Transfer from Coconut Grove to the O.A.R. Concert at Hard Rock Live

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Coconut Grove to the O.A.R. at Hard Rock Live on Friday, November 13, 2026, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. One chauffeur stays with you from a Coconut Grove pickup through dinner, the 6:30 PM show, and the late ride home.

How Much Does a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove to Hard Rock Live Cost? 📋

Pricing is one hourly rate per vehicle, and every booking runs at least five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

Those rates cover the car and the chauffeur together, so friends split one figure instead of paying seat by seat. Map out the evening before you book. The early pickup in Coconut Grove, dinner, the drive north, a three-act bill, and the ride home all count toward your hours, so reserve a block that comfortably covers the whole night. Pick the tier that fits your headcount and the feel you want. The Black SUV XL suits couples and small groups, a Sprinter keeps a bigger crew together, and the Platinum SUV gives you a more polished cabin. Your confirmation arrives in writing over WhatsApp before the day, so the plan is clear before anyone steps into the car.

Which Payment Methods Does the Booking Accept? 📋

Payment is simple: the full fare, paid at booking, reserves the night.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: The full fare, paid at booking, locks in your date.
  • Hours: The 5-hour minimum is where your booking starts, not where it has to end. Every hour you keep the car past that block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no renegotiated fare, and you settle it after the night wraps up.

Need the Key Facts on a Concert-Night Chauffeur? 🚙

  • One private vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group the entire booking.
  • Every chauffeur speaks English and Spanish.
  • Service runs every day, around the clock, for daytime or evening plans.
  • Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot for the whole ride.
  • A quick comfort stop mid-booking is easy; just ask your driver.
  • Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp with group size, start time, and stops.

What Does the Hourly Rate Include on Concert Night? 🥂

Fuel, tolls, and parking are all built into the hourly rate.

That matters on a Hollywood concert night, when tolls on the drive north and parking near the venue would otherwise add up. The rate also buys the chauffeur’s full attention for your block. That covers a quick loop back if someone leaves a jacket at the restaurant, and you can rework the plan without haggling. The cabin has space for tour merch and a sign or two; tell us in advance if you plan to bring something large. Beyond the hours themselves, two charges can apply. The first is the night surcharge in the next section, which usually applies to a show with a 6:30 PM start.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply to the Ride Home? 🌆

Daytime bookings from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Hours outside that window add one, set by vehicle size:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

For the O.A.R. show, the timing is easy to plan around. The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The surcharge is charged per trip on an SUV and as a percentage of the trip value on a Sprinter, exactly as listed. We spell it out when you confirm, so it is never added at the end of the night. Most concert groups merely budget for it alongside their hours. Nothing else changes after dark: the same car, the same chauffeur, and the same hourly pricing carry you from pickup to the last drop-off.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group Leaving Coconut Grove? 🚐

Four private vehicle tiers cover everything from a date night to a full friend group.

  • Black SUV XL: seats up to 5 passengers, the natural pick for couples, double dates, and small groups of friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (6-9): seats 6 to 9 passengers, so a mid-size group arrives together instead of splitting across cars.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (10-14): seats 10 to 14 passengers for birthday crews, reunions, and big friend groups making one night of it.
  • Platinum SUV: seats 1 to 5 passengers in a full-size luxury cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every tier is private, so your group is the only party aboard. Size up rather than squeeze. A roomier cabin makes the late drive back to Coconut Grove far more relaxing after a long night on your feet. If your headcount shifts in the days before the show, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether a different tier is available for the night.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove for Concert Night? 🕴️

A reserved car and chauffeur turn a long concert night into one easy evening.

The vehicle is booked for your group alone, so nobody shares a cabin or waits on someone else’s schedule. Your hourly rate is locked the moment you confirm. There is no surge when the crowd pours out and no change for Friday traffic, rain, or a packed house. The same bilingual chauffeur handles the whole night. That means one familiar face, one car you recognize, and one WhatsApp thread for everything from a running-late text to a change of dinner plans. That continuity is what makes this a upscale service rather than a string of separate rides. You never repeat instructions, never guess where the car is, and never turn the night into a logistics puzzle. For a band celebrating three decades on the road, a better experience starts before the first chord and ends at your own front door.

How Does Hiring a Driver by the Hour Work for a Concert? 🚙

Hourly booking means you reserve a car and chauffeur for a block of time, not a single route.

Start by choosing the tier for your group and sharing your plan for the night. Pickup can be any address in Coconut Grove: a hotel lobby along South Bayshore Drive, a home off Main Highway, or a condo near CocoWalk. If part of the group arrives in Miami that day, the chauffeur can collect them at Miami International Airport or the PortMiami cruise terminal and head straight to the show. We agree the exact spot when you book. From there, you set the stops and the pace, and the driver stays with you between each one. The booking covers five hours at a minimum. When the night runs long, you merely keep the car. Every additional hour after that five-hour block is added at the same per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, so a late nightcap is never a problem.

What Is the O.A.R. Concert in Hollywood? 🎤

O.A.R. celebrates three decades together with a career-spanning show on Friday, November 13, 2026.

The show starts at 6:30 PM at Hard Rock Live, the indoor concert venue at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. The bill runs three deep, with O.A.R. headlining and Gavin DeGraw and KT Tunstall joining. Expect a room that knows every word of “Hey Girl,” “Love and Memories,” and “Shattered (Turn the Car Around),” alongside fans who came for “I Don’t Want to Be” and “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree.” It is a sing-along crowd: college friends reuniting, couples who first saw the band years ago, and groups turning a Friday into a proper night out. The resort adds to the evening, with restaurants, bars, and the casino floor around the hall, so fans can settle in before the first set. With three acts sharing the night, the evening runs long and the ride home comes late. That is the kind of night a chauffeur by the hour was made for.

How Do You Get to Hard Rock Live From Coconut Grove? 🏟️

On most concert nights, the chauffeur takes I-95 north from Coconut Grove toward Hollywood in Broward County.

The usual route runs up US-1 to where I-95 begins near Brickell, then north across the county line and west toward State Road 7, where the Seminole Hard Rock resort sits. I-95 frequently backs up on a Friday evening. When it does, the driver can swing west to the Palmetto Expressway and Florida’s Turnpike and approach from the other side. The run typically takes the better part of an hour on a clear evening. Permit noticeably longer once commuters and concertgoers share the road. A local chauffeur makes good calls in the moment: checking live traffic before you leave, picking the lighter route, and adjusting on the fly while you relax in the back. Nobody in your group reads a map or watches for exits, so you reach talking about the setlist, not the drive.

Is a chauffeur easier than driving yourself from Coconut Grove to Hollywood?

Yes, for most concert groups. With a chauffeur, nobody has to stay sober as the designated driver, nobody hunts for a space among a flood of arriving cars, and nobody faces the late drive south after a long night. The whole group rides together, arrives together, and leaves together.

Where Does Your Driver Drop You Off and Wait at Hard Rock Live? 🎆

Your chauffeur drops the group as close to the entrance as resort access allows.

On concert nights the Seminole Hard Rock typically routes arriving cars to set drop-off areas, so the exact spot depends on how access runs that evening. Your driver follows the event-night directions to the drop-off point nearest the hall and lets everyone out together, so no one gets separated in the crowd. A few habits create the arrival smoother. Load your tickets on your phones during the drive, decide who carries what, and leave jackets or shopping bags in the car instead of carrying them in. Before you step out, the driver confirms by WhatsApp where the car will be staged for the rest of the night. That one message is the whole plan. There are no apps to refresh, no guessing which curb to find later, and no need to rush through the resort to catch your ride. The answers below cover timing, the wait, and the return.

How early should we leave Coconut Grove for the 6:30 PM show?

Leave Coconut Grove with a generous cushion before the 6:30 PM start, because Friday-evening traffic heading into Broward builds fast. If you want dinner in the Grove first, start early enough to eat without watching the clock. When you confirm, your driver will suggest a departure time based on your stops and live traffic.

Can the driver wait during the concert and take us home after?

Yes, the wait is part of what you book. The car and chauffeur are reserved by the hour, so the vehicle stays with your group while O.A.R., Gavin DeGraw, and KT Tunstall play, and the same driver handles the ride home. Nobody waits in line for a ride, and nobody has to leave early because a car is hard to find.

How do we meet the car after the encore?

Text your driver on WhatsApp as the last song winds down, then walk to the pickup point you agreed on at drop-off. Traffic around the resort can change when the hall empties, so the driver may send an updated spot. Either way, your group gets into the same car and heads south without standing at a crowded curb.

Where Can You Eat in Coconut Grove Before the O.A.R. Concert? 🍸

Coconut Grove’s waterfront and village streets create an easy first stop before the drive north.

Monty’s Raw Bar on the bay suits a relaxed, flip-flops-and-seafood start that fits an O.A.R. crowd. Glass & Vine in Peacock Park offers a leafy garden setting for a couple or a small group. The cafés and bistros around Commodore Plaza, GreenStreet Cafe among them, keep things casual and walkable. CocoWalk gathers several restaurants in one place, which helps when a bigger group cannot agree on a menu. If you would rather eat closer to the show, the Seminole Hard Rock resort has its own restaurants near the concert hall, and the chauffeur can merely leave earlier so you can settle in there. Either way, the car waits outside while you eat, and nobody circles the Grove’s tight village streets for a space. These are ideas for your booked hours: you reserve your own table, and we plan the timing around it.

Can we add a dinner stop before the show in one booking?

Yes. Dinner is simply another stop inside your hourly block, not a separate trip. Tell us the restaurant when you book, and the chauffeur picks you up, waits while you eat, then drives straight north to the concert. Build the meal into your hours so nobody feels rushed, and the whole evening feels like one night out.

Where can we stop for a drink after the show?

Many groups ask the chauffeur to swing back through Coconut Grove for a nightcap near CocoWalk or along Main Highway, or to stop at a bar in Brickell on the way home. The car is yours by the hour, so a late stop is just one more leg of the night; mention it to your driver before the encore.

Which Parts of Miami Does the Hourly Chauffeur Cover? 🏙️

Our hourly chauffeur service stays local, running around Miami and north toward Fort Lauderdale.

That local region covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the neighborhoods around Miami International Airport, plus nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. Hollywood, home of this concert, falls comfortably inside that region, so a Coconut Grove pickup and a Broward show fit neatly into one booking. We keep the hourly service close to the city on purpose. Our chauffeurs know these streets, and the service stays on call and unhurried, which suits a night out. The hourly service doesn’t run out to places such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach, so every booking stays centered on the neighborhoods you actually move between. For this show, your chauffeur can start in the Grove, head north to Hollywood, and return you to the same street you left.

Is There a Private Ride From Coconut Grove to the O.A.R.? 🎊

Yes, a private chauffeur by the hour is the direct ride from Coconut Grove to this show.

People frequently search for “concert transportation from Coconut Grove” or “private van to Hollywood.” What we offer is a private vehicle that belongs to your party alone, with no fixed schedule and no other passengers aboard. You choose when to leave the Grove, where to eat, and when to head home. The chauffeur handles the drive north and the return, and your group rides together from start to finish. Couples frequently create it a date night, with dinner in the Grove, a relaxing ride to the show, and a quiet one back. Reserve over WhatsApp once you know your headcount, and we will confirm the vehicle and hours for November 13. The shorter questions below cover pets, last-minute bookings, and larger groups.

Can we bring a pet along on the concert ride?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What happens if we book the concert ride within 24 hours?

Your slot is locked in and held just for you. Once the time is agreed for a service within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for you. On such short notice, a date change or refund can’t be guaranteed, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can always add more hours on the day.

Is there a private van for a friend group heading to the show?

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is our private van, reserved for your group alone and offered in two sizes to match your headcount. Everyone boards together in Coconut Grove, rides north on one timeline, and returns together. That beats coordinating several cars and meeting points on a busy Friday night.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Ready to Reserve Your Concert-Night Chauffeur for November 13? 🍾

Reserve your Coconut Grove chauffeur for November 13 with one WhatsApp message.

Share your headcount, the vehicle you favor, and the rough shape of the night: a dinner spot, a departure time, and any late stop after the encore. We check availability for the date, confirm your vehicle and hours in writing, and send the payment details so the evening is locked in. Reserving early gives your group the widest choice of vehicles, which matters most when a bigger crew needs a Sprinter. If your plans are still taking shape, send what you know now and fill in the rest later. Your stops can keep changing right up to the night itself, and your chauffeur will adjust as they do. From the first pickup in the Grove to the final drop-off back home, you ride with one car, one driver, and one plan, while O.A.R., Gavin DeGraw, and KT Tunstall supply the soundtrack.

Send us the updated information as soon as possible, and we’ll adjust your booking while monitoring the new flight status.

📍 Do you offer meet-and-greet at the airport?

We primarily work with curbside pickup. Just send a message with your exit gate and the driver will arrive in a few minutes — usually faster than the traditional sign-holding service.

If you prefer the driver to wait inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, add the Meet & Greet for US$ 40 when you book — available for airport pickups only.

🚘 How will I recognize my pickup driver?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate, along with detailed instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What do I do if I can't reach my driver?

Don’t worry. We’ll send you a message as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t receive a quick reply, the driver will automatically head to the international arrivals hall. Wait there and we’ll find you.

⏱ How long does the driver wait after my arrival?

For domestic flights, we offer up to 60 minutes of wait time after arrival.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
