Transfer from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder at Kaseya Center on Sunday, November 22, 2026 (6:00 PM start), with a 5-hour minimum in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour. Pickup is at any address in Hollywood, one bilingual driver stays with you all evening, and the fare is locked at booking with no surge.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Hollywood Cost by the Hour? 🚙

You pay per vehicle, not per seat, and every booking starts with a five-hour minimum at the hourly rate of the tier you choose.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

One rate covers the whole group. A car full of friends sharing the evening pays the same hourly figure as a couple riding alone. The tier you pick depends only on how many people are coming and how much room you desire. The Platinum SUV gives a smaller party a more polished cabin, and the two Sprinter tiers keep a bigger crew together in one vehicle so nobody has to split across cars. The block is built around a typical Hollywood game night: the drive south, a stop before the game, the game itself, and the ride home. These are not estimates that change later. They are the rates you book at, and how you pay is explained in the payment section further down. Once you know your group size, you know your hourly rate.

Why Do Hollywood Fans Book a Private Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🕴️

Your Hollywood group gets a private car that nobody else rides in, with a bilingual chauffeur at the wheel.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone. No strangers obtain in, nobody shares seats, and you don’t change cars halfway through the evening. On game night the back rows might hold grandparents, cousins in town for the holidays, and a couple of longtime season-ticket holders. A chauffeur who can talk effortlessly in more than one language keeps all of them comfortable. Your hourly rate is fixed when you book and there is no surge, so a full arena emptying onto Biscayne Boulevard never changes what you pay. The driver who greets you in Hollywood is the same one who brings you home, and you can reach our team directly on WhatsApp before and during the booking. That is what makes this a premium service: a clean vehicle, a familiar face, and a better experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Apply to a Game-Night Booking? 📋

The full fare is paid before game day, and any extra time is settled afterward.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🏙️

Booking by the hour reserves one car and one chauffeur for a set block, starting at pickup.

First, pick the vehicle that fits your group. Then send us a WhatsApp message with your headcount, a rough start time, and the stops you’d like: dinner in Hollywood, a drink downtown, the arena itself. The first five hours are your booked block, and you run the evening inside it. You can add a stop, skip one, or stay longer over dessert, and the driver adjusts the plan. When the block ends, you can simply keep the car. Every additional hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate you already booked, never a renegotiated fare. You settle those extra hours after the day, not on the spot. With a 6:00 PM game and a drive home afterward, this means nobody in the group has to watch the clock during a close fourth quarter.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Hollywood?

Your driver picks you up at any address in Hollywood you choose. That could be a hotel lobby along Hollywood Beach, a condo or family home off Hollywood Boulevard, or the Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. If someone in your group is coming from elsewhere, pickup works at any Miami address too: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book.

What Happens if the Game Goes to Overtime?

Overtime just adds time to your booking, and nothing about the plan has to change. The car is still yours, and any time past your reserved block is billed as described above, after the night wraps up. Some groups add time on purpose so they can have a late dinner in Brickell before heading back north to Hollywood.

How Many People Fit in a Private Van From Hollywood to the Heat Game? 🚐

We have four private vehicle tiers, sized for anything from a couple to a large group of friends.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers. A good fit for a couple, a family, or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group rides down together instead of splitting into two cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers, for an extended family, a fan club, or a group of coworkers.
  • Platinum SUV: up to 5 passengers in a more upscale cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Most large Hollywood groups first desire to know if they can all travel together. With the private van they can: everyone sits in the same vehicle, and one chauffeur keeps track of the whole party. That makes regrouping after the game much easier, because there is only one car to find and nobody has to arrange a second ride home. Smaller parties usually choose the Black SUV XL. The Platinum SUV suits a birthday, a date night, or guests you desire to impress. Every tier has room for what fans usually carry, like jerseys, signs, and a bag of merch from the team shop. If you’re bringing something big, just tell us in advance.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book Your Heat Game Ride? 📋

  • One vehicle and one chauffeur stay assigned to your group all evening.
  • Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot in every vehicle.
  • A brief restroom or snack stop mid-booking leaves your rate unchanged.
  • Bookings run every day of the week, daytime or evening.

Is There Private Transportation From Hollywood to Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder? 🏟️

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur runs from Hollywood to this Sunday-evening Heat game.

Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder starts at 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at Kaseya Center, the Heat’s home arena on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Downtown Miami. The game falls on the weekend before Thanksgiving, just as the holidays and the winter visitor season begin. Many Hollywood households will have family in town, and seasonal residents will be settling back into their condos near the beach. The crowd is very Miami: families with kids in matching jerseys, young professionals meeting up after brunch, longtime season-ticket holders who rarely miss a Sunday game, and fans from the city’s Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican communities who make the building loud. A private chauffeur turns that mix into one simple plan. Everyone is picked up in Hollywood, everyone rides down together, and everyone comes home together at the end of the night.

What Makes Thunder vs. Heat a Big Night Downtown?

This cross-conference matchup brings one of the league’s top teams to Biscayne Bay. The two franchises also share NBA Finals history that longtime fans still talk about. Because it’s a Sunday-evening game, it also works well as a family outing, and many groups turn it into a full afternoon of food and time together before the game.

How Does Game Night at Kaseya Center Work From Hollywood? 🏟️

Your chauffeur handles the drive into downtown, the drop-off, and the pickup after the final buzzer.

On game night, a full arena’s worth of fans heads for the same few downtown blocks, and traffic on Biscayne Boulevard and the nearby I-395 ramps builds as tip-off gets closer. The best way to beat it is to obtain there before the rush, and an hourly booking makes that easy. You can reach downtown early, have a drink or a bite nearby, and walk into the arena while later arrivals are still inching toward the garages. Your driver watches the traffic that evening and picks the clearest approach, so the group never has to hunt for a garage, pay for a spot, or remember where the car is parked. Everyone rides down together, bags and jackets stay in the vehicle, and all the group needs to carry inside is their tickets.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near Kaseya Center?

Your driver gets the group as close to the venue as access allows that evening. That’s usually the Biscayne Boulevard side when traffic control permits it, and you walk the last stretch to the entrance. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on where to meet after the game, so nobody has to figure it out in the crowd later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. The car and chauffeur stay with your booking for the whole game, parked or staged nearby instead of leaving the area. When the final buzzer sounds, send a WhatsApp message as you head out and walk to the meeting point you agreed on. Your driver picks up the group for the ride back to Hollywood or on to another stop after the game.

What Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Hollywood to Downtown Miami? 🌆

Most game-night trips head south on I-95, the most direct route from Hollywood to downtown.

For pickups near the beach, the driver usually crosses the Intracoastal on Hollywood Boulevard or Sheridan Street to reach the interstate. Homes and hotels west of US-1 are often only a few turns from an on-ramp. From there the route runs south past North Miami and along the western edge of Wynwood, then the downtown exits lead toward the bay. On a quiet afternoon it’s a simple drive down the coast. On game night, allow noticeably more time, because Sunday traffic into downtown mixes with everyone else heading for the same exits. Your chauffeur follows live traffic the whole way and changes course before a slowdown becomes a standstill, which is one more reason groups prefer not to drive themselves. The same applies on the way home: after the game, the driver takes whichever northbound route is moving best back to Hollywood.

Can the Driver Skip I-95 if Traffic Backs Up?

Yes. Biscayne Boulevard, along the US-1 corridor, is the usual surface-street alternative from Hollywood. It runs south through Aventura, North Miami, and the Upper East Side and continues into downtown along the bay, all the way to the arena area. It’s slower when traffic is light but steadier when the interstate stalls, and your driver decides which to use along the way.

Where Can You Eat in Hollywood Before the Heat Game? 🥂

For a pre-game meal, most people head to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk or Downtown Hollywood.

The Broadwalk’s oceanfront stretch has casual cafés and seafood spots where a group can sit outside, enjoy the breeze, and relax for a while before the drive south. For something livelier, Downtown Hollywood along Hollywood Boulevard and around ArtsPark at Young Circle has restaurants, bars, and a walkable small-city feel. It works well for families and for friends coming from different neighborhoods. Larger parties sometimes meet at the Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, where several restaurants under one roof make it easy to feed a big group before heading out. Wherever you go, the car stays with you while you eat, so there’s no valet line at the beach and no hunting for parking in downtown Hollywood. These are just ideas for how to use your booked hours. You make the reservations, and your driver can suggest a route that fits your timing.

Can You Stop in Brickell or at Bayside Marketplace Before Tip-Off?

You can do either, because you set the stops. The group can have dinner in Brickell’s high-rise dining district just south of downtown, or browse Bayside Marketplace, which sits right next to the arena on the bayfront. Getting downtown early this way also means you’re past the worst of the traffic by the time the crowd starts building.

When Does the Evening Surcharge Apply to a Game-Night Ride? 🎆

Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge. Any trip outside that window adds the surcharge below for your vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For an SUV, the surcharge is a single fixed amount per trip, not something that adds up by the hour. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the trip value. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Either way, it’s listed here before you book, so there are no surprises in the final total.

What Is Included in the Hourly Rate? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate you book.

That covers fuel for the trip down I-95 and back, any tolls along the way, and any parking or staging the car needs downtown while your group is inside the arena. The rate is mainly for your chauffeur and the private vehicle, which shows up clean and ready for the evening. Only a few things can add to the total, and each one is listed on this page: hours you add beyond the booked block and the evening surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A quick detour, a changed stop, or a slow drive through game-night traffic doesn’t cost anything extra. The car is yours for the hours you book, however the evening goes.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Hollywood to Kaseya Center? 🎊

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm your game-night booking directly.

Include your group size, your Hollywood pickup address, a rough start time, and anything you’d like to do before or after the game, such as dinner on the Broadwalk or a stop downtown afterward. We match the vehicle to your headcount, confirm availability for November 22, and lock in the plan once your payment arrives. It’s worth booking early for this game. It falls on the weekend before Thanksgiving, when many Hollywood households are hosting visitors and schedules fill up speedy. The same WhatsApp thread stays open for changes before game day, like an extra passenger, a different pickup spot, or a new stop on the way down. The rates, inclusions, and payment terms are all on this page, so the only thing left to work out is your plan for the day.

How Early Should You Leave Hollywood for Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder?

For the 6:00 PM start, plan to leave Hollywood in the mid-to-late afternoon, or earlier if you want dinner downtown first. Sunday traffic toward the arena gets heavier as tip-off approaches, so arriving downtown with time to spare keeps the evening relaxed. Share your plans on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest a pickup time that fits.

Does the Hourly Service Cover Hollywood and the Rest of Miami?

Yes. Hollywood is part of our local area, which covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the area around Miami International Airport, and nearby communities up toward Fort Lauderdale. This on-call hourly service stays close to the city, so it doesn’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach.

What Happens if You Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead on the date and time you agreed. At that point we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day at any time.

Can You Bring a Pet on the Ride From Hollywood?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Lock In Your Hollywood Pickup for November 22? 🎊

One WhatsApp message is all it takes to obtain your game night planned.

Here’s how the day goes. The car pulls up at your door in Hollywood in the afternoon, the group settles in, and during the drive south everyone talks about the matchup instead of watching for exits. You eat where you like, obtain downtown ahead of the crowd, and walk in together. After the final buzzer, your ride home is already taken care of, whether you go straight back up I-95 or stop for a late dinner in Brickell first. The rates, inclusions, surcharge hours, and payment terms are all listed above. All you need to decide is who’s coming and where the evening starts. Tell us your plans, confirm your date for Sunday, November 22, 2026, and let someone else deal with downtown traffic while your group enjoys the Heat.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
