Transfer from Brickell to TINI at Kaseya Center

A private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to TINI at Kaseya Center on Sunday, October 18, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects you at any address in Brickell, drops the group near the arena for the 8:00 PM show, and stays on call to bring everyone home.

How Much Does a Private Driver From Brickell to TINI Cost? 📋

Rates are set per vehicle, per hour, for a minimum of five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The figure covers the whole vehicle, not each seat, so a group of friends sharing a Black SUV XL or a larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter divides one hourly rate between them. Five hours fits the shape of a concert night comfortably: a Brickell pickup, a relaxed dinner neighboring, the short ride north, the show itself, and the drive home afterward. Families bringing younger fans and couples planning a quieter evening will locate the Black SUV XL comfortable, while fan clubs and birthday groups dressed in silver and chrome tend to fill a Sprinter. The Platinum SUV is the pick for an anniversary or a milestone night that calls for extra polish. Pick the tier by headcount first, then by how dressed-up you desire the arrival to feel.

Why Ride to the Concert With a Private Bilingual Chauffeur? 🕴️

A private chauffeur gives your group upscale service from pickup to the ride home.

The vehicle is reserved for your party alone and never sold by the seat, so the only voices on board belong to your friends and family. Your chauffeur is bilingual in English and Spanish, which matters on a night built around Latin pop: a family from Buenos Aires, a Venezuelan fan club, or cousins who switch languages mid-sentence can plan every stop in whichever language feels natural. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book, so there is no surge when downtown empties out at once, and nothing changes for traffic or weather. You also obtain direct WhatsApp contact with us before, during, and after the show instead of a call-center queue. The result is a better experience all evening: a clean upscale vehicle, one chauffeur who stays with your group, and fewer decisions to create while the lights go down.

What’s the Best Way to Get to TINI From Brickell? 🎤

The smoothest way from Brickell to TINI is a reserved car that never needs parking.

TINI brings her FUTTTURA World Tour to Kaseya Center, the bayfront arena in Downtown Miami, on Sunday, October 18, 2026, with the show set for 8:00 PM, and Miami is the tour’s only U.S. stop. The crowd is a joyful mix: teenagers and twenty-somethings who grew up with Violetta, Argentine and wider Latin American families, couples, and longtime fans singing every word. Numerous reach dressed in the tour’s silver, chrome, and black, with glitter, leather, and boots, which is exactly the kind of outfit nobody wants to walk across a parking garage in. Brickell sits just south of downtown, so the journey is short on paper, yet a busy arena night can slow every block near the bay. A chauffeur takes the guesswork about parking and timing off your hands. Check the TINI event page for ticket and venue updates.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Downtown?

Most rides head north on Brickell Avenue, cross the Miami River, and continue up Biscayne Boulevard toward the bayfront. When that corridor backs up with concert traffic, your chauffeur can switch to South Miami Avenue or a short hop on I-95 into downtown, based on live conditions that night. On a quiet evening the drive is typically short. On an arena night, allow extra time.

How Early Should You Leave Brickell for Kaseya Center? 🏟️

Plan to leave Brickell well ahead of the 8:00 PM start, earlier than feels necessary.

A Sunday concert still pulls a large crowd toward the bayfront, and the blocks around the arena fill with drop-offs, pedestrians in silver jackets, and lanes that shift for event traffic. Leaving with a generous cushion lets your group clear security, grab merch, and settle into seats before the lights drop, instead of hearing the opening number from the concourse. The easiest rhythm is to start the booking with dinner in Brickell, then roll north with plenty of room to spare. Tell your chauffeur the time you desire to be inside, and they work backward from live traffic to select when to leave. Families with younger fans frequently aim even earlier so nobody feels rushed through the crowd. The same driver handles the drop-off, the wait during the show, and the ride home, as the answers below explain.

Where Will the Driver Drop the Group at the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows on the night, using whichever drop-off point event traffic control opens around the arena. Before anyone steps out, agree on a nearby meeting spot for after the show and save the driver’s WhatsApp, so regrouping later takes one message.

Can the Driver Wait While You Watch the Show?

Yes. Your driver stays nearby for the whole concert, on call within your booked hours. When the encore ends, send a WhatsApp message and walk to the meeting spot you agreed on. The same car then takes everyone home to Brickell or on to any other stop you choose, so nobody searches for a ride in the post-show crowd.

Where Can You Eat in Brickell Before the Concert? 🍸

Brickell puts well-known dinner spots close to your pickup, so the night can start early.

Komodo on Brickell Avenue is a classic pre-show pick for groups who desire a lively, dressed-up dinner with a buzz that matches concert night. For something more casual, Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre gather restaurants and bars within a short walk of each other, and the City Centre shops are handy for a last-minute silver accessory. Groups who like to break up the drive can stop at Zuma, beside the Miami River just north of Brickell, or at Bayside Marketplace, a waterfront promenade close to the arena, for a pre-show photo with the bay behind you. Book your table directly with the restaurant. The chauffeur waits outside, keeps shopping bags in the car, and pulls up when you are ready. No one hunts for valet or checks a map between courses.

Can We Combine Dinner and the Show in One Booking?

Yes. Dinner and the concert fit easily into one hourly booking with the same car and driver. The block starts at your Brickell pickup and covers the restaurant stop, the drop-off before the show, the wait, and the ride home. If dinner runs long or the group wants a nightcap, you can add more hours.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one driver for a block of hours, then set the plan.

Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your headcount, then share a rough start time and the places on your list: dinner, the concert, and maybe a late stop in Wynwood. The clock begins at pickup, and the booking runs at least five hours, which comfortably holds a dinner-plus-concert evening. From that moment the chauffeur is yours. You decide when to leave, where to stop, and how long to linger, and the car waits wherever you are. If the night runs longer than your block, you don’t need to rebook or negotiate. Every additional hour after the first five is simply added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, and those extra hours are settled after the night, either with the driver or over WhatsApp. Keep the car as long as the celebration lasts. One more hour costs exactly one more hour.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell?

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Brickell: a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the front drive of a residential tower, a building on Brickell Key, or the restaurant where dinner starts. Outside the neighborhood, the driver can collect you anywhere in Miami, including a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking.

Need the Key Facts Before You Book Your Ride? 📋

  • Each booking reserves one private vehicle and one chauffeur for the whole block.
  • Service is available every day, around the clock, including late concert nights.
  • You set the stops, their order, and the pace of the evening.
  • The same driver waits between every stop, so nobody re-requests a ride.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • A brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy and leaves the rate unchanged.

What Comes With the Hourly Rate on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in your hourly rate.

Parking matters downtown, where spaces near the arena on a concert night can be scarce and expensive. While you watch the show, the car’s parking is part of the rate, not a surprise at the end. Every tier has room for what fans actually carry, like handmade signs, merch bags, or a change of shoes for later. Just tell us in advance if you are bringing something large. A few charges can be added to the base rate, and each is clear before you ride: the late-night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours, and any hours you select to add past your reserved block, each billed by the hour.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Concert? 🚐

Four private tiers cover every group size, from a couple to a full fan club.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for couples, small families, and a few friends heading to the show.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, with room to spread out and keep the whole group together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (larger): seats 10 to 14 passengers, so a fan club or birthday crowd arrives as one.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers for the most polished arrival of the night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition.

The reference cars show the class of vehicle, not a promise of one exact model. If your headcount sits near a tier’s limit, size up so everyone rides comfortably with merch and signs on board. Every tier is private and priced by the hour in the list at the top of this page.

Does a Late-Night Surcharge Apply After the Show? 🌆

Yes, trips outside daytime hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry a surcharge. The amount depends on the vehicle tier you book:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. For an SUV it is a flat addition per journey. For a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is a percentage of the journey value, which keeps it proportional for larger groups. Because the amounts are listed right here, you can budget the whole night before you send a single message. The surcharge changes nothing else about the booking: you keep the same car, the same chauffeur, and the stops you chose.

How Do You Pay for Your Concert-Night Chauffeur? 🍾

You pay the full fare to book, and any extra hours afterward.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid up front, reserves your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is your starting block, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after those five is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and settled after the day.

Is There a Private Van or SUV From Brickell to TINI? 🎊

Yes. You can book a private SUV or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a chauffeur by the hour.

Fans search for a private van to the concert, a car service from Brickell, or a way to obtain a whole group downtown together, and every one of those searches has the same answer here: a private vehicle and driver reserved only for your party. Nobody else boards, the car never runs on a fixed schedule, and you are never sold a seat alongside strangers. A group of friends in matching silver fills a Sprinter together, while a parent and two teenagers ride in an SUV. The chauffeur follows your timing, not a timetable, which matters on a night when the encore could run long and the crowd takes time to clear. That private, flexible setup also suits the TINI crowd well: families who desire their kids dropped off and picked up by one familiar driver, and friends who desire to keep the party going together.

Is Parking Near the Arena Worth It on Concert Night?

For most Brickell groups, no. A chauffeur is simpler than parking downtown on an arena night. Nearby garages can fill early, exits back up after the encore, and someone has to skip the drinks to drive. With a chauffeur, the group skips the garage entirely and nobody walks blocks in concert boots.

Can the Driver Take Us Somewhere After the Concert?

Yes. If your block has time left, or you add hours on the spot, the same driver can take the group to Wynwood for a late bite, over the causeway to South Beach, or back to a Brickell rooftop for a nightcap. You set the order of stops, and the hourly rate stays the same all night.

Which Areas Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Cover?

The hourly service stays local around the city: Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas toward Fort Lauderdale. It doesn’t run out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. It’s built for unhurried nights close to home.

Can a Pet Ride With Us in the Car?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. We’ll confirm before the day so there are no surprises at pickup.

What If We Book Less Than a Day Before the Show?

Short-notice bookings are welcome when a car is free, and once confirmed, your slot is locked in and held just for you. Within the final 24 hours a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the booking runs exactly as agreed. A date change or refund can’t be guaranteed that close to the service. You can always add hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Brickell Ride to TINI? 🍾

Send us a WhatsApp message to check availability for October 18 and confirm your booking.

Feature three details and we can lock everything in rapidly: how many people are riding, roughly when you desire to be picked up in Brickell, and the stops on your wish list. That might be a dinner spot, the concert, and maybe Wynwood or South Beach once the lights come up. We match the right vehicle to your headcount, confirm the exact pickup point, and hold the date once your payment is in. After that, the night is simple. Dress in your top silver, chrome, or black, bring the signs and the voices, and let one chauffeur handle every mile between your front door and the final song. Nobody in your group checks traffic apps, circles for a space, or leaves before the encore to beat the crowd. When TINI plays the bayfront on Sunday, October 18, 2026, your group arrives together, sings together, and rides home together.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
