Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Minnesota Timberwolves at Kaseya Center on Saturday, October 10, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. A bilingual driver handles the run to the 8:00 PM tip-off and the ride home, and your rate is locked at booking with no surge.
Pricing is set per vehicle and per hour, and every game-night booking starts with a five-hour minimum.
Each rate covers the whole vehicle and its chauffeur. You don’t pay by the seat, so a Sprinter costs the same whether every row is full or a few seats stay empty. A couple planning a Saturday date night fits effortlessly in the Black SUV XL. A birthday crew, or a family with cousins in town, commonly moves up to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The Platinum SUV tier suits guests who desire the most polished arrival of the evening. Your booking covers the whole night, so the same hours pay for the Downtown pickup, any stop before the game and the ride home after the final horn.
Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full office outing.
Select by headcount first, then by the feel you desire for the night. Families with young kids frequently like the extra room to spread out in a Sprinter, even when an SUV would technically work, and it keeps everyone together for the walk in. Friends dressed up for a Saturday downtown frequently go for the Platinum SUV and the arrival photos. If your group is bringing something large, like a stack of signs, a cooler for a pre-game hangout or a box of team merch, tell us in advance so we can match the vehicle to it.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you decide every stop.
Start by sending us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time and the places you desire to visit before and after the game. We match a vehicle to your headcount and confirm the booking. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport or a home. You agree the pickup spot when you book, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the arena. From pickup on, the same driver stays with your group for the whole block. You select the order of stops and the route: dinner first, a detour to collect a friend, or straight downtown. Nobody has to hail a car or book a new ride, and nobody in the group has to be the designated driver.
You just keep it. After your first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same flat hourly rate for your vehicle, and the fare is never renegotiated. Head to Wynwood for a late bite or to Brickell for a nightcap. You settle the extra hours with the driver or over WhatsApp once the night is over.
The Heat host the Timberwolves in an NBA preseason game on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM.
The game is part of the Heat’s preseason home stretch, when local fans first obtain to see this season’s roster in person before the regular season opens. Tickets for Miami Heat vs. Minnesota Timberwolves are sold through the arena’s official channels. We handle the ride, not the seats. Preseason games feel looser than a playoff night. Coaches try out rotations, younger players obtain real minutes and the crowd is commonly a little lighter, so it’s a friendly game for first-timers and kids. It’s still a Saturday night in Downtown Miami, though. The bayfront restaurants fill up early and the streets near the arena obtain hectic well before tip-off. A relaxed game inside a lively downtown evening is where a chauffeur by the hour pays off, because the whole night becomes one simple outing.
The crowd looks like Miami itself. You’ll see Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian and Puerto Rican families, a large Black fan base, young professionals out with friends, international visitors and long-time season-ticket holders. Preseason tickets tend to cost less, which brings out more parents with kids. Heat nights are also a place to be seen, so plenty of groups dress for the occasion.
Your chauffeur takes Biscayne Boulevard, the bayfront road that runs right past the arena.
From Brickell, the usual route runs north on Brickell Avenue, over the Miami River bridge and onto Biscayne Boulevard. From the hotels and residential towers north of the arena, around Edgewater and the Arts & Entertainment District, the driver comes south on Biscayne instead. The drive from anywhere in Downtown Miami is typically short, but permit extra time on game night. Traffic builds around Bayside Marketplace and Kaseya Center as tip-off gets closer, and the last few blocks can crawl while the crowd arrives. Your chauffeur checks live traffic, picks between the boulevard and the surrounding surface streets, and adjusts the approach to the evening. When the game ends, the same driver runs the route in reverse and takes each guest back to their Downtown Miami door.
Leave well before tip-off instead of cutting it close. Allow time for event traffic, the walk to the entrance, security screening and a food stop before warm-ups end. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time based on your exact pickup point and how busy Biscayne Boulevard looks that evening.
The driver gets the group as close to the venue as access allows, then points you toward the entrance. The exact drop-off point depends on each event’s traffic plan, so the chauffeur picks the closest workable spot that night. They also send the group a WhatsApp message saying where the car will be after the game.
Yes. Your booked hours keep the car and chauffeur on standby nearby for the whole game. Send a WhatsApp message during the fourth quarter and the driver brings the vehicle to the agreed pickup point as the crowd leaves. Your group skips the garage lines and doesn’t have to look for a ride.
Your chauffeur meets the group at your own Downtown Miami door, whether that’s a lobby, a tower or an office.
If you’re staying at a bayfront hotel, the driver meets you at the lobby driveway, messages you on arrival and waits while the last person gets ready. Residents of the high-rise towers in Brickell and around Bayfront Park are picked up at the building’s front entrance or valet circle. Colleagues heading out straight from work in the Brickell financial district can be collected at their office tower, so the ride starts the celebration. If you’re staying in a short-stay apartment, share the building name when you book. Downtown’s one-way streets can confuse visitors, and your chauffeur handles them, so all you do is walk out the door. On a hectic Saturday, with Biscayne Boulevard filling up, a car already at the curb means the group leaves together and on time.
Yes. Each extra pickup is just another stop within your booked hours, not a separate fare. One friend can come down from a Brickell condo, another from a hotel near Bayfront Park and a third from an office on Biscayne Boulevard. Tell us the order when you book and the chauffeur will plan the route.
Bayside Marketplace, Miami Worldcenter and Brickell all offer pre-game dinner close to the arena.
Bayside Marketplace sits right next door on the water, with casual restaurants and bayfront terraces, and it’s a simple walk to the arena after dinner. Miami Worldcenter, the newer dining and retail district just inland, suits groups who desire a lively bar scene before heading in. For a sit-down dinner with cocktails, Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village offer plenty of choice south of the river. Your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, then takes everyone to the drop-off point. Groups who desire a classic Miami flavor can start in Little Havana with Cuban coffee and pastries before heading downtown. These are ideas for your booked hours. We provide the ride, and you create the restaurant reservations.
Yes. Eat in Brickell while the car waits outside, ride over to Bayside Marketplace to collect friends coming from work, then head to the game together. Every leg fits inside the hours you’ve already booked, so adding a stop or lingering over dessert never means booking a new ride.
A private chauffeur means no parking hunt, no garage lines and no fare surprises on game night.
You obtain a vehicle reserved for your group alone and a bilingual chauffeur who stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Your flat hourly rate is locked when you book and doesn’t surge on a hectic Saturday downtown, so your budget is set before anyone buys a jersey. The chauffeur stays on call through the final quarter, and you can reach your own driver directly on WhatsApp. Nobody gets stuck as the designated driver, nobody circles for a parking space and nobody walks the boulevard late at night looking for a ride. That’s the upscale service we build every booking around: a clean, comfortable vehicle, a peaceful arrival and a better experience from the lobby to the final horn.
Rides between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no night surcharge.
The SUV charge is a single fixed add-on per trip, while the Sprinter charge scales with the value of the trip. Let us know your expected finish time when you book. We’ll spell out the surcharge on WhatsApp when we confirm your booking, so you know the full picture before the night begins.
Three short points cover the payment method, the full fare at booking and any extra hours.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate for your vehicle.
The rate also covers the chauffeur’s time for your whole block, whether the vehicle is moving between stops or standing by. You can reshape the evening as it goes: add a stop, drop one or stay longer at dinner, with no new fare to negotiate. A few extras can apply, and we explain each one in advance. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Anything that isn’t transportation falls outside the rate. Game tickets, food, drinks and restaurant reservations are up to you, while we take care of the vehicle and the chauffeur from start to finish.
Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter van with its own chauffeur, booked by the hour, covers the whole night.
People search for this ride in many ways: a private shuttle to the Heat game, a limo to the arena, a car service to Kaseya Center or a van with a driver for the night. Every one of those searches gets the same answer here. We offer a private vehicle and a chauffeur reserved for your group, never shared with strangers and never on a fixed schedule. For a luxury arrival, groups select the Platinum SUV; we don’t run stretch limousines. Larger parties select a private Sprinter van. Either way, the car leaves when you’re ready, stops where you desire and stays yours until your booking ends. You only share the ride with the people you invited.
Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so a mid-size group and a large party each get a van that fits their headcount. Check the seat counts in the price list above and pick the tier that fits. Your whole group rides together, with no splitting into separate cars for the drive downtown.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes, whenever a vehicle is free. For a ride within the next 24 hours, the agreed date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add hours on the day.
This hourly service stays local and runs around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying local keeps your chauffeur on call and unhurried, so we don’t run this service out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. Send your group size, pickup address and plans on WhatsApp to lock in the night.
Send us a WhatsApp message with how many people are coming, your Downtown Miami pickup point, whether dinner comes before the game and roughly when you’d like to leave. We’ll reply with the vehicle that fits your group, confirm the plan and send the payment details. Once your payment is in, the evening is set. On October 10, your chauffeur arrives at the lobby or front door you chose, handles every stop you planned and keeps the night moving at your pace. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicles for a Saturday game downtown, especially if your group needs a Sprinter. A real person answers questions about seats, the night surcharge or bringing a pet, on the same WhatsApp thread you book on.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
