Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Aventura to The Neighbourhood at Kaseya Center on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in a Black SUV XL, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or Platinum SUV at a flat rate from $100 per hour, locked at booking, with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver collects you anywhere in Aventura, keeps the same car through the 7:00 PM show, and drives everyone home.
Every rate below is charged per vehicle and per hour, not per guest.
The price belongs to the vehicle, not to each ticket holder, so a group of friends can split one hourly rate however they like. A couple making a date of the show fits easily in the Black SUV XL. A bigger crew celebrating a birthday or a first Neighbourhood concert can move up to one of the two Sprinter tiers and ride south together. The Platinum SUV is for anyone who wants a more polished arrival downtown. Your final total depends on two things: the tier you select and how many hours the evening actually runs. The night surcharge, explained further down, applies only to time outside the daytime window. Pick the tier first, and the rest of the evening falls into place around it.
A private chauffeur by the hour gives your group one car, one driver, and one fixed rate.
Nobody else rides with you. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, from the first pickup in Aventura to the final drop-off at home. The hourly rate is locked the moment you book, so concert-night demand, a slow stretch of traffic, or a sudden downpour never pushes the price up. There is no surge to watch. Your driver stays with the group for the whole evening instead of leaving after one leg, so you ride home in the same car you arrived in. You plan everything with us directly over WhatsApp, before the night and during it, and your group can talk with the driver in English or Spanish, whichever it prefers. That is what upscale service looks like on a show night: fewer moving parts, a calmer ride, and a better experience from dinner to the ride home.
You pay the full fare now, when you book.
Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a full friend group.
Headcount picks the tier, and the mood of the night can decide between the two SUVs. Couples and small groups who want a sleek, quiet ride downtown lean toward the Platinum class. A bigger group that plans to sing the whole drive south will feel more at home in a Sprinter, with everyone in one cabin. Tell us your final number when you book so the right vehicle is set aside.
Booking by the hour reserves a car and driver for a block of time, not one trip.
Start by matching the vehicle to your headcount. Then pick a start time and list the stops you have in mind. The block starts at pickup and runs at least five hours. Inside it, you select every stop and the pace between them: dinner first, a detour to collect a friend, a late bite after the show. The chauffeur stays with your group for the whole block and waits at the venue while you are inside. If five hours isn’t enough, keep the car. Every extra hour after that block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, for as long as the night lasts. Pickup can be any Miami address: a hotel, a home, Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal if you’re arriving by ship that day. We agree on the exact spot when you book.
The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur’s time, fuel, tolls, and parking.
That means no fuel stops charged back to you, no toll receipts to settle, and no parking fee to pay downtown. A brief comfort stop for a restroom, a snack, or a swift stretch is simple to request mid-booking and does not change the rate. There is space for what concertgoers bring, from merch bags to handmade signs; tell us in advance if you plan to bring anything large. Only two things can add to the bill beyond the hourly rate: the night surcharge covered in the next section and any extra hours you select to add.
Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and carry no surcharge. Outside that window, a night surcharge applies by vehicle type:
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUV surcharge is one fixed amount per trip. The Sprinter surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. Both are shown here in full before you pay. Downtown Miami empties slowly after an arena show, and with your car already booked, the trip north starts as soon as your group is ready.
The Neighbourhood play Kaseya Center in Downtown Miami on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
The Miami date is part of the band’s Wourld Tour, built around their latest album, Ultrasound, with Nessa Barrett as the unique guest. Anticipate an arena full of singalongs. “Sweater Weather,” “Daddy Issues,” “Softcore,” and “Reflections” are the songs fans come to shout back, along with the moody, dark-edged alt-pop that built the band’s following. Barrett’s alt-pop set tends to draw a younger crowd that arrives early, so fans of the opener plan their evening around it. Most people come as friend groups or couples making a full night of it, with dinner before and ample to talk about after. The arena sits on Biscayne Bay beside Bayside Marketplace. Entry details and venue updates are posted on the Kaseya Center site, which is worth checking before you leave Aventura.
Leave Aventura in the late afternoon, and earlier still if dinner is part of the plan.
November 12 is a Thursday, so the drive south shares the road with weekday rush hour, and then pre-show traffic builds around the arena. The drive from Aventura to Downtown Miami typically takes longer on a concert night than on a quiet evening. Leaving plenty of extra time is the simplest way to be inside before the opener starts. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and picks the smoothest route south, and nobody has to circle for a garage or walk from a distant lot. A comfortable plan starts with pickup in Aventura and an early dinner near home or along the way. Then the car makes the final leg downtown with time to spare before 7:00 PM. Plan the evening backward from the start time, and your driver will handle the rest.
Biscayne Boulevard is the direct route. It runs south from Aventura through North Miami and the MiMo district to the arena’s doorstep downtown. I-95 is the other main option. If your group is dining by the beach first, the car can cross the William Lehman Causeway, follow Collins Avenue through Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, and Miami Beach, then take the MacArthur Causeway downtown. Your chauffeur picks the route based on that evening’s traffic.
Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as access allows, following the event-night traffic pattern around the arena rather than using one fixed curb. Before you walk in, agree on a pickup spot for later and save the driver’s WhatsApp number. Finding each other after the show then takes a single message.
Yes. Because you book by the hour, the chauffeur stays nearby for the whole show instead of leaving after the drop-off. When the last song ends, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the agreed pickup point while the car comes to you. There’s no line for a ride after the show, and the car heads straight back to Aventura or to one more stop.
Aventura Mall is a simple choice for a pre-show meal, with sit-down restaurants and a food hall under one roof.
Just south, Bal Harbour Shops pairs open-air dining with a calmer, dressier mood that suits couples. Groups staying at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry can eat at the resort and step straight from the table to the car in the lobby. If you’d rather eat closer to the show, the chauffeur can stop in Midtown or Wynwood, or swing through Brickell for dinner on the way downtown. Whichever you select, the meal is merely one more stop inside your booked hours. Friend groups frequently like staying in Aventura because the pre-show photos, outfit checks, and first round of drinks happen close to home. Couples may favor the quieter feel of Bal Harbour. We don’t book tables for you; these are ideas for how to spend the hours you already have.
Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop on the same hourly booking. The chauffeur collects you in Aventura, waits while you eat, and then drives the group to the arena, with no second reservation and no separate fare. Share the restaurant and your reservation time on WhatsApp so the pickup fits around it and leaves room for the drive south.
Bayside Marketplace sits right next to the arena, which makes it the easiest late stop for a drink or a bite by the bay. Brickell’s rooftop bars and late kitchens are just south, and Wynwood suits a group still buzzing from the encore. The same car goes wherever you want and then brings everyone north to Aventura.
Yes. The hourly service covers Aventura and the wider local Miami region.
That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Aventura sits comfortably within that region. Staying local lets a chauffeur remain on call all evening, never far from wherever the group wants to go next: a friend’s place in Sunny Isles, the arena downtown, or a late stop in Brickell. The hourly service doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It stays around the city, where an unhurried, by-the-hour day works top. For a concert night that starts in Aventura and ends back there, every stop you’re likely to want is well inside that region.
Yes. You can reserve a private driver from Aventura to the show over WhatsApp.
Send three things: how many people are going, a rough pickup time, and the stops you have in mind, from dinner to a late drink after the encore. We confirm the vehicle tier, the start time, and the pickup spot, and your payment secures the night. Booking early helps for a weeknight show like November 12, when many groups from the northern suburbs head downtown at the same time. Each car and chauffeur is held only for the booking it’s assigned to. The questions below cover what Aventura riders commonly ask once the date is set: where pickup happens, whether a private group van is available, what to do about a pet, and how a booking made within a day of the show works.
The driver picks you up at the Aventura address you agree on at booking. That can be a hotel lobby such as JW Marriott Miami Turnberry, a condo tower along Country Club Drive, a private home, or an entrance at Aventura Mall. Share the exact spot on WhatsApp, and the chauffeur meets you there.
Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter works as your group’s own private shuttle for the night. Only your party rides in it, so there are no shared seats and no stops for strangers. Book the Sprinter tier that fits your headcount, and the same private van carries everyone from Aventura to the show and back home.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Telling us early gives us time to confirm before concert night, so nothing catches the group off guard at pickup.
A booking made within 24 hours of the service is locked in and held just for you. Once the day and time are agreed, a driver and vehicle are set aside for your group. At such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the night runs as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Reserving your chauffeur for The Neighbourhood on November 12 takes one WhatsApp message and one payment.
Tell us how many are in your group, where in Aventura to pick you up, and the rough plan for the night: an early dinner, the drive downtown, and anywhere you might stop on the way home. We match the vehicle to your headcount, confirm the pickup time, and send the details back so everyone in the group knows the plan. If it’s a birthday or another celebration, mention it, and we’ll plan the timing around it. From there, the evening belongs to you: dress up, grab the tickets, and let someone else handle the drive, the timing, and the parking. Plans can change during the night, too. Add a stop or a late drink, and the chauffeur adjusts the route on the spot. Message us now to check availability for the night of the show.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.
Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
