Transfer from Miami to Monster Jam at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your family from Miami to Monster Jam at loanDepot park on Saturday, January 30, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The show starts at 5:00 PM, so your bilingual driver collects everyone in Miami with time to spare, handles the cross-town ride into Little Havana, and brings the whole crew home after the final freestyle run.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Miami Cost Per Hour? 📋

The hourly rate depends only on the vehicle your group needs, and every booking runs a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Most families going to the show fit comfortably in the Black SUV XL. Cousins, classmates, or a whole birthday crew usually move up to a Sprinter. You pay for time with the car, not distance, so a snack stop, the show itself, and the drive home through Little Havana all fall inside the same booked hours. A monster truck evening runs from an early departure through the last freestyle run and the journey back, and one block usually covers the whole outing. Choose the tier that seats everyone with a little elbow room, send a rough departure time, and your chauffeur plans the rest.

Which Key Facts Should Families Know Before Booking? 🚙

  • Every booking covers a minimum block of five hours with your chauffeur.
  • One vehicle and one chauffeur stay reserved for your group throughout.
  • Your driver speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, for daytime or evening plans.
  • You choose every stop and the pace, and you can change the plan at any point.
  • A quick comfort stop for restrooms or snacks never changes the rate.
  • Every detail is booked and confirmed directly over WhatsApp.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur for Show Night? 🕴️

A private chauffeur makes show night one calm, premium service from pickup to drop-off.

The vehicle belongs to your group alone, so kids can snack, nap, and pull on their Grave Digger shirts with no strangers in the next seat. Your rate is flat and locked the moment you book. It won’t surge on a busy Saturday, and it won’t change for traffic or weather. You also get a direct WhatsApp line to your driver, so one quick message handles a new pickup time or a stop at a drugstore for ear protection. The better experience comes down to small things. Nobody circles for parking, nobody walks a tired preschooler across a crowded lot, and the grown-ups get to enjoy the show too. Your bilingual chauffeur keeps grandparents and cousins in the loop in English or Spanish. That’s the premium service we built this booking around: one car, one driver, and one seamless evening for the whole family.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 📋

You choose a vehicle and reserve a block of hours, and the same chauffeur stays with you throughout.

Send your group size, a rough departure time, and the stops you’d like over WhatsApp. That might be a late lunch, a quick hotel stop for jackets, and then the ballpark. We match the right tier and confirm the plan. The minimum block is five hours, which fits a monster truck evening well: an unhurried ride over, the full show with your driver on call nearby, and the journey home. Within those hours you set the itinerary, whether that’s an ice cream stop or dropping one family at a different address. After the fifth hour, nothing gets renegotiated. Every additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle and settled after the day wraps up. If the evening turns into a celebration dinner, keep the car longer. It’s yours for as long as you need it.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Miami?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any Miami address you choose, agreed when you book. That can be a hotel lobby in Brickell or Miami Beach, your home or vacation condo, the arrivals curb at Miami International Airport, or a PortMiami cruise terminal. A family stepping off a cruise that morning can ride straight to the show.

What Payment Methods Secure Your Reservation? 📋

Payment is simple and covers everything from the full fare to any hours you add.

  • Accepted methods: Pay with card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting point. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled once the day is done.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Family or Group? 🚐

Match the vehicle to your headcount, and leave a little room for signs, snacks, and souvenirs.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers and suits parents, kids, and a grandparent heading out together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, so two families can share one night out.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers and fits a birthday party, a team, or a large extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats up to 5 passengers in a top-tier luxury SUV. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Fans tend to leave with foam trucks, light-up toys, and armfuls of merch. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance and we’ll make sure it fits. A Sprinter keeps a big group in one cabin, so nobody gets split across cars or loses track of a cousin in the crowd on the way out.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include? 🍾

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate from pickup to drop-off.

That covers the toll stretch of the Dolphin Expressway, parking during your booking, and every mile you drive around town. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, so tablets can keep streaming truck videos on the ride over. A few charges fall outside the rate. Trips outside daytime hours carry the night surcharge explained further down this page. Any hours you add beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate, not included for free. Nothing else gets added: no fuel adjustment, no toll pass-through, and no parking receipt handed to you at the end of the night.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Miami? 🏟️

The easiest way is a chauffeured ride into Little Havana, where the ballpark sits west of Downtown.

From Brickell and Downtown, chauffeurs usually choose between I-95 to the Dolphin Expressway and surface routes like SW 8th Street or Flagler Street, depending on which is moving best that afternoon. Families staying in Doral or near Miami International Airport head east on the Dolphin Expressway. Pickups in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove work north along the avenues toward Little Havana. Wynwood and Midtown guests drop south to the expressway and swing west. Your chauffeur watches traffic live and knows how event crowds build around the ballpark, so you never have to study a map. The ballpark is simple to spot, with its retractable roof rising above the low-rise blocks of Little Havana, and the neighborhood fills with families in truck T-shirts as the afternoon goes on.

Which Route Does the Chauffeur Take From Miami Beach?

From South Beach or Mid-Beach, the usual route crosses Biscayne Bay on the MacArthur Causeway, passes the cruise ships and the downtown skyline, and continues west on I-395 as it becomes the Dolphin Expressway toward Little Havana. If the causeway backs up on a busy evening, your chauffeur can switch to another crossing or surface streets.

How Long Is the Ride From Downtown Miami on Show Day?

On a normal afternoon, the drive from Downtown or Brickell is typically a short cross-town trip, but show day is different. Allow extra time because families all head for Little Havana before the 5:00 PM start. Allow more if you’re coming from Miami Beach, Doral, or farther north. Your chauffeur sets the departure time around current traffic.

What Should You Plan for Monster Jam Night? 🎆

Monster Jam comes to loanDepot park on Saturday, January 30, 2027, with a 5:00 PM start.

Expect a loud, joyful evening packed with families: roaring engines, a dirt track built across the field, and kids waving signs for their favorite trucks. Plenty of parents bring ear protection for the little ones, because the trucks are thunderous inside the ballpark. Winter evenings in Miami are usually mild, but a light jacket helps if the family plans a walk around the neighborhood before or after. The easiest plan leaves the logistics to your chauffeur. You pick a departure time, the driver handles the approach through Little Havana, and the family walks in together instead of splitting between a parking lot and the entrance line. When the show ends, the whole crowd leaves at once, and that’s when having your own car pays off most. The details below cover timing, drop-off, and how the ride home works on show night.

How Early Should You Leave Miami for the 5:00 PM Show?

Leave early enough to arrive well before 5:00 PM, because security screening, finding seats, and a merch stop all take longer with kids. From Downtown or Brickell, a comfortable buffer is enough. From Miami Beach or Doral, allow more time. Your chauffeur suggests an exact pickup time based on where your group starts.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off?

Your chauffeur brings the group as close to the venue as event-day access allows, usually at the drop-off point near the entrance, following the event traffic plan. Everyone steps out together with tickets in hand, and nobody circles a garage. Before you walk in, you agree on the pickup spot and a WhatsApp check-in for later.

Can the Driver Wait During the Show?

Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the entire show, because the car and chauffeur are reserved for you for the whole block. When the final freestyle run ends, send a WhatsApp message and meet at the agreed pickup spot. Then settle in for the ride home while the rest of the crowd looks for their cars.

Which Trucks and Drivers Headline the Miami Stop? 🎤

Monster Jam lineups feature fan favorites like Grave Digger, Sparkle Smash, and JCB DIGatron.

The Miami stop is part of the Stadium Championship Series East, where featured drivers earn points toward the series title and a spot at the Monster Jam World Finals. Other trucks fans follow on tour include Megalodon, Lucas Stabilizer, and Classroom Crusher. The tour confirms the exact Miami roster and featured drivers closer to the date, so check the official Monster Jam event listing for the latest lineup. Kids usually show up in their favorite truck’s colors, and plenty of them spend the ride over arguing about who will win freestyle. That’s part of the fun of having your own car. The debate can get as loud as it likes, the snacks stay within reach, and the replay of every jump, flip, and save goes on all the way home. Your chauffeur will happily join the truck talk.

What Happens During the Racing, Skills, and Freestyle Rounds?

Drivers compete in three events on a dirt course built inside the ballpark. In racing, trucks go head-to-head around the track. Two-wheel skills rewards wheelies and tricky balance moves. In freestyle, each driver goes all out with jumps, spins, and crowd-pleasing crashes. Fans often help score the results, so the whole stadium gets involved.

Should We Arrive Early for the Pit Party?

Many Monster Jam shows host a pre-show Pit Party where fans can see the trucks up close and meet drivers, usually with a separate pass. If your group has passes, tell us when you book. We’ll schedule an earlier pickup so the kids get their time with the trucks before the main show begins.

Where Can You Eat in Miami Before or After the Show? 🥂

Little Havana’s Eighth Street is the classic pre-show stop, a short ride from the ballpark.

Versailles Restaurant, the landmark Cuban spot on Eighth Street, draws families for pressed sandwiches, pastries, and strong coffee. Nearby Domino Park lets kids watch locals play dominoes while the grown-ups chat. For a waterfront start, Bayside Marketplace in Downtown gives little ones room to walk by the boats before the show. After the show, Brickell’s restaurants suit a late celebration dinner, and Coconut Grove offers a quieter table by the bay if the youngest fans are running out of energy. With an hourly booking, the same driver takes you between these stops and waits outside each one, so you never think about parking or timing. These are just ideas for your booked hours. We provide the car and chauffeur, and you choose where to eat.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. One hourly booking easily covers a late lunch in Little Havana, the show, and the ride home, all in the same car. If you’d also like a post-show dinner in Brickell or Coconut Grove, just add hours on the day. Tell us your plan when you book, and your chauffeur will build the timing around it.

Which Miami Areas Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏝️

Our hourly chauffeurs stay local, covering Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

That includes Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus nearby communities north toward Fort Lauderdale. Staying close to the city is what keeps the service unhurried and on call. Your driver knows these streets, reaches you quickly, and can adjust the evening without long empty stretches of highway. A family coming from Key Biscayne, a group meeting in Wynwood, and grandparents in Coral Gables can all share one car to the show. Farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, and West Palm Beach are outside this hourly service, and a Monster Jam evening built around the Miami area fits it flawlessly. If your group is spread across several of these neighborhoods, the chauffeur picks everyone up in one loop before heading for Little Havana.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Pickups outside those hours add the night surcharge below.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Only the part of the evening before 6:00 PM falls inside daytime hours. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV, the surcharge is a single charge per journey. For the Sprinter, it’s a percentage of the journey value, so there’s no guesswork. Your chauffeur keeps an eye on the clock, and if a late plan will run into night hours, you’ll know before you decide.

Is There Private Transportation From Miami to Monster Jam? 🎊

Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur is built for families traveling from Miami to the show.

Every booking is a private reservation: the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the hours belong to your group and nobody else. That matters at a kids’ show. The snack bag comes along, and a tired child can doze on the way home with no stranger in the next seat. Grandparents skip long walks from far-off lots, and parents skip the scramble for a ride after the show. Visitors staying in a Miami hotel get a local driver who knows the way into Little Havana, and Miami families get an evening where nobody has to be the designated driver. The questions below cover what families ask about most: larger groups, short-notice bookings, pets, and tickets.

Is There a Private Shuttle to loanDepot park for Big Groups?

Yes. A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries larger groups, reserved entirely for your party and never shared with other riders. Birthday groups, sports teams, and extended families ride together, keep their snacks and signs in one place, and head home on their own schedule instead of a fixed departure time.

Can We Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Show?

Yes, whenever a driver and vehicle are available. Once a service within the next 24 hours is confirmed, that date and time are locked in and held just for you, with a driver and car already set aside. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Can We Bring the Family Pet Along?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Do We Need Show Tickets Before Booking the Chauffeur?

Yes. Buy your Monster Jam tickets separately, because we provide the private car and chauffeur, not show tickets or packages. Once you have seats, send the date, your group size, and your pickup plans on WhatsApp. We’ll build the timing around your tickets, including any Pit Party passes.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Uber, Uber Black, Lyft, and Lyft Lux are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Comparison reflects publicly available pricing as of 2026.

No. In addition to the airport, we also serve hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle types and capacities do you offer?

We work with a black SUV for up to 5 passengers, a van for 6 to 9 passengers and a larger van for 10 to 14.

Yes. We serve weddings, corporate conferences, VIP events, and other special occasions — as a direct ride to the venue, or with the chauffeur staying with you for the whole celebration on our hourly service (5-hour minimum). Contact us with the date, head count and schedule and we will set it up.

📶 Do you offer Wi-Fi on board or device chargers?

Some vehicles in our fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know in advance if this is essential, and we’ll book a vehicle that meets your needs.

👥 Will the ride be shared with other passengers?

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
