Transfer from Miami to KATSEYE at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Miami to KATSEYE at Kaseya Center on October 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger upscale vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and one bilingual driver stays with your group from the first pickup until everyone is home, with the hourly rate locked the moment you book.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Cost by the Hour? 📋

Each vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every reservation covers at least five hours of car and chauffeur.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Select the tier by headcount rather than route. The rate is per vehicle and per hour, so it works the same whether the evening begins in Brickell or across the bay in Miami Beach. Most friend groups heading to a pop concert fit the first tier, while bigger squads, families traveling with several teens, or a birthday group pick one of the two Sprinter sizes. The Platinum tier suits riders who desire the most polished cabin for a milestone night. Each figure covers the vehicle and its chauffeur together for every hour of the booking.

Which Facts Matter Most Before Booking a Concert Chauffeur in Miami? 🚙

  • Bookings run for a minimum of five hours, car and driver together.
  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all evening.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are already included in the hourly rate.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you linger.
  • Onboard WiFi runs from a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, any day of the year.

Why Is KATSEYE’s October 13 Show in Downtown Miami Such a Big Night? 🎤

KATSEYE opens the North American leg of the WILDWORLD TOUR in Downtown Miami on October 13, 2026.

The group blends Western pop with K-pop-style choreography, and the 8:00 PM arena show draws a crowd that plans its look days ahead. Expect pastel pink, lilac, baby blue and white, Y2K-inspired outfits, glitter, sparkly accessories, and fresh tour merch. EYEKONS, as the fandom calls itself, arrive ready to sing every line, wave light sticks, and film the choreography. The crowd will include teens and young adults, friend groups from across South Florida, and parents bringing younger fans to a large arena night. Demand for this Miami date has been strong, so expect a busy Downtown on a Tuesday evening. A reserved chauffeur keeps the night simple. Outfits don’t wilt on a walk from a far-off garage, the group arrives together, and nobody has to leave early to beat the parking exit. Venue details and event updates are on the official KATSEYE event page.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Kaseya Center From Miami on Show Night? 🏟️

The simplest choice is a private chauffeur who picks the right local route from your pickup.

The arena sits on Biscayne Boulevard beside Bayside Marketplace and the bay, so every approach ends in the same busy Downtown grid. From Brickell, the chauffeur typically heads north on Brickell Avenue or Biscayne Boulevard. From South Beach or a Miami Beach hotel, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway onto I-395, which comes into Downtown by the waterfront. From Coral Gables, Little Havana, Doral, or the airport region, the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) also feeds into I-395, and groups coming down from the north take I-95. Your driver checks live traffic on the day and chooses between these routes. The drive is typically short from the closer neighborhoods. On a concert night, though, event traffic, possible street closures, and crowds on foot around the arena all slow it down, so permit a comfortable buffer instead of planning to the minute.

How Early Should We Leave Miami for KATSEYE?

Plan to leave Miami well before the 8:00 PM start, especially if you’re coming from Miami Beach, Coral Gables, or Doral. Downtown fills up early on show nights, and fans like to have time for merch, photos, and finding their seats. Once your pickup address is set, your chauffeur will suggest a departure time, and your hourly block easily absorbs the extra time.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows on event night, using whichever drop-off point Downtown traffic control permits around the arena. Everyone steps out together with outfits and signs intact and walks to the entrance. Before you head in, you and the driver agree on a clear meeting spot for after the show.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Waiting through the concert is exactly what the hourly booking covers. Your chauffeur stays nearby with the vehicle for the whole performance and is always a message away. When the encore ends, message the driver and walk to the agreed meeting spot. The same car then takes the group home, or on to a late bite first.

Do You Need to Find KATSEYE Parking in Downtown Miami? 🚙

No. Your chauffeur takes care of the car, so your group never has to hunt for a space.

Parking is one of the first things fans look up before an arena concert, and a busy Downtown event night shows why. Neighboring garages and lots fill early, streets slow down around the arena, and leaving a garage after the show frequently means sitting in a long line of cars. An hourly chauffeur takes the whole question off the table. Nobody in your group reserves a spot, circles the block, feeds a meter, or tries to recall which level the car is on. Parents can savor the night instead of watching the time on a parking ticket, and nobody has to drive home tired after hours of singing and dancing. Fans in platforms and glitter also skip a long walk from a distant garage. The car is simply ready when your group is, and that’s the point of booking by the hour.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Before the KATSEYE Concert? 🍸

Brickell and Bayside Marketplace are the easiest pre-show dinner stops before a Downtown concert.

Brickell has a dense mix of restaurants around Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village, close enough to Downtown that the group can eat without rushing. Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena on the bay, and its casual waterfront spots work well for families with younger fans. Groups staying in Miami Beach frequently have an early dinner in South Beach before crossing the causeway. Friends from the Gables or the Grove can eat in Coconut Grove around CocoWalk first. For a Cuban meal with some local flavor, Little Havana sits just west of Downtown. Because the booking runs by the hour, the chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, stays close while you eat, and moves everyone on when you’re ready. These are suggestions only, so reserve your own table and share the plan with us when you book.

Which Miami Spot Works Best for Pre-Concert Outfit Photos?

Wynwood is the classic pick. The painted walls and street murals around Wynwood Walls make bright backdrops for pastel outfits and glitter looks. The chauffeur waits while the group shoots, then heads toward Downtown. For a waterfront shot with the skyline behind you, the bayfront walk near the arena is an easy final stop before the show.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work for a Concert Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then set the plan.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then send us the pickup address, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind, such as dinner, a photo stop, the concert, and maybe a late snack. Every booking carries the five-hour minimum, which leaves room for dinner, the drive Downtown, and the show. Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed time and follows your plan rather than a fixed route, adjusting if you add or drop a stop mid-evening. If the night runs long, just keep the car. After the five-hour block, every additional hour is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and it’s settled after the day. The driver will gladly suggest a route or a timing change, but every stop is yours to call.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks up at any Miami address you choose, and the spot is agreed at booking. That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a private home, a PortMiami cruise terminal, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport. A cruise-day or flight-day arrival can go straight into dinner and the concert.

Can You Book the Chauffeur Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Yes, and a short-notice booking comes with certainty. Once the day and time are agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are held just for your group, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. On such short notice, we can’t promise a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the night itself.

Why Do Miami Concert Groups Choose a Private Chauffeur? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group a upscale service built entirely around your night.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the only people in the cabin are the friends and family you invited. One bilingual chauffeur handles the whole block, so you see the same familiar face at pickup, at dinner, and at the end of the night. Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking. There’s no surge when the arena empties and no change for traffic, weather, or a packed Downtown. You reach the driver directly on WhatsApp, so a new meeting spot or a sudden late-snack craving is one message away. Parents booking for teens obtain one clear point of contact and one known vehicle for the entire evening. Privacy, continuity, a fixed price, and a driver who answers make this a upscale service and a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Do You Pay the Full Fare Now for Concert Night? 📋

Yes. The full fare, paid when you book, secures the date.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum applies, and you can keep the car longer anytime. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

What Is Included in the Hourly Chauffeur Rate? 🥂

Your hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time, and the evening’s running costs.

Waiting time inside your booked block is part of the rate, so dinner, photos, and the show itself cost nothing beyond the hours you reserved. A brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is simple mid-booking. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate stays the same. There is room for what fans actually carry, like light sticks, signs, merch bags, and a change of shoes. If you’re bringing something large, tell us in advance. The only charges that can be added on top are the night surcharge explained below and any extra hours you decide to add on the night.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Concert Group From Miami? 🚐

Pick the tier by headcount. Every vehicle is private and comes with its own chauffeur.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a natural fit for a friend group or a family of fans.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with space for a bigger squad and their merch.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers and keeps a birthday group or a full fan crew together in one private van.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. These are examples of the class, not a specific model.

If your group falls between two tiers, it commonly makes sense to size up so everyone rides together without crushing outfits or signs. Parents sending teens with one adult frequently select the SUV, while a birthday party of classmates fits effortlessly in a Sprinter. Whichever you select, the vehicle is yours alone for the whole block.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After an 8:00 PM Concert? 🌆

Daytime rides from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on vehicle type, and it is the one extra tied to the clock. For the SUV it is a set amount per journey, and for the Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value, as listed. Because it’s shown right here on the page, you know the full cost of your concert night before you pay. Everything else stays exactly as agreed after dark: the same flat hourly rate and the same vehicle and chauffeur all evening.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to KATSEYE for a Group? 🚐

Yes. A private vehicle with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour, covers the whole night.

If you’re searching for a private van or a private shuttle from Miami to the concert, that’s exactly what you obtain here: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or an SUV reserved only for your group, with one chauffeur for the entire booking. Nobody else boards, there is no fixed schedule to meet, and there are no stops you didn’t select. Families, friend groups, and birthday parties all utilize it the same way, building the plan around dinner, their arrival time Downtown, and when they desire to head home. It also answers the question parents ask first, which is who’s driving, because the chauffeur and vehicle stay the same all night. The swift answers below cover what fans and parents ask most while planning this concert night.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly block can start with dinner in Brickell, Wynwood, or South Beach, continue to the concert, and finish with a late snack or a ride straight home. The chauffeur waits at the restaurant and moves the group Downtown when you’re ready, and the rate doesn’t change because you made a stop. Just share your restaurant and reservation time when you book.

Can a Parent Ride Along With a Group of Teen Fans?

Yes. A parent can ride with the group, or you can book the car for teens traveling with one adult chaperone. You choose the pickup and drop-off addresses, and after the show the chauffeur brings everyone back to the agreed spot. The car stays reserved for your group, so parents always know which vehicle and driver to look for.

Will Other Concertgoers Ride in Our Vehicle?

No. Every booking is private: the vehicle and chauffeur belong to your group for the full block, and nobody else is picked up along the way. We don’t sell individual seats or run fixed-schedule rides, so the cabin holds only the people you invited, from the first pickup to the ride home after the show.

Does the Hourly Chauffeur Travel Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local and on call around the city. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Because it stays close to home and unhurried, it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
