Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Brickell to Miami Heat vs. Golden State Warriors at Kaseya Center on Sunday, January 17, 2027, for the 6:00 PM tip-off, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. One bilingual driver picks you up anywhere in Brickell, stays with your group all evening and brings everyone home. You don’t need a garage, you don’t pay surge prices and there’s no fare to renegotiate.
Every rate below is charged per vehicle and per hour, not per seat, and a Heat game night is booked as a block of at least five hours.
The price follows the vehicle, not the number of people, so a full car splits the evening among everyone aboard. That’s why friend groups and families from Brickell tend to size up instead of squeezing in. Couples and small parties usually pick the Black SUV XL. A bigger crew moves into one of the two Sprinter tiers. Anyone who wants a more polished arrival on Biscayne Boulevard chooses the Platinum SUV. Five hours gives the night a natural shape: an early dinner in Brickell, the ride downtown, the game, and then the ride home or on to one more stop. The only thing that can change your total is the night surcharge covered further down this page. It applies once your hours go past the daytime window.
On game night, a private chauffeur is the simplest way to get from Brickell to the arena.
The two neighborhoods sit on either side of the Miami River, so the drive is typically short. A 6:00 PM Sunday tip-off, though, pulls fans from every corner of the city onto the same few downtown streets, and downtown garages fill rapidly on game nights. Your chauffeur handles all of that. Your group leaves your building together while the driver deals with the traffic. Nobody spends the first quarter circling for a space or walking back from a distant lot. Allow extra time on the way in instead of cutting it fine, because Biscayne Boulevard slows noticeably as tip-off approaches. When the final buzzer sounds, the car is already waiting nearby. The group walks out, sends one WhatsApp message and meets the driver at the agreed pickup point while other fans are still lining up at the garage exits.
On most game nights the chauffeur heads north on Brickell Avenue, crosses the Miami River and follows Biscayne Boulevard past Bayside Marketplace to the arena. If that road backs up before tip-off, the driver can switch to South Miami Avenue or take I-95. The route is chosen on the night based on live traffic.
The driver brings you as close to the venue as access allows, typically along Biscayne Boulevard. Event-night traffic control decides exactly how near cars can pull in. Your chauffeur confirms the drop-off point as you approach and sends the post-game pickup spot on WhatsApp, so the group always knows where to meet.
Yes. The vehicle stays reserved for your group from tip-off to the final buzzer, and the chauffeur waits nearby instead of leaving for another job. If someone wants to head out at halftime, or the group prefers to linger while the crowd thins, a quick WhatsApp message brings the car around when you’re ready.
Yes. You can reserve an SUV or a Sprinter van with a bilingual chauffeur, booked by the hour.
The Eastern Conference Heat host the Western Conference Warriors at Kaseya Center on Sunday, January 17, 2027, with tip-off at 6:00 PM. It’s a cross-conference regular-season game, and the crowd will be as mixed as Miami itself. Expect Cuban-American, Venezuelan, Colombian and Puerto Rican families in red and black, and young professionals coming over from Brickell towers. There will be longtime season-ticket holders, winter visitors and a loud group of traveling Golden State fans in blue and gold. Many of them arrive in groups, and that’s who a private car suits best. Everyone leaves the same lobby together and rides home in the same vehicle, and no one has to drive or park. For Warriors fans staying in Brickell hotels, a local chauffeur who knows downtown also takes the guesswork out of an unfamiliar arena district on a busy night.
January 17, 2027 falls on the Sunday of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend, in the middle of Miami’s peak winter season. Hotels fill with visitors and snowbirds, and many locals have the Monday off. Bayside Marketplace also draws its own crowd next door, so downtown streets feel fuller than on a regular weeknight game.
Brickell’s own restaurants make the easiest pre-game stop before you head downtown.
Mary Brickell Village packs casual spots and lively bars into a few walkable blocks. It’s a good fit for a friend group that wants a quick bite and a toast before tip-off. Brickell City Centre has polished restaurants under one roof, which suits families who desire everyone seated together without a long walk. For a bigger night out, Komodo is the multilevel, see-and-be-seen dinner many visitors picture when they think of Brickell. Groups who desire something more local can have the driver stop in Little Havana for Cuban food before heading across to the arena. Wherever you go, the chauffeur drops you at the door, waits while you eat and has the car ready as soon as the check is paid. Dinner never turns into a race against the clock. We don’t reserve tables or buy tickets. The driver gets you there and keeps the evening moving.
Wynwood, a Brickell rooftop lounge and Coconut Grove all make easy post-game stops. Wynwood’s bars are a short ride north of downtown, and Brickell’s rooftops bring you back toward home. The Grove suits a calmer late dinner near the water. The same car and driver take you there, so you only need to add the hours the plan needs.
Fuel, tolls and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
You won’t pay for a downtown garage ticket, and no tolls or fuel get added to the final bill. The time your chauffeur spends waiting at the restaurant, during the game or at any other stop is simply part of the hours you booked. It’s never a separate meter. The vehicle has room for what fans actually carry on game night, like signs, jerseys and merch from the team store. If you plan to bring something big, tell us in advance. Only a few things can add to the total, and each one is stated upfront. Hours beyond your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s same rate. The night surcharge covers time outside the daytime window.
You pay the full fare when you book.
You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, and you set the plan.
Start by choosing the vehicle that fits your group. Then pick a start time that leaves room for dinner or drinks before the 6:00 PM tip-off. The booking runs for a minimum of five hours, and the same driver and car stay with you for the whole block. Nobody else rides, and the vehicle is never sent off on another trip. You decide the stops and their order. That could be a restaurant in Brickell, a detour to pick up a friend in Coconut Grove, the arena, then wherever the night leads. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants one more round afterward, keep the car. After the first five hours, each extra hour is simply added at the same per-hour rate. You don’t agree on a new fare or book a new ride. You just get more time with the driver you already have.
The driver picks you up at any address in Brickell, whether that’s a hotel lobby, a residential tower on Brickell Avenue or a condo on Brickell Key. Pickup works the same way anywhere in Miami. That includes a PortMiami cruise terminal, so a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game, the Miami International Airport arrivals curb or a private home. The exact spot is agreed at booking.
We have four private vehicle types, from one for a couple to one for a large family group.
Every vehicle is private, and each one comes with its own chauffeur. If your headcount changes after you book, send us a WhatsApp message and we’ll confirm the right vehicle size for the new group.
A private chauffeur makes game night a premium service experience from pickup to drop-off.
The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, and the flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. A packed Sunday crowd never pushes your price up with surge pricing. Your chauffeur speaks English and Spanish. That matters in a city where people in the same car may switch languages mid-conversation, and visiting fans appreciate clear directions. One driver stays with you for the entire block, waits through the game and knows the plan without being told twice. Nobody in your group has to skip a drink to drive, pay for a downtown garage or hunt for the car afterward. We build every booking around that better experience: a clean premium vehicle, a chauffeur who treats your evening as their only job, and a direct line to that driver the whole time.
Yes. You can reach your driver directly on WhatsApp for the whole booking, so a change of plan never goes through a call center. Message when you’re leaving your seats, share a new pickup spot or ask for a stop on the way home. Your chauffeur answers you personally.
There’s no surcharge for daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but time outside that window adds a night surcharge. With a 6:00 PM tip-off, many game-night bookings reach that point, so here’s exactly how it works.
The SUV surcharge is charged once per trip, not per hour, so it doesn’t grow however late the ride home runs. For both Sprinter vans, the surcharge is a percentage of the trip value. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. Either way, if you plan your start time around the window, you’ll know in advance which side of it you’ll land on.
Leave Brickell with plenty of time before the 6:00 PM tip-off, not at the last minute.
The ride itself is typically short, but game-night traffic and the security line at the entrance both take time. Fans who arrive early also get to watch warm-ups and enjoy the pre-game buzz. The simplest approach is to plan your five hours backward from tip-off. Start with dinner in Brickell, leave the restaurant with time to spare, and let the chauffeur select the route once you’re in the car. Groups with visiting relatives or young kids usually desire extra time, because a large party takes longer to find its seats. If you’d rather skip dinner and go straight to the game, start later and save those hours for the ride home or a post-game stop. Either way, your driver keeps an eye on traffic so you don’t have to, and nobody has to rush out of a restaurant to make tip-off.
No. Every vehicle is booked by one group only, so nobody else gets on along the way. If you’re searching for a private shuttle to the arena, that’s exactly what this is: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or SUV with its own chauffeur, reserved for your party. It leaves from your Brickell address and brings you back there after the game.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
No, this hourly service stays close to home. It covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana and the area around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Longer trips to Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach aren’t part of it. Staying local means your chauffeur is always nearby, relaxed and on call.
Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a booking within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside, so the date and time stay as agreed. On that short notice, we can’t guarantee moving the date or a refund. One thing doesn’t change: you can always add more hours on the day.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Yes. The whole booking happens in one WhatsApp chat, with no form and no account.
Send us the basics and we’ll reply in the same chat with the right vehicle, its hourly rate from the price list above and a secure payment link for the full fare. Once the fare is paid, your Sunday, January 17 game night is confirmed and the date is reserved for your group. You don’t have to download anything, create an account or fill in a form. Mid-January is peak season in Miami, and a Heat–Warriors Sunday is a popular night downtown, so booking early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles. If plans change before the game, send an update in the same chat and we’ll adjust the details with you. That could be another friend joining or dinner moving to a different restaurant.
Send three things: your group size, a rough start time and the stops you’d like to make. For example, that might be dinner in Brickell, the arena and a post-game spot in Wynwood. With those details, we choose the right vehicle, confirm the pickup address and send the payment link so your night is set.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
