Transfer from Miami to Miami Heat vs. LA Clippers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. LA Clippers at Kaseya Center on Friday, December 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum and larger vehicles available. Tip-off is at 7:00 PM. One chauffeur and one premium vehicle stay with you from the Miami pickup until you’re home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Cost for Heat vs. Clippers? 🚙

Each vehicle tier has one flat hourly rate, charged per vehicle rather than per seat.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Every booking starts with a minimum of five hours. That block fits a Heat home game well: pickup in Miami, an early dinner, the drive Downtown, four quarters of basketball and the ride home. Choose the tier by headcount and by the kind of evening you’re planning. The Black SUV XL suits couples and small groups of friends. The two Sprinter tiers keep a bigger crew together in one vehicle. The Platinum SUV is the one to pick when you’re hosting guests and want the most polished cabin. Whatever you choose, you pay for the vehicle and the hours, not per person, so a full car shares one rate. The list above covers daytime pricing. The single evening surcharge is explained further down, so you can see the full cost of the night before you reserve.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work on Game Night? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur, and both stay with your group all evening.

Start by picking the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us your rough departure time and the stops you have in mind, such as a hotel pickup, a dinner reservation, the arena or a nightcap afterward. After that, you plan the evening. You choose the stops and the pace. You can drop a stop if dinner runs long or add a swift detour to collect a friend on the way. The same chauffeur stays with the car from the first pickup to the final drop-off, so you never have to look for a new vehicle between legs. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants to keep the night going, just keep the car. After the first five hours, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle those hours after the day ends.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your driver can pick you up at any address in Miami, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. That could be the lobby of a Brickell or South Beach hotel, your home in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. If you arrive by cruise that day, you can ride straight from the ship to the game.

Does the Ride Home After the Game Carry a Night Surcharge? 🌆

Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside that window carry a surcharge that depends on the vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. It applies whether you head straight home or stop for a late dinner in Brickell first. The earlier part of your block, such as a hotel pickup, a waterfront lunch or a pre-game stop, commonly falls within daytime hours and costs nothing extra. We confirm the surcharge along with your hours when you book on WhatsApp, so you know the full cost of the evening before you get in the car.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat Game? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everything from a date night to a large group outing.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and suits couples, families and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size crew can ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers. It’s the larger private van, built for office outings, birthday groups and big fan crews.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury cabin for hosting or celebrating. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private. The whole cabin belongs to your group, and no one else is picked up along the way. If you’re bringing signs, merch or anything bulky for the night, tell us in advance and we’ll match the vehicle to it.

Is the Platinum SUV Worth It for a Gameday Upgrade?

For a big night out, yes. If your seats are an upgrade, such as courtside, a suite or a birthday treat, the Platinum SUV matches the occasion with a top-tier luxury cabin. If you’d rather keep things more low-key, the Black SUV XL covers the same ride in understated comfort. Both come with the same chauffeur service and the same flexible stops.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Miami for the December 18 Game? 🏟️

Your chauffeur takes the most direct route into Downtown Miami from wherever your group starts.

From Brickell, it’s commonly a short drive north along Brickell Avenue onto Biscayne Boulevard, the waterfront road the arena faces. Groups in Miami Beach typically cross the MacArthur Causeway, which comes into Downtown right beside the arena district. From Doral or the airport area, the Dolphin Expressway runs directly into Downtown. Riders from Coral Gables and Coconut Grove commonly come up South Dixie Highway or I-95. Wynwood is just to the north, so a pre-game stop there is followed by a swift drive down Biscayne Boulevard. Drive times vary on a Friday night during the holiday season, when Downtown fills with fans, shoppers and visitors. Your chauffeur watches live traffic and adjusts the route as needed. Because you’ve booked by the hour, the clock works for you. Nobody is rushing to a parking garage or hunting for a space.

How Early Should You Leave Miami Before the 7:00 PM Tip-Off?

Allow plenty of extra time and plan to reach Downtown well before tip-off, especially if you’re coming from Miami Beach, Doral or the airport area. Traffic on a December Friday is heavier than on a typical weeknight. Arriving early gives the group time to find seats, get food and watch warm-ups. Many groups start the booking with dinner, which makes the drive to the game a short final leg.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off and Wait at the Arena? 🎤

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena as access allows, then stays nearby.

On game night, traffic control changes the streets around the arena, and lanes on Biscayne Boulevard can close or shift as the crowd arrives. Your chauffeur adjusts as things change and pulls in at whichever drop-off point is open. Before anyone gets out, the driver shows you where you’ll meet afterward. For entry details and game-night updates, check the official Kaseya Center site before you go. The car then stays parked and ready for the rest of the night instead of circling the block or leaving for another job. When the final buzzer sounds, the whole arena empties onto the same few streets at once. That’s when a reserved car pays off. While others wait at the curb or walk to distant garages, your group walks to a driver who already knows the plan.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is exactly what the hourly booking is for. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the whole game instead of leaving and coming back, so you don’t need a second booking or worry about who will turn up. If anyone wants to leave early, message the driver and the car will come to you.

How Do You Find Your Car After the Final Buzzer?

You meet the same driver and vehicle at the pickup spot you agreed on before going in. Crowds spill onto Biscayne Boulevard after the game, so the driver may choose a side street a short walk from the arena to get out faster. Send a WhatsApp message when you leave your seats so the car is ready when you arrive.

Where Should You Eat in Miami Before Miami Heat vs. LA Clippers? 🍸

Brickell, Bayside Marketplace, Little Havana and Wynwood all make natural pre-game stops before Downtown.

Mary Brickell Village and the surrounding streets have steakhouses, sushi bars and rooftop lounges within a few walkable blocks. That makes it a simple spot for an early dinner before a swift ride to the arena. Bayside Marketplace sits right next door on the bay, so groups who want to stay close can eat by the water and walk over. For a start that feels more like Miami, Little Havana has Cuban sandwiches, strong coffee and live music. Wynwood has murals, craft breweries and a lively dinner scene just north of Downtown. Since the car stays with you, you can visit two of these areas, such as drinks in Wynwood and dinner in Brickell, without anyone worrying about parking or staying sober to drive. These are suggestions for your hours, and we don’t make reservations. Book your table directly and send us the time so the evening lines up with tip-off.

What Is Downtown Like Before a Friday Night Heat Game?

Downtown is busy on a Heat game night, and a Friday in December brings holiday visitors too. Fans in jerseys fill the bayfront, you’ll hear both English and Spanish, and bars along Biscayne Boulevard fill up early. Couples, groups of friends and people hosting guests all head to the same streets, so arriving by private car is much calmer.

Why Do Heat Fans Book a Private Chauffeur Instead of Driving Downtown? 🕴️

A private chauffeur is a premium service that lets your group focus on the game instead of on parking.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you for the whole block. The person who picks you up in Miami is the one who drives you home. Your flat hourly rate is locked in when you book, so there’s no surge on a busy Friday and the fare doesn’t rise with traffic. Everyone in the group gets to savor the game, including the friend who would commonly drive and skip the drinks. You can reach us directly on WhatsApp before and during the day, so there’s no call center to go through. The result is a better experience overall: a clean, premium cabin to relax in after four loud quarters, a driver who already knows your plan, and a night that ends at your door instead of in a crowded garage. For a holiday-season game Downtown, it’s the easiest way to go.

Need the Game-Night Essentials at a Glance? 🎊

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group all block.
  • Chauffeurs speak English and Spanish.
  • Bookings are available 24/7, including late game nights and early starts.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot during your booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes the flat hourly rate.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate, and What Costs Extra? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with your chauffeur.

This matters on a Downtown game night, when garages near the arena are at their busiest and expressway tolls add up over a long evening. None of those costs appear on your bill. The rate covers the whole private vehicle for your group and a chauffeur who does all the driving from pickup to drop-off. There are only a few extra charges, and they’re clear up front. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge listed above, which applies to most game-night returns. Any hours you add beyond your reserved block are billed at your vehicle’s usual hourly rate. They aren’t free, but they aren’t marked up either. There are no separate charges for fuel, parking or tolls at the end of the night, so the cost stays simple to predict.

How Is the Fare Paid? 📋

Payment is simple: the full fare at booking, plus any hours you add on the night.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, secures your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is only the starting point. Each hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day ends.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

This hourly service stays local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Your chauffeur works in the neighborhoods Heat fans actually leave from: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. It also covers nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Keeping the service local is what makes game night work so well. The driver knows these streets, stays on call for your whole block, and runs an unhurried service that stays around the city. For that reason, we don’t run this hourly service to more distant places such as Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. If your group is staying on Key Biscayne or near the airport, that’s easily within reach. The same car can take you from a late lunch by the water to the arena and then home again.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Miami Heat vs. LA Clippers? 🏙️

Yes. You can book a private chauffeur by the hour from anywhere in Miami to this game, with the car and driver reserved for your group alone. Choose an SUV or a private Sprinter van, set your stops and confirm the booking on WhatsApp. Answers to other common questions are below.

How Many People Fit in the Private Van From Miami?

Our private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes in two sizes, so a group too big for one SUV can still ride together in a single vehicle. The smaller Sprinter suits a mid-size crew, and the larger one works for a full group-ticket outing. The exact passenger count for each is in the price list at the top of the page.

Is a Private Driver Worth It for Just One Heat Game?

For many single-game fans, it is. One booking covers dinner, the arena drop-off and the ride home, and your group shares one vehicle rate. It works especially well for visitors in town for the holidays who don’t want to drive into an unfamiliar Downtown on a Friday night and would rather enjoy the game.

Can Season Ticket Members Book a Driver for Other Home Games?

Yes. Each game night is its own hourly booking, so members with a full or partial plan can reserve the service for as many home games as they want. Send the dates on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a vehicle for each one. Every night uses the same flat hourly pricing, with the same private car and chauffeur setup.

Can a Pet Ride Along in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What If We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

You can. Once we agree on the time, your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within that final 24-hour window, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the booking goes ahead as agreed and we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add hours on the day at the same rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
