The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. On the SUVs it is one flat amount per trip, not per hour, so a long encore or a late bite on the way home won’t add more to it. On the Sprinter tiers it is a percentage of the trip value. We confirm the surcharge in writing on WhatsApp when you book, so your total is clear before you pay.
Paying is simple: the full fare, paid at booking, holds your concert night.
A booking for service within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you. A driver and vehicle are already set aside, so it runs on the date and time you agreed. No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
