Our private hourly chauffeur from Coconut Grove to HAVASI SYMPHONIC: Journey of Wonders: Finding the Holiday Spirit at Hard Rock Live on December 12, 2026 starts with a Black SUV XL at a flat rate from $100 per hour and a 5-hour minimum. The show begins at 8:00 PM. Your bilingual chauffeur picks you up anywhere in the Grove and stays all night, and the rate is locked at booking with no surge.
Each vehicle has its own hourly rate, and every concert-night booking has a 5-hour minimum.
Pick your vehicle by group size first, then by comfort. Most couples and small groups of friends choose the Black SUV XL, which is our starting choice for HAVASI nights. Larger holiday parties move up to one of the two Sprinter vans. These are priced by passenger count, not by mileage, so the price doesn’t change with how far north the night goes. The Platinum SUV is our most luxurious choice, for riders who want the nicest cabin on a dressed-up December night. Multiply your vehicle’s hourly rate by the hours you book and you have your total. The only extra that can apply on a late concert night is the night surcharge, explained below.
Our four private vehicles cover everything from a couple’s holiday date night to a big office or family party.
Every vehicle arrives clean and reserved for your group alone. Nobody else gets on at any point in the night. The Sprinters suit groups who want to arrive together and keep the pre-show mood going on the drive north. Picking a vehicle that fits your group, instead of squeezing in, is also the easiest way to keep evening outfits from getting crushed.
Couples usually choose between the Black SUV XL and the Platinum SUV. The Black SUV XL handles the whole night well at our starting rate. The Platinum SUV gives you the most luxurious cabin we offer, which suits an anniversary, a proposal, or a first HAVASI show you want to remember.
Yes. Daytime hours run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no surcharge, and any trip outside those hours carries a night surcharge that depends on the vehicle.
The night fee depends only on the pickup time: for pickups between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM the SUV adds $50 (vans +10% of the hourly total), once per booking. The SUVs carry one fixed amount per trip. The Sprinters add a percentage of the trip value. Both are shown in the list above. The hourly rate itself is the same at noon or at midnight, and the surcharge is the only cost that depends on the time of day. When you book on WhatsApp, tell us your pickup time and roughly when you expect to head home. We’ll confirm how the surcharge applies to your plan before you pay.
You pay the full fare up front, and any extra hours are settled after the night ends.
With a private chauffeur, the drive north becomes part of the celebration instead of a chore.
Your group gets a vehicle reserved just for you, so coats, gift bags, and the conversation stay right where you left them. One bilingual chauffeur stays with you for your whole booking, so you never have to explain your plans to a new driver. Your hourly rate is locked the day you book. A busy holiday Saturday, rain on the highway, or a packed resort entrance won’t raise it, and there is no surge pricing. You reach us directly on WhatsApp whenever you want to change the plan or tell us you’re ready to leave. That’s what premium service means to us: fewer things to manage and more attention for you. It adds up to a better experience from the first pickup in the Grove to the last drop-off at your door.
It’s a holiday-season symphonic crossover concert led by Hungarian pianist and composer Balázs Havasi, on Saturday, December 12, 2026 at 8:00 PM.
Journey of Wonders is a new HAVASI Symphonic production. It tells a hero’s-journey story about a young wanderer searching for the holiday spirit. The music mixes classical, modern, and rock, played by a full orchestra and choir with solo violin and flute. Film-style visuals, lasers, pyrotechnics, and fire fill the stage. The show is at Hard Rock Live, the concert hall inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, just over the county line from Miami-Dade. HAVASI comes back to this stage almost every year, and his holiday tour takes the same show to other cities. Expect a big theatrical night rather than a quiet recital, which is why many groups make a whole evening of it.
The audience is a mix of classical-music lovers, rock fans who like the crossover sound, and lots of couples treating the show as a holiday date. Families with older kids, groups of friends, and office parties often make a full evening of it: they dress up for dinner first and stay to enjoy the whole show.
Coconut Grove’s own restaurant streets, around CocoWalk, Commodore Plaza, and Main Highway, are an easy place for dinner before the drive north.
For dinner by the water, Monty’s Raw Bar on South Bayshore Drive has tables right beside the boats of Dinner Key. Ariete on Commodore Plaza suits couples who want a polished chef-driven meal. The patios around CocoWalk work well for a group of friends who want a casual bite and a toast before heading out. A short walk through Peacock Park before dinner gets you photos with the bay behind you. Some groups would rather stop in Brickell, which is right on the way to I-95. Book your table yourself. Your chauffeur plans the evening’s timing around it and waits outside while you eat, so nobody has to hunt for parking on the Grove’s narrow streets or keep checking the time between courses.
Yes. Dinner is simply the first stop in your booked hours. The chauffeur picks you up at home or at your hotel, drops you at the restaurant, waits while you eat, and then drives straight north to the show. One booking covers the whole evening, so you don’t need to arrange a second car between dinner and the concert.
Most drives leave the Grove on South Dixie Highway (US-1) or South Bayshore Drive toward Brickell, then take I-95 north out of Miami-Dade into Broward County.
After leaving the interstate, the chauffeur heads west across Hollywood toward State Road 7, where the Seminole resort is located. I-95 often backs up on a December Saturday, with holiday shoppers and other weekend events on the road. When it does, the chauffeur can take an inland route on the Palmetto Expressway or Florida’s Turnpike instead, choosing based on live traffic rather than a fixed plan. Picking the lane, the exit, and when to switch routes is the chauffeur’s job, not yours. You never open a map, merge across busy lanes, or circle for a parking space. Your group just relaxes and watches the Miami skyline go by on the way north, still talking about dinner.
Allow noticeably more time than a weekday-afternoon drive would take. The trip north is usually a simple highway drive, but Saturday-evening holiday traffic on I-95 and the line of cars heading into the resort before an 8:00 PM show make it longer. Leaving plenty of extra time keeps dinner unhurried and your arrival relaxed.
Concert night comes down to three steps: leave the Grove early, get dropped off close to the venue entrance, and have the same chauffeur waiting to take everyone home.
The Seminole resort is busy on any Saturday. A big symphonic show with lasers and pyrotechnics also brings a dressed-up crowd that arrives in waves. Hotel guests, casino visitors, and concertgoers all use the same roads in the last stretch before showtime, and that’s exactly when a private car is most useful. Your chauffeur handles the timing, the route in, and the parking. Your group only has to decide who sits up front. Because you book by the hour, the ride home is already arranged before you leave the Grove. There’s no scramble for a ride when the whole hall empties at once. Here’s how each step works.
Leave the Grove early enough that pre-show traffic can’t make you miss the first number. Most groups head out right after an early dinner. That leaves plenty of time before the 8:00 PM start for the roads into the resort, finding your seats, and maybe a drink in the lobby. Your chauffeur will suggest a departure time once your dinner plans are set.
Your chauffeur drops the group at the resort’s drop-off point, as close to the venue as access allows that night. Traffic patterns around the property can change for a big show, so the exact spot depends on the resort’s setup. Your driver confirms it on WhatsApp, along with where to meet after the show.
Yes. The chauffeur stays for the whole show, which is the main point of booking by the hour. The vehicle stays nearby, and when the final encore ends, a quick WhatsApp message brings it to the meeting spot you agreed on. While others wait in line for rides after the show, your group is already heading home to the Grove.
Fuel, tolls, and parking are included in every hour, so the rate already covers the highway drive north, parking at the resort, and the ride home.
Tolls on the I-95 express lanes or the Turnpike are never billed separately, and neither is parking while the concert runs. You’re paying for the chauffeur’s time, so that’s never listed as an extra either. The only charge that can be added on top of the hourly rate is the night surcharge described above, and it applies to this late-evening booking. There’s room in the cabin for what people bring to a concert night, like a garment bag for a swift change, wrapped holiday gifts, or merch from the show; just tell us in advance if you’re bringing something big. Anything else during the night, from an extra stop to a slower pace, happens within your booked hours at the same rate, with no new price to negotiate.
You choose a vehicle for your group and reserve a 5-hour block, and the same chauffeur stays with you from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Start by sending us a WhatsApp message with your group size, a rough start time, and the places you want to go: dinner in the Grove, the concert, maybe a drink afterward. We match the vehicle to your group, confirm the plan, and lock in the date once you pay the full fare. On the night, you decide the stops and the pace. Add one, skip one, or stay longer at dinner, and the chauffeur adjusts with no new price to discuss; just let them know. The driver waits with the vehicle between stops, so coats and gifts can stay in the car. The plan is yours from start to finish, and the chauffeur’s job is to make every move between stops easy.
We can pick you up at any address in Coconut Grove: a hotel lobby such as Mr. C Coconut Grove or Mayfair House, a home on one of the Grove’s leafy residential streets, or near the Dinner Key marina. Outside the Grove, the driver picks up at any Miami address. That includes a PortMiami cruise terminal (if you arrive by cruise that day, you can go straight to the show), Miami International Airport, or a private home. We agree on the exact pickup spot when you book.
Yes, keep the car as long as the night calls for. After the 5-hour block, each extra hour is added at the same flat hourly rate for your vehicle, with no new price to negotiate. You don’t pay for those extra hours on the spot; you settle them after the day, with the driver or over WhatsApp.
Our hourly chauffeur service stays local, covering the Miami area and nearby areas up toward Fort Lauderdale, which includes Hollywood for this concert.
The usual area covers Miami, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Little Havana, and the area around Miami International Airport, plus the areas heading north toward Fort Lauderdale. We keep it that way on purpose. This is an on-call, unhurried service built for days and nights around the city, where the same driver can go between dinner, a show, and home without anyone worrying about the clock. We don’t run this hourly service out to far destinations such as Naples, Orlando, or West Palm Beach. That keeps the car close and the timing relaxed. For a HAVASI night starting in the Grove, every stop on the plan is well within our area.
Yes. Our private hourly chauffeur takes you from Coconut Grove to the concert and back, in a vehicle reserved for your group alone.
If you’re searching for a private shuttle or van to the show, that’s exactly what you get: your own vehicle and a bilingual chauffeur. There are no shared seats, no fixed schedule, and no strangers joining partway. The booking covers the whole evening under one plan and one rate: pickup in the Grove, dinner if you like, the drive north, the show, and the trip home. Couples, friend groups, and families all book the same way; only the vehicle changes with group size. Because the car belongs to your group for the whole booking, it’s also a safe place to leave coats, gift bags, and merch between stops. The questions below cover what riders ask most before they book.
Yes. Both Mercedes-Benz Sprinter options are private vans reserved entirely for your group, so a big group from the Grove travels north and arrives at the show together. Choose the Sprinter that fits your group size. The whole group keeps the same chauffeur for dinner, the concert, and the ride home.
Your time slot is locked in and held just for you. Once we agree on a service happening within the next 24 hours, a driver and vehicle are set aside for you. On such short notice, we can’t guarantee a date change or a refund, so the booking goes ahead as planned. You can still add more hours on the day itself.
Pets are not accepted; certified service animals are welcome with advance notice.
Yes. Tell the chauffeur where you want to go next, whether that’s a drink back in the Grove, a late bite in Brickell, or dessert on the way home. The stop fits within your booked hours, and if the night runs longer, the booking simply extends by the hour.
Reserving one premium service by the hour is a different thing from opening an app every time you move. You hold a single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur for the whole block, the price is fixed before you start, and the car simply waits while you eat, shop, or take photos — no re-requesting, no surge, no stranger learning where you are headed each time.
| By the hour with us | App rides (Uber / Lyft) |
|---|---|
| One flat hourly rate, locked before you start | A fresh fare every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak |
| The same vehicle and driver stay with you all day | A different car and a stranger at every pickup |
| Your driver waits between each stop — nothing to re-book | Re-request and wait at the curb after each stop |
| A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur | Whoever happens to accept the ping |
Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually lands below a string of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

To reserve your concert night, send us a short WhatsApp message with your group size, the vehicle you’d like, a rough pickup time in Coconut Grove, and any dinner or late stops you’re planning for December 12. We’ll reply with the plan, confirm that your vehicle is available, and hold the date as soon as your payment arrives. After that, your evening is set: a chauffeur at your door or hotel lobby, dinner at your own pace, a driver who watches the traffic so you don’t have to, and a car ready the moment the show ends. Want to add a stop or stay out longer after you book? Just send us a swift message. Couples, friend groups, and holiday parties all book the same way, and we confirm every detail over WhatsApp before the day. Message us today to check availability and confirm your booking.

If no offer is sent, the driver may leave once your free waiting time is over.

Driver gratuity is optional and at your discretion; it’s always welcome.
You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
