Transfer from Brickell to Jonas Brothers at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Jonas Brothers at Kaseya Center on Monday, October 5, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The 7:00 PM show becomes one simple night: pickup at your Brickell hotel or residence, dinner nearby, the concert, and the same bilingual driver taking you home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell Cost per Hour? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle and per hour, and every booking starts with a five-hour minimum, so choose the tier that matches your group.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Your booked hours cover the Brickell pickup, dinner, the concert, and the ride home, so one booking handles the whole evening instead of a single leg. A couple or a small group of friends commonly fits the SUV comfortably. A larger crew, or two families traveling together, tends to land in one of the Sprinter tiers. The Platinum SUV suits riders who desire a more polished arrival for a milestone night. Trips late in the evening can add the surcharge explained below, and the section on inclusions lists exactly what the rate already covers.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work on Concert Night? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur, and both stay with your group for the entire evening.

Choose the tier that fits your group, then send a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The pickup can be any Miami address, whether that’s a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal, Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact spot is agreed at booking, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight into the concert plans. From there you set the order of the night, and the driver waits between every stop instead of disappearing between legs. Your booking covers the first five hours, and keeping the car longer is simple: every extra hour after that block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate. Those extra hours are settled after the night wraps up. If the singalong spills into a late dessert back in Brickell, the car just stays with you.

Can You Add or Drop Stops During the Booking?

Yes. The itinerary is never locked, so you can add a stop, drop one, or stay longer wherever you’re having a good time. A photo stop by the bay, a detour back to the apartment for a forgotten phone charger, or an extra swing past a friend’s building all fit. Just tell the driver, and your hourly rate stays exactly the same.

When Does the Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🌆

Trips between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge at all. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge depends only on the time of day, and it is spelled out when you confirm, so the total holds no surprises at the end of the night. An SUV booking sees one set add-on for the late journey, while a Sprinter booking sees a percentage of the journey value, exactly as listed. Nothing else about the evening changes after dark. The same chauffeur, the same vehicle, and the same hourly rate carry through from the Brickell pickup to the final drop-off at your door.

Which Payment Methods and Terms Do You Use? 📋

Payment is arranged over WhatsApp before the night and comes down to three simple parts.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer any time. Every hour after that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the night wraps up.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Jonas Brothers Show? 🚐

Four private tiers cover everyone from a couple to a large birthday crew.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. It’s the usual pick for couples and small friend groups.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers. It works well when two or three friend groups want to arrive together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a whole birthday or bachelorette party fits in one vehicle.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a premium full-size class. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, so the whole cabin belongs to your group and nobody else joins along the way. On a concert night, think about more than headcount: signs, merch bags, and a change of shoes take up space, so tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large and we’ll match the vehicle. When the group sits right on the line between two tiers, sizing up makes the ride home after a long night of singing noticeably roomier.

Is There a Private Van for a Big Group Heading to the Concert?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van, reserved for your group alone, with no strangers and no extra pickups. It keeps a big crew together from the first photo in the Brickell lobby to the last chorus on the ride home, and everyone walks in at once instead of trickling in from several cars.

  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Service is available 24/7, any day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Onboard WiFi comes through a mobile hotspot for the whole booking.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Every booking is arranged and confirmed directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Who’s Heading to the Jonas Brothers Miami Show on October 5? 🎊

Jonas Brothers play the downtown arena on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

Much of the crowd grew up with the brothers’ Disney Channel and Camp Rock years. Anticipate friend groups reuniting for a night of nostalgia, couples on a date night, and parents bringing kids who now know every word too. Red is the color of the night, frequently paired with flame prints, glitter, band tees, and throwback looks inspired by the late 2000s, so anticipate plenty of photos before anyone leaves Brickell. Because the show falls on a Monday, numerous riders come straight from the office. A car that collects everyone and holds the outfit bags makes the switch from workday to concert simple. Nobody draws the short straw as designated driver, nobody circles downtown hunting for parking, and the group walks into Kaseya Center together, already in concert mode.

How Do You Get to Kaseya Center From Brickell? 🎤

Brickell sits just south of downtown, so the ride to the arena is short.

On an ordinary evening the drive is a quick hop across the Miami River, but a concert night is distinct. Fans head for Biscayne Boulevard from every direction, and on a Monday the end of the evening commute overlaps with pre-show arrivals. Your chauffeur watches traffic while you finish dinner and picks the route that is moving best. Meanwhile your group stays in a cool, quiet cabin instead of walking blocks in heels. The streets around the arena fill up well before showtime, and the sidewalks turn into a sea of red shirts and glitter. Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park sit close by on the waterfront. The real value of the booking is handing that stretch to a local driver, so nobody in your group has to learn downtown’s one-way streets.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Brickell?

Most evenings the chauffeur heads north on Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River on the Brickell Avenue Bridge, and continues into downtown toward Biscayne Boulevard, which runs along the front of the arena. When that route backs up, South Miami Avenue or a short run on I-95 toward the downtown exits can be faster, and the driver decides on the spot.

How Long Is the Ride From Brickell on a Show Night?

Typically it’s a short drive, but on a concert night you should allow a generous cushion rather than timing it to the minute. Traffic thickens as showtime approaches, and the last few blocks near the arena move slowest. You’re paying by the hour either way, so leaving early just means less time sitting in traffic and more time inside soaking up the atmosphere.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell? 🏙️

Your chauffeur meets you at any address in Brickell you choose when booking.

Hotel guests commonly step out of a lobby on Brickell Avenue or at Brickell City Centre, and the car pulls into the driveway at the agreed time. If you live in one of the high-rise towers, you can meet the driver in your building’s motor court. Neighboring towers sometimes share a driveway, so a quick note about which entrance to utilize saves everyone a lap around the block. Brickell Key works just as well, and so does an office on the avenue if you’re heading out straight from work. Send the exact entrance and the name on the booking over WhatsApp, and checking in with a doorman or front desk is simple. Leave a little extra time for the group photo out front. It’s a private booking, so nobody is tapping a watch while you get the shot in your red outfits.

Can the Driver Meet You at PortMiami or the Airport First?

Yes. If the day starts with a cruise arriving at PortMiami or a flight into Miami International Airport, the chauffeur can meet you at the terminal curb. From there you can go to your Brickell hotel to check in and change, then carry on into the concert evening. It all runs as one continuous booking with the same car and driver.

What Should You Do in Brickell Before the Concert? 🍸

Most groups start with dinner in Brickell, then ride over together once everyone has eaten.

Komodo draws a dressed-up crowd to its multilevel dining room, which makes it a natural fit for a birthday or reunion night. The restaurants and terraces around Brickell City Centre cover everything from sushi to steak. Mary Brickell Village suits a more casual plan: a quick bite and a toast before you head out. Groups that desire a bay view can have the chauffeur cross the river early and eat at Bayside Marketplace, a short stroll from the arena. Whichever you pick, reserve the table yourselves. We provide the car and driver, not the dinner reservation. While you eat, the vehicle stays close by with your spare shoes and merch bags locked inside, and nobody has to locate a garage. When the check comes, one message to the driver brings the car to the door.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Jonas Brothers? 🏟️

Leave Brickell with a relaxing cushion so you’re inside well before the 7:00 PM start.

Arena crowds build in waves. Security lines, merch tables, and the rush for drinks all grow as showtime nears, and fans who arrive early catch the opening moments instead of hearing them from the concourse. We suggest setting your pickup so dinner ends with plenty of time to spare. The chauffeur then decides when to leave based on how Biscayne Boulevard looks that evening. If you’d like time to buy a tour shirt before the merch lines peak, say so and we’ll plan around it. Your night at Kaseya Center then follows a simple order: an early drop-off, the show, and the same car ready for the journey home. The sections below cover each step. Because your booked hours keep running through the concert, the driver stays close instead of heading off elsewhere.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at the Arena?

The chauffeur brings you as close to the venue as access allows, usually at the passenger drop-off point that event traffic control sets for the night. Street closures can move that spot from one show to the next, so the driver confirms it on the way in and points out an easy landmark for finding each other later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes, waiting is part of an hourly booking. While you sing along inside, the driver stays nearby with the vehicle, your jackets and bags stay in the car, and the driver keeps an eye on WhatsApp for your message. There’s no second car to request and no reason to leave before the final song.

How Do You Meet Your Driver After the Encore?

Message the driver on WhatsApp as the last song ends, then walk to the meeting point you agreed on at drop-off. Streets are packed right after an arena show, so the chauffeur may pick a spot a short walk from the crowd where the car can pull in easily. From there, it’s home to Brickell or on to a late bite.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all covered by the hourly rate.

Your rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the running costs of moving between Brickell, dinner, and the concert. There is no fuel top-up, toll bill, or garage receipt waiting at the end of the night. A couple of items can fall outside the base rate, and each is made clear before you pay. The late-journey surcharge applies when a journey falls outside daytime hours, as covered earlier. Concert tickets, dinner, and drinks are yours to arrange. We provide the car and driver, and your chauffeur will gladly suggest a place to eat or a good order of stops, but we never sell a package.

Why Is a Private Chauffeur the Better Experience for Concert Night? 🕴️

A private car and chauffeur turn concert logistics into part of the celebration.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so the cabin becomes the pre-show hangout: music up, outfits checked, and a vote on which song opens the night. Your rate is flat and locked the moment you book, with no surge when the arena empties at once and no change for traffic or a downpour. One bilingual chauffeur handles the entire night. By the end of the evening that one person knows your pickup door, your dinner spot, and your group’s names, and is still there when the lights come up. You reach that driver directly on WhatsApp instead of waiting on a call center, so a quick message settles most questions right away. That is what upscale service looks like on a concert night: fewer moving parts, more time together, and a better experience from the first photo in Brickell to the last goodnight at your door.

What’s the Best Way to Get to Jonas Brothers From Brickell? 🎆

For most groups, a private hourly chauffeur is the simplest way to do the night.

Driving yourself means fighting downtown traffic, finding a garage near the arena, and choosing one friend to skip the celebratory drinks. Walking over from Brickell sounds simple until you picture the journey back late at night in concert shoes. A reserved chauffeur solves all of that at once. The evening is planned around your group, the car is yours for the night, and the only decision left is what to wear. It works for any group size: two friends take the SUV, a birthday crew fills a Sprinter, and booking works the same way either way. The questions below cover what riders most frequently ask before they lock in the date, from folding dinner into the plan to booking on short notice and where the service runs.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking covers dinner in Brickell, the concert, and the ride home, with no second reservation. Set the pickup early enough for a relaxed meal, let the car wait while you eat, then ride to the show together. A late dessert or nightcap back in Brickell after the encore fits into the same plan.

Can You Book a Brickell Pickup Less Than a Day Before the Show?

Yes, when a car is free. A booking confirmed within 24 hours of pickup is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the night goes ahead as agreed. You’re always welcome to add more hours on the day.

Can a Pet Ride Along on Concert Night?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover?

This hourly service stays local, covering Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach aren’t part of this service, which keeps your car on call around the city.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Lock In Your Brickell Pickup for October 5? 📋

Send your group size, pickup address, and plans on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

A good first message says how many people are riding, a rough start time, the exact Brickell entrance for pickup, and any stops on your wish list, such as a dinner spot or a late bite after the show. We reply with availability and the tier that fits, and your payment then secures the evening in your name. From there everything stays in one WhatsApp thread, so moving the dinner time or adding a friend takes one quick message instead of a round of phone calls. Concert dates draw early interest, so reaching out as soon as you have your tickets gives your group the widest choice of vehicles for Monday, October 5.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
