Transfer from Miami Beach to KATSEYE at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami Beach to KATSEYE at Kaseya Center on October 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver keeps the same car with your group all evening, waits through the 8:00 PM show, and brings everyone back across the bay afterward.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Beach to KATSEYE Cost? 📋

Each vehicle carries one flat hourly rate, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your group size sets your tier, so count heads first and pick the matching row. The hourly figure covers the car and the chauffeur for every hour of the booking, whether the vehicle is crossing the bay or parked neighboring while your group sings along inside the arena. When friends share one car, the evening stays simple: one booking, one driver, one meeting point after the encore, and nobody circling downtown looking for a space. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Every detail is on this page, so the day ends without surprises.

Why Do Miami Beach Fans Book a Private Chauffeur for Concert Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur turns concert night into one seamless, upscale service from lobby to encore.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the ride over becomes part of the celebration. Outfit checks, a final run through the choreography, and last-minute glitter touch-ups happen in a clean, quiet cabin instead of on a crowded curb. Your hourly rate is locked when you book and never surges, even when half the city seems to be heading downtown at once, and traffic or weather changes nothing on the price. Your chauffeur doesn’t leave after the drop-off, so nobody has to scramble for a car in a sea of fans after the last song. You also obtain a direct WhatsApp line to our team for timing changes or a new pickup spot. That is better service where it counts: a real person who knows your plans and an evening that runs on your schedule.

Which Payment Options Reserve Your Concert Chauffeur? 🥂

You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the night is over.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block. You can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and is settled after the day.

What Happens If You Book Within 24 Hours of the Show?

A booking made in the final 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at the same flat hourly rate.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Show Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, then plan the night yourself.

First, select the tier that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list over WhatsApp. The driver picks up at any address you select around Miami. That can be a Miami Beach hotel lobby or home, a PortMiami cruise terminal if your ship docks that morning and you desire to go straight to the show, or Miami International Airport if you are flying in. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking. After pickup, the booking works like having your own car for the evening: dinner first, a stop for photos, then the arena, in whatever order you like. The chauffeur stays assigned to you for the whole block and doesn’t leave after the drop-off. If plans change, add a stop, drop one, or stay longer, with nothing to renegotiate.

Can You Keep the Car Longer After the Encore?

Yes. After the five-hour block, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle. There is no new fare to negotiate and no surge, so one more hour costs one more hour. Extra time is settled after the day, so a late dessert run in Brickell or a detour for photos never needs a payment on the spot.

Does the Late Ride Home Carry a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Service outside daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, carries a surcharge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Plan for it from the start so it isn’t a surprise at the end. An SUV adds one flat amount per trip, while a Sprinter adds a percentage of the trip value, exactly as listed above. Nothing else about the booking changes after dark: the hourly rate, the vehicle, and the chauffeur who has been with you since pickup all stay the same. The surcharge is included in the booking details we confirm with you on WhatsApp, so everyone knows the full cost before leaving Miami Beach.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Miami Beach? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a small friend group to a full crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for a small friend group or a parent with a couple of teens.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger fan squad rides in together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: carries 10 to 14 passengers for a birthday crew or a whole dance class.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition, as examples of the class.

Everyone rides in the same vehicle, which matters on a night like this. The group arrives together, walks in together, and meets back at one familiar car afterward. There is room for the signs, light sticks, and merch fans actually carry; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. If your headcount falls between two tiers, select the larger vehicle so nobody has to squeeze in.

Need the Quick Facts Before Booking Your Concert Chauffeur? 📋

  • Every booking covers at least five hours with the same chauffeur.
  • One dedicated vehicle is reserved for your group and never shared.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • You choose the stops, their order, and how long you stay.
  • Service runs every day of the week, around the clock.
  • Bookings are arranged and confirmed directly with our team on WhatsApp.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Show Night? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.

Tolls along the route, fuel for every loop around the city, and parking while the concert runs are already covered, so nothing is added for them at the end of the night. Each vehicle has onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot, which helps with pulling up digital tickets or sending outfit photos to friends already in line. A brief stop for a restroom, a snack, or a stretch is easy during the booking. Just ask the driver, and it doesn’t change the flat rate.

What’s the Best Way to Get to KATSEYE From Miami Beach? 🎤

A private chauffeur by the hour is the simplest way from Miami Beach to KATSEYE.

KATSEYE brings its high-energy blend of Western pop and K-pop-style choreography to Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The show starts at 8:00 PM. On concert night, a whole arena of fans heads to the bayfront at the same time. If you drive yourself, you have to park downtown, walk in with everything you brought, and locate the car again after a long, loud evening. A reserved chauffeur takes care of all that. Your group travels together from Miami Beach, arrives with outfits and energy intact, and walks out to a car waiting for the ride home. Because you book by the hour, the concert doesn’t have to be the whole plan: dinner, photos, and a late dessert can all fit into the same booking. Check the official KATSEYE event page for entry details before you go.

What Is the Crowd Like on a KATSEYE Night?

Expect a joyful, fashion-forward crowd of EYEKONS, the group’s dedicated fandom. They include Gen Z fans, teens and young women, LGBTQ fans, multicultural friend groups, and parents with younger kids. Outfits lean Y2K, with pastel pink, lilac, baby blue, white, and plenty of glitter. Inside, you’ll see light sticks, sing-alongs, and fans dancing the choreography. A private car keeps those outfits pristine on the way in.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Beach for the Show? 🏟️

Leave Miami Beach with a generous cushion, well before the 8:00 PM start.

On a quiet evening the drive across the bay to Downtown Miami is typically a short one. On an arena night, though, the causeway approaches, Biscayne Boulevard, and the streets around the venue all fill with fans at the same time. Permit plenty of extra time and aim to reach downtown well ahead of showtime, particularly if the group wants merch before the lights go down. The easiest approach is to plan the evening backward. Set a dinner time in Miami Beach, add a relaxed cushion for the drive, and let the chauffeur adjust the departure time on the day based on live traffic. Because the car is yours by the hour, leaving early doesn’t feel like a race against the clock, and the drive becomes part of the celebration. After the encore, your driver is already close by, so the trip home starts when you’re ready.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Miami Beach?

From South Beach, the chauffeur typically takes the MacArthur Causeway onto I-395, which comes into Downtown Miami right by Biscayne Boulevard. From Mid-Beach or North Beach, the Julia Tuttle Causeway is usually the better crossing before heading south toward the arena. The Venetian Causeway is a scenic backup, and the driver chooses the best option based on traffic that night.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Kaseya Center?

The chauffeur brings your group as close to the entrance as access allows, using whichever drop-off point traffic control permits around the arena that night. Before you step out, you and the driver agree where the car will wait afterward. That way the group heads inside knowing exactly where to meet when the show lets out, with no searching or guessing.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. The same chauffeur stays nearby for the entire concert and doesn’t leave after the drop-off. When the show ends, message the driver on WhatsApp and walk to the meeting spot you agreed on. The car is ready to take everyone back to Miami Beach, or out for a late bite first if the group isn’t ready to call it a night.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami Beach? 🏝️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Miami Beach agreed at booking.

Most concert-night pickups are at hotels along Collins Avenue or Ocean Drive, where the driver pulls up at the main entrance and messages you once the car is outside. If you’re staying in a residence in South of Fifth, Sunset Harbour, Mid-Beach, or North Beach, the driver meets you at the front door or the building’s drop-off region. That helps when the group is dressed up and carrying signs. Families frequently have the chauffeur collect friends from several homes before the show. List each stop when you book, and the driver will plan the order. If part of the group is staying on the mainland, a pickup in Brickell or Edgewater on the way downtown fits effortlessly into the route. Share the exact spot, the building name, and a contact number in advance so the pickup at the curb takes seconds.

Can We Combine Dinner in Miami Beach and the Show in One Booking? 🍸

Yes. Dinner, the concert, and the ride home all fit into one hourly booking.

Booking by the hour makes this easy. The chauffeur picks up the group, drops everyone at dinner, stays close by, and heads for the arena once you’re done eating. In Miami Beach, Lincoln Road is a natural place to meet before the show, with casual and sit-down choices for a mixed group. Sunset Harbour is a quieter neighborhood on the bay side of South Beach. Groups who desire photos first frequently start on Ocean Drive, where the pastel Art Deco facades match the pink, lilac, and baby blue outfits of the night. Bags, jackets, and merch stay in the car between stops, so nobody has to carry them around. These are just ideas for your hours: we supply the car and chauffeur, and your group chooses and reserves the places you desire to go.

Where Can a Group Grab a Quick Bite Closer to the Arena?

If the group would rather eat near the venue, Bayside Marketplace sits on the bayfront right beside the arena, and Brickell’s restaurants are a short hop south. The chauffeur drops you off, waits, and takes the group to the show when you’re ready. This works well when some friends are coming from the mainland and meeting you downtown.

Can I Book a Private Driver From Miami Beach to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. You can book a private driver from Miami Beach for KATSEYE night over WhatsApp.

Send your group size, a rough start time, and the stops on your wish list, such as dinner, a friend’s hotel, and the concert. We match the right vehicle and confirm every detail in the same chat. The show is on a Tuesday, so numerous families reserve the car so everyone travels together with one familiar driver there and back. Adult friend groups book it to keep the night relaxed and have the ride home arranged before they leave. Tell us about anyone joining from the mainland, any plans before the show, and whether you desire a late bite after the encore, and we’ll plan the booking around all of it. Once your details are confirmed, the car and driver are set aside for your group on October 13. The questions below cover what Miami Beach riders ask most before booking.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Miami Beach to Kaseya Center?

Yes, in the sense most people mean when they search for one: a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reserved for your group alone, with a chauffeur by the hour. We never sell seats on a shared vehicle. Nobody else joins your ride, the pickup is at your own address, and the same driver brings the group back after the show.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Areas Beyond Miami Beach?

Yes, across the local Miami area. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. The service is designed to stay close to the city and on call, so we don’t run it to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Does the Same Hourly Setup Work for Other Nights at the Arena?

Yes. The same private car and chauffeur by the hour works for any night at the arena, from Miami HEAT home games to other big concerts on the calendar. The setup stays the same: pickup where you choose, a driver who waits while you’re inside, and the same car ready to take everyone home when it ends.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
