Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coconut Grove to the KATSEYE concert in Downtown Miami on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. You ride in a Black SUV XL or a larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 8:00 PM, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from pickup to the ride home.
Each private vehicle has one flat hourly rate, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours:
You pay for the vehicle, not for each seat. A Sprinter full of friends shares one hourly rate, and the group can split it any way it likes. The clock starts at your Coconut Grove pickup and runs until the last drop-off. An early dinner, the drive downtown, the concert and the ride home all fit in one booking. Parents planning a birthday outing frequently choose one of the larger vehicles. Everyone arrives together and leaves together, and nobody has to arrange a second car at the end of the night.
Daytime hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside them have a surcharge based on the vehicle. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.
You know both amounts before you pay, so there are no surprises at the end of the evening. For the SUVs, the surcharge is one fixed amount per journey. For the Sprinters, it is a percentage of the journey value, so it scales with the size of the booking. Families watching the clock on a school night can plan the booking to end soon after the crowd clears. Groups that desire a late bite in Brickell after the encore merely keep the same car. Either way, the late-hours charge is agreed at booking and is never added on the spot.
Fuel, tolls and parking are included in every hourly rate on this page.
That matters on a downtown concert night. Nobody in your group has to circle the block for a space or walk back to a garage after the encore. The car also has WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which is handy for sharing concert videos on the ride home. Only a few things can be added to the base rate, and each one is agreed before you ride: the late-hours surcharge above and any hours you add beyond your booking. There’s room for light sticks, signs, a garment bag for an outfit change and merch from the stands. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.
Four private vehicle options cover everything from a small family outing to a full fan club.
Choose the vehicle for your group size first, then for the kind of night you desire. A Sprinter keeps a big group of friends together for a singalong on the drive downtown. The Platinum SUV suits a smaller party that wants a sleeker arrival. Every vehicle is private, reserved only for your group, and consistently comes with our chauffeur.
You pay the full fare when you book, arranged over WhatsApp.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur, then plan the whole night around the show.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group and send us your plan over WhatsApp. For the whole booking, your chauffeur stays with the group through dinner, the concert and the ride home. You decide every stop and the pace. Add a photo stop, drop part of the plan or take your time at dinner, all without changing your fare. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport or a home. A cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event. You agree on the exact pickup spot when you book. If the night runs long, just keep the car. After the 5-hour block, every extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate. You settle those hours after the day ends.
A private chauffeur gives your group a upscale service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. From the Grove to Downtown and back, the car is yours, along with the outfits, signs and snacks inside it. Your hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. It doesn’t surge on a sold-out night, and it doesn’t change if traffic backs up along the bay. One dedicated chauffeur covers your whole booking, speaks English and Spanish, and stays in touch with you directly on WhatsApp. A parent consistently knows who is driving and where the car is. That’s a better experience than dealing with car keys, a downtown garage and a late drive home after a loud, happy show. For families, it also means the adults can savor the concert instead of watching the clock.
KATSEYE brings the WILDWORLD Tour to Downtown Miami on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
The global girl group mixes Western pop with sharp K-pop-style choreography. The show starts at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, and you can find details on the official KATSEYE event page. Demand has been strong, so anticipate a full and energetic arena. The crowd is mostly Gen Z: teenage girls and young women, LGBTQ fans, groups of friends from numerous backgrounds, and younger kids with their parents. The fans call themselves EYEKONS. There’s no required color, but the tour’s pastel pink, lilac, baby blue and white show up everywhere, along with Y2K-inspired outfits, glitter, sparkly accessories and plenty of merch. Inside, anticipate group dancing, singalongs, light sticks and lots of fan photos. With a private car, the group arrives with outfits and glitter still perfect and heads home together after the show.
Yes. A parent can book the car, ride along with the group and choose every stop. The car can pick up friends from several homes in Coconut Grove, and the parent can message the chauffeur directly on WhatsApp all night. Larger birthday or dance-class groups fit comfortably in a Sprinter, so everyone travels and celebrates together.
Your chauffeur commonly drives north through Brickell into Downtown Miami toward Biscayne Boulevard.
There are two main routes. The picturesque one follows South Bayshore Drive and Brickell Avenue along the water. The other takes US-1 to I-95 north and exits downtown. Your chauffeur picks the route on the night based on live traffic. On a normal evening the drive is commonly short. On a Tuesday concert night, though, late commuter traffic meets the arena crowds, and the last few blocks slow down as showtime gets closer. Offer yourself plenty of extra time rather than relying on a normal-evening estimate. Because you book by the hour, running short on time won’t turn into a crisis. There’s no garage to find, no meter to feed and no second car to arrange. Your group rides together, talks, fixes makeup and steps out ready for the show.
Leave early enough to be settled downtown well before the 8:00 PM start. Many groups have an early dinner in the Grove and head out right after, which keeps the evening relaxed. When you book, your chauffeur suggests a departure time based on typical concert-night traffic along the bay.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, following the traffic plan in place around Biscayne Boulevard that night. Before you get out, you’ll agree on a meeting point for after the show. The chauffeur confirms it again on WhatsApp so nobody has to search for the car later.
Yes. The same chauffeur stays nearby for the whole concert, and that time counts toward your booked hours. When the encore ends, message the chauffeur, walk to the agreed pickup spot and ride back to Coconut Grove together. You won’t be scrambling for a ride as the arena empties, and nobody has to leave early to beat traffic.
Coconut Grove’s restaurant streets create a simple first stop before the drive downtown.
CocoWalk’s open-air mix of restaurants and shops works well for a group that wants choices. The sidewalk cafés along Commodore Plaza suit a quicker bite and a few pre-show photos. For something calmer, Glass & Vine sits inside Peacock Park looking out over the bay, and Monty’s Raw Bar near Dinner Key is casual and right on the water. These are only suggestions and we don’t reserve tables, so book your own and let us know the time. Your chauffeur drops the group at the door, waits while everyone eats and picks you up as soon as you’re done. If you’d rather eat closer to the show, you can stop in Brickell, which is right on the way north. Either way, nobody has to look for parking twice in one night.
Yes. One booking covers dinner in the Grove, the concert and the ride home. Start early enough for a relaxed meal, and the chauffeur drives every leg in between. If the group wants a late dessert stop after the show, just tell the chauffeur and add it to the night.
Yes, if your booked hours allow. On the way downtown, the chauffeur can drive past a few Miami highlights, such as the Brickell skyline, Bayside Marketplace on the bay or the murals of Wynwood. You choose the stops and photo breaks, and the chauffeur suggests a route. It’s a private drive at your own pace, not a guided or ticketed tour.
The driver picks you up at any address in Coconut Grove you choose when booking.
That could be a hotel lobby near CocoWalk or along South Bayshore Drive. It could also be a family home on one of the Grove’s leafy side streets, a condo lobby facing the bay or the marina region at Dinner Key. If you’re picking up friends from more than one address, add those stops to the plan, since you decide the route. The exact pickup spot is confirmed over WhatsApp before the evening begins. Let us know whether the group will wait in the lobby or out front, and the chauffeur will plan the stop around that. The car is yours from the moment you get in, so nobody stands on a street corner in a concert outfit wondering which car is theirs. Get dressed, take the group photo at home and head out when the car arrives.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur drives from Coconut Grove to the concert and back.
Every ride is private: one vehicle, one chauffeur and only the people you invite. If you’re searching for a private shuttle to Kaseya Center, that’s what you get: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone. Smaller groups ride in an SUV. The booking covers both directions. That matters most at the end of a sold-out show, when the streets around the arena fill with fans trying to leave at the same time. Teens and parents ride together, and the plan for the evening is entirely yours. The same car handles the journey there, the concert hours and the ride back. You don’t have to book anything twice or find a ride late at night.
Our hourly service stays local and on call around Miami. That includes Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. We don’t run it out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach, so your chauffeur stays close and never has to rush.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Telling us early gives us time to plan so the whole group rides comfortably on concert night.
Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside as soon as the day and time are agreed. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Book over WhatsApp with your group size, start time and the stops you desire.
A short message is all it takes. Tell us how many people are riding, about when you’d like to leave the Grove, where you’re having dinner and whether any friends need to be picked up. We’ll check availability for October 13, match the right vehicle to your group and send a secure payment link for the full fare that reserves your date. After that, the evening is set: your chauffeur, your route, and a car that stays with you through the last song and all the way home. Sold-out concert nights bring a lot of booking requests, so confirming early helps create sure your preferred vehicle is still available. Send the details whenever you’re ready, and we’ll reply with a clear plan for the whole night. You can reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp below.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.
For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.
For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
