Transfer from Coconut Grove to Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs at loanDepot park

Our private hourly chauffeur carries your group from Coconut Grove to Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs at loanDepot park on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31, 2027, in a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour, with a 5-hour minimum. Your bilingual driver collects everyone at any address in Coconut Grove, heads north into Little Havana, and keeps the same car ready for the ride home.

How Much Does a Coconut Grove Game-Day Chauffeur Cost Per Hour? 🚙

Pricing is set per vehicle, per hour, and every booking carries a five-hour minimum.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $100/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 5 passengers: $140/hour

The rate is for the vehicle, not for each fan, so the whole group shares one hourly price no matter how many seats are filled. Five hours fits a holiday ballgame well: a relaxed pickup in the Grove, a bite before the game, nine innings, the slow walk out with the crowd, and the ride back. Couples and small families usually take the SUV. A Cubs watch-party crew or a Marlins family with several generations usually picks a Sprinter so everyone rides in one cabin and arrives together. Each price on this page is the full hourly rate for that vehicle. Pick the one that seats your group comfortably, and the math stays that simple.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group for Marlins vs. Cubs? 🚐

Four private vehicle options cover everything from a pair of fans to a big holiday crew.

  • Black SUV XL: up to 5 passengers, ideal for a family or a few friends.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 6 to 9 passengers, keeping a mid-size group together.
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: 10 to 14 passengers for an extended family or fan club.
  • Platinum SUV: 1 to 5 passengers in our most polished cabin. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition

Every vehicle has room for what fans bring to a ballgame, like jerseys, homemade signs, and a bag of merch from the team store. If you’re bringing something big, tell us in advance so we can plan the space. Many cars on this date carry fans of both teams, with a Cubs cap in the back row and a Marlins jersey up front, and the ride stays friendly either way.

Is There a Luxury Option for a Special Ballpark Occasion?

The Platinum SUV is the luxury choice for a ballpark day that deserves extra polish. It suits a milestone birthday for a lifelong Cubs fan, a Memorial Day outing with the grandparents, or clients visiting for the long weekend. If you’re looking for a limo-style experience, you get a chauffeured luxury SUV, with the same driver-for-the-day setup as every other vehicle.

Which Facts Matter Most Before You Book the Ballpark Ride? 📋

  • One dedicated vehicle and one chauffeur stay with your group for the whole block.
  • Every chauffeur is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
  • Fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in the hourly rate.
  • Your group sets the stops, the order, and the pace of the day.
  • Service is available 24/7, from early holiday starts to late finishes.
  • One brief comfort stop mid-booking is easy — just ask the driver.

Why Book a Private Chauffeur From Coconut Grove for Baseball? 🕴️

A reserved car and chauffeur turn a packed holiday ballgame into an easy, unhurried outing.

Your flat hourly rate is locked the moment you book. A packed holiday crowd, a traffic jam on the way in, or a wave of fans leaving all at once never changes the price, and there is no surge. The vehicle is reserved for your group alone: nobody else gets in, you pick the music, and the kids’ snacks stay where you left them. Your chauffeur switches easily between English and Spanish, which helps when a Marlins family brings three generations and the visiting Cubs cousins ride along. Plans and questions go straight to our team on WhatsApp, the same place you book. Nobody in the group has to drive, circle for a parking space, or walk back to a parked car in the heat. That is the premium service we offer: a better experience from the Grove to the ballpark and back.

What’s Included in the Hourly Rate on Game Day? 🥂

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the running costs of the whole day.

Besides the car and the driver, the rate covers the costs that usually add up on a ballgame outing, so getting there and keeping the car nearby never show up as separate charges. Every vehicle also has a mobile WiFi hotspot, handy for pulling up digital tickets, checking the lineup, or sending photos to friends watching back home. A few things can add to the total, and you’ll know about each one before game day. A journey outside daytime hours adds the night surcharge explained further down this page. Hours you add past your booked block are billed at your vehicle’s hourly rate. They are never free, and they never cost more per hour. The busy holiday date itself adds nothing.

How Does Booking by the Hour Work for a Marlins Game? 📋

You reserve one vehicle and one chauffeur for a block of hours and plan the day yourself.

First choose the vehicle that seats your group, then send us a rough start time and the stops you’d like to create. The driver picks up at any Miami address: a hotel, a PortMiami cruise terminal (a cruise-day arrival can go straight to the game), Miami International Airport, or a home. The exact pickup spot is agreed at booking, and for most riders heading to this game, that means a door in Coconut Grove. From there the car is yours. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off, and you decide when to leave, where to eat, and whether to stop at a hotel to change out of a jersey. Add a stop, drop one, or take your time over dinner. The plan can change as the day goes, with no new fare to negotiate.

Can We Keep the Car After the Final Out?

Yes, you can keep the car as long as you like. After the five-hour block, each additional hour is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate for your vehicle. You never have to renegotiate the fare, and the extra time is settled after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp. One more hour costs exactly one more hour.

How Is Payment Handled for a Coconut Grove Game-Day Booking? 📋

Paying the full fare at booking reserves the date.

  • Accepted methods: card or Apple Pay through the secure checkout on the site, or a Stripe payment link sent to you on WhatsApp.
  • Payment: the full fare, paid when you book, locks in the booking.
  • Hours: the 5-hour minimum applies, and you can keep the car longer at any point. Every hour after the 5-hour block is simply added at the same flat per-hour rate, with no new fare to negotiate, and settled after the day.

How Do You Get to loanDepot park From Coconut Grove? 🏟️

The easiest way is a private chauffeur heading north from the Grove into Little Havana.

The ballpark is in Little Havana, north of Coconut Grove, which makes this one of the shorter game-day drives in the city. A short drive isn’t consistently an easy one on a holiday, though. If you drive yourself, you join the line of cars heading into the same few blocks, pay for event parking, and walk back to your car afterward while the whole neighborhood empties at once. A chauffeured ride skips all of that. The group gets in at home or at the hotel, talks about the lineups on the way, and steps out ready for the game. Your chauffeur knows the streets around the stadium, follows the holiday traffic as it happens, and switches between local streets and the expressway as needed. On the way home, the only thing left to plan is where to celebrate, or how to cheer up whichever side of the car lost.

Which Roads Does the Chauffeur Take From Coconut Grove?

The usual route runs straight north on SW 27th Avenue or SW 17th Avenue. Both take you from the Grove into Little Havana and toward the ballpark. If local streets back up on the holiday, the chauffeur may take US-1 and I-95 to the Dolphin Expressway and come in from the north side of the neighborhood. The route is chosen on the day, based on live traffic.

How Long Is the Drive From Coconut Grove on a Holiday Game Day?

It’s typically a short drive by Miami standards, but allow extra time on a holiday. The last stretch to the ballpark slows down as the crowd arrives, and security lines add a few more steps before you reach your seats. Your chauffeur suggests a departure time ahead of game day, based on the first pitch listed on your ticket.

Where Does the Driver Pick You Up in Coconut Grove? 🌆

Your chauffeur picks up at any address in Coconut Grove you choose at booking.

For visitors staying in the Grove over the holiday weekend, the most common pickup is a hotel lobby, such as the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove on the bayfront or Mayfair House near CocoWalk. The driver pulls up at the main entrance and sends a WhatsApp message on arrival. Locals are usually picked up right at home, whether that’s a house on a shady South Grove street or a condo along South Bayshore Drive. Boaters coming off the water can meet the car by the Dinner Key marina, and a brunch group can be picked up right from the restaurant on Commodore Plaza or Main Highway. If some of the group is still arriving that morning, the booking can start somewhere else and then come through the Grove for everyone else. The pickup spot, the time, and any extra stops are all set in the chat before game day.

Can the Group Be Collected From Several Coconut Grove Addresses?

Yes. List every address when you book, and the chauffeur picks everyone up in one loop. A friend on Tigertail Avenue, cousins at a Bayshore condo, and a couple finishing brunch on Main Highway can all be picked up before the car heads north. The whole group arrives together, with no need to coordinate separate rides.

What Should You Do in Coconut Grove Before the Cubs Game? 🍸

Start with a relaxed brunch or lunch in the Grove, then head north together.

Greenstreet Cafe on Commodore Plaza is a longtime Grove favorite for brunch on the sidewalk, and it’s an easy meeting point for a group coming from different directions. For bay views and a seafood lunch, Monty’s Raw Bar sits right on the water near Dinner Key. Glass & Vine in Peacock Park has a shaded garden setting that works well for families. CocoWalk puts casual food, coffee, and some shopping in one walkable spot, which helps if someone still needs a hat or sunscreen for the ballpark. Because the car is booked by the hour, the chauffeur circles the block or waits nearby while you eat, so nobody feeds a meter or rushes through the meal. These are ideas for your own time, and we don’t create reservations. On the day, the driver is happy to suggest places that fit the group’s mood.

Where Can Families With Kids Spend the Morning Before the Game?

Peacock Park and the paths along the bay around Dinner Key give kids open space to run before a long stretch in the seats. The Barnacle Historic State Park, one of the Grove’s oldest landmarks, adds a quiet, shaded walk. Your chauffeur keeps the car close by, so tired kids can climb straight in when it’s time to head to the game.

How Early Should You Leave Coconut Grove for Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs? 🏟️

Leave with plenty of time before first pitch, because holiday crowds arrive early.

Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs falls on Memorial Day, May 31, 2027. Cubs games in Miami bring a loud, loyal crowd of visiting fans along with the home fans, so the streets around the ballpark fill up well before the first pitch. Check the start time on your ticket or on the official loanDepot park page, then work backward. The chauffeur will suggest a time to leave the Grove that allows for slower traffic near the stadium, security screening, a stop for snacks, and getting to your seats before the national anthem. Families with young kids and anyone hoping to catch batting practice usually leave earliest. Leaving early just means you spend more of your booked hours inside the ballpark and less in traffic.

Where Does the Driver Drop You Off at loanDepot park?

The chauffeur drops the group as close to the venue as access allows, at whichever drop-off point game-day traffic control permits near the entrance you plan to use. Before you get out, you and the driver agree on a meeting spot for after the game. The driver confirms it on WhatsApp so nobody has to wander the neighborhood looking for the car.

Can the Driver Wait if the Game Goes to Extra Innings?

Yes. The driver waits through the whole game, extra innings included, because you’ve booked the car by the hour, not for a single trip. There’s no need to leave before the final out, and no scramble for a ride home with the crowd. If the game runs past your booked block, the added time is billed at the same hourly rate described above.

Which Miami Neighborhoods Does the Hourly Service Cover? 🏙️

The hourly service stays local, covering Miami’s main neighborhoods plus nearby areas toward Fort Lauderdale.

Think of it as a car on call that stays around the city with you. The chauffeur covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, and the service also reaches nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale. That area fits a ballpark day well: pickup in the Grove, the game in Little Havana, and maybe a drink in Brickell or a late dinner in South Beach before heading home. We keep the hourly service local on purpose because it’s designed for relaxed days around town, so we don’t run it to far-off places like Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. Staying local means your driver spends your hours with you rather than on a long highway drive, and the day moves at your group’s pace.

Does a Night Surcharge Apply After a Late Game? 🎆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips outside that window have a surcharge that depends on the vehicle.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$50 USD surcharge for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the hourly total for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The hourly rate itself stays the same after dark, and the surcharge is added on top exactly as listed. If you anticipate a late finish, mention it when you book so you know the full cost up front.

Is There Private Transportation From Coconut Grove to Miami Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs? 🚐

Yes. You get a private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur, reserved only for your group.

Many fans search for a private shuttle to the ballpark. What we offer is a Sprinter or SUV that carries your group and no one else. There’s no fixed schedule, no seats sold to strangers, and no stops for other riders. The car leaves the Grove when your group is ready and heads back when you are. That works for every side of this matchup: Chicago families making Memorial Day weekend into a Miami vacation, South Florida transplants who grew up on the North Side, and Marlins families bringing kids to a holiday game. A private Sprinter also solves the usual group problem of splitting into several cars and losing half the group in the crowd after the game. Choose your vehicle and confirm the booking, and the whole outing, from pickup to the game, dinner, and the ride home, runs on one reservation with one chauffeur.

Can We Add a Dinner Stop Before or After the Game?

Yes. Add a dinner stop before or after the game, and the chauffeur builds it into the route. After the final out, Versailles Restaurant on SW 8th Street is a Little Havana classic for Cuban food, and Ball & Chain nearby has live music. On the way back, the Grove’s restaurants along Main Highway make an easy last stop.

Can We Bring a Pet Along for the Ride to the Ballpark?

Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.

What Happens if We Book Within 24 Hours of the Game?

If you book a service that’s within the next 24 hours, your date and time are locked in and held just for you. Once they’re agreed, we set aside a driver and a vehicle for your group, so on such short notice we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, and the booking goes ahead as agreed. You can still add more hours on the day.

Can the Ride Home End Somewhere Other Than Coconut Grove?

Yes. The final drop-off can be anywhere in the local service area, and you can split it across several stops. Grove residents might head home while friends continue to a Brickell hotel or a South Beach apartment, all in the same booking. Just tell the chauffeur the order, and the day ends at the last address.

Booking a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
One flat hourly rate, locked before you start A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day A different car and a stranger at every pickup
Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

For international flights, the courtesy time is up to 120 minutes.

For hotel pickups, there’s a 15-minute grace period.

For port pickups, we wait up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What happens when a passenger takes more than two hours to leave the airport?

Two hours is the free wait for international flights. When your free waiting time ends, extra waiting is not automatic: your driver may text you an offer to keep waiting, but is not required to. If the offer is sent, the driver waits up to 10 minutes for your reply; if you don’t accept in that time, the driver may leave. If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

👜 Does the driver help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your bags.

📦 Do you accept extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance includes one large suitcase and one carry-on per person.

Traveling with larger or additional items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers? Contact us in advance so we can arrange the necessary space. An additional fee may apply.

🐾 Can I bring my dog or cat in the vehicle?

We’re sorry — pets are not accepted on any of our services. Certified service animals are welcome: please tell us in advance and we’ll assign a van for the ride.

🥤 Can I eat or drink during the ride?

We ask that you don’t eat during the trip. Only water in sealed bottles is allowed on board.

🚧 Can we make a quick stop during the ride?

With by-the-hour service, stops are included: the vehicle is yours for the hours you book.

🕒 Can I change my pickup time after booking?

Yes. The pickup time and other details (an extra passenger) can be changed until 24 hours before the ride, depending on availability. Within 24 hours of the ride there are no changes and no refunds — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see what we can do. The travel date itself is fixed once booked.

💲 Are there additional charges beyond the quoted price?

No hidden fees: the quoted price includes the driver, fuel and tolls. Only optional extras add to it — the night-hours fee shown in your quote before you book, the optional Meet & Greet at Miami International Airport and the 4% processing fee on card payments made through the payment link. Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.

Note: any refund claim — including a driver no-show or another service issue — must reach us within 30 days of your scheduled pickup. Requests made more than a month after the ride date are no longer eligible for review or refund.
