Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Bethel Music at The Fillmore Miami Beach on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver handles the 7:00 PM show night from start to finish, with the rate locked at booking and no surge.
Hourly pricing depends on the vehicle you select, and every event booking covers at least five hours.
Each rate is charged per vehicle, not per seat, so a church small group or a circle of friends splits one price across everyone on board. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Five hours is ample for a Sunday show: a simple late-afternoon pickup, a sit-down dinner, the concert, and the drive home. If your group wants a longer meal or time with friends after the final song, reserve more hours from the start. Select your tier by headcount first and comfort second. The Platinum SUV suits a small party that wants the most polished ride of the evening.
You reserve one private vehicle and one chauffeur, and both stay with your group all evening.
First, select the tier that fits your headcount. Then send us a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make, such as a friend’s house, a restaurant, and the theater. Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed spot and stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Nobody else rides in the car, and it never leaves to cover another booking. You decide the order of the evening and the pace. Maybe a friend is running late and needs a quick pickup, the group wants to skip dessert, or you’d like a few extra minutes for photos after the show. Tell the driver and the plan changes on the spot, with no new fare to work out. The hours you reserve belong to your group, so the night moves at your pace.
Your driver picks you up at any Miami address you choose, and we agree on the spot when you book. That can be your hotel, your home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive on a cruise that day, you can ride straight on to the concert. There’s no fixed departure point you need to get to first.
Yes. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. We never renegotiate the fare, and you don’t pay for extra hours when you add them. They’re settled after the day, so staying out longer is as easy as telling your driver.
Paying is simple: the full fare up front, when you book.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.
That means no tolls to track on the causeways, no parking lot to pay for on Miami Beach, and no fuel stop added to your bill. The rate also covers the private vehicle and your chauffeur’s time for every booked hour, including the long stretch while the worship set is underway. Changing the order of your stops, adding one, or dropping one costs nothing extra. There’s room for what concertgoers commonly carry, like tour merch, a few signs, or a jacket for the air-conditioned theater. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance. Apart from any hours you select to add, the main extra cost is the after-hours surcharge on most rides home from an evening show. The next section explains it.
Yes. Trips outside daytime hours (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) carry a surcharge based on the vehicle type.
For the SUV tiers, it’s one flat amount per journey, not a charge that repeats every hour. For the Sprinter tiers, it’s a share of the journey value, so it stays in proportion for larger church groups sharing one vehicle. Nothing else changes after dark. The same chauffeur stays with you, you still select the route, and you can change your stops right up to the final drop-off. Once you know the full cost up front, the only decision left after the last song is who gets dropped off first.
Bethel Music brings its 2026 Tour to Miami Beach on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
Bethel Music isn’t a single artist. It’s a worship collective and record label that grew out of Bethel Church in Redding, California, and churches around the world sing its songs. Anticipate a real worship night: the whole crowd singing together, moments of prayer, and short reflections between songs. Favorites like “Goodness of God,” “Holy Forever,” and “Raise a Hallelujah” will likely share the setlist with newer music. The Miami date is at The Fillmore Miami Beach, the historic South Beach theater long known as the Jackie Gleason Theater. It’s in the same neighborhood as Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The fall tour also stops in Atlanta, New York, and Nashville, so this South Beach night brings together worshippers from all over South Florida.
A worship night like this draws church groups: youth ministries, worship teams, small groups, and families, plus friends who have sung these songs together for years. Most want to arrive together and leave together. One reserved vehicle for the whole group suits the occasion far better than splitting up across separate cars.
Leave well ahead of the 7:00 PM start, and earlier still if dinner comes first.
Sunday evenings on Miami Beach get hectic, and routes from the mainland cross a causeway, such as the MacArthur, the Venetian, or the Julia Tuttle, before reaching South Beach. It also pays to arrive early at a worship night. People like to locate their seats, browse the merch table, and settle in before the first song instead of slipping in mid-set. Tell us where your group is starting and whether dinner comes first, and your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time with plenty of margin. Since you’ve booked the car by the hour, arriving early just gives you more time to settle in, and the car stays yours either way. After the final song, the same vehicle takes everyone home and drops each person at their own door, in whatever order the group picks.
Your driver drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, ideally near the entrance, so nobody has to walk from a distant parking lot. Traffic and street closures around the theater can change on a busy show night. When you arrive, the driver confirms the exact drop-off point and sends the pickup point for later by WhatsApp.
Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the whole concert, however long the worship set runs. You won’t need to request a car or work out how everyone gets home. When the last song ends, message your chauffeur, and the same vehicle meets the group at the agreed pickup point for the ride home.
You can easily fit dinner before the concert into the same hourly booking.
Lincoln Road is in the same neighborhood as the theater, so dinner along the pedestrian mall keeps the last leg of the drive short. For Cuban food and some old-Miami flavor, many groups start in Little Havana on the mainland and cross to the beach afterward. Brickell’s high-rise restaurants suit a polished dinner for a worship team or a family celebrating together. Coconut Grove has leafy bayside patios for a slower meal with plenty of conversation. Wynwood works well for groups who desire photos in front of its colorful murals before the show. Wherever you go, the chauffeur drops you at the door, stays close while you eat, and has the car ready when you’re done. Nobody circles the block looking for parking, and the group never has to split into separate cars. These are only ideas for your booked hours. Your group makes its own restaurant reservations.
Yes. One hourly booking covers the pickup, dinner, the concert, and the ride home with the same car and chauffeur. Tell us the restaurant when you book so we can plan the evening back from the 7:00 PM start. If dinner runs long, the rest of the plan simply shifts to fit.
Match the vehicle to your headcount first, then to the comfort level you desire.
Every tier comes with its own chauffeur and is reserved for your party alone. In a Sprinter the whole group rides as one, so you can talk about the setlist from the causeway all the way home. The Platinum SUV models are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of a specific model. If your headcount changes before October 11, message us and we’ll confirm the tier that fits.
Groups select us for a private, upscale service that fits around their evening, not a meter.
Your flat hourly rate is locked at booking with no surge, so a packed Sunday on Miami Beach can’t push the price up. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone. One dedicated chauffeur stays with you for your whole booking, concert included, so you never get passed between cars. Our bilingual chauffeurs help families and congregations who speak more than one language feel at home from the first hello. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the evening, so a change takes one message, not a phone menu. A clean upscale vehicle, the same familiar driver, and a plan that works around your group add up to a better experience from pickup to the final drop-off. The ride becomes part of the worship night instead of a chore on either side of it.
Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, covering greater Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
We pick up and make stops across Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport. We also cover neighboring communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. That covers a Bethel Music evening well. A family in Coral Gables, a youth group in Doral, and friends staying in Brickell can share one route to the beach and home again. The hourly service is a local, on-call chauffeur that stays around the city, so we don’t run it out to far destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying close to home is what lets your driver stay with you, unhurried, for every hour you reserve. If your group is spread across several neighborhoods, list every address when you book and we’ll plan a sensible pickup order.
Yes. You can reserve a private chauffeur for the concert entirely over WhatsApp.
Send your group size, a rough start time, and your stops: one or more pickup addresses, a restaurant if you’re eating first, and where to go at the end of the night. We’ll reply with the vehicle tier that fits and confirm your booking once your payment is in. If you’re looking for a private shuttle or private van to the concert, that’s exactly what you get: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV reserved for your party alone. You never get a shared seat or a fixed schedule. October 11 is a single night and we reserve each vehicle for one group, so booking early gives you the widest choice of tiers. The whole plan, from the first pickup to the last drop-off, stays in that same WhatsApp thread, so you never have to hunt for the details of your evening.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
If you book within the final 24 hours, your slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside for your group. At that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the evening goes ahead exactly as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Yes. The larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter tier carries a full youth group in one private van, so leaders keep everyone together from pickup to drop-off. Chaperones can arrange a single pickup at the church. On the way home, the van can stop at each family’s address or return to the church, whichever the group prefers.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

On point. No waiting around, no extra charges, no surprises. (saved at least 15 minutes vs the rideshare line)
