Our private hourly chauffeur service takes your group from Downtown Miami to Miami Heat vs. Golden State Warriors at Kaseya Center on January 17, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 6:00 PM. Your rate is locked at booking with no surge, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you until the night is over.
Rates are charged per vehicle, per hour, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.
Each rate covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. Friends splitting a Sprinter or a family sharing the Black SUV XL pay one hourly figure between them. With tip-off set for 6:00 PM, a five-hour window can hold an early Downtown dinner, the short last ride to the arena, the game, and the trip home or on to a late bite. It depends on when you start the clock. The Platinum SUV is the top tier, for a smaller party that wants the most polished cabin. Choose by headcount first, then by the feel you want for the evening, and let the chauffeur handle every move after that.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate, along with your chauffeur’s time.
You won’t pay for a garage near the arena. If the group crosses the causeway to Miami Beach for a late bite, the toll is covered too, and no fuel charge is added when the night ends. Your chauffeur’s full block is part of the rate as well, from the first pickup in Downtown to the last drop-off of the evening. Fans frequently leave with more than they brought, and the cabin has room for signs, jerseys, and team-store bags. Just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Apart from any hours you decide to add, only two extras can apply. One is the night surcharge for time outside daytime hours, explained further down. Everything else about the evening runs on the rate you booked.
Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full crew of fans.
Count every rider before you choose, kids included. Size up if the group plans to pick up a friend or two along the way. The Sprinter tiers work well for Heat fan clubs, office outings, and visiting families who want to arrive together instead of in a convoy of separate cars. The Platinum SUV models are examples of that class of vehicle, not a promise of one specific model.
A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service built around your group.
The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last stop. You see one familiar face and one car all evening. Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish, which suits Miami’s mixed crowds of families, visitors, and longtime fans. Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. There’s no surge when the whole arena empties onto the street at once, and no change for traffic or weather. Your driver stays through the game instead of leaving after drop-off. You also have a direct WhatsApp line to coordinate timing, add a stop, or change the plan. The result is a better experience from start to finish: a clean premium vehicle, an unhurried pace, and nobody in the group watching the clock.
Yes. It’s a Sunday 6:00 PM game between teams from different conferences, on Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend.
The Miami Heat host the Golden State Warriors, whose fans are known for following their team on the road. Expect Heat red and black in the stands, mixed with plenty of Warriors blue and gold. The crowd reflects Miami itself: Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican families, young professionals from Brickell, longtime season-ticket holders, and winter visitors. Monday is a holiday for many people, so groups frequently add dinner before the game and a late stop after it. A car by the hour fits that kind of evening. Game details, arena policies, and entry information are on the official Kaseya Center site, and it’s worth checking them before you leave. Downtown will be busy with visitors all weekend, so booking your ride early means one less thing to arrange on the day.
Your chauffeur typically uses Biscayne Boulevard, the main road along the bayfront, which runs right past the arena.
From most Downtown addresses the ride is typically short. On game night, though, allow noticeably more time, because traffic around the bayfront builds as tip-off gets closer. Drivers who know the area use parallel streets such as NE 2nd Avenue when Biscayne backs up, and choose the approach based on the traffic ahead instead of a fixed route. Pickups on the Brickell edge of Downtown usually head north along the bay. Riders near the Arts and Entertainment District come down from the other direction, so the chauffeur plans the drop-off side before you leave. The easiest way to beat the pre-game rush is to eat dinner close by, so the arena is the last short leg of the trip. Arriving early also gives you time to find your seats and obtain food inside before the game starts.
Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at the nearest open curb or drop-off point that night. Traffic control decides which lanes stay open, so the driver picks the spot on the way in. Before you step out, they tell you which entrance is closest and confirm the plan for pickup after the game.
Yes. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the entire game, because those hours are already booked for you. While you watch, the driver waits nearby with the car ready. Before the final buzzer, they send a WhatsApp message with the exact meeting spot, so nobody wanders a crowded sidewalk looking for the car.
Start your booking with dinner or drinks near the bay, then take the short ride to the arena.
Bayside Marketplace sits right beside the arena, with waterfront restaurants and a view of the boats. It’s a simple first stop for a group that wants to walk off dinner and stay close by. Brickell has a more polished scene, from the restaurants of Mary Brickell Village to the dining floors at Brickell City Centre, and the chauffeur waits outside while you eat. For a true Miami start, loop west to Versailles in Little Havana for Cuban food and a strong coffee before driving back toward the bay. If you have spare time before the doors open, take a walk through Bayfront Park or Museum Park. These are ideas for your booked hours, not reservations we make. Book any table yourself, and the driver handles every move between stops.
Many groups keep the celebration going in Brickell, where rooftop bars and late-night restaurants are a quick drive from the arena. Others cross the causeway to South Beach or head up to Wynwood for its bars and murals. Your chauffeur is already with you, so a post-game stop is just the next leg of the night.
You pick a vehicle, reserve a five-hour block, and your chauffeur stays with you for all of it.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount. Then message us on WhatsApp with a rough start time and the stops you have in mind. The driver can pick up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The pickup spot is agreed when you book. From then on, the same chauffeur stays with you for the whole block and waits at each stop, including the arena. You decide the order: dinner first, a detour to pick up a friend, or straight to the game. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate. There’s no fare to renegotiate and nothing to pay on the spot, because extra hours are settled after the day. If you want the car for a late dinner or a ride to South Beach, just tell the driver.
Your chauffeur can meet you at any address in Downtown Miami. That might be a hotel lobby on Biscayne Boulevard, the front drive of a residential tower near the river, an office on Flagler Street, or the Bayside area. Share the exact spot when you book, and the driver messages you on WhatsApp when they arrive so the group can walk straight out.
Yes. You pay the full fare when you book. Here’s how it works:
It can, depending on when your last ride ends. Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM have no surcharge, and trips outside that window add the amounts below.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. If the group keeps the car for a drink in Brickell or a trip to South Beach, the surcharge will likely apply. The SUV amount is a single charge per trip, and the private van amount is a percentage of the trip value. Share your plan on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you up front whether it applies, so you know the total before game day.
Yes. A private SUV or Sprinter booked by the hour takes your group to the game.
If you’re searching for a private shuttle to the arena from a Downtown hotel, this is what you’re looking for: a vehicle that belongs to your group alone for the evening. Visiting Warriors fans staying near Bayfront Park, Heat season-ticket holders coming from Brickell, and families in town for the holiday weekend all use it the same way. They obtain one pickup, stops of their choosing, and a ride home without the post-game scramble. Every ride is private. You never share with strangers, and there’s no fixed schedule. Because the car stays with you, the evening can stretch or shrink to fit your plans. The questions below cover what fans most frequently ask before they book.
Leave early enough to reach the arena well before tip-off, because game-night traffic builds around the bayfront as the start gets closer. Most groups start their booking with dinner nearby so the last ride is short. Your chauffeur watches the traffic and suggests a departure time that fits your dinner plans.
Our larger private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries the biggest group we take in one vehicle. The mid-size Sprinter covers groups a little too big for an SUV. The exact passenger count for each is in the price list at the top of this page. Send your headcount, kids included, and we’ll match you with the right private van so everyone arrives together.
No. The car is your chauffeur’s responsibility all evening, so the group never circles for a garage space or waits in an exit line after the game. You walk from the car to the arena and back again, and the driver decides where the vehicle waits in between. It’s one of the main reasons fans book by the hour.
Yes. It’s a local, on-call service that stays around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, the Miami International Airport area, and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so your driver stays close and unhurried.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside as soon as the day and time are agreed, and the booking runs exactly as planned. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Book on WhatsApp by sending your group size, a rough start time, and the stops you have planned.
A simple message is enough to obtain started, for example: our group of friends, pickup at our Downtown hotel in the mid-afternoon, dinner in Brickell, the game, then a late bite on South Beach. Include the lead passenger’s name and anything unusual the group is bringing. We’ll confirm availability, recommend the right vehicle, and lock in the details. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.
Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
