Transfer from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks at Kaseya Center

Our private hourly chauffeur from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks at Kaseya Center on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, starts with a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour and has a 5-hour minimum. Tip-off is at 7:00 PM. Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Brickell, drops your group near the arena and stays on call until you head home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Brickell to the Heat Game Cost? 📋

Every booking is for at least five hours, and the price is per vehicle per hour:

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

You pay for the vehicle, not for each passenger, so a full Sprinter of friends can split one hourly price however they like. Your hours start at the Brickell pickup and end at the final drop-off. That means a pre-game dinner, the drive Downtown, the whole game and the ride home can all fit into one booking. If you want an early bite before the game and a nightcap after, book more than the minimum, since a 7:00 PM tip-off leaves time for both. The Platinum SUV is a good fit when you want a more polished arrival, such as hosting clients or celebrating a birthday.

What Comes Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate on game night.

That takes care of the part of an arena night most fans dread: nobody in your group has to find a Downtown garage or pay to leave a car there during the game. Only a few charges can be added to your vehicle’s hourly rate, and we tell you about them up front. They are the night surcharge for trips outside daytime hours (explained further down) and any extra hours you select to add past your booked block. Let us know on WhatsApp in advance and we will confirm whether we can take it on that booking. Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. There is room for the signs, jerseys and team gear fans commonly bring, but tell us in advance if you’re bringing something large.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work From Brickell? 🕴️

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, starting at pickup.

Select the vehicle that fits your group size and send us a start time and the stops you want. The booking is for at least five hours. The driver can pick you up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (if your ship arrives that day, you can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport or a home. We agree on the exact spot when you book. From then on, the car is your group’s. It goes where you go and waits while you eat, shop or stretch your legs. If the five-hour block ends and you aren’t ready to call it a night, just keep the car. Every hour after that block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and you pay for those extra hours after the day is over.

Can We Add or Drop Stops Once the Night Has Started?

Yes. The plan is never locked, so you can add a stop, skip one or stay longer wherever you like. Tell the chauffeur before or during the booking and the route changes on the spot, with no new fare, as long as the schedule allows. A detour for team gear or a late stop back in Brickell is easy.

Why Book a Private Ride to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks on November 18? 🏟️

Heat vs. Bucks tips off Downtown at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

This regular-season Eastern Conference game is the first time the two teams meet this season. There are plenty of storylines between the two rosters, and Miami fans have had this date marked for a while. On a weeknight Downtown, commuters, event traffic and fans all head for Biscayne Boulevard at the same time. That is exactly when a reserved car is worth it. You won’t be looking for a garage or waiting at a crowded curb for a ride home. Your group rides together from Brickell, walks in relaxed and knows the same car will be there afterward. The crowd reflects the whole city: Cuban, Venezuelan, Colombian and Puerto Rican families, young professionals from the Brickell towers, longtime season-ticket holders and visitors catching a game on vacation. Whoever is in your group, a private car lets you start and end the night on your own schedule.

What Is the Scene Around the Arena Before a Heat Game?

Fans in team colors fill the waterfront around the arena well before tip-off, and Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park sit right next door on Biscayne Bay. Bayside is an easy place to meet for a drink or a bite before heading in. Your chauffeur can drop you there early and keep the rest of the evening on schedule.

Which Route Does a Chauffeur Take From Brickell to Kaseya Center? 🏙️

The usual route goes north on Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River and continues onto Biscayne Boulevard.

It’s a short drive on paper, but the stretch between the river and the arena gets crowded as tip-off approaches, so leave extra time instead of planning it to the minute. Your chauffeur watches the traffic and picks the smoother option, either surface streets through Downtown or a quick loop up I-95 to I-395, so nobody in the back seat has to think about it. Starting in Brickell helps: you’re already close, so even slow traffic near the arena rarely costs you much of the evening. On a Wednesday, the end of the commuter rush overlaps with fans arriving, so a comfortable cushion pays off. Check the official Kaseya Center site for the event calendar, arena policies and entry information before you head out.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off Near the Arena?

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the arena entrance as access allows that night, usually on Biscayne Boulevard or a nearby side street, depending on how traffic is being handled. You step out, walk a short way in and never deal with a garage. Access can change on game night, so the driver confirms the exact spot as you get close.

Can the Driver Wait During the Game?

Yes. Waiting is the whole point of booking by the hour. While you watch the game, your chauffeur stays nearby with the car and you can reach them by phone or WhatsApp for your whole booking. Nobody has to wonder where the car is parked or whether it will still be there after the fourth quarter. It will be.

How Do You Meet Your Car After the Final Buzzer?

Message your chauffeur as you leave your seats and they will send you the post-game pickup point. It’s often a short walk from the arena, where traffic moves more freely. That beats standing in the crowd of fans leaving, and it gets your group back to Brickell, or on to a late dinner, without the wait.

Where Should You Eat in Brickell Before the Heat Game? 🍸

Brickell’s own restaurants are the easiest place to start before the drive Downtown.

Mary Brickell Village packs casual restaurants and patios into a few walkable blocks, which makes it good for a relaxed early bite with friends in jerseys. Brickell City Centre adds more upscale restaurants and shopping along its walkways. It’s a natural meeting point when some of the group works nearby and the rest are coming from a hotel. For a bigger night, Komodo on Brickell is a well-known choice for birthday groups and client dinners. You book your own table, your chauffeur waits outside while you eat, and then drives everyone Downtown with time to spare. After the game, the same car can take you back to Brickell for a nightcap, over to Wynwood for a late bite or to Coconut Grove if that’s where the night ends. Each stop merely counts toward your booked hours.

Why Do Brickell Fans Pick a Dedicated Chauffeur for Heat Games? 🚙

A private vehicle reserved only for your group makes game night a better experience.

Nobody else rides with you, so the car is your group’s own space before and after the game: jerseys on, your music and conversation that picks up where the fourth quarter left off. The hourly rate is flat and locked when you book. It doesn’t go up for traffic, weather or a packed arena. Your chauffeur is bilingual, which suits Miami’s crowd and visitors from across the Americas. One driver stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so the person who drove you there is the person who takes you home. Questions before or during the night come straight to us on WhatsApp, with no call center and no hold music. That’s what upscale service looks like on a hectic arena night: calm, private and on your schedule.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply for the Ride Home After the Game? 🎆

There is no surcharge during daytime hours, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is per trip, not per hour, exactly as listed above. We confirm it with your booking on WhatsApp, so your total has no surprises. Nothing else changes after dark. The chauffeur who picked you up in Brickell drives you home, whether you go straight back to your building or stop somewhere on the way. A post-game dinner in Brickell or Downtown merely becomes part of the same booking.

How Do You Pay for the Booking? 🍾

You pay the full fare when you reserve.

  • Accepted methods: Pay by card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or through a Stripe payment link we send over WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any time. Each hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a new fare, and you pay for it after the day is over.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for the Heat–Bucks Game? 🚐

We have four private vehicle options, from a car for a couple to a van for a full office outing.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers. The easy choice for couples, families and small groups of friends heading Downtown.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, mid-size: carries 6 to 9 passengers, so a bigger group rides together instead of splitting into two cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, large: carries 10 to 14 passengers for office outings, birthday groups or extended family.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a luxury full-size SUV for clients and celebrations. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition (examples of the vehicle class).

Every vehicle is private to your group and comes with its own chauffeur for the whole booking. If your group size changes before game night, message us on WhatsApp and we will switch you to the vehicle that fits. With one Sprinter, the whole group stays together from the Brickell pickup to the ride home, and nobody has to organize a second car.

Is There Private Transportation From Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks? 🎊

Yes. Our private chauffeur by the hour takes your group from Brickell to the game and back.

If you’re searching for a private shuttle from Brickell to the arena, this is what you’re looking for: a private SUV or private van reserved only for your group, with no seats sold to strangers. You select the pickup time, the pre-game stop and when to head home, and the car stays with your group the whole time in between. Hotel guests, local residents and fans flying in for the game all book it the same way. The same hourly service also works for other nights at the arena this season, from concerts to other Heat home games, and it covers the whole evening, not just a one-way drop-off. Here are quick answers to the questions Brickell fans ask most before November 18.

How Early Should We Leave Brickell for the 7:00 PM Tip-Off?

Leave a comfortable cushion before the 7:00 PM tip-off. The drive from Brickell is usually short, but Downtown traffic builds as fans and weeknight commuters arrive at the same time. Leaving earlier also gives you time to find your seats, get food inside and watch warm-ups without rushing.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Brickell?

Your chauffeur picks you up at any address in Brickell you choose: a hotel lobby on Brickell Avenue, the driveway of a residential tower, a building on Brickell Key or your office. We agree on the exact spot when you book, and the driver messages you on WhatsApp when the car is outside so nobody is left waiting at the curb.

How Many People Fit in the Van From Brickell?

A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries groups too big for an SUV. Its larger version holds the biggest groups we take in a single vehicle. With everyone in one van, nobody has to split off into a second car, and the whole group arrives and leaves together. Send us your exact group size on WhatsApp and we will match the right size.

Does the Hourly Service Go Beyond the Miami Area?

The hourly service stays local, in Miami and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That includes Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport. We keep it close to the city so your chauffeur stays on call and unhurried. Hourly bookings don’t go out to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach.

What If We Book Less Than 24 Hours Before the Game?

If your ride is within the next 24 hours, your time slot is locked in and held just for you, with a driver and vehicle already set aside. On that short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the night goes ahead exactly as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day at the same hourly rate.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Brickell to Kaseya Center Today? 🎤

Yes. Send us one WhatsApp message and we will check availability for November 18.

Tell us your group size, a rough pickup time, the Brickell address where the car should meet you and any stops you want before or after the game, like dinner at Mary Brickell Village or a late drink back home. We reply with the vehicle that fits and confirm the hours, and your payment locks in your date and your chauffeur. Questions on game day go to the same WhatsApp chat, so the whole plan stays in one place from the first message to the ride home. If you’re flying in or getting off a cruise ship that morning, tell us and we can add that pickup to the same booking. Contact us below to confirm your booking, and your group can spend November 18 thinking about the game instead of parking.

No. We only work with private transfers. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, with no shared seating.

✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or canceled?

No problem. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time when needed, at no extra charge.

🔁 And if my flight arrives early, is delayed, or canceled?

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
