so the total is clear before anyone leaves the beach. Some groups start earlier in the afternoon, spending the daylight hours on the Broadwalk or around Downtown before the arena opens, and keep the same booking through the final buzzer. Either way, the surcharge is the only charge linked to the late hour.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood Beach to Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers? 🏟️

Yes. A private chauffeur hired by the hour takes your group from Hollywood Beach to this Heat vs. Lakers game and back again.

The Heat host the Lakers on Tuesday, March 23, 2027, with an 8:00 PM tip-off in Downtown Miami, and tickets for Miami Heat vs. Los Angeles Lakers are already on sale. A Lakers visit is one of the most anticipated games on the home schedule. That means a packed Downtown, busy garages along Biscayne Boulevard, and a crowd that stays around long after the game ends. A chauffeur for the evening takes care of the two hardest parts: finding somewhere to leave a car and finding a way home. Your group rides together from Hollywood Beach, debates the matchup on the way down, and gets out near the arena with nothing to handle. After the game, nobody has to search a crowded sidewalk for a ride, because the car that brought you is the one that takes you home.

Why Does a Lakers Visit Feel Different From Other Heat Home Games?

A Lakers game brings a full home crowd plus a loud group of visiting fans, including West Coast transplants, tourists, and longtime Lakers supporters who plan trips around the date. The stands reflect Miami itself, with Latin American and Caribbean families, lifelong locals, and international visitors in the same concourse. Expect a big-game atmosphere and a busy Downtown well before tip-off.

Which Roads Does a Chauffeur Take From Hollywood Beach to Kaseya Center? 🚙

Most trips cross the Intracoastal to I-95 south, then exit into Downtown Miami near the arena.

From the beach, the chauffeur usually heads inland on Hollywood Boulevard, Sheridan Street, or Hallandale Beach Boulevard, crossing the Intracoastal Waterway to reach the interstate. I-95 south is the most direct way into Downtown, and its express lanes can assist on a busy weeknight when commuters and fans are on the same road. Biscayne Boulevard, also called US-1, is the main alternative. It runs south through North Miami and the Upper East Side and ends up at the bayfront beside the arena, so it is a good switch when the interstate backs up. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before pickup and during the drive, then picks the route that gets your group to the drop-off with the least time stuck in traffic. You can always ask for a stop on the way, whether that is a friend’s place or a quick coffee.

Can You Ride Down A1A Along the Ocean Instead?

Yes. The coastal route follows A1A south through Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles, and Miami Beach, then crosses a causeway into Downtown. It is slower than the interstate but offers ocean and skyline views, which visiting fans often enjoy. Ask for it when you book, and your chauffeur will set an earlier departure to make up for the extra time.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood Beach? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Hollywood Beach, agreed when you book.

Most pickups are at the front drive of a beachfront hotel along A1A, such as the entrance of The Diplomat Beach Resort, or at the lobby of one of the smaller hotels along the Broadwalk. Oceanfront condo towers, vacation homes on the quiet side streets near the Intracoastal, and residences in Hollywood Lakes or Emerald Hills work just as well. The driver sends a WhatsApp message on arrival with the vehicle details, so you can come down once everyone is ready instead of waiting outside. Picking up friends who are staying somewhere else is simple. Because you choose the stops, the chauffeur can collect a second group in downtown Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, or Dania Beach on the way south. Share the addresses when you book, and the pickup plan for the evening is set before game day.

Can the Driver Meet You at Port Everglades or the Airport Before the Game?

Yes. If your trip starts with a cruise arrival at Port Everglades or a flight into Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, the chauffeur can meet you at the terminal or the arrivals curb. The driver can then stop at your Hollywood Beach hotel so you can check in and change, and continue south for the game, all within the same hourly booking.

What Can You Do in Hollywood Beach Before Leaving for the Game? 🥂

Most groups start with an early dinner or a late-afternoon walk on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.

The Broadwalk runs along the sand, with cafés, casual oceanfront patios, and plenty of places for a group photo in Heat colors before anyone gets in the car. For a sit-down meal, downtown Hollywood around Hollywood Boulevard, Harrison Street, and Young Circle has a lively mix of restaurants and bars a short drive inland. The Diplomat Beach Resort’s restaurants work well for a group toast or a client dinner. Because the chauffeur is booked by the hour, the car stays outside while you eat. Nobody has to hunt for a parking meter on A1A, and nobody has to skip a drink because they are driving. These are ideas only, and we don’t make reservations, so book your table directly and tell the driver where and when. When dinner ends, the group gets in and the chauffeur heads for the mainland and I-95.

Where Can a Group Eat in Downtown Miami Right Before Tip-Off?

Bayside Marketplace sits on the bayfront next to the arena, with casual restaurants and water views that make for an easy pre-game meal. Brickell, just to the south, has more upscale dining, and Wynwood’s restaurants and murals are a little to the north. Your chauffeur moves the group between these areas and then drives you the last stretch to the arena drop-off.

Where Will the Chauffeur Drop You Off at Kaseya Center? 🏙️

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as game-night access allows.

Downtown gets crowded on a big game night. Police direct traffic, lanes close around Biscayne Boulevard, and garage traffic and fans on foot all build up before tip-off. Your chauffeur plans the approach to reach the drop-off point before the worst of it, then stops at the closest spot access allows, usually along Biscayne Boulevard or on the bayfront side near Bayside Marketplace. Arriving early also means the group gets through security, finds its seats, and catches warmups instead of rushing through the concourse at the opening tip. Before anyone gets out, agree on a meeting spot for after the game and drop a pin in the WhatsApp chat, so nobody has to guess once the crowd starts leaving. Keep your phones charged, because the chauffeur will be watching for your message.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Once the group is inside, the chauffeur stays in Downtown with the vehicle for the whole game, parked and on call instead of driving back north. If someone needs to leave early because of a tired child or an early flight the next morning, one WhatsApp message brings the car around.

How Does the Pickup Work After the Final Buzzer?

Walk to the meeting spot you agreed on and message your driver, and the car pulls in as soon as police traffic control allows. From there the group can head straight back to Hollywood Beach, or keep the night going with a late dinner in Brickell before the ride home, while other fans are still waiting in garage lines.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Game Night? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you choose every stop.

First, choose the vehicle that fits your group. Then send your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you want over WhatsApp. The chauffeur can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal on a cruise-arrival day that goes straight to the game. For this game, that includes anywhere in Hollywood Beach, and the pickup spot is agreed at booking. From the first pickup, the same car and the same driver stay with your group for the whole block. The plan can change as the evening goes. You can add a stop for jerseys, skip dinner, stay longer over drinks, or change the order of the stops, and the chauffeur adjusts. Think of the car and driver as yours for the whole evening, not just for one journey.

Can You Keep the Car Longer If the Night Runs Late?

Yes. Every hour after the five-hour block is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. If the evening turns into a late dinner or a nightcap in Wynwood, just tell the driver. The added hours are settled after the day, either with the driver or over WhatsApp.

Why Book a Dedicated Chauffeur Instead of Driving to Downtown Yourself? 🍾

A reserved chauffeur makes game night a better experience, from the first pickup to the ride home.

Nobody in your group has to be the designated driver, circle Downtown garages, or watch the clock during the fourth quarter. The vehicle is private and reserved for your group only, and the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block. There are no strangers, no car changes, and no waiting on a curb. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, so a packed arena night never raises the price. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish, which helps in a city where many fans switch languages easily, and you can reach them directly on WhatsApp all evening. One private car, one driver who knows your plans, and one fixed price are what make this a premium service rather than just a ride.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Might Cost Extra? 🎊

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.

That covers the I-95 express lanes if the chauffeur uses them, the fuel for driving between Hollywood Beach, dinner, and Downtown, and parking for the car during the game. You never hand the driver cash for a garage or a toll. A few things can raise the total, and each one is known in advance. These are the night surcharge described above for trips outside daytime hours, and each extra hour you choose to add past your booked block, which is billed rather than included. Your group knows the full picture before the car leaves the beach, so the only thing left to think about is the game.

Can You Bring a Pet or Game-Night Gear Along?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Fan gear like signs, jerseys, and bags of new merch fits easily in the vehicle. Just tell us in advance if you are bringing anything big, so the right vehicle is ready.

How Does Payment Work for a Game-Night Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid at booking, and any added hours are settled after the night ends.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: Full payment at booking locks in your game-night booking.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Which Quick Facts Matter Most Before Tip-Off? 🎤

  • Every booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for your group alone.
  • Service is available 24/7, every day, for daytime or evening bookings.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot inside the vehicle.
  • One brief comfort stop during the booking is easy and never changes the rate.
  • You choose the stops and the pace, and you can change them on the day.

Which Vehicle Fits a Game-Night Group From Hollywood Beach? 🚐

Choose by headcount. Every tier is private, comes with a chauffeur, and is reserved for your group alone.

  • Black SUV XL: Up to 5 passengers. The easy choice for a couple, a few friends, or a small family going to the game.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a group of friends or an extended family can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for the biggest groups heading south for the night.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in an upscale full-size cabin for a milestone evening. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Choose a tier that seats everyone comfortably instead of squeezing in, since the point of the evening is arriving together and relaxed. If your headcount changes before game night, for example a cousin flies in or a friend drops out, message us on WhatsApp and we will move you to the right vehicle while availability allows.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood Beach for Heat vs. Lakers? 🏟️

Leave Hollywood Beach with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM tip-off, ideally in the late afternoon.

The drive south is typically under an hour when the roads are clear, but this is a Tuesday evening, so commuter traffic on I-95 overlaps with fans heading Downtown. Allow extra time for that, plus time to get through security and find your seats before the opening tip. Many groups make the early start part of the night: they leave the beach in the late afternoon, have dinner near the arena, and walk in relaxed rather than rushed. Your chauffeur checks live traffic before pickup and suggests a departure time that fits your plans, whether you have one stop or three. Because the car is yours for the whole block, leaving early doesn’t mean waiting around; the extra time becomes part of the evening instead of time spent in a garage line.

Can You Book a Chauffeur From Hollywood Beach Less Than 24 Hours Before the Game?

Yes, and your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time go ahead exactly as agreed. On such short notice, a date change or a refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can a Big Group From Hollywood Beach Ride in One Private Sprinter?

Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier is built for the biggest private groups we carry, so friends, cousins, or coworkers from Hollywood Beach can ride together and arrive together. If your group is between two sizes, send the final headcount on WhatsApp and we will match the Sprinter to it before game night.

Can Lakers Fans Visiting From Out of Town Book Before They Arrive?

Yes. The whole booking happens over WhatsApp, from anywhere. Send your group size, your Hollywood Beach hotel, a rough start time, and the stops you want, and we will check availability and confirm your booking. When you land in South Florida, your car and chauffeur are already arranged for game night.

Does the Hourly Service Go as Far as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach?

This hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, including Hollywood Beach. Destinations farther away, such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, are not part of this hourly service.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
