Transfer from Coral Gables to Duke Blue Devils at Miami Hurricanes at Hard Rock Stadium

Our private hourly chauffeur takes your group from Coral Gables to Duke Blue Devils at Miami Hurricanes on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in a Black SUV XL or larger vehicle at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. The same bilingual driver stays with your crew through the pregame, the 7:00 PM homecoming kickoff, and the ride home. You won’t need to park or pick a designated driver, and there’s no surge pricing.

How Much Does a Game-Day Chauffeur From Coral Gables Cost? 📋

Your hourly rate depends on the size of your group, and every booking covers at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Pick the tier that fits your headcount, then decide how long you want the car. For a night kickoff in Miami Gardens, most Coral Gables groups start with an afternoon pickup and keep the vehicle through the ride home. That way the booked hours cover a pregame dinner, the drive north, the whole game, and the trip back. Bigger homecoming crews commonly move up to a Sprinter so everyone arrives together instead of splitting across cars. Any extra charges, including the evening surcharge that matters for this kickoff, are listed further down this page. You’ll know the full picture before you commit.

How Does Booking a Driver by the Hour Work on Game Day? 🚙

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours, starting at five.

First, pick the vehicle that fits your group. Then send your rough start time and the stops you have in mind, such as a campus visit, dinner on Miracle Mile, the game itself, and the drive home. Once the booking is confirmed, the car is yours for the whole block. The driver follows your plan, adjusts when you change it, and never leaves to take another job. You set the stops and the pace, and you can add a stop, drop one, or linger at any point.

Your day doesn’t have to end at the five-hour mark. If the game goes to overtime or the group wants a late bite back in Coral Gables, just keep the car. Every additional hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate for your vehicle, with no new fare to negotiate, and you settle it once the day wraps up.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coral Gables?

The driver picks you up at any address in Coral Gables, and you agree on the exact spot when you book. It can be a hotel lobby like the Biltmore, a home on a quiet residential street, or a meeting point near the University of Miami campus. If your day starts somewhere else, the driver can meet you at Miami International Airport or a PortMiami cruise terminal, so you can come off a cruise and go straight to the game.

What Does the Hourly Rate Cover for a Night-Game Saturday? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the hourly rate, along with the chauffeur’s time.

That helps on the drive north. Whichever expressway the driver takes, the tolls are part of the rate, and parking for the vehicle is covered, so you won’t get a separate bill. Your group rides in a clean upscale vehicle with the same chauffeur from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and the route follows your plans rather than a fixed schedule. You pay for time, not individual rides, so picking up a friend in Coconut Grove or stopping for ice and snacks on the way just uses hours you’ve already booked. There’s room for what fans commonly bring, like a small cooler, signs, jerseys, and merch. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance. What the rate doesn’t cover is listed right below, so nothing on the final bill should surprise anyone in your group.

Which Extra Charges Can Apply to a Game-Day Booking?

One thing can be added on top of the hours you book: the evening surcharge. Trips outside daytime hours carry the surcharge explained in the night-surcharge section, and with a night kickoff that section applies to this game.

Why Do Coral Gables Fans Book a Private Chauffeur for Game Day? 🕴️

A private chauffeur handles the whole game day as one upscale service, start to finish.

The vehicle is reserved for your group alone, so it becomes your own pregame lounge with your music, your jerseys, and nobody else aboard. The flat hourly rate is locked in when you book. There’s no surge on a packed homecoming Saturday, and the price doesn’t change for traffic or weather. One dedicated driver stays with you for the whole block, learns your plan, and takes care of the timing so your group can focus on the game. You can reach that driver directly on WhatsApp, so a swift message is all it takes to add a stop or change where you meet after the game. It’s a better experience than dealing with keys, parking, and splitting everyone across separate cars. Arrivals are calmer, exits are easier, and the ride feels like part of the celebration instead of a chore.

Why Skip the Designated Driver on a Hurricanes Saturday?

With a chauffeur, nobody in your group has to stay sober to drive or leave the party early. Everyone joins the pregame, the whole group watches the game together, and the chauffeur drives everyone home through the late-night traffic. At homecoming, when old friends and classmates reunite, that freedom is what the day is about.

Which Game-Day Facts Should Coral Gables Riders Know First? 🎊

  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day of the week, daytime or evening.
  • Each vehicle carries onboard WiFi through a mobile hotspot.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking never changes your rate.
  • Bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.
  • Your chauffeur is happy to suggest a route and pregame stops when asked.

Which Payment Methods Secure Your November 14 Booking? 📋

You pay the full fare up front, and you settle any extra hours after the game.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link we send you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, reserves your date.
  • Hours: Bookings have a 5-hour minimum, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is added at the same flat per-hour rate, never a renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the day.

What Should Fans Know About Duke Blue Devils at Miami Hurricanes? 🏟️

Miami hosts Duke on Saturday, November 14, 2026, with a 7:00 PM kickoff in Miami Gardens.

This ACC matchup is the Hurricanes’ official 2026 Homecoming game, and that shapes the whole weekend. Returning alumni, current students, and South Florida families show up in the parking lots early, and visiting Duke fans bring their own section of blue. Anticipate grills, music, reunions, and a lively, casual crowd of every age, with the party starting well before anyone heads inside. For Coral Gables groups the connection is closer to home: the University of Miami campus is right in town, so numerous alumni start the day near their old haunts before heading north. Check the latest event details on the Hard Rock Stadium site before you go. Then plan your hours around the day your group wants, whether that’s a long pregame, a relaxed dinner, or a straight run to kickoff.

What Should Your Group Wear to the Duke–Miami Game?

Wear orange, green, and white to back the Hurricanes, or royal blue and white if your crew is rooting for Duke. Team jerseys, T-shirts, caps, and casual game-day outfits are the norm, so go for comfort. The same vehicle takes you there and back, so you can bring a fresh shirt for a late dinner in the car.

Where Can Your Group Eat in Coral Gables Before Kickoff? 🍸

Miracle Mile and Giralda Plaza are the go-to pregame dining spots in Coral Gables.

Miracle Mile has restaurants, cafés, and bars along one walkable stretch, so it’s simple for a group to meet, eat, and get back to the car together. Giralda Plaza, a pedestrian street just off the Mile, has tables set out on the street and works well for a relaxed late lunch. Groups staying at the Biltmore can start with a drink on the hotel grounds, and shoppers can fit in some time at the Shops at Merrick Park before heading out. You keep the same car by the hour, so the driver stays close while you eat and loads everyone up as soon as the check is paid. You won’t have to hunt for parking on a busy Saturday or keep an eye on a meter. You book your own reservations and tables, and the chauffeur plans the route around them.

Can the Driver Loop Through Coconut Grove or Brickell Before the Game?

Yes. Your booked hours cover any pregame stops you choose. Some groups pick up friends in Coconut Grove, grab a bite in Brickell, or swing through Little Havana for a coffee before the drive north. Each stop uses time you’ve already booked rather than a new fare, and the same chauffeur keeps the group together from the first stop to kickoff.

How Early Should You Leave Coral Gables for the 7:00 PM Kickoff? 🌆

Offer yourselves plenty of extra time, and plan to leave Coral Gables by mid-afternoon on game day.

On a quiet day the drive to Miami Gardens is a simple run north. On a homecoming Saturday it typically takes noticeably longer, because weekend traffic and parking-lot parties fill the roads well before kickoff. If your group wants the full pregame atmosphere, leave earlier. If you only need to be in your seats for kickoff, you can go a bit later, but it’s smart to leave room for surprises. When you confirm the plan, your chauffeur checks traffic and works out the departure time with you. Your booked hours start at pickup, so build the block to cover an earlier departure and not just the game. Everything about getting to the stadium and back to Coral Gables is covered in this section, so the group can agree on the plan before anyone leaves the house.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coral Gables to Miami Gardens?

Most game-day routes head north on the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826) toward Florida’s Turnpike, or up I-95 when that road is moving better. The chauffeur picks the route on the day based on live traffic and adjusts again for the ride home, so your group can sit back and enjoy the pregame energy in the car.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at Hard Rock Stadium?

The driver drops your group as close to the venue as access allows on game day, following the traffic plan in place for the event. Before you get out, you’ll agree on a meeting point after the game near the drop-off point. WhatsApp keeps everyone in touch if the crowd forces a change of plan.

Can the Driver Wait Through the Game on a College Saturday?

Yes. Waiting through the game is exactly what the hourly booking is for. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the whole game instead of leaving for another job, then meets your group at the agreed spot after the final whistle. Nobody has to stand in a pickup line or search the lots for a ride home.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Crew for the Hurricanes Game? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a small family to a full alumni reunion.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, a good fit for a family or a small group of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 6 to 9 passengers, for a bigger group that wants to ride together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: seats 10 to 14 passengers, for reunion crews and student groups.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers, our luxury tier for a VIP-style game night. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Select by headcount first, then by the kind of night you want. The Black SUV XL is the simple choice for a close group. The Sprinters keep a big crew in one cabin, so the jokes and the pregame music keep going all the way to Miami Gardens. The Platinum SUV names are examples of the vehicle class, not a promise of one specific model.

Does the Ride Home After a 7:00 PM Kickoff Carry a Night Surcharge? 🎆

Yes. Daytime runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and trips outside those hours carry a surcharge. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The surcharge is the only thing the evening changes. Your driver, vehicle, and hourly rate all stay the same. For SUV bookings it’s one flat amount per trip, and for the Sprinter vans it’s a percentage of the trip value, so you can work out the total before you book. Starting early with lunch on Miracle Mile or a campus walk doesn’t change how the evening portion is handled.

Where Does the Hourly Chauffeur Service Operate Around Miami? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami and neighboring areas up toward Fort Lauderdale.

Staying local is what keeps your driver on call and unhurried all day. We regularly cover Coral Gables, Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport. Miami Gardens and the neighborhoods north toward Fort Lauderdale are effortlessly within reach. This hourly service doesn’t run out to farther destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, because the idea is a chauffeur who stays close and keeps your day around the city moving. That suits a Hurricanes game well. The trip from Coral Gables to the stadium and back is exactly the kind of day the service is built for, with time to spare for a pregame stop in Coconut Grove or a nightcap on the way home.

Is There Private Transportation From Coral Gables to Duke Blue Devils at Miami Hurricanes? 🎊

Yes. A private chauffeur by the hour covers the whole trip from Coral Gables and back.

On game day the hourly booking is the right choice because your group needs a ride both ways, and the trip home comes late at night. A plain point-to-point transfer is a one-way drop with no waiting, which leaves you figuring out the ride back on the busiest night of homecoming weekend. With an hourly booking, one reservation covers the pregame, the drive north, the whole game, and the return to Coral Gables, all in the same vehicle. Families, college friends, alumni classes, and visiting fans all book this way for a big Saturday because it keeps the group together and the plan simple. The questions below are the ones Coral Gables riders ask most often when planning this game. Each answer lists what we actually offer, so you can confirm your booking without back-and-forth.

Can Alumni Groups Book a Van From Coral Gables for Homecoming?

Yes. Alumni groups can book a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from Coral Gables for the homecoming game. Choose the Sprinter size that fits your headcount, set a pickup near campus or at someone’s home, and plan stops for a reunion lunch or a pregame get-together. Everyone arrives together, and the same van brings the group home after the game.

Is There a Private Shuttle From Coral Gables to the Hurricanes Game?

Yes, if by shuttle you mean a private van or SUV reserved for your group alone, with no other riders aboard. You choose the vehicle, the pickup address, and the departure time, and the ride runs on your schedule, not a fixed timetable. Every trip is a chauffeured private vehicle, from the first stop to the last.

Can Visiting Duke Fans Book the Same Ride From Coral Gables?

Yes. Duke fans staying in Coral Gables book exactly the same private hourly service as Hurricanes fans, at the same rates, and royal blue is welcome aboard. The chauffeur can fit in a pregame dinner, drive you to Miami Gardens, and bring your group back to its hotel after the final whistle, whatever the score.

Can You Bring a Pet Along on Game Day?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens If You Book a Chauffeur Less Than 24 Hours Ahead?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. For a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are already set aside for your group, so the date and time are fixed and the booking goes ahead as agreed. On such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund. You can always add more hours on the day.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Can You Book a Private Driver From Coral Gables for November 14? 🍾

Yes. Send us your group size, pickup address, and plans on WhatsApp to confirm your booking.

Tell us how many people are coming, where in Coral Gables you want to start, roughly when you’d like to leave, and which stops matter to you, whether that’s dinner on Miracle Mile, a reunion near campus, or picking up a friend in Coconut Grove. We’ll match you with the right vehicle, confirm the hours, and send the payment details so the date is reserved for you. After that, your chauffeur handles the roads, the timing, and the trip home. Your group gets to enjoy the Hurricanes and the Blue Devils together, relaxed and on your own schedule. Check availability early so the vehicle size your crew needs is locked in for homecoming night.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
