Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday, October 10, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or a larger private vehicle, at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Your driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood before the 8:00 PM tip-off and keeps the same car on call until you’re back home.
You pay one flat hourly rate for the whole vehicle, and every game-night booking has a five-hour minimum.
The rate is for the vehicle, not for each passenger. A full car of friends pays one hourly figure, not a charge per seat. Five hours is enough for an unhurried evening around an 8:00 PM tip-off: the pickup in Hollywood, dinner before the game, the game itself, and the ride back north. Select your tier by headcount. The SUV suits couples and small groups, a Sprinter suits a family outing or a group of coworkers, and the Platinum SUV fits a night that calls for a more polished arrival. Only two things can change the final total: the night surcharge and any extra hours you decide to add. Both are explained further down, so you know the full cost before your group leaves Hollywood.
A private chauffeur turns the whole game night into one upscale service reserved for your group alone.
The vehicle is reserved for your party and nobody else, so the seats, the music, and the pace of the evening are yours. Your hourly rate is locked when you confirm and stays flat if I-95 backs up or the whole arena empties at once. There’s no surge to watch. One bilingual chauffeur, fluent in English and Spanish, stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off and waits between every stop. That means one person who knows your plan, your stops, and your group. If a question comes up before the game or during the evening, you message your driver and our team directly on WhatsApp. That continuity makes this a better experience: fewer moving parts, a clean vehicle that’s already yours, and a driver whose only job tonight is your group.
Yes. Our private SUV or van covers the whole October 10 game night, starting in Hollywood.
The Heat host the Timberwolves on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM at Kaseya Center, the downtown arena on the edge of Biscayne Bay. Heat crowds reflect Miami itself. Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican fans sit beside families from across South Florida, groups of friends out for Saturday night, longtime season-ticket holders, and visitors from abroad. A Heat game is still a place to dress up and be seen, even early in the season. For a group leaving Hollywood, a Saturday night out plus a downtown arena is exactly where an hourly chauffeur is most useful. Everyone rides together and nobody has to be the designated driver. The evening can start with dinner by the ocean and end with a nightcap downtown, with no talk of car keys and no parking-garage line after the final buzzer.
Yes. The October 10 game is an NBA preseason exhibition and one of the Heat’s first home dates of the new season, between the visits from New Orleans and Brooklyn. Preseason nights often feel looser and more family-friendly, but it’s still a Saturday downtown. Plan for traffic and arena crowds as you would for any big game.
Your chauffeur drives south from Hollywood, usually on I-95, straight into Downtown Miami.
From most Hollywood addresses, the fastest route is I-95 south through Broward and Miami-Dade, exiting close to the downtown core. When the interstate jams, your driver can switch to Biscayne Boulevard, the older coastal route that runs down to the arena along the bay. On a clear run the journey typically takes well under an hour. Allow extra time on a Saturday event night, when fans heading to the game mix with weekend crowds bound for Brickell and downtown restaurants. Beating tip-off traffic mostly comes down to leaving early and letting the driver select the road as traffic changes. You’re booked by the hour, so arriving early isn’t wasted time. The group can walk the waterfront at Bayside Marketplace, have a drink nearby, and go inside whenever you’re ready. You never search for a garage or pay an event-night parking lot.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as event-night access allows, usually on the streets around the arena on the Biscayne Boulevard side. Police and arena staff reroute traffic before big games, so the exact drop-off point can change. Your driver confirms it by WhatsApp so everyone knows where the car will be.
Yes. Waiting is the reason to book by the hour. While you watch the game, your driver keeps the vehicle nearby, watches the clock, and messages you a meeting point as the fourth quarter winds down. When the buzzer sounds, you walk out to your own car instead of joining a crowded curb of strangers.
Leave Hollywood with plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start, and earlier still if dinner downtown is part of the plan. Saturday traffic into Downtown Miami builds through the evening, and arena security lines slow down near game time. An early start just uses hours you’ve already booked and keeps the night unhurried.
Your driver picks you up at any Hollywood address you offer us when you book.
Most game-night groups start from a few familiar places. Some stay at a hotel along Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, some at a vacation home in the quieter neighborhoods west of the Intracoastal, and some meet in downtown Hollywood near Young Circle and Hollywood Boulevard. Your chauffeur arrives at the hotel lobby or the front of the house and loads the group, then heads south with nobody standing on a sidewalk refreshing a phone. If your party is staying at more than one address, list them all in your WhatsApp message. The driver collects everyone in order before turning toward Miami. Tell us about anyone in the group who needs extra assist getting in or out of the vehicle. The driver can plan the pickup so it’s relaxing for them, and the whole group still leaves together.
Yes. If you’re flying in or getting off a cruise that day, your chauffeur can meet you at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport arrivals curb or the Port Everglades cruise terminal. From there you can go to dinner, check in at your hotel, or head straight to the game. Share your flight or ship details on WhatsApp when you book.
Hollywood Beach’s Broadwalk and downtown Hollywood are the easiest places for dinner before the game.
The Broadwalk is the oceanfront promenade along Hollywood Beach. It’s lined with casual seafood spots and open-air patios where a group can eat by the water before the drive. Downtown Hollywood, around Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle, has more of a neighborhood feel, with restaurants, bars, and ArtsPark as a natural place to gather. For a bigger night, the restaurants and lounges at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino are a simple meeting place when friends are coming from distinct parts of Broward. Your chauffeur drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and leaves when you do, with no valet ticket and no parking lot. Some groups would rather eat closer to the arena, and the same car handles those stops within your booked hours too. Our drivers are happy to suggest places, but we don’t create reservations, so book your table directly with the restaurant.
Yes. Brickell’s rooftop bars and restaurants are just south of the arena, and Bayside Marketplace is right beside it on the bay, so either works as a last stop before the game. Add them to your list when you book and the driver will build them into the evening’s route. Your group then walks over to the arena.
Yes. Just tell your driver where the night goes next. Wynwood’s murals and bars and the lights of Ocean Drive in South Beach are popular after the game. The car follows your plan and then brings everyone back to Hollywood. If the celebration runs past your booked block, you simply keep the car longer.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and trips outside that window carry the night surcharge below.
On the SUV the surcharge is a single amount per journey, not per hour. The Sprinter tiers add a percentage of the journey value, so the math stays simple even for a large group. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Then your total has no surprises for anyone.
Paying the full fare when you book holds your date.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, so the price list covers the driving itself.
Every booking also includes onboard WiFi from a mobile hotspot, which is handy for pulling up tickets and sharing photos on the drive down. You can ask for one short comfort stop during the booking, such as a restroom break, a snack, or a stretch, and it doesn’t change the flat rate. There’s room for jerseys, signs, and fan gear, but let us know in advance if you’re bringing something large. Only two things can add to the bill: the night surcharge for hours outside daytime and any hours you select to add past your block. Everything else your chauffeur handles on game night is covered by your hourly rate.
We have four private vehicle tiers, from a couple on a date night to a large family or office group.
Every tier is a private vehicle that comes with our chauffeur, never a car you drive yourself. If your headcount falls between two tiers, mention it on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the better fit. Groups bringing signs and fan gear frequently like the extra space of the next size up. A single Sprinter keeps a large group together from the first pickup to the ride home, so nobody gets split across cars or left waiting on a separate driver.
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours, and the evening follows your plan.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you have in mind over WhatsApp. The booking covers a 5-hour minimum, and within that block you select the stops and the pace. Add a detour, drop one, or stay longer at dinner. The driver picks up at any Miami address, agreed when you book. For this game that’s your Hollywood hotel or home, but it can also be a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the event), Miami International Airport, or a home. Once the five hours are up, you can keep the car as long as you want. Every extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night ends. If the game goes to overtime or the celebration runs late, your driver just stays.
Groups leaving Hollywood for the October 10 game usually ask about group size, pets, service area, and late bookings.
Each question below has a direct answer so your group can plan the whole evening before you send your first WhatsApp message.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so one van can carry a mid-size group or a large party to the game together. The price list at the top of this page shows which headcounts each size covers. Groups too big for one SUV usually find a single Sprinter simpler than splitting into several cars.
Never. Every booking is private. The vehicle and chauffeur are for your group alone for the full block, and nobody else is picked up along the way. Whether you searched for a van, a car, or a ride to the game, you get a private SUV or van that leaves when you’re ready and goes only where you choose.
The service stays local. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood. It’s an on-call hourly service that stays around the city. We don’t run it out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
A booking for a ride within the next 24 hours is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day at any time.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Message us on WhatsApp to check availability and confirm your booking for the October 10 game.
Send us your group size, your Hollywood pickup address, the time you’d like to leave, and any stops you want, such as dinner on the Broadwalk, a drink in Brickell, or a late bite in Wynwood after the game. We’ll reply with the right vehicle for your headcount and your hourly rate, then explain how to pay so your evening is reserved. Booking well ahead of Miami Heat vs. Minnesota Timberwolves gives your group the widest choice of vehicles and a start time that works for everyone, from the friend who’s consistently late to the fan who wants to watch warmups. After that, your group only has to pick jerseys and decide who gets the window seat on the drive down to Kaseya Center.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
