Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Miami to Miami Heat vs. Utah Jazz at Kaseya Center on Thursday, March 25, 2027, in a Black SUV XL or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:30 PM. Your bilingual driver handles the ride downtown, the wait, and the trip home, so nobody has to deal with a parking garage.
Game-night pricing is charged by the hour for the whole vehicle and depends on group size. Every booking has a five-hour minimum.
Each rate is for the vehicle, not per passenger, so the whole group pays one hourly price no matter how many seats are filled. Five hours covers a typical Heat night: pickup somewhere in Miami, dinner or drinks first, the ride downtown before tip-off, the full game, and the trip home after the crowd pours out onto Biscayne Boulevard. If the night turns into a late dinner or one more drink, you can keep the car longer, as the payment terms below explain. Pick the row that matches your headcount. The vehicle guide further down describes each tier.
You choose the vehicle and book a block of hours, and the car stays with you all evening.
First, choose the vehicle that fits your group, then tell us roughly when you desire to start. With a 7:30 PM tip-off, many groups start in the late afternoon or early evening so there’s time for a relaxed dinner before the drive downtown. Your hours start at the first pickup and run straight through, and the car never leaves to serve anyone else. You decide the route: a hotel lobby, a friend’s condo, dinner, the game, a drink afterward. If the game goes to overtime or you desire to keep celebrating, just keep the car. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. There’s no new fare to negotiate, and you settle the extra time after the day ends, either with the driver or over WhatsApp. You don’t have to decide in advance. Just tell your chauffeur you desire more time.
Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address, agreed when you book. That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or South Beach, a home in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove, or the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport if you fly in that afternoon. It can also be a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can go straight from your cruise to the game.
Your chauffeur drives the group straight downtown to the arena on Biscayne Boulevard, right on the bay.
The Miami Heat host the Utah Jazz on Thursday, March 25, 2027, with tip-off at 7:30 PM at Kaseya Center, the team’s waterfront home next to Bayside Marketplace. Late March is the final stretch of the regular season, and Heat home games fill the building on almost any weeknight, so downtown gets busy early. The game crowd arrives on top of weekday evening traffic through Brickell and downtown, which is exactly when hunting for a garage spot becomes the worst part of the night. With a chauffeur, your group rides together from wherever the evening starts and can talk about the game instead of watching for exits. Your driver watches traffic on the way in and takes whichever route is moving best. On a quiet day the drive from most Miami neighborhoods is usually short. On game night, permit a lot more time and set the departure time with your chauffeur.
From South Beach and the rest of Miami Beach, the usual route is the MacArthur Causeway across Biscayne Bay, which ends in downtown near the arena. From Brickell, it’s a quick drive north on Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard. From Coral Gables, Doral, or the airport, the Dolphin Expressway connects to I-395 into downtown, and I-95 is the backup if traffic changes.
Leave with plenty of time before the 7:30 PM tip-off, and more if you’re crossing a causeway or coming from Doral or the airport. Weeknight rush hour and the game crowd build up downtown at the same time, and many fans want to be in their seats for warmups. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time when you book, based on where you’re starting.
Your chauffeur drops the group off as close to the venue as access allows.
Downtown traffic control changes around every Heat game, so the exact drop-off point on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street depends on how cars are being routed that evening. Your driver knows the region and looks for a curb where everyone can get out together and walk a short way to the entrance, with no garage line. Getting there before the tip-off rush makes the drop-off faster, which is another reason to leave Miami early. Have your tickets loaded on your phones before the car stops so the group can get out and go straight in. Anything you don’t need inside, from jackets to shopping bags from Bayside, can stay in the vehicle, because the same car is coming back for you. When you have kids or older relatives with you, the driver can pull as close as traffic allows so they have the shortest walk.
Yes. Waiting during the game is the main reason to book by the hour. Your chauffeur stays in the downtown area for the whole game and can be reached on WhatsApp the entire time. If someone needs to leave early, a child gets tired at halftime, or you need something from the car, message the driver and they’ll come to you.
Agree on a pickup spot before you go in, then message your chauffeur as you leave your seats. The driver heads to that spot as the crowd leaves, so your group only has a short walk and skips the garage line. If the streets are packed, send your location pin on WhatsApp to set the meeting point.
Brickell, Little Havana, and Wynwood are the easiest places for dinner before heading downtown.
Brickell is just south of downtown, and the restaurants and rooftop bars around Brickell City Centre are an easy choice if you’re staying on that side of the Miami River. For a classic Miami evening, head to Little Havana: a Cuban dinner at Versailles on Eighth Street, strong Cuban coffee from a walk-up window, and a lively neighborhood that fits a Heat night. Wynwood is good for groups who desire murals, craft breweries, and a livelier start. If you’re short on time, Bayside Marketplace is right next to the arena, so you can grab a bite by the water and walk over. Because you’ve booked by the hour, you don’t need to find parking anywhere. Your driver drops you at the restaurant, stays nearby while you eat, and then takes everyone downtown. If someone wants photos at the Wynwood Walls first, that’s just one more stop.
Yes, if you have time left in your block or you add more. Many groups end a Heat night with drinks in Brickell, a late bite in Wynwood, or a last drink back in South Beach before going home. The chauffeur drives you from the arena to that stop, waits again, and takes everyone home at the end of the night.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate for every vehicle.
Expressway tolls on the way in and any parking your chauffeur needs downtown during the game are already covered, so no one in the group pays for a garage or a toll. The rate also covers the chauffeur’s time for every hour of the block, including the time you spend inside at the game. A short stop for a restroom, snacks, or a stretch is easy. Just ask the driver, and the flat rate doesn’t change. There’s room for jerseys, signs, and team gear, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Each one is confirmed with you in writing, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
A private chauffeur makes the whole night easier for your group, from the first pickup until you’re home.
The vehicle is reserved only for your group, and the same bilingual chauffeur stays with you from dinner to the drive home, so there’s one person to message and one car to look for all night. Your flat hourly rate is set when you book. It doesn’t surge on a sold-out game night, and it doesn’t change because of traffic or rain. Nobody has to be the designated driver or leave in the fourth quarter to beat the rush out of the garage. You contact your chauffeur directly on WhatsApp, which makes small changes easy: picking up a friend on the way, stopping for a jersey, or leaving later after a win. That’s what premium service means on a Heat night: a clean vehicle, a driver who knows downtown, and a group that only has to think about the game.
You pay the full fare up front, and you never have to pay for extra time on the spot.
Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. If the service is within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking goes ahead on the date and time you agreed. With that little notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can still add more hours on the day.
Daytime service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM has no surcharge. Trips outside those hours add a night charge that depends on the vehicle.
SUV bookings add one flat amount per trip. Sprinter bookings add a percentage of the trip value, as shown above. We list the charge in your WhatsApp confirmation next to your hours, so the final total holds no surprises. If your group wants a late dinner or a drink in Brickell after the game, you can still keep your chauffeur. The night charge doesn’t stop you from extending the evening. Knowing about it ahead of time just makes it easier to plan your budget before game day.
Our larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fits a large group of fans, and smaller groups ride in an SUV.
Every tier is a private vehicle with its own chauffeur, so the whole group arrives together and leaves together, with no one waiting for a second car. Choose by headcount first and comfort second. If your group is right at the limit between two tiers, the larger vehicle gives everyone room to stretch out after the game.
Yes. You get a private SUV or van with its own chauffeur, booked only for the people you invite.
Many fans search for a private shuttle to the arena. Our answer is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter that carries only your group, with no other passengers picked up along the way. Smaller groups get the same privacy in an SUV. There are no fixed departure times or set pickup stops. The vehicle leaves when your group is ready. If you’re looking to rent a van for the evening, it comes with our chauffeur driving, so no one in your group has to drive, find the way downtown, or look for parking. The same setup works for any Heat home game this NBA season, so fans who go to several games often book it again. Whether you’re hosting clients, celebrating a birthday, or taking the kids to their first NBA game, the evening runs on your schedule from start to finish.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. You book everything in one WhatsApp chat, with no form to fill out and no account to create.
Send a message or voice note with four details: how many people are going, roughly when you desire to start, the pickup address, and any stops you have in mind, like dinner in Little Havana before the game or drinks in Brickell after. Tell us your tickets are for the Heat against the Jazz on March 25 so we can plan around tip-off. Voice notes are welcome, which helps when you’re also managing a group chat and a dinner reservation. In that one conversation, we match the vehicle to your headcount, plan the hours, and answer questions about drop-off, or bringing a pet. There’s nothing to download and no profile to set up. The same chat stays open on game night if your plans change by an hour or a stop.
We reply in the same chat with the vehicle, start time, pickup address, and the total for your hours, based on the rates at the top of this page. Once you approve and pay the fare, your date is locked in. After that, adding a stop or more time just takes another message.
Our hourly chauffeur service is local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.
We cover Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the region around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas north toward Fort Lauderdale. That includes almost anywhere a Heat fan might start the evening, from a beach house on Key Biscayne to an office in Doral. Keeping the service local means your driver can stay on call and relaxed all night, ready when you are instead of driving across the state. That’s why this hourly service doesn’t go to farther destinations like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. A game night in Downtown Miami fits well within the region: dinner, the game, a drink afterward, and the ride home, all in neighborhoods your chauffeur knows well.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Cumplieron al 100%, tomó las maletas sin que se las pidiéramos.
Nada que reprochar: primera vez reservando así, lo haríamos otra vez, ya estaba esperándonos cuando salimos, lo que pagamos coincidió con lo cotizado.
Great service, calm behind the wheel and considerate.
Viaje cómodo. Bajada rápida. Conductor amable. Buen conductor.
Highly recommended. booked online and got confirmation in minutes. Saved at least 15 minutes vs the rideshare line.
